Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the POAC-based management strategy (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) in strengthening the continuous learning culture within the Islamic Students Association (HMI) Komisariat Tarbiyah at UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that although each POAC function has been implemented, its execution remains suboptimal. In the planning aspect, the organization has established intellectual-oriented training programs; however, they are not fully supported by needs analysis and risk-based planning. The organizing aspect shows a structurally well-defined system, yet coordination among divisions is still weak. In the actuating aspect, participatory leadership has been applied, but member participation remains inconsistent and heavily influenced by individual motivation. Regarding the controlling aspect, evaluation mechanisms are not well documented, resulting in repetitive issues and the absence of structured recommendations. This study concludes that the POAC management strategy has substantial potential to strengthen a sustainable learning culture, but requires improvement in coordination, program implementation discipline, member motivation, and systematic evaluation mechanisms.

Abstract

National education in Indonesia is currently facing a serious challenge in the form of a gap between theoretical moral knowledge and students' actual behavior in the field. This study aims to analyze the integration strategy and effectiveness of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning to improve students' moral attitudes amidst the challenges of adolescent moral degradation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with 3 teachers and 10 students, as well as documentation studies of teaching modules at SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Tiga, Pidie district, which were then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results showed that integration was carried out through three main strategies, namely the insertion of values ​​in teaching materials, a project-based learning model, and school culture habituation. In addition, a significant increase was found in students' moral attitudes, especially in the dimensions of faith and piety in the aspects of academic honesty, mutual cooperation in collaboration, and global diversity in tolerance. This study concludes that PPKn learning oriented on the Pancasila Student Profile is effective in transforming civic knowledge into real and relevant moral dispositions. Therefore, it is recommended that schools adopt Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek as the main model and strengthen habituation as a support for the whole-school approach to character sustainability

Abstract

This Thematic Student Community Service (KKNT) program focuses on enhancing the ecological awareness of the community in RT 23 RW 04, Pematang Gubernur Village, regarding household waste management. The lack of understanding of the long-term impact of inorganic waste is the primary urgency for conducting this educational intervention. The method applied is based on participatory empowerment, which includes field observations, dialogues with local neighborhood leaders, and the installation of educational signs containing scientific information on waste decomposition time. The results of this service show that the use of static visual media in public spaces effectively stimulates residents to be more prudent in managing waste. This initiative has successfully transformed the community's mindset in perceiving the urgency of environmental cleanliness as a collective responsibility for the sustainability of the local ecosystem.

Abstract

The transition into Society 5.0 necessitates educational assessment models that are not only technologically advanced but also culturally meaningful. This study developed and tested an integrated learning assessment model for the Society 5.0, synergizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) for cognitive-psychomotor evaluation with teacher-based affective assessment grounded in Sipaq’ Mandar local values. Employing an explanatory sequential mixed -methods design, the research involved 300 junior high school students and 60 teachers in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. Quantitative data were collected through pre-post tests and questionnaires, while qualitative data were gathered via interviews, FGDs, and observation. Result demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in cognitive-psychomotor achievement, with an average score increase of 11.7 points (p < .001, Cohen’s d = 1.12). The Sipaq’ Mandar values (siri’, siarondoi, sipakalaq’bi, makkeada, dipokannyang) were successfully operationalized into a valid and reliable affective assessment rubric. The resulting SIAMASEI-AI model was deemed highly feasible (M=4.43/5) and contributed 71.2% to holistic assessment affectiveness. The study concludes that the integration of AI with culturally contextual affective assessment offers a viable, balanced, and humanized evaluation framework, addressing both the technological demands and the character-building imperative of modern education.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap pengambilan keputusan di SMP Al Kautsar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi secara terstruktur. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi di SMP Al Kautsar yang tekanan pada nilai-nilai keagamaan, disiplin, dan kebersamaan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan, kepala sekolah berperan aktif dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif, komunikatif, dan transparan, sehingga keputusan dibuat secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk guru, tenaga kependidikan, siswa dan komite sekolah. Budaya organisasi yang positif mendorong keterbukaan, rasa tanggung jawab, dan sinergi antar anggota sekolah, yang pada akhirnya memperkuat efektivitas manajemen sekolah. Dengan demikian budaya organisasi yang positif dan berbasis partisipasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, tetapi juga mendorong efektivitas manajemen sekolah secara keseluruhan, serta menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif dan harmonis.

Service quality is a very important aspect to be considered to retain consumers. PT. ASDP INDONESIA FERRY (PERSERO) Merak Banten its duties as providers and services in the field of crossings. Measurement of customer satisfaction by using the method of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value is 80,68%. which is the priority of improvement to improve customer satisfaction of PT ASDP INDONESIA that is in dimension of attributes intangible dimension is about toilet facility, this attribute need to be repaired because in its implementation there are still complaints from passengers and attributes that are contained in the dimensions responsiveness is regarding the speed and responsiveness in serving the passengers, responsiveness of the officer in providing information in providing the arrival and departure time , and the attributes contained in the assurance dimension is about the security level of the port area

