Drama learning plays an important role in training students to sharpen their expressive abilities in performing arts. This study aims to develop and implement an authentic assessment-based assessment strategy to identify high school students' ability to assess drama texts and drama performances. The research method used is research and development (R&D) which involves several stages, namely needs analysis, instrument design, and assessment model development. The R&D model used in this research is the ADDIE model (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate). The results showed that the developed authentic assessment model can improve students' ability to assess drama texts and performances. Teachers who use this model find it helpful in developing more effective and comprehensive assessment instruments. In addition, students showed improvement in critical thinking and evaluation skills, as well as the ability to identify and assess important elements in drama and performance texts. This study suggests that the implementation of authentic assessment strategies can make a positive contribution towards improving the quality of assessment in a secondary school setting.

This research is motivated by students’ lack of knowledge about literary works that they deserve to read. This is in line with the teacher’s lack of supervision over the selection of literary appreciation learning materials that are worthy of being read, appreciated, and used in high school. The teacher has an important role in selecting literary appreciation learning materials. Extensive insight into the field of literature, the ability to motivate students to enjoy literature and to make students being interested in appreciating a literary work an ability that must have an Indonesian language teacher. This study aims to describe the moral and social values in the novel Sawitri and the Seven Trees of Birth by Mashdar Zainal, as well as its feasibility as material for studying literary appreciation in high school. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study using content analysis techniques. The data source was obtained from the novel Sawitri and the Seven Trees of Birth by Mashdar Zainal. The results obtained from this study are, 1) the moral values contained in the novel Sawitri and the Seven Trees of Birth by Mashdar Zainal include the moral values of human relations with oneself and human relations with others. There are as many as 28 moral values which include moral values of bad attitude in the novel Sawitri and the Seven Trees of Birth by Mashdar Zainal; 2) the social values contained in the novel Sawitri and the Seven Trees of Birth by Mashdar Zainal’s work covers social values among the people in the Sawitri family. There are 11 social values in the Sawitri and the Seven Trees of Birth by Mashdar Zainal. Based on the moral and social values contained in novel Sawitri and the Seven Trees of Birth by Mashdar Zainal deserve to used as learning material for literary appreciation in high school.

This research aims to determine the significant influence of work performance, social security and employee incentives on employee job satisfaction. This research was carried out using quantitative research. The population in this research was 35 with 35 samples taken. The sampling technique in this research used a total sampling technique. This research used secondary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. Using the Multiple Regression Analysis method, using SPSS 22. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value of work performance is 3.894 > 2.03951. The work performance variable has a significant influence on the employee job satisfaction variable. The second hypothesis shows that social security has a significant value of 0.477 < 2.03951, meaning that the social security variable has no significant influence on the employee job satisfaction variable. The third hypothesis shows that employee incentives are significant, namely 2.510 > 2.03951, meaning that the employee incentive variable has a significant influence on the employee job satisfaction variable. The fourth hypothesis shows a significant Fcount value of 20.093 which is compared to Ftable of 2.90 (20.093 > 2.90), meaning that the variables of work performance (X1), social security (X2) and employee incentives (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence. with employee job satisfaction variables

The Sekolah Penggerak program is one of the Indonesian Government's efforts to realize the vision of Indonesian education, namely an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent, and possesses the Pancasila personality. As the leading actors in education, teachers play an important role in implementing educational programs. This study was carried out to examine the experiences of teachers involved in the Sekolah Penggerak program regarding the impact of implementing the program. This study is qualitative with an exploratory case study design and a retrospective approach. The participants in this study were 15 mover teachers willing to participate, selected using a purposive sampling technique. To collect data, an open-ended questionnaire, and semi-structured interviews were used. The results of the study reveal that, in general, the Sekolah Penggerak program has a positive impact on teachers, namely helping them change mindsets to be more innovative in utilizing student-focused learning, and on students, namely increasing their motivation and critical skills. The experiences after participating in the Sekolah Penggerak program also direct teachers to be involved in collaborative reflective practice of program implementation to produce teachers who are more professional so that this program runs more effectively in the future.

Dalam pengembangan aplikasi Disarpus online era digitalisasi menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.yang menjadi permasalahan bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Karanganyar adalah Disarpus online sering mengalami bug sistem eror di saat pengguna mengunakan aplikasi tersebut. Blackbox testing merupakan teknik pengujian perangkat lunak dalam quality assurance untuk memastikan aplikasi berfungsi dengan baik tanpa memperhatikan struktur internal kode. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas metode blackbox testing dalam memvalidasi fungsional sebuah aplikasi.Dalam konteks analisis pengembangan aplikasi Disarpus online, blackbox testing memiliki peran peting mengarah krusial seperti keamanan, kehandalan, dan kegunaan. Blackbox testing juga membantu pengembang mengidentifikasi celah keamanan potensial dari serangan hacker yang menembus sistem aplikasi. Dengan pendekatan ini, pengembang dapat mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi oleh pengguna dalam sehari-hari.seperti kemudahan navigasi antarmuka, kecepatan respon, dan kejelasan pesan kesalahan merupakan beberapa aspek yang dapat dievaluasi melalui blackbox testing. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode blackbox testing adalah alat yang sangat membantu dalam pengembangan aplikasi Disarpus online, hadir sebagai solusi untuk memperbaiki sistem pengelolaan perpustakaan secara digital. Sekaligus penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pemeritahan daerah Kabupaten Karanganyar.

