Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance on profitability and firm value in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The components of good corporate governance studied consisted of institutional ownership, independent commissioners, managerial ownership and audit committee. This study uses secondary data where data is obtained comes from the company’s financial statements. The data collection technique in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 48 companies. This research completion method uses quantitative analysis techniques using the SPSS version of the software. From this study it was concluded that corporate social responsibility, institutional ownership, audit committee variables had a positive effect on profitability and independent commissioners, managerial ownership had no effect on profitability. For corporate social responsibility variables, institutional ownership has a positive effect on firm value, independent commissioners have a negative effect on firm value and managerial ownership, audit committee and profitability have no effect on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh corporate social responsibility dan good corporate governance terhadap profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2021. Komponen good corporate governance yang diteliti terdiri dari kepemilikan institusional, komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial dan komite audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dimana data diperoleh berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 perusahaan. Metode penyelesaian penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan software versi SmartPLS. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel corporate social responsibility, kepemilikan institusional, komite audit berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas dan komisaris independen, kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Untuk variabel corporate social responsibility, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, komisaris independen berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kepemilikan manajerial, komite audit dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi, khususnya internet saat ini, sudah masuk dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, diantaranya dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi terutama untuk membangun kolaborasi antar pengguna dalam dunia digital. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah website forum alumni yang merupakan platform bagi pihak universitas dan alumni untuk dapat membagi informasi dan komuniasi. Dalam web forum alumni tersebut tersebut akan ada fitur seperti Chatroom, discussion, list alumni dan Map. Pada proses perancangan proyek ini bahasa pemograman PHP dengan framework Laravel, kemudian menggunakan HTML dan BootStrap yang digunakan dalam perancangan tampilan website tersebut. Adapun database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Penggunaan Forum Alumni di Universitas International Batam sangatlah membantu pihak universitas maupun alumni dimana mereka dapat saling membagi informasi dan menjalin komunikasi. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang supplies dan engineering dan berlokasi di Surabaya. Perusahaan mempunyai beberapa proyek dalam waktu yang dekat maupun bersamaan. Salah satunya adalah proyek alat pengupas bawang dan proyek exhaust silencer yang harus diselesaikan sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan dengan sumber daya yang terbatas. Untuk menyelesaikan hal tersebut maka pentingnya untuk dilakukan perencanaan terhadap jadwal dengan menggunakan metode critical path method dan juga critical chain project management. Pada critical path method bertujuan untuk melihat kegiatan mana saja yang harus menjadi perhatian perusahaan dalam pelaksanaannya agar tidak menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian. Lalu dengan mmetode critical chain project management bertujuan untuk mengatur penjadwalan terhadap tenaga kerja yang melakukan pekerjaan terhadap beberapa proyek. Setelah melakukan analisa, dari hasil penelitian didapatkan untuk proyek alat pengupas bawang pada metode critical path method adalah 56 hari dari waktu normal 59 hari, sedangkan untuk proyek exhaust silencer 46 hari dari waktu normal 47. Lalu untuk metode critical chain project management, kegiatan multiproyek mengalami kemunduran selama 15 hari pada proyek alat pengupas bawang, namun hal tersebut masih berada dalam project buffer.  ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at supplies and engineering company in Surabaya. The company has several projects in the near future or at the same time. One of them is the onion peeler project and the exhaust silencer project which must be completed in accordance with the specified time with limited resources. To solve this problem, it is important to plan the schedule using the critical path method and also critical chain project management. The critical path method aims to see which activities the company should pay attention to in its implementation so as not to cause delays in completion. Then the critical chain project management method aims to regulate the scheduling of workers who work on several projects. After conducting the analysis, the research results obtained for the onion peeler project on the critical path method is 56 days from the normal time of 59 days, while for the exhaust silencer project it is 46 days from the normal time of 47. Then for the critical chain project management method, multi-project activities experience 15 day setback on the onion peeler project, but it's still in the project buffer.

Abstract

The food business is one business that can be said to be very popular throughout the world, including in Indonesia itself. The business will continue to grow over time. UMKM Blackforest Cakeshop is one of the developing UMKM in the food sector. in a growing business, the UMKM Blackforest Cakeshop also implements a system called the ERP system. In the ERP system, they use an application called Olsera where the manager works closely with the UMKM manager Blackforest Cakeshop. The research method that we use is to use qualitative methods. Using qualitative methods, we research and seek information about UMKM Blackforest Cakeshop. The purpose of our research is to find out whether UMKM Blackforest Cakeshop can take advantage of existing technology to develop their business. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing ERP in Supply Chain Management with a qualitative approach and measuring demand forecasting quantitatively in UMKM RM Pondok Ciung Tanjungpinang. Data was obtained by the author through direct interviews. Data is managed using the Weighted Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing formulas which will then be tested for error rates. The findings of this study are that RM Pondok Ciung uses Majoo as a Point of Sales (POS) system and the method that is suitable for demand forecasting is the exponential smoothing method which is tested with Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MSE).

