Abstract

This study is based on the presence of spirit (ghirah) to return to Islamic teachings among Muslim students in Riau after the 212. This study shows that: First, the ulama who has the same understanding with students is Habbib Rizieq Shihab. Second, the idea about Khilafah Islamiyah and the implementation of syari’ah or Islamis law is still dominant. Third, there is an idea that killing is a part of jihad. Fourth, the consciousness about differences is still low. Based on this finding, the radical potential which is high among students is basically disquieting. Furthermore, the basis of this understanding is affected by the dakwah concept of some extra campus organizations and their ideological organization.

Abstract

Technology in the Society 5.0 era is more focused on the context of humans as superior resources. Competition is prioritized, both in understanding technology, skills, and its implementation in daily activities. Especially for students who must try to win the competition, because job opportunities are limited. Soft skills are a development of Emotional Quotient (EQ), which is part of social intelligence that includes the ability to monitor social emotions and the abilities of others. The opportunity to gain knowledge in a short time in the 2023 MOSMA scholarship program is expected to be able to shape they character after completing the programs and readiness to face the challenges of the sustainable world of work. This research was conducted using survey techniques and qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection method was through in-depth interviews with key informants, namely students receiving the 2023 MOSMA Scholarship from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study include active learning methods that can provide benefits for students to easily understand teaching objectives and be more independent, interactive with teachers, interesting with media and visualizations, easy to evaluate, students as agents of change have and instill strong morals through soft skills and want to continue their education to the Masters level, more enthusiastic, motivated to googling to get educational scholarships and very independent.

Abstract

Stunting remains a significant public health challenge in Indonesia, reflecting chronic undernutrition and unequal access to health and nutrition services. This study examined the implementation of Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021 through a structured comparative narrative review with systematic searches of peer-reviewed literature from 2019 to 2023, focusing on Bandung Regency, Jember Regency, Batam City, and Padang City. Data synthesis compared intervention models, implementation strategies, measurable outcomes, and contextual influences. Results varied by region. Jember achieved a marked decline in stunting, from about 37.94% in 2020 to 11.74% by the end of 2021, supported by a formally mandated multi‑sectoral coordination body (TPPS). Batam reported falling prevalence from 7.2% (2020) to 2.4% (2022) after adopting an integrated convergence policy across seven agencies. Bandung implemented a 1,000 HPK inter‑agency framework but saw no measurable reduction during the study period, largely due to COVID‑19 disruptions. Padang showed incomplete cross-sectoral integration and an increasing trend (7.65% in 2018 to 9.6% in 2019). Where gains were documented, regions tended to share three features: a formal legal mandate, a dedicated budget line, and a structured coordination mechanism. That said, the non-experimental design of all four source studies means we cannot attribute observed prevalence changes to specific policy choices.
