Abstract

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 era, companies face the challenge of continuously adapting and improving human resource competencies as the key to success. High team member performance is crucial and is influenced by transformational leadership. An in-depth understanding of effective leadership strategies supporting positive organizational transformation is important to study. Although previous research has explored transformational leadership, comprehensive analysis of leadership strategy variables that support transformational leadership effectiveness is still limited. This study seeks to fill this gap by profoundly analyzing the leadership strategy variables that are key to the success of transformational leadership. This study aims to explore and analyze the variables of effective leadership strategies, especially in the context of transformational leadership. This research uses a qualitative approach by reviewing 10 related journals, consisting of 7 national and three international journals, published in the last 5 years (2018-2023). The data processing technique used content analysis to identify and examine leadership strategy variables that support the effectiveness of transformational leadership. The results revealed that effective communication, developing an inspiring vision, empowering employees, and establishing an organizational culture that supports change are key leadership strategy variables in supporting the success of transformational leadership. The findings of this study have important implications for management practitioners and policymakers in developing effective transformational leadership in organizations. Future research can explore the empirical impact of implementing leadership strategy variables on organizational performance.

Abstract

This study investigates how the workplace affects job performance through employees' job engagement at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Surabaya. Using a quantitative explanatory methodology, the research utilized Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), used in this work via SmartPLS software. A structured survey was used to gather information from 141 workers. The findings reveal a positive relationship between workplace romance and job performance, with a path coefficient of 0.132. A positive relationship between workplace romance and job engagement, with a path coefficient of 0.650. There is a positive relationship between job engagement and job performance, with a path coefficient of 0.780. A positive relationship between workplace romance and job performance through job engagement of employees at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Surabaya, with a path coefficient of 0.507.

Abstract

Human resources are essential in a corporation because they reinforce other operational resources. This role can determine the progress or decline of a corporation. This research analyzes the influence of work environment, leadership, and mental health on employee performance. Using quantitative explanatory methodology, the study utilized Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), which was used in this work via SmartPLS software. A structured survey was used to gather information from 105 workers. The findings reveal a positive relationship between work environment, leadership, and mental health on employee performance.

Abstract

The integration of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) plays a pivotal role in optimizing enterprise-level decision-making, improving company efficiency and productivity. In this research, a software connector was designed to link Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) with Odoo’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, facilitating real-time data acquisition from industrial machines. The integration supports communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet IP, and Profinet, enabling seamless data flow between OT and IT systems. To demonstrate this integration, a bottle sorting plant controlled by a PLC was developed, with production data transmitted in real-time to Odoo ERP. The Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method was employed within a custom-built manufacturing module in Odoo to monitor key performance metrics, including Availability, Performance, and Quality. Results of the OEE analysis were cross-verified with manual calculations, showing a 0% discrepancy, thus ensuring accuracy. In addition, the OEE metrics were visualized in Grafana, where real-time monitoring revealed the sorting machine's OEE at 85.7%, placing it in the world-class category. Availability reached 96.67%, Performance was at 92.53%, and Quality measured at 95.7%. This system not only streamlined production processes but also provided actionable insights, enabling the company to make data-driven improvements. The findings of this research highlight the benefits of IT-OT integration, improving machine performance and serving as a vital tool for evaluating production efficiency at the enterprise level.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational culture, organizational climate, and motivation on employee performance through the literature review method. The results show that a strong organizational culture (results-oriented, collaboration, innovation) and a conducive organizational climate (open communication, management support, reward system) have a significant effect on improving performance. Work motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) also proved to be a key factor, both as a direct influence and as an intervening variable. The findings reveal that organizational culture and climate not only have a direct impact on performance, but also indirectly through motivation. The practical implication is that organizations need to build a clear culture, strengthen the positive work climate, and design holistic motivation programs. The role of leaders as role models and HR policies that focus on employee development are also supporting factors.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship course instructional’s objective is to provide in-depth insight and (first-hand experience on how to growing and developing the entrepreneurial spirit. In order to achieve these objectives in the learning process, the student must complete a thematical project is done in roups. The purpose of reseach is determining the level of students who programmed the course Entrepreneurship on duty obtained by involving social support pe-er group and self-control. Research conducted on students of management studies 3rd semester that follows Entrepreneurship Course. Number of subjects who had involved in filling out the questionnaire this study is 102 people. The study was conducted in the academic period even semester 2015 / 2014. The results showed that the peer group involving social support and self-control can simultaneously affect a student's commitment to the task of lecturing Entrepreneurship. But partially obtained different results where, peer group social support can affect a student's commitment to the task of lecturing Entrepreneurship., While the self-control has no effect on the student's commitment to the task of lecturing Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress and job burnout on the performance of health workers during the Covid-19 pandemic and analyze the influence of work stress on the performance of health workers of Aisyiyah Ponorogo General Hospital mediated by job burnout during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of data used consists of primary data, namely data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the company's internal data, journals, books and scientific articles. This study used a sample of 194 respondents who are health workers. The results of this study found that: 1) work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance in health workers; 2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout in health workers; and 3) work stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of health workers through mediation of burnout variable

Abstract

Hospital services are inseparable from the role of healthcare workers. Their job satisfaction is really important because satisfied healthcare workers will provide excellent service for patients andthe publicin general, and eventually may increase the value of the hospital. The motivation to conduct a study on this subject is the lack of previous studies about the job satisfaction of healthcare workers other than doctors and nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine factors that form healthcare workers’ job satisfaction. The respondents in this study include 157 healthcare workers in AisyiyahGeneral Hospital Ponorogofrom January to February 2021. The test of factor analysis was conducted by using SPSS version 2.0. The results show that the factors which form healthcare workers’ job satisfaction include: salary and benefit factor, work environment, leadership, the opportunity to grow, and the job itself.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan atau organisasi yang bergerak di bidang produksi atau bisnis memiliki tujuan yang sama, yaitu memperoleh keuntungan, termasuk PT. Penerbit Erlangga Mahameru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, perusahaan harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengkombinasikan faktor-faktor produksi dengan sebaik-baiknya agar efisiensi dan efektivitas perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan semaksimal mungkin. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh insentif terhadap kinerja dan motivasi karyawan PT. Penerbit Erlangga Mahameru Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling) Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif insentif terhadap kinerja dan motivasi karyawan PT. Penerbit Erlangga Mahameru Cabang Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar Reog Ponorogo tidak hilang ditelan zaman dan masyarakat paham dan mau ikut serta melestarikan kebudayaan tradisional asli Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan festival Reog memiliki tantangan internal dan tantangan eksternal dalam pelestariannya sebagai warisan budaya leluhur bangsa, adapun tantangan yang di hadapi ialah perubahan nilai budaya, keterbatasan sumber daya, perubahan teknologi, globalisasi, dan regulasi kebijakan pemerintah, hingga saat ini terhalang oleh pandemi covid-19. Kesimpulan bahwa Festival Reog menghadapi berbagai tantangan internal dan eksternal, seperti perubahan nilai budaya, keterbatasan sumber daya, perkembangan teknologi, regulasi, serta dampak pandemi. Namun, dengan strategi yang tepat, tantangan tersebut bisa diatasi, memperkuat pelestarian budaya, dan mengembangkan Festival Reog sebagai produk pariwisata yang bermanfaat secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Studi ini juga merekomendasikan riset lebih lanjut terkait Reog Ponorogo dan pengembangannya. Kata Kunci: Festival Lokal, Industri Kreatif, Kebudayaan, Reog Ponorogo, Studi Kebudayaan, Sumber Daya Manusia.
