Abstract

Strong branding is crucial for SMEs in enhancing visibility, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. This research aims to understand how Kopi Murni Pak Tuwo, an SME, can leverage Instagram as a strategic tool to strengthen their branding. The research methodology employed in this journal is a case study, involving Kopi Murni Pak Tuwo as the research subject. Data was collected through interviews with the business owner and direct observation of the branding activities conducted through their Instagram account. Additionally, surveys were also conducted among customers who follow the SME's Instagram account. The research findings indicate that using Instagram as a branding platform can provide significant benefits for Kopi Murni Pak Tuwo. In this regard, Instagram enables them to expand their market reach, build interactions with customers, and establish a consistent brand image. Engaging visual content, relevant hashtag usage, and active interaction with Instagram followers have proven to be effective in strengthening the branding of this SME. In conclusion, this research proposes several strategies that can be employed by Kopi Murni Pak Tuwo and similar SMEs to enhance their branding through Instagram. These strategies include the use of compelling visual content, relevant brand-related hashtags, utilizing the Stories feature to provide unique content, and active engagement with followers and customers. It is hoped that this journal can provide insights and practical guidance for SMEs in leveraging Instagram as an effective branding tool.

Abstract

Online stores can reach larger target customers more quickly and accurately, and do so more efficiently and effectively, making it one of the most popular sales channels today. In today's digital marketing era, goods sold online sell better than goods sold on marketplaces. One of the disadvantages of online shopping is that you cannot immediately see what you want to buy, so product visualization or appearance is very important to attract customer buying interest. Good product photos will increase product sales. Shooting techniques, lighting, props/decorations that make it look attractive will affect the quality of product photos when marketed to potential buyers. Through this product photography training, MSMEs in Nginden Jangkungan village will improve their skills and increase their knowledge of good product photography techniques.

