Abstract

Budaya di Kota Malang berpengaruh terhadap kesenian tradisonal yang ada. Salah satunya yang terkenal adalah wayang Topeng Malangan. Topeng digunakan sebagai media yang mendukung fleksibilitas penari. Dikarenakan pada saat itu sulit merias wajah sehingga lebih mudah ketika sang penari mengenakan topeng pada wajahnya. Kenyataannya kini seni topeng Malangan semakin tenggelam oleh kesenian modern yang lebih banyak diminati generasi penerus. Ketika pandemi covid melanda, mereka kehilangan penghasilan karena larangan berkumpul dan tidak ada pertunjukan. Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan ketua komunitas Murtitomo (Bp. Achmad Sholeh), didapatkan data bahwa komunitas ini memproduksi topeng secara mandiri, manual dan dijual melalui medsos. Selama pandemic, hampir tidak ada pembelian topeng dan ini memperparah keadaan. Secara spesifik tim PKM merumuskan permasalahan yaitu: 1. Komunitas Murtitomo memerlukan cara terbaik untuk pelestarian budaya Topeng Malangan pada para generasi muda, 2. Terbatasnya peralatan untuk menghasilkan topeng dengan cepat dan berkualitas, 3. Kurang optimalnya pemasaran online. Untuk menunjang peningkatan ekonomi kreatif, komunitas Murtitomo bersepakat dengan tim PKM untuk merencanakan beberapa solusi yaitu : 1. Dialog budaya untuk memahami pentingnya literasi sebagai upaya pelestarian budaya Topeng Malangan yang dipandu oleh Budayawan, 2. Pengadaan peralatan pendukung percepatan dan peningkatan kualitas produk kerajinan topeng 3. Pelatihan optimalisasi Go Digitalisasi Promosi. Target pelaksaan program PKM ini adalah transfer of knowledge dan transfer of skill dari tim PKM sehingga diharapkan tingkat partisipasi aktif (70%) dan terjadi peningkatan ekonomi. Selanjutnya luaran dari program ini adalah jurnal ilmiah nasional berISSN, media cetak elektronik serta peningkatan IPTEK dengan optimalisasi Go Digitalisasi Promosi, video, modul literasi serta haki. Dalam pelaksanaan program, mitra bersedia menyediakan tempat, pengurus terlibat aktif pada dialog budaya dan pelatihan pemasaran online. Prosedur evaluasi meliputi: 1. Ada modul literasi, 2. Peralatan pendukung produksi topeng terawat dengan baik

Abstract

Nurse’s job satisfaction ia an important factor that must be strived by the management of hospital because the impact of job satisfaction is not only on the nurse itself bu also have an impact on the patient and hospital’s image also. This is a descriptive quantitative research with cross sectional approach. This study was conducted involving 74 non-civil nurses who worked in surgery inpatient care of “X” public hospital in East Java, Indonesia. The result show that career development affect nurses’s job satisfaction through organizational commitment as mediating variables. Compensation affect nurses’s job satisfaction through organizational commitment as mediating variables

Abstract

Social Return on Investment (SROI) is a technique to measure the impact/benefit of a project or program. This study aims to analyze the impact of social investment from the implementation of the program, Entrepreneurship Workshop "Glinds Act - Global Minds, Local Impact: Transforming Education & Entrepreneurs". In this research, the type of data used is primary data. The analysis procedure used is the SROI analysis method using a stakeholder-focused approach, viewed from three aspects: economic, social, and environmental. The results showed that every Rp1 (one rupiah) invested in the Entrepreneurship Workshop "Glinds Act - Global Minds, Local Impact: Transforming Education & Entrepreneurs" will generate a social return of Rp. 38, 52 (thirty - eight point fifty - two rupiah). This ratio is quite high and promises a high return as well. Keywords: Social Return on Investment, CSV

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Sociolla Lombok Epicentrum Mall Mataram.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif, yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh karyawan Sociolla Lombok Epicentrum Mall, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki pengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (H1 tidak terbukti),  budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (H2 terbukti), dan Organization Citizenship Behavior memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (H3 tidak terbukti). Peran pemimpin memiliki komitmen agar mampu menganalisis terkait keseimbangan beban kerja karyawannya, dan manajemen perusahaan memiliki strategi khusus dalam meningkatkan kesadaran tentang upaya ekstra dan perilaku inovatif dari karyawan dalam bekerja

Abstract

This study aims to find out more about the effects of the implementation of work flexibility on loyalty and job satisfaction, with work-life balance as mediation among female motorcycle taxi drivers especially in Surabaya, Indonesia. This study is a cross sectional quantitative study with the data collection technique using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire administered to 127 female XYZ’s motorcycle taxi drivers. This study used the path analysis as the data analysis technique to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that work flexibility has significant direct effects on loyalty, job satisfaction and work-life balance among women as motorcycle taxi drivers. The work-life balance did not mediate the effect of work flexibility on the loyalty and job satisfaction among women as motorcycle taxi drivers.

