Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe generally the innovation of teachers work certificate educators in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Conclusions can be drawn from this research is the innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in performing learning tasks, planning a variety of learning methods and the use of multi media in learning. innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in coaching the students tried to prevent breaches of discipline than implementing punishment on students, innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in the running professions attempt to continue to pursue higher studies, seminars, workshops and training.

Abstract

The purpose of this  research was to describe the correlation between work stress and achieved motivation with teacher’s perfomance at the junior high school teachers at Manna East of Bengkulu. The method of research was correlational. The data was collected by using questionnaire, the data analysis was correlation, linear regression, and double regression to examine the hypotesis. The results of this research were (1) There was significant relation between work stress and teachers perfomance; (2) There was significant relation between achieved motivation and teachers perfomance; (3) There was together relation between work stress and achieved motivation to the teachers perfomance. According to the first and the second hyphothesis, it was conversed to the third hyphotesis, it was estimated that work stress followed by achieved motivation will increase the teachers perfomance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysic the corelation between  organization culture,  work stress and teacher performance. The reseach research were teachers i of senior high school No 1 Ulok Kupai. Samples were taken  35  teachers from senior high school. The data were  analysed with descriptive statistic inferensial and technique. Result of the research show that: (1)the is positive and significan corelation between organization culture  of teacher performance.(2)the is  positive and significan corelation between works stress of teacher performance. (3)there is positive and significan corelation between organization culture and work stress  of  teacher performance. To improve teachers quality, education and tranning is necessary

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management facility of language laboratory at Public Senior High School Number One Muara Pinang Empat Lawang District. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The objects are principle, vice principle of facility, head og language laboratory, laboran, language teacher and students. The techniques of the data are interview, observation, and documentation study. The conclusion shows that:  The planning of the facility do in, the early of academic year but the committee seldom existed. The provisioning of the facility mostly by puchasing and the government assist. The inventories of the facility aren’t proceduraly. The storage of the facility are procedurally. The using of the facility unapropriate of the list of schedule but the regulation has been running well. The maintenance of the facility is doing based on necessity, the maintenance are; daily, regulary and intern of repairman. The cleaning out of the facility is never done, damaged facility are only warehoused. Keyword: Management language laboratory, Facility language laboratory.

Abstract

This study described what local cultural values are adopted in the leadership of principal at SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah. This study used qualitative-descriptive method. In this paper, the subject of research was the principal. The data collected by using interview, observation and documentation. The results obtained indicate that the adoption of local cultural values in the leadership of principal has been implemented in appropriate with the principal's situation, condition and understanding of local cultural values.

Abstract

The general objective of this study is to describe the management of increasing teachers’ performance. The specific objectives of this study describe: 1) the planning of the management of increasing teachers’ performance, 2) the implementation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance, 3) the monitoring and evaluation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance and 4) the problems found in the management of increasing teachers’ performance. The research methods of this study was descriptive qualitative and the techniques of data collection were interview, observation and documentation. The research subjects were principal and teachers. The findings of this study show that the planning and the monitoring and evaluation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance runs effectively. But, based on the implementation of the management of increasing teachers’ performance  there are some problems found namely external and internal problems.

Abstract

The general purpose of the research is to describe about Innovative Learning Management by  the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, English Teachers and students at the state Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The techniques of the collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The general results of the study show that the Innovative Learning Management by the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu was suitable with the curriculum. The specific results were: 1) Planning was planned successfully; 2) organization was good; 3) Implementation was done perfectly; 4) Evaluation was done continually; 5) The problems in the innovation of English Teaching-Learning Management at Public Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu were about students’ motivation and the facilities at the school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan penguatan pendidikan karakter di SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu, yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan Monitoring. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluasi dengan discrepancy model (Provos). Populasi studi adalah pengajar di sekolah menengah atas Bengkulu 3. Sampel dalam studi ini adalah 67 guru dengan total teknik sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data teknik yang digunakan kuantitatif analisis statistik deskriptif.. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) perencanaan untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter di SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu telah direncanakan dengan baik dengan kriteria mencapai 78,21% (2) pengorganisasian, terorganisasi dengan baik dengan kriteria pencapaian 89,05% (3) pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter dilakukan dengan cukup baik, dengan kriteria mencapai 72,48% (4) pengawasan penguatan pendidikan karakter telah dilakukan dengan kriteria prestasi sebesar 84,63%.

Abstract

The Objektive of this resears is to know the influence of headmasters leadership and organization culture foward teacher is performance at Junior High School in Subdistrik of manna City.The method of this research was qualitative to prone hyphothesis with statistical analiysis. The subjects of this study were teacher of Junior High School in Subdistrict of Manna City. The data ware taken by distributing questionnaire. Then data analysis used quantitative. The result of this study showed that (1) there was a significant corelation between headmaster’s leadership and teacher’s perfomance   (2) there was a significant  correlation between organization culture and teacher’s perfomance and (3) there was a significant correlation simultaneously between headmaster’s leadership and organization culture to teacher performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengambarkan strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas negeri 1 Lintang Kanan Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang program kepala sekolah, langkah-langkah kepala sekolah, mengelola sumber-sumber daya, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru. Penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penilitian  kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data teknik pengamatan, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru. Program kepala sekolah, langkah-langkah kepala sekolah, mengelola sumber-sumber daya, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru. Mengatasi masalah peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru kepala sekolah sudah melakukan secara efektif dan efisien. Analisi penelitian strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kepribadian guru, antara lain membuat program, teknik kepala sekolah, mengelola sumber daya, faktor pendukung dan penghambat.
