Abstract

Abstract

A poverty-free region is one of the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) targets approved by the United Nations in 2015. It aims to end extreme poverty for all people earning less than $1.25 per day and promote inclusive and equitable development. Per capita, income is one of the critical indicators of human resource development and the economy. This research aims to identify economic growth in the context of per capita income and to monitor and evaluate the achievement of the SDGs Without Poverty in the Sampang district. This qualitative study uses a descriptive analysis approach, with data collection methods including observation, documentation, and library research. The research focuses on the achievement of the SDGs Without Poverty indicator, which consists of five key indicators: (i) Percentage of the population living below the national poverty line; (ii) Implementation of the social protection system; (iii) Guarantee of economic resources and fundamental service rights (health, housing, lighting); (iv) Strengthening and development of disaster-resilient areas, and (v) Government policies and proportions in poverty alleviation, as well as several sub-indicators set by the National Development Planning Agency.  The study results showed that the increase in per capita income had a negative but insignificant correlation with the poverty rate. However, per capita income positively impacts realizing the SDGs Without Poverty. It has achieved the goal of ending extreme poverty for all people with an income of less than $1.25 per day.

Abstract

The zoning system policy of New Learner Admission (PPDB) refers to the division of administrative areas into certain zones, where prospective learners will be placed based on the location of their residence. the zoning system policy is carried out by the Gresik Regency Government to provide equal access to education and ensure that every learner has equal access to education.  The uneven distribution of public senior high schools in Gresik Regency can cause difficulties in accessing education for students. This condition leads parents to take actions such as entrusting their child's name to the Family Card (KK) of family or friends who live close to the location school. There are also those who deliberately manipulate the coordinates of the house to make it look closer to the location of the location school. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the policy has been running well according to the variables proposed by George C. Edwards III. Communication is done by providing socialization to schools and parents of students. The resources used are in accordance with the required capabilities. Disposition, the local government supports the zoning system policy. Bureaucratic structure, namely the formation of a special PPDB committee in each high school.

Kelurahan Bersih Narkoba is a program of the National Narcotics Agency in collaboration with local governments in the context of preventing, eradicating, abusing, and distributing drugs in the smallest scope, namely villages, this is done to reduce the high number of national drug trafficking. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Setonopande Clean Drug Village is going well, this is indicated by the fulfillment of the Five Precise Indicators of Program/Policy Implementation which contains the accuracy of the policy, implementation, target, environment, and the accuracy of the process, on the other hand there are still findings of implementation that are still less precise and can be improved in the future, such as communication between implementers, making clear and specific regulations, and allocating a special budget for this program. This research is expected to provide suggestions to Setonopande Village for the next implementation, and other regions can adopt the success of the implementation of this program.
