Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between self-esteem and self-confidence of orphanage youth. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational techniques to 73 adolescents who live in an orphanage in Lima Kaum District. This study uses two scales, namely the self-esteem scale from Coopersmith and the self-confidence scale from Lauster. Data analysis used statistical analysis with the help of SPSS Version 20 software. The results showed that self-esteem had a significant positive relationship with self-confidence with a correlation coefficient value of 0.084> 0.05. This means that the higher the self-esteem of adolescents, the higher the self-confidence of adolescents. On the other hand, the lower the self-esteem of the teenager, the lower the self-confidence of the teenager. Keywords: self-esteem;self-confidence;adolescents

Abstract

Pokok Permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana strategi komunikasi Da’i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi  yang digunakan Da’i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah Kenagarian Koto padang kecamatan koto baru kabupaten dharmasraya.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan latar masjid Miftahul Jannah kenagarian Koto Padang kecamatan Koto Baru kabupaten Dharmasraya. pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara secara mendalam dan semi terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil serta informasi lengkap sesuai yang di butuhkan oleh peneliti. teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Miles dan Hubberman Dalam menjamin keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi atau secara sederhana dikenal dengan metode cross check.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan (1) bahwa Da’i dalam berdakwah di masjid Miftahul Jannah yaitu dengan perkataan yang mudah dimengerti dan dapat dipahami oleh mad’u. (2) bahwa strategi Da’i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan bahasa yang sopan dan santun serta memilih kata yang membuat hati senang. (3) bahwa Da’i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang lemah lembut, tidak emosional serta tidak menggunakan intonasi suara yang keras. (4) strategi qawlan maysura yang digunakan Da’i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang sederhana dan bahasa yang ringan. (5) strategi komunikasi ma’rufan yang digunakan Da’i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan materi ceramah yang bermanfaat serta perkataan yang dapat menyejukan hati dan mencerahkan pemikiran. (6) strategi komunikasi qawlan saddidan yang digunakan Da’i dalam berdakwah yaitu dengan menggunakan perkataan yang benar dan perkataan yang lurus serta perkataan yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Abstract

The problem in this study was caused by children who had problems in social interaction. The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of social interaction of foster children, namely children at the Aisyiyah Orphanage, Batusangkar Branch. This type of research is pre-experiment with type one group pre-test-post-test design. From the research carried out, the results showed that group guidance services had a significant effect on the quality of social interaction of foster children at a significance level of 1%. This means that group guidance services are effective in improving the quality of social interaction of foster children.  Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini dilaterbelakangi oleh banyaknya anak asuh yang memiliki masalah dalam interaksi sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap peningkatan kualitas interaksi sosial anak asuh, yaitu anak binaan di Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Cabang Batusangkar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen dengan tipe one group pre-test-post-test design. Dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan, diperoleh hasil bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas interaksi sosial anak asuh. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji statistik bahwa thitung >ttabel  pada taraf signifikan 1%. Hal ini berarti bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas interaksi sosial anak asuh.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the concept and application of system support services as a component of a comprehensive counseling program. This research method uses literature review by collecting and analyzing journal texts and reference books, both those found from printed sources and electronic sources in the form of ebooks and ejournals that are accessed online. The data analysis technique used is content analysis and the data is classified based on research issues and problems. The results of the study show that system support services are management activities, network development, collaboration between BK teachers/counselors and various parties including collaboration with subject teachers, administrative staff, parents, other relevant experts and continuous professional development strengthened by policy. head of the education unit to achieve the goals of guidance and counseling services. The purpose of the system support service is to facilitate the development of students with various comprehensive strategies from all school personnel without relying solely on the skills of BK teachers/counselors through counseling services. Although system support services are indirect services to students, these services have an impact on three other direct services, namely; basic services, responsive services, and individual planning services. Guidance and counseling service programs in schools are not only determined by the expertise and skills of BK teachers, but are also largely determined by the commitment and skills of all school personnel, especially the skills of principals, subject teachers, administrative staff, and other personnel.

Abstract

Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menjelaskan konsep dan aplikasi landasan religius yang dilengkapi dengan contoh aplikasi dan integrasi berbagai pendekatan religius dalam proses konseling. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan sumber utama untuk mendapatkan data adalah alqur’an dilengkapi dengan buku referensi dan artikel jurnal terkait dengan landasan religius dalam konseling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan teknik konten analisis untuk mendapatkan jawaban demi tercapainya tujuan studi ini. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling religius yaitu proses bantuan secara professional yang dilakukan oleh konselor yang terlatih dan berpengalaman dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam proses konseling. Beberapa contoh aplikasi dan integrasi nilai-nilai agama dalam proses konseling adalah konseling dengan pendekatan muhasabah, pendekatan syukur, pendekatan tazkiyatun nafs, pendekatan tadabur al-qur’an, pendekatan zikir, relaksasi religius, dan lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan Penulisan ini untuk mengetahui rendahnya atau belum berkembangnya tingkat kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki santri. Banyaknya faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kecerdasan spiritual santri sehingga dalam penanganannya diperlukan peranan guru BK dalam bentuk bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah ada pengaruh bimbingan kelompok pendekatan muhasabah dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual santri. Jenis desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperiment tipe one group pre-test post-test design, yang mana dengan mengukur ikecerdasan spiritual santri kelompok eksperimen dengan menggunakan instrumen yang sama pada pengukuran pretest dan post-test. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik non-tes dengan menggunakan skala kecerdasan spiritual. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 12 orang santri Takmili kelas V kelompok eksperimen, analisis data menggunakan uji Pairet Sample test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan yaitu: (1) Skor kecerdasan spiritual santri sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok memiliki rata-rata dengan kriteria sedang yaitu sebesar 105,42. Setelah diberikan treatmen layanan bimbingan kelompok, terjadi peningkatan rata-rata skor kecerdasan spiritual santri menjadi tinggi dengan skor 132,08. (2) Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data statistik menggunakan uji-t sampel berpasangan (Paired Sample t-test), diperoleh nilai t yaitu -35,8 dengan nilai sig. yaitu 0.00 < 0.05 dengan t hitung 6,41> t tabel 1,796. Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor kecerdasan spiritual santri sebelum maupun sesudah pemberian bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan muhasabah. Oleh karena itu, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan muhasabah terhadap kecerdasan spiritual santri TPQ Masjid Tauhid Pasar Baru Padang Panjang.

