Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat Desa Mertak Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan limbah kotoran ternak menjadi pupuk organik dan pemanfaatannya pada budidaya pertanian. Pupuk organik mempunyai keunggulan dalam memperbaiki sifat fisik dan kimia tanah. Sehingga penggunaan pupuk organik lebih banyak dibutuhkan dibandingkan pupuk anorganik dalam sektor pertanian. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat Desa Mertak untuk memanfaatkan limbah kotoran ternak sebagai pupuk organik yang memiliki nilai jual dan dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti pupuk kimia yang langka. Metode yang kami gunakan adalah pendekatan diri kepada Masyarakat setempat, setelah melakukan pendekatan kepada Masyarakat kami melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan pupuk organik dari limbah kotoran ternak, diakhiri dengan sosialisasi terkait pemanfaatan limbah kotoran sapi menjadi pupuk organik dan aplikasinya pada budidaya pertanian. Kegiatan sosialisasi dibarengi juga dengan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organic dengan menggunakan kotoran sapi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara langsung kepada masyarakat bagaimana cara memanfaatkan limbah kotoran sapi dengan baik dan benar. Selain sosialisasi dan pelatihan, mahasiswa KKN PMD Desa Mertak juga membagikan bibit cabai kepada warga yang hadir untuk nantinya akan digunakan sebagai bahan percobaan pupuk yang dibuat pada kegiatan pelatihan. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar karena dihadiri staf desa dan warga sekitar dengan total peserta 17 orang.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program dan pelaksanaan pendidikan di TPQ/TPSA di desa pulau layang, dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat program dan pelaksanaan pendidikan di TPQ/TPSA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah partisipatori of research action yaitu metode riset yang dilaksanakan secara partisipatif di antara warga masyarakat dalam suatu komunitas aras bawah yang semangatnya untuk mendorong terjadinya aksi-aksi transformatif melakukan pembebasan masyarakat dari belenggu ideologi dan relasi kekuasan (perubahan kondisi hidup yang lebih baik) (Junaedi 2012). Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an adalah lembaga pendidikan dan pengajaran Islam luar sekolah atau dapat disebut juga sebagai pendidikan non formal untuk anak-anak usia SD (usia 7-12 tahun), yang mendidik santri agar mampu membaca Al-Qur'an dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan ilmu tajwid sebagai target pokoknya. Sama halnya dengan Taman Pendidikan seni Al-Qur'an, hanya saja disini lebih menenkankan anak kepada gaya baca terhadap al-qur’an (Seni baca Al-Qur'an). Berangkat dari pengertiannya, kami mencoba menerapkan TPA menjadi TPSA kepada anak-anak yang ada di desa pulau layang. Mengapa demikian? Karena, di desa pulau layang masih belum menekankan kesenian di dalam membaca Al-qur’an, sehingga kami mengambil inisiatif menerapkan Taman Pendidikan seni Al-Qur'an di desa pulau layang (Aunurrahman 2015). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, sedikit anak sudah mengubah gaya membaca Al-qur’an, dari yang semula hanya memprioritaskan kelancaran dalam membacanya saja sekarang sudah memperlihatkan seni baca yang terdapat pada setiap huruf yang di baca. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Taman Pendidikan seni Al-Qur'an dapat meningkatkan keindahan anak-anak dalam membaca Al-qur’an di desa pulau layang.

Abstract

This study investigates how the addition of Sargassum sp. flour to feed affects the brightness of clownfish color. (Amphiprion frenatus). The experimental method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and three replications, resulting in 15 experimental units. The treatments consisting of the addition of Sargassum sp. flour are treatment A (control), treatment B (10%), treatment C (20%), treatment D (30%), and treatment E (40%). Taking three clownfish randomly for each treatment to observe the color development and measure their length and weight every fifteen days on days 0, 15, 30, 45, and 60. Data from observations of color brightness, carotenoid content, and water quality were analyzed descriptively, while data on length and weight growth and survival were analyzed using variance analysis. The research results show that, based on the TCF paper method, Photoshop application, and carotenoid content, the addition of 40% Sargassum sp. flour to the clownfish feed has the greatest effect on the brightness of the clownfish color. There is no significant impact on the survival of clownfish. (Amphiprion frenatus).

