Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak komitmen, kompensasi, dan konflik terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Objek penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Karya Indrea Bagus Jaya yang berjumlah 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuisioner. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan skala likert. Uji analisis dilakukan dengan validitas, reabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji F, dan uji t serta olah data menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa uji t menghasilkan t hitung 2,903 untuk komitmen dan 3728 untuk kompensasi lebih besar dari t tabel  2,028, sedangkan konflik sebesar -1,712 lebih kecil dari t tabel. Secara parsial komitmen dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan, sedangkan konflik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Uji F menghasilkan Fhitung sebesar 10,389, lebih besar dari Ftabel 2,86 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan komitmen, kompensasi, dan konflik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel independent yaitu komitmen dan kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu turnover intention karyawan, sedangkan konflik secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Lalu secara bersama-sama variabel independent yaitu komitmen, kompensasi, dan konflik berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu turnover intention karyawan.

Abstract

Industri kopi sedang berkembang pesat di beberapa kota di Jawa Timur, termasuk Surabaya dan Sidoarjo. Para pengusaha wajib merancang strategi pemasaran dimana efektif guna tetap bersaing di pasar yang semakin ketat. Sebuah riset sudah dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi promosi dan kualitas layanan mempengaruhi minat pembelian di Dee Coffee House di Waru, Sidoarjo. Metode riset yang dipakai ialah kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling untuk memilih 96 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form. Hasil riset memperlihatkan jika baik strategi promosi maupun kualitas layanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian di Dee Coffee House. Strategi promosi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian, sementara kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap minat pembelian.

Abstract

Tahu merupakan makanan olahan yang terbuat dari bahan utama kacang kedelai. Di desa Karanglo terdapat lebih dari 7 pabrik yang masih memproduksi tahu hingga saat ini. Pabrik tahu ini tidak hanya memproduksi tahu putih melainkan tahu yang sudah digoreng dan siap untuk dijual. Tahu Remux merupakan inovasi produk UMKM warga desa Karanglo yang menggunakan bahan utama dari tahu goreng. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi yang dilakukan dengan mengamati perilaku dan aktivitas seseorang secara langsung. UMKM Tahu Remux ini masih megalami kesulitan dalam masalah branding, oleh karena itu kelompok KKNT 21 membantu proses re-branding produk Tahu Remux yaitu dengan pengubah kemasan produk yang semula hanya menggunakan styrofoam kini diubah menjadi  kemasan standing pouch dan ditambah sticker. Dengan hal ini diharapkan Tahu Remux lebih menarik dan  mudah dikenal oleh customer.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is an ability to create products that have more added value that can be used as strength to win the competition. The study was conducted on the furniture business of the City of Sukabumi, which wants to win the competition in an increasingly increasing number of competitors with similar businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine and understand the effect of differentiation strategies as an effort to realize competitive advantage in furniture SMEs. Starting with the desire to realize competitive advantage, the company needs to create a difference or privilege that is not owned by competitors to be used as strength in winning the competition. The method used to process this research data is quantitative with associative methods. With 50 respondents, namely furniture business owners or managers using IBM SPSS Version 23. The results of this research show that this research is categorized as having a very strong correlation with a value of 0.896. So that the conclusions in this research reveal the differentiation strategy has an influence in realizing competitive advantage by creating a difference both from product, service, personnel and image.

Abstract

In an industrial world, organizational culture is an important element that must be highlighted in an industry because it can affect the performance of its employees. A company will have more advantages if its employees are able to work well in accordance with their main duties and functions, it can be dealt with by growing a good culture in order to provide examples of good ways of working for fellow employees. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the organizational culture of improving employee performance on the CV. Design & Building Sukabumi, with a population of CV employees. Sukabumi Design & Building. The population in CV. Sukabumi design & Building totaling 50 respondents, proving the results of this hypothesis using simple linear analysis, the results obtained from this study are, the results of the t test in this study amounted to 13,587 with a significant value of 0,000 significant value of 0,000 smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). From this it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance in the CV. Sukabumi Design & Building.