Abstract

PT. Narasumber Teknologi Indonesia is a company that focuses on cooperative computerized accounting training, technical guidance for the implementation of technology for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), national cooperative software training, sharia supervisory board for cooperatives, computerized management training for cooperatives and SMEs, as well as the digitalization of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Additionally, PT. Narasumber Teknologi Indonesia serves as a platform for the younger generation to develop their potential as agents of business digitization through the final project of the program activities. This involves providing training and mentoring to local MSMEs as an effort to digitize their businesses and help solve the problems that hinder or constrain the development of local MSMEs. This research provides insights for local business practitioners to implement digitization in their businesses in order to achieve sustainable growth and success for MSMEs in the ever-evolving digital era. The implementation of training and mentoring for local MSMEs is expected to help them Go Digital, improving efficiency and productivity, enhancing product quality and services, and increasing market access for local MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Blue Ocean Strategy (Strategi Samudra Biru) dalam memenangkan persaingan bisnis pada Myelin Kampung Inggris. Obyek dari penelitian ini yaitu Myelin KampungInggris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis Kanvas Strategi dan Kerangka Kerja Empat Langkah teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dalam mengidentifikasi Kanvas Strategi dan Kerangka Kerja Empat Langkah pada Myelin Kampung Inggris. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah owner, karyawan atau mentor, serta konsumen. Persaingan dalam faktor fasilitas. 2) Harga yang ditawarkan Myelin cukup variatif berdasarkan program, sehingga konsumen dapat memilih program mana yang ingin di ambil. 3) Promosi yang dilakukan Myelin cukup bagus sehingga mampu menjangkau konsumen diluar Pulau Jawa. Myelin menggencar promosi secara door to door ke sekolah, instansi, dan pondok pesantren, serta meninjau ulang sekolah mitranya agar terus tetap terhubung. 4) Program yang ditawarkan cukup variatif sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen seperti speaking, pronounciation, grammar, TOEFL, dan IELTS secara basic, intermediate, dan advanced. 2. Kerangka Kerja Empat Langkah 1) Menghapus faktor persaingan Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh, tidak ada faktor yang perlu dihapuskan karena akan membuat kinerja bisnis tidak berjalan lancar dan bahkan dampaknya akan merugikan Myelin itu sendiri. 2) Mengurangi faktor persaingan Myelin tidak harus mengurangi faktor persaingannya karena jika dikurangi maka akan mengurangi kualitas kinerja Myelin dan masing-masing faktor persaingan sangat berperan penting dalam keberlangsungan Myelin. 3) Meningkatkan faktor persaingan dan 4) Menciptakan faktor persaingan. Kata Kunci : Strategi Samudra Biru, kanvas strategi, kerangka kerja empat langkah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini sejatinya melihat bagaimana peran pemimpin di perusahaan PT Molindo Raya Industrial khususnya pada divisi operasional. Dimana menurut peneliti devisi operasional memegang peran penting dalam jalannya perusahaan. Teori Herarki Abraham maslow sendiri merupakan variable pendukung untuk melihat peran pemimpin di Divisi Operasioanl PT Molindo Raya Industrial, dimana nantinya peneliti akan melihat apakah pimpinan Sudah menjalankan proses kepemimpinan dengan baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah staff dari divisi operasional PT Molindo Raya Industrial, dan jumlah informan yang diambil adalah sebanyak 10 orang dari perwakilan bidang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: implementasi teori hierarki Abraham Maslow terkait hierarki kebutuhan pegawai ini telah dilaksanakan oleh PT Molindo Raya Industrial dengan baik. Dari kelima Aspek kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi oleh perusahaan semuanya sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Selain itu juga pimpinan perusahaan berperan dengan sangat baik dalam membantu karyawan memperoleh kebutuhannya tersebut. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kepemimpinan di perusahaan PT Molindo Raya Industrial ini sudah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Fashion involvement in buying decisions on Impulse Buying Through the Positive Emotions of Teenagers during the Covid-19 pandemic. In making this journal using the method of literature study. In compiling this journal, the author uses various journals with the discussion of each journal still related to being a reference material in making this journal. The results of the study show that fashion involvement and positive emotion have an impact on impulse buying. This means that fashion involvement has a positive influence on impulse buying behavior with fashion involvement playing an important role because it has an impact on consumer decisions and positive emotion also has a positive influence on customer desires to make unplanned purchases, so that it has a big impact on consumer desires to make impulse buying. Abstract

With the development of today's modern era, there are many conveniences that can be accessed, one of which is traveling anywhere just by using online transportation services. However, consumers have several factors to consider in choosing online transportation services. their decisions on the online transportation model in the Rungkut area, Surabaya. The variable in this study is a single variable, namely decision making in the Rungkut area community, users of online transportation services. The data collection technique used is through library research using literature such as books, previous journals and references. The results of this study are improving services to consumers so that the decision-making process carried out by the people of the Rungkut area is more confident in using the online transportation model they use. Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of hedging in Islamic Banking Indonesia in mitigating the market risk resulting from fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates. Researchers using qualitative methods, techniques Miles and Huberman Model. The object of this study is that adopted sharia hedging instrument of Conventional Banking products and prescribed and packaged in provisions DSN- MUI Fatwa No. 96/DSN-MUI/IV/2015, PBI 18/2/PBI/2016 and DPS Opinion No. 17/26/DPS/XII/2015 concerning the Proposed Transaction Hedging (Hedging) Sharia. The purpose and object of concern to researchers, then pure researchers took samples at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) that have implemented sharia hedging through forward contracts agreement. The results of this study, it can simply be concluded that the application of hedging has been implemented by BSM in accordancewith the provisions of both the provisions of the DSN-MUI, PBI and DPS. But on the other hand there are things that must be considered more serious for banks to implement sharia hedging instruments. This is because there is the inherent nature of the hedging diinstrument which is difficult to be avoided and eliminated. Keywords: Hedging, Forward Contract Agreement