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought about new assets such as Bitcoin. However, Indonesian law, particularly the Civil Code, has not yet clearly regulated the inheritance of these digital assets. As a result, legal uncertainty has arisen, particularly regarding how to identify, access, and divide Bitcoin after the owner's death. Technical challenges also arise because access to Bitcoin can only be done with a private key, while there are no legal rules requiring its disclosure. This study aims to examine the status of Bitcoin as an inheritance asset and formulate its inheritance mechanism according to Indonesian civil law. The main questions addressed are: (1) how to establish Bitcoin as an inheritance asset, and (2) how to distribute it after the owner's death. The method used is normative legal research with a descriptive approach. Data sources include the Civil Code, PERMENDAG No. 99/2018, journals, books, and interviews. Analysis is conducted by comparing existing regulations with other intangible assets, such as intellectual property rights, while considering the latest regulatory developments in the crypto field. The research findings indicate that Bitcoin is classified as an intangible movable asset under Articles 503 and 504 of the Civil Code, thereby making it inheritable. The inheritance mechanism requires specific steps, such as asset documentation, digital wills, heir verification, transfers via multi-signature technology, as well as documentation and audits. The main challenges.

Abstract

The development of dyes has moved from natural sources, such as minerals, plants, and animals, to synthetic substitutes since the discovery of mauveine in 1856. The industrial revolution has changed the way dyes are made and sparked environmental concerns, which has led to a renewed interest in natural colors for food, cosmetics, and textiles. In dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), the potential of chlorophyll extracts from water spinach (Ipomoea spp.) and spinach (Amaranthus tricolor) as long-lasting photosensitizers is investigated in this work. Amaranthus tricolor has a high total chlorophyll content of 10.367 mg/g, which is made up of 9.551 mg/g of chlorophyll and 0.818 mg/g of chlorophyll b, according to a chlorophyll content analysis. Significant amounts of chlorophyll were also present in Amaranthus hybridus, which had 10.462 mg/g (9.181 mg/g of chlorophyll and 1.283 mg/g of chlorophyll b). Ipomoea species, on the other hand, had a lower chlorophyll concentration (5.380 mg/g). Significant absorption peaks were found in the 380–460 nm range by acetone extraction and UV–Vis spectrophotometry, highlighting the significance of efficient light absorption for photosynthesis. Amaranthus tricolor is a very ideal plant for distributed solar power system applications due to its exceptional light energy conversion performance. But during storage, environmental stressors including senescence and light intensity caused chlorophyll to degrade, which shifted the absorbance maxima to shorter wavelengths and decreased the efficiency of light absorption. Amaranthus tricolor, in spite of this, continues to be a viable option for environmentally benign natural chlorophyll alternatives for industrial and renewable energy applications.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren memegang peranan penting dalam pengembangan karakter dan ilmu agama, khusus-nya dalam bidang tahfidz. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pembiasaan muroja'ah dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan Al-Qur'an di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittiba' Klaten, yang menyoroti kesenjangan literatur mengenai kajian spesifik pada lingkungan pesantren pasca-pandemi. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh tantangan variabilitas pencapaian hafalan santri dan pentingnya muroja'ah sebagai faktor kunci penguatan memori jangka panjang dalam teori kognitif, yang selaras dengan tradisi pengulangan dalam pendidikan pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang dipilih untuk menggali pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses pembiasaan muroja'ah dalam konteks alamiah pesantren melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen, sejalan dengan literatur metodologis kontemporer (Creswell & Poth, 2018; Yin, 2018). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi muroja'ah di Al-Ittiba' Klaten berjalan sistematis melalui perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang terjadwal konsisten, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan, mencerminkan praktik manajemen instruksional yang efektif (Robbins & Coulter, 2018). Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya program muroja'ah yang terstruktur dan adaptif untuk mendukung peningkatan hafalan santri secara kuantitatif maupun kualitatif, termasuk ketepatan, kelancaran, dan pemahaman makna. Implikasinya, institusi pendidikan agama perlu mengintegrasikan program muroja'ah yang terstruktur sebagai bagian integral kurikulum tahfidz untuk penguatan spiritualitas dan pendalaman Al-Qur'an. Studi lanjutan direkomendasikan untuk mengidentifikasi metode muroja'ah yang paling sesuai bagi berbagai tipe santri dan mengeksplorasi dasar neurokognitifnya.

Abstract

Cina merupakan salah satu negara terkuat di dunia, baik secara ekonomi maupun politik. Secara politik, Cina merupakan negara yang diperhitungkan oleh karena memiliki pasukan militer yang cukup besar di mata dunia. Dalam sejarah, Cina merupakan salah satu negara yang sejak dulu telah terkenal dengan segala aspeknya, mulai dari politik hingga ekonomi. Bahkan dalam sejarah, Indonesia yang memiliki jumlah muslim terbesar di dunia memiliki hubungan erat terkait penyebaran Islam di Indonesia yang salah satunya berasal dari Cina. Hal ini berarti bahwa Cina lebih dahulu mengenal Islam dibanding Indonesia. Bebeberapa etnis di cina yang memeluk Islam antara lain etnik Huizu, Uygur, Kazakh, Kirgiz, Tajik, Uzbek, Tatar dan lain-lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun negeri Cina tidak mengadopsi sistem negara berbasis Islam, namun Cina memilik peranan penting dalm penyebaran agama Islam.