Abstract

This study investigates the abundance and diversity of bacteria associated with two intertidal seaweeds, Sargassum sp. and Kappaphycus alvarezii, in Ekas Bay. Intertidal zones are dynamic environments where seaweeds and their associated microbial communities play crucial roles in ecological processes. Seaweeds host a variety of bacteria that contribute to nutrient cycling, seaweed health, and overall ecosystem function. The primary variable measured in this study was the bacterial abundance, expressed as Colony Forming Units per milliliter (CFU/mL). The conclusion of these findings has positive implications for the environmental health around the floating raft, base stakes, Sargassum sp. and Kappaphycus alverazii. The absence of harmful bacteria supports the sustainability of aquatic ecosystems and can provide positive benefits for the species inhabiting those areas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Financial Rewards and Organizational Commitment on Green Performance Management, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this study is based on the importance of implementing Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) as a company strategy in improving sustainability, efficiency, and environmentally friendly performance. The study was conducted at PT Jasa Marga Tbk Lampung using a quantitative approach through a survey method. The research sample consisted of 133 respondents who were employees, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of 6 items for Green Financial Rewards, 9 items for Organizational Commitment, and 7 items for Green Performance Management, with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression through SPSS, after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results of the study indicate that Green Financial Rewards have a positive and significant effect on Green Performance Management (t = 3.494; Sig. 0.001). Organizational Commitment also has a positive and significant effect (t = 4.839; Sig. 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F = 86.751; Sig. 0.000) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.536. This means that 53.6% of the variation in Green Performance Management is explained by the two independent variables, while 46.4% is influenced by other factors outside the model. This finding confirms the importance of implementing GHRM in supporting the company's sustainable performance.

Abstract

This study analyses legal protection for consumer safety arising from inconsistencies between the identities of Grab driver partners displayed in the application and those encountered in practice, as well as the legal remedies available when consumer safety and security are not adequately guaranteed. The research employs an empirical juridical approach with qualitative methods, using a case study at PT Grab Indonesia in Semarang City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis, and analysed descriptively by linking empirical findings with Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The findings reveal that mismatches in partner identities constitute a recurring issue that undermines consumers’ rights to accurate, clear, and honest information, while simultaneously exposing them to heightened safety and security risks. Empirically, consumers experience fear, discomfort, and psychological insecurity during rides, yet often continue the service due to situational constraints, reflecting their weak bargaining position in platform-based service relationships. From the perspective of Gustav Radbruch’s legal theory, these conditions demonstrate deficiencies in legal certainty, justice, and legal utility, particularly regarding platform accountability. This study concludes that effective consumer protection requires not only material compensation, but also guarantees of personal safety, transparent information, and corrective-preventive measures by platform providers. Consumers may pursue layered legal remedies, including internal complaint mechanisms, dispute resolution through the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK), litigation, and criminal reporting in cases involving serious threats or criminal elements.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and optimize the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in shaping environmentally conscious work behavior in organizations. Sustainability issues are a major concern for modern organizations, requiring HR management strategies that can encourage pro-environmental employee behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in organizations that have implemented environmentally friendly practices. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that HRM optimization can be done through the integration of environmental values ​​​​in the recruitment process, training, performance appraisal, and reward systems. In addition, the role of leadership and organizational culture are key factors in shaping environmentally friendly work behavior. Abstract

ABSTRACT Leadership has significant and strategic role for enhancing the quality of higher education institution. In implementing transformational leadership based on spiritual empowerment, the leadership should have mastered these four components: a) charisma, b) inspirational motivation, c) intellectual stimulation, d) individualized consideration. This article uses descriptive qualitative approach and gets some discoveries as follows; first, IAIN actualyzes the concept of “Islam Nusantara” in constructing academic atmosphere. Second, IAIN actualyzes KH. Shiddiq’s four pillars of spiritual empowerment. Research result showed that the implementation of transformational leadership style has been implemented as follows: First, to fulfill and explore charismatic leadership in IAIN, the principal implemented some steps as follows: First, illustrating vision and mission formulation clearly. Second, foster pride in the institution. Third, respected and appreciated by followers. Forth, needs to gain the support and trust from followers. Second, to express his inspirational motivation to his followers, the principal implemented his ability in communicating high expectation and exploring the symbols/jargon/motto of institution for focusing on the effort to explore them simply. Third, the way principal stimulates his followers intellectual through these following things: 1) promoting intellectual behavior. 2) conducting learning organization. 3) Intellectual sensitivity. Fourth, able to provide appropriate solutions. 4)Individualized Consideration.