Klinik Griya Sehat Harmoni Pekanbaru menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data dan layanan kesehatan yang efisien akibat sistem manual yang masih digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen klinik berbasis komputer guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki fitur utama seperti pendaftaran pasien, pengelolaan data riwayat terapi, penjadwalan terapis, dan laporan keuangan. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam pengolahan data, memperbaiki alur kerja, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan di klinik. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di Klinik Griya Sehat Harmoni Pekanbaru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Greedy untuk merumuskan jadwal kerja di sektor perhotelan, dengan menekankan pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan alokasi pekerjaan yang adil. Algoritma Greedy dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk menghasilkan solusi optimal dengan cepat di setiap tahap, yang diinformasikan oleh parameter tertentu, termasuk permintaan tenaga kerja dan ketersediaan karyawan. Temuan implementasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Greedy dapat mengurangi konflik penjadwalan hingga 30% dibandingkan dengan teknik manual. Algoritma ini juga dapat memastikan bahwa semua individu berkontribusi secara adil terhadap beban kerja. Penelitian ini juga menemukan kekurangan, seperti ketidakfleksibelan algoritma dalam mengakomodasi preferensi karyawan dan rotasi shift yang adil. Oleh karena itu, kami menganjurkan pengembangan algoritma yang lebih canggih, termasuk algoritma berbasis metaheuristik, untuk mengatasi tantangan penjadwalan yang lebih dinamis. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management which includes aspects of knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge utilization on the performance of library staff either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research uses a quantitative approach with this type of explanatory survey research. As for the so-called type of survey explanatory research is research that does not only describe or describe a phenomenon but also aims to provide an explanation of the phenomenon. Meanwhile, the population in this determination were employees of the Binus LKC Jakarta library. With the sampling technique using a simple random sample. Regarding the theory used in this study is the knowledge-based view theory from Grant, while for measuring knowledge management using the concept of knowledge management from Shujahat and performance measurement using the concept of performance from Mangkunegara. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to Binus LKC employees, interviews with library managers, observations about library management activities at Binus LKC and through library studies. Based on the research results, it shows that knowledge management has a significant effect on the performance of librarians by 68%. Meanwhile, partially, the aspects of knowledge creation and aspects of knowledge sharing have a significant influence on the performance of library staff. However, the knowledge utilization aspect partially does not have a significant effect on the performance of library staff.Keyword: knowledge management; library staff; performance ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management yang meliputi aspek knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, dan knowledge utilization terhadap kinerja tenaga perpustakaan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori survey. Adapun yang disebut dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori survey adalah penelitian yang tidak hanya sekedar menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan suatu fenomena namun juga bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang fenomena tersebut. Sedangkan yang menjadi populasi dalam penetian ini adalah para karyawan perpustakan Binus LKC Jakarta. Dengan Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan jenis sampel acak sederhana. Mengenai teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori knowledge based-view dari Grant sedangkan untuk pengukuran knowledge management menggunakan konsep knowledge management dari Shujahat dan serta pengukuran kinerja menggunakan konsep kinerja dari Mangkunegara. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang disebarkan pada para karyawan Binus LKC, wawancara dengan pengelola perpustakaan, observasi mengenai kegiatan penyelenggaraan perpustakaan di Binus LKC serta melalui studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kinerja tenaga perpustakaan sebesar 68%. Sedangkan secara parsial aspek knowledge creation dan aspek knowledge sharing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga perpustakaan. Namun untuk aspek knowledge utilization secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga perpustakaan.

Pada umumnya gastritis bisa menyerang semua orang dengan berbagai usia namun dari data penelitian terdahulu menyebutkan bahwa sebagian besar gastritis dialami oleh remaja terutama pada remaja putri. Pola makan yang tidak sehat dapat meningkatkan jumlah penderita gastritis pada remaja. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian gastritis pada remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Fuad Seruway Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan jenis analytic yang bersifat cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Fuad Seruway Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang sebanyak 88 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar remaja putri tidak mengalami gastritis sebanyak 52 responden (59,1%). Sebagian besar remaja putri menerapkan pola makan yang kurang baik sebanyak 48 responden (54,5%). Ada hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian gastritis pada remaja putri dengan p-value 0,003 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian gastritis pada remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Fuad Seruway Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Saran : Bagi Dinas Kesehatan setempat agar meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan melalui penyuluhan–penyuluhan mengenai pola makan yang baik dan gastritis di sekolah-sekolah, mengaktifkan fungsi UKS di sekolah dan melakukan deteksi dini terkait gejala gastritis pada remaja di sekolah

Learning the Qur'an is the main thing that every Muslim must learn. Because reading the Qur'an is not only reading but must be in accordance with the laws of tajweed which is good and correct. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the methods applied in each stage, identify challenges that arise such as obstacles in muraja'ah or lack of motivation and develop practical recommendations for tahfidz teachers so that the learning process becomes more effective, structured and comprehensive. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The results of the analysis show that the strategy carried out by the teacher to improve the ability to read the Qur'an is very much needed so that the reading of the Qur'an is in accordance with the law of tajweed and avoid mistakes. Learning the Qur'an with good and correct reading in accordance with the science of tajweed can be achieved with existing methods, The role of Tahfiz teachers in fostering the memorizers of the Qur'an is needed because in order to achieve a good Tahfiz program and produce students who memorize well in terms of tajweed and mad along with the buzz. This strategy is very useful because it helps to improve the reading of the Qur'an and can produce students who are bail and correct in reading the Qur'an.