Abstract

Bacteria are one of the component parts in every ecosystem. Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is a normal surface flora of the human body, as a temporary contaminant on inanimate objects such as clothing, cutlery and doorknobs, but also a oportunistic even pathogen on the host. The mutated strain of S. aureus has a cross-resistant strain against all antibiotics of the Beta Lactam, Methicillin, Oxacillin and Flucloxacillin groups, called Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). This research is needed because MRSA is a strain of bacteria that can be everywhere, especially in public facilities, such as doorknobs, which can be a place of transmission (transfer) of bacteria from one host to another. The samples in this study were taken by swabbing from the door handle in building X, Jakarta. A total of 62 samples were then cultured on Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA) media, the growing isolate was tested by Gram staining, catalase test, and mannitol. Isolate suspected of Staphylococcus aureus, ascertained whether MRSA strain using 30 μg antibiotic C efoxitin (fox) disc. The results of this study showed that 58 (87%) isolates were Staphylococcus aureus and sensitive to C efoxitin antibiotics, 8 (13%) isolates, mnitol test negative, sensitive to Ceroxitin antibiotics. The study concluded that the bacterial isolate found was Staphylococcus aureus sensitive methicillin (MSSA), no MRSA was found.

Abstract

Digital Marketing has become a marketing approach adopted by many companies, one of which is Gojek. This technology company that provides various services in the super app continues to compete with its competitors. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing approach taken by Gojek, namely from social media, influencer marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and email marketing. The study was conducted descriptively with secondary data obtained from trusted sources such as Gojek's annual report and social media. The findings obtained are that the implementation of this digital marketing affects customer engagement which then increases loyalty and relationships with customers.

Abstract

The road damage issue in Indonesia remains a critical concern in infrastructure development as it can affect road users’ mobility and comfort and worsen traffic conditions. Road damage can be caused by several factors, such as excessive water pooling due to high rainfall intensity, decreased infiltration capacity, overloaded vehicles, traffic congestion, and improper infrastructure construction that doesn’t meet the Standards. Waste from stone crusher aggregates is utilized as a mixture material in this research to control waste and reduce the extraction of natural aggregates from the environment. Polyurethane material of polyol type is added as a mixture for porous asphalt. The result indicates that higher additions of waste aggregate composition and polyol decrease the permeability coefficient. The highest stability value is achieved at 100% waste aggregate content and 59,32% polyol additions, with a value of 1273,99 kg. The variations in waste aggregate and polyol content in porous asphalt mixtures can influence the permeability coefficient, stability, and flow values. ABSTRAK Kerusakan jalan di Indonesia menjadi isu penting dalam pembangunan infrastruktur karena mempengaruhi mobilitas dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan serta memperburuk kondisi lalu lintas. Kerusakan jalan diakibatkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti genangan berlebih akibat intensitas hujan yang cukup tinggi, kapasitas infiltrasi menurun, kendaraan yang memiliki beban berlebih, kepadatan lalu lintas, maupun pembangunan infrastruktur yang tidak sesuai standard. Dalam upaya pengendalian limbah dan mengurangi pengambilan agregat alami di alam, maka crusher dust hasil stone crusher ini dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan campuran. Selain itu penambahan zat polyurethane tipe polyol sebagai bahan campuran beraspal berpori. Didapatkan hasil bahwa penambahan komposisi crusher dust dan penambahan polyol meningkatkan nilai stabilitas 146% dari campuran beraspal berpori tanpa crusher dust dan polyol. Nilai stabilitas tertinggi didapatkan pada kadar crusher dust 100% dan penambahan polyol 7,5% dengan nilai yang diperoleh 1273,99 kg. Penambahan variasi crusher dust dan variasi polyol pada campuran beraspal berpori dapat mempengaruhi nilai koefisien permeabilitas, stabilitas dan flow.

Abstract

Surya Mobil is an MSME in the service and automotive sector in Batam City that was established in 2000. MSMEs experience problems related to inefficient manual financial recording, recording errors, and inaccurate data. The main objective of the service is to help digitize MSME financial recordings with spreadsheets. Data collection is carried out using the interview method with the owner, as well as observation and documentation of the location and operational activities of Surya Mobil. Activities produce general, purchase, and sales journals for data entry. In addition, there are automated ledgers and financial reports that can be accessed in real-time. The post-implementation impact received positive feedback from the owner so that it can help businesses achieve efficiency in the financial recording process.

Abstract

The consistently declining rice harvest will cause several economic and environmental problems. The unstable and unpredictable climate change was believed as the main problem of the declining rice harvest. We proposed a method for forecasting climate change to help the farmer in their rice cultivation. We used Support Vector Regression (SVR) to improve algorithm steps such as normalizing the data and applying an Adaptive Linear Combiner (ALC) to optimize the dataset before we processed it with the algorithm. Our model gets 95% accuracy as measured with the confusion matrix. We believe our model will help the farmers in their rice cultivation with good climate forecasting. A further benefit of this research we belief that with the well-forecasted climate, the usage of pesticides will decrease and will help the vision of the Indonesian government with a green economy