Abstract

The background of this research was most of students at SMA Negeri 1 Lintau Buo postponed their academic assignments even though counselors had done many efforts in counseling but the result was not significant. Therefore, it needed a new approach to overcome those problems. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of group counseling services with a muhasabah approach to reduce students academic procrastination at SMA Negeri 1 Lintau Buo in 2020/2021 academic year. The design of this research was quasi-experimental with one group pretest and posttest design. The population of this research was the eleventh grade students of SMA N 1 Lintau Buo in 2020/2021 academic year. The samples were chosen by simple random sampling. The sample was XI IPS 4. Then, 20 students were divided into 2 groups; 10 students as the experimental class and 10 students as the control class. The instruments used to get the data were questionnaire of procrastination. T-test independent sample and N-Gain analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the students academic procrastination decreased after implementing muhasabah approach, but this approach is not effective to reduce students academic procrastination significantly based on N-Gain analysis. In conclusion, the muhasabah approach is effective in reducing students academic procrastination. Abstract

Ontology is a science that examines what is the nature of science or scientific knowledge which is popularly known by many people as science, what is the nature of rational truth or deductive truth and empirical reality that cannot be separated from science's perception of what and how. The ontology of science limits itself to scientific studies that humans can think about rationally and can observe through the five human senses. Meanwhile, the study of objects of study that are within the limits of pre-experience (such as human creation) and post-experience (such as heaven and hell) becomes an ontology of other knowledge outside of science. In language, ontology comes from the Greek word origin is "Ontos" and "Logos". Ontos is "that which exists" while Logos is "knowledge". Simply put, ontology is the science that talks about what exists. In terms, ontology is a branch of philosophy that deals with the nature of life about an existence which includes the existence of everything that exists and that may exist. And do not mix up the truth with falsehood and (do not) hide the truth while you know it. (QS. Al-Baqarah Verse 42) Ontology basically talks about the nature of "existing" science, the nature of knowledge objects, and the nature of the subject-object relationship of science. How science is viewed ontologically, the discussion is that ontology examines, analyzes knowledge based on whether knowledge really exists or does not exist. For example in Islamic Education Management, ontologically the discussion is focused on Islamic Education Management does it really exist or not, not only the study program but actually the knowledge taught in it is actually no different from Education Management in general.

Abstract

The Scientific Method in the interpretation of the Philosophy of Science is 2 things that have a strong attachment. Scientific provisions are very binding on the philosophy of science related to the scientific method itself. There are several dimensions or aspects so that science has objects in the scientific method, including 1) Ontology, 2) Axiology, and 3) Epistemology. Inductive mindset and deductive mindset are the ways of thinking used in the scientific method itself, including formulating problems, conducting library research, formulating hypotheses, testing hypotheses, gathering information, analyzing and interpreting information, finally drawing conclusions. There are several schools of thought and paradigms in the philosophical world related to research, including: positivism, post-positivism, constructivism and pragmatism. These views have an influence on research participants. Science has a significant role in the development of scientific methods by leading to qualitative, quantitative and combined research methods. This is evident from the implications and contributions in the development of scientific procedures, including: a, the philosophy of science provides guidelines for a person to distinguish between all matters that are scientific or not, so that solutions are found for these cases. b, purpose, the philosophy of science in the development of scientific procedures can provide a logical study of every science that is studied and can share a clear orientation and values for each scientific discipline. c, through the philosophy of science one finds guidance in a reflective manner and research and reasoning so that one can balance logic, experience, reason and religion in achieving a prosperous life. d, the philosophy of science shares the principles of scientific procedures, because the scientific method that is developed must be accountable logically and rationally, so that it can be used universally.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Layanan Konseling Kelompok Berbasis Regulasi Diri dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa di SMP Negeri 1 X Koto Diatas. Karena kondisi siswa di daerah tempat SMP ini berdiri mempunyai latang belakang yang heterogen sehingga perlunya konseling kelompok berbasis regulasi diri dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 X Koto Diatas. Agar siswa memiliki kedisiplinan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh konseling kelompok berbasis regulasi diri dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 X Koto Diatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen, dengan one group pretest and posttets design. Dalam penelitian ini penulis memberikan treatment konseling kelompok berbasis regulasi diri kepada 10 orang siswa di SMP Negeri 1 X Koto Diatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan tingkat kedisiplinan belajar siswa setelah diberikan treatment konseling kelompok berbasis regulasi diri dengan Hasil paired t test menunjukan bahwa to (6,275) > tt (1,833) pada alpha 0,05 dan df 9 dan nilai n-gain tingkat kedisiplinan belajar siswa setelah mendapatkan konseling kelompok berbasis regulasi diri yaitu 0,43 atau 43% berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini memberikan bukti bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan tingkat kedisiplinan belajar siswa setelah mendapatkan intervensi konseling kelompok berbasis regulasi diri. Bukti statistik ini mendukung hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya konseling kelompok berbasis regulasi diri berpengaruh meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa.