Abstract

Every company always wants its employees to have a good discipline attitude, with disciplined activities within a company can run smoothly, directed. And can more easily complete the work. Discipline reflects that the employee has good performance. Because good employee performance can be assessed if the employee meets or obeys the rules that are enforced by the company. Research or research conducted at PT. Nine Jaya Farm Sukabumi. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm Sukabumi with a population of employees at PT. Sembilan Jaya Farm with 80 respondents using probability sampling and saturated sample techniques. In this study using validity and reliability testing. Data collection techniques used in primary data are questionnaires and interviews along with secondary data is a literature study. And the data analysis technique used is the normality test, the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, a simple linear regression test and a hypothesis test that is the t test. The results of this study show that there is an influence of discipline in obeying the regulations on employee performance at PT. Nine Jaya Farm by proving the results of testing the hypothesis or t test showed more t counts than the table that is as much as 5031> 1.6646

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction at work will have a high sense of enthusiasm and work participation so that it will continue to improve their performance, so as to create work morale, dedication, love, and employee discipline to the company. One of the factors that influence job satisfaction is the work environment, a conducive and comfortable atmosphere in an organization such as the positive attitude of employees which is reflected in good relationships among colleagues will certainly help improve performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee job satisfaction of PT. Tiki jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi and the object of research are employees of PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi. This research method uses quantitative methods using simple linear regression analysis. With 86 respondents as employees using the IBM SPSS Version 24 software. The results of the organizational climate T test showed that the tcount in this study was 8,186 with a significant value of 0,000, then a significant value of 0,000 <compared to 0.05, it can be concluded that the organizational climate variable positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakulir Branch Sukabumi.

Abstract

This research aimed  to find out the association of education and training to ward employee performance. In this case, the associative method is used by researchers to find out and test whether there is an influence or not between educational variables and career development on employee performance. The population in the study of PT Indomarco Sukabumi, amounting to 80 people. For sampling using saturated sample research that is taken as a whole in the sample size of this study is 80 respondents. For data collection using research through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, doing documentation for data analysis techniques using this research is multiple linear regression. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which is the result of research showing this educational variableand training on employee performance is positive and significant effect. Career development variable, employee career performance showed that the positive influence and significantly of employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of green product, green marketing, and green brand image on green purchase intention for Sensatia Botanicals products in Surabaya City. The variables used in this study are green product, green marketing, and green brand image as independent variables, and green purchase intention as the dependent variable. The research employs a quantitative method with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample size for this study is 100 respondents, selected through nonprobability sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is conducted through the use of questionnaires. The findings of this study suggest that the combination of green products, green marketing, and a green brand image all significantly and have a positive influence on green purchase intention for Sensatia Botanicals products. The green product variable, on a partial basis, exerts a positive and significant influence on green purchase intention forSensatia Botanicals products. Similarly, the green marketing variable, partially, exerts a positive and significant impact on green purchase intention for Sensatia Botanicals products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy used by managers to face competition in coffee shops in Sidoarjo using the Blue Ocean Strategy Approach. In this study, the method used was a qualitative descriptive approach. Qualitative descriptive research has the objective of describing, illustrating, and explaining in greater depth the problem being observed. In qualitative research, the main subject of research is human beings, and the results of this research are manifested in the form of words appropriate to the field situation. The results of this research through the E-R-R-C scheme set for Labuda Kopi are as follows: First, in the step to eliminate, the menu of Honey Spices Lime and Honey Spices Flower Tea is abolished. Then, in the subtract step, the price of the product that has been set will be reduced. Furthermore, in the step of upgrading, Labuda Kopi will add stands with shade, improve marketing strategies, and increase the facilities provided. Finally, in the creation step, Labuda Kopi will create new distinctive coffee variants and also create a new set menu.
