Abstract

This community service activity is based on the lack of understanding and ability of high school and junior high school teachers in compiling scientific articles and introducing much more deeply about learning methods using the STEAM approach. In addition, many teachers are still reluctant to publish research results on the grounds that they do not understand the guidelines for compiling scientific articles. This is the basis for the need to carry out this community service activity with the aim of helping high school and junior high school teachers in compiling scientific articles so that later teachers can publish articles that have been made in journals or mass media and are able to apply learning methods with STEAM. The community service activity was carried out in October 2022 at the State University of Malang. The method used is divided into two stages, namely delivering material and mentoring for teachers who want to compile scientific articles according to the reports they have. With this community service activity, it can provide a new knowledge concept for teachers so that they can compile scientific articles, especially from the results of research that has been carried out.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is one of the essential competencies that must be developed in the education process in the modern era.Creative thinking skills can be stimulated through the application of the right learning model. One of the learning models that can help educators stimulate creative thinking skills is the ACCA learning model. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the effect of ACCA learning model on improving creative thinking skills. This study used an experimental research design with pre-test-post-three-treatment conducted at one of the State Universities in Makassar, Indonesia. The implementation of ACCA learning model assisted by the Learning Management System (LMS) to optimize the use of technology and improve creative thinking skills. The research instrument used in this study was an integrated essay test of creative thinking skills that had gone through a validity and reliability process. Data collection was based on the results of students' answers at the time of the pre-test and post-test. The statistical analysis used in this study was Ancova test with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the data analysis showed that the ACCA learning model assisted by LMS can improve creative thinking skills. The flexibility offered by this model provides opportunities for students to express themselves and be active in learning and solving problems faced both independently and in groups. Based on these findings, this research can be used as one of the innovative models in empowering creative thinking skills and other skills of students.

Abstract

Perubahan arah industri ke green economy mendorong penerapan green product dan green marketing dalam aktivitas usaha. Peluang ini mendorong munculnya SIEKA Detergen yang mengkombinasikan saponin daun sengon dan teknologi enzim protease sebagai detergen biodegradable yang menerapkan prinsip green product. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha yang ditinjau dari tangible dan intangible asset, serta menerapkan prinsip green economy dalam aktivitas usaha. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tahap pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Analisis pasar menunjukan bahwa SIEKA Detergen memiliki prospek pasar yang menjanjikan. Analisis produksi dan pemasaran menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan usaha dilakukan dengan optimal. Analisis keuangan menunjukkan payback period usaha sebesar 3,6 bulan, NPV sebesar Rp134.030.192,00, dan benefits cost ratio sebesar 1,6. Analisis berdasarkan intangible assets menunjukkan bahwa SIEKA Detergen sesuai dengan standarisasi SNI terkait kualitas detergen. Berdasarkan aspek-aspek analisis kelayakan usaha yang dilakukan, usaha SIEKA Detergen layak untuk dilanjutkan. Kata Kunci: detergen biodegradable, kelayakan usaha, green product Abstract The change in the direction of the industry towards a green economy encourages the application of green products and green marketing in business activities. This opportunity encouraged the emergence of SIEKA Detergent which combines saponins of sengon leaves and protease enzyme technology as a biodegradable detergent that applies the green product principle. This article aims to analyze business feasibility in terms of tangible and intangible assets, as well as apply green economy principles in business activities. The method of implementation is carried out through the stages of pre-production, production and post-production. Market analysis shows that SIEKA Detergent has a promising market prospect. Production and marketing analysis shows that business implementation is carried out optimally. Financial analysis shows a business payback period of 3.6 months, an NPV of IDR 134,030,192.00, and a benefits cost ratio of 1.6. Analysis based on intangible assets shows that SIEKA Detergent complies with SNI standards regarding detergent quality. Based on the aspects of the business feasibility analysis conducted, the SIEKA Detergent business is feasible to continue. Keywords: biodegradable detergent, business feasibility, green product

Abstract

One way to obtain competitive human resources is by making employees aware of their potential according to their skills. To make employees aware of their potential, one program that companies can implement is a planned and continuous career development program. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of career development on auditor performance. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach. A total of 250 respondents of auditors were collected for this study from auditors working at public sector organizations in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was random sampling, and the data analysis technique employed was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study show that career development has a positive effect on motivation, affective commitment, perceived organizational support, and performance. Furthermore, motivation, affective commitment, and perceived organizational support are able to mediate the influence of career development on auditor performance.

Abstract

The widespread instances of violations of examination standards and the failure to uphold ethical values among auditors have raised public doubts about auditors. The quality of audits serves as a benchmark for assessing the financial management soundness of an entity under examination. On the other hand, e-audit is expected to help auditors improve audit quality. The purpose of this research is to comprehend and analyze the effectiveness of E-Audit on audit quality at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, with 196 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed as the data analysis technique. The results of this research indicate that independence, experience, and competence have a positive effect on the effectiveness of E-Audit and audit quality. Furthermore, the effectiveness of E-Audit can mediate the influences of independence, experience, and competence on audit quality.