Abstract

Purpose In 2022, Indonesia's Human Development Index (HDI) increased by 0.86 percent when compared to 2020, at which time all countries in the world were depressed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Efforts to increase HDI can be done by continuing improve the ability of the younger generation as agents of change who are believed to be the spearhead of the success of human development. The Postgraduate Study Program of UNAIR participates in improving the communication skills of the young generation through community service activities entitled public speaking training for students. This activity aims to improve students' ability to communicate. Design/methodology/approach – This activity was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by building closeness and active involvement of participants. Findings – The results of this training showed an increase in students' communication skills. Students become more aware of the meaning of communication, and they are also more courageous and not nervous to communicate face-to-face with others after attending public speaking training. Originality/value – This activity can have a significant impact for students directly, and the communication skills and self-confidence of students increase. Students will be able to manage their nervousness, especially when they have to face the audience, besides that students will be able to convey their opinions effectively both in internal and external campus forums. Another implication of this activity is the increase in HDI.

Abstract

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in all corners of the world has made all activities from various sectors difficult and even experience complete paralysis. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, a crisis emerged in various organizations engaged in the medical and non-medical fields. With the crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a transformational leadership role is needed as a form to overcome feelings of worry, fear, and anxiety that arise in healthcare workers. The purpose of this review is to examine the resilience of healthcare workers amid the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through well-established adopted questionnaires, data were collected from healthcare workers (N=134) treating COVID-19 patients in the Islamic Hospital in Surabaya, Indonesia. This type of research uses a quantitative approach, a sampling method with census technicalities, and the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that transformational Leadership had a positive effect on health workers. Then, there was no significant influence of transformational Leadership on negative effects on health workers. At the same time, from positive effects, it was found to have a significant influence on the resilience of health workers of Islamic Hospital during the COVID-19 crisis.

Abstract

The absence of a tourism village development strategy can result in the potential of Tritik Village not being utilized properly as a tourist destination. This development strategy aims to help the community plan the development of their area as a tourist village so that they have an understanding of their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Researchers with the community formulate a strategy using a SWOT analysis that has been identified through interviews and observations through community empowerment activities in Tritik Village. Researchers present the results of the identification of the factors which are then processed into a SWOT analysis diagram so that they can help the community and stakeholders better understand and analyze it so that the right strategy is obtained in developing a tourist village in the Tritik Village area. The results of this study indicate that the strategy that can be applied is the Strenght Opportunity strategy in which the strategy is carried out by utilizing all strengths to seize and take advantage of opportunities as much as possible. Tidak adanya strategi pengembangan desa wisata yang diterapkan dapat mengakibatkan potensi wisata yang dimiliki pada Desa Tritik tidak termanfaatkan dengan baik. Strategi pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat merencanakan pengembangan wilayahnya sebagai desa wisata agar mereka memiliki pemahaman tentang faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dimiliki oleh desa tersebut. Peneliti bersama masyarakat merumuskan strategi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT yang telah diidentifikasi dengan cara wawancara dan observasi melalui aktivitas pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Tritik. Peneliti menyajikan sebuah hasil identifikasi faktor-faktor internal yang meliputi faktor kekuatan dan kelemahan, serta faktor eksternal yang meliputi faktor peluang dan ancaman. Selanjutnya diolah ke dalam suatu diagram analisa SWOT agar masyarakat dan stakeholder lebih memahami dan menganalisa faktor-faktor tersebut sehingga didapatkan sebuah strategi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan desa wisata di wilayah Tritik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan terlebih dulu adalah strategi SO (Strenght Opportunity) di mana strategi tersebut dijalankan dengan mendayagunakan seluruh kekuatan dalam mendapatkan dan atau memanfaatkan peluang sebesar-besarnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of Organizational learning culture and Transformational leadership on Job performance through the mediating role of Job satisfaction in the banking industry. The method used is a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to analyze data from frontliner employees in the banking sector in East Java. The results showed that Organizational learning culture and Transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also proven to mediate the effect of Organizational learning culture and Transformational leadership on Job performance. The limitation of this study lies in a sample limited to frontliner employees in the banking sector in East Java, which may not represent the entire banking industry. Suggestions for future research are to explore additional factors that may influence the relationship between Organizational learning culture, Transformational leadership, Job satisfaction, and Job performance, and to expand the sample to various sectors and geographical areas

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between organizational culture, work environment, and transactional leadership on job satisfaction at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi (PPA). The sample consisted of 80 workers. Questionnaire tabulation, validity, and reliability tests were used for analysis. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The findings indicate that organizational culture can increase job satisfaction, and there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. A positive influence of work environment on job satisfaction was also found. Moreover, a positive influence between transactional leadership and job satisfaction was discovered. Therefore, strengthening organizational culture, improving the work environment, and applying a transformational leadership style can increase job satisfaction and performance at PPA. Understanding and applying these concepts can improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
