Abstract

The Attention Mechanism is acknowledged as a machine learning method proficient in managing relationships within sequential data, surpassing traditional models in this regard. However, the unique characteristics of stock data, including substantial volatility, multidimensionality, and non-linear patterns, present challenges in attaining accurate forecasts of stock prices. This research aims to tackle these hurdles by enhancing a prior model through the incorporation of an Attention Mechanism, resulting in an enhanced model. The forecasted data are standardized and prepared for analysis before undergoing signal decomposition into high and low-frequency components. Subsequently, the Attention Mechanism processes the high-frequency signals. Evaluation entails comparing the performance of the proposed model with that of the previous model using identical parameters. The findings indicate that the proposed model achieves a reduced RMSE value of 0.5708777053 compared to the previous model's average RMSE value of 0.5823726212, indicating enhanced accuracy in stock price prediction. This approach is anticipated to make a substantial contribution to the advancement of more dependable and effective stock price prediction models, addressing the limitations of prior methodologies

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Klampis, Kecamatan Sukolilo, Surabaya, dengan tujuan menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha pada remaja dan ibu-ibu PKK untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi mereka. Kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kewirausahaan, yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam perencanaan bisnis, strategi pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang kewirausahaan, kemampuan menyusun rencana bisnis, dan kepercayaan diri untuk memulai usaha. Produk-produk kewirausahaan yang dihasilkan selama pelatihan juga mendapat respons positif dari masyarakat sekitar, dan beberapa peserta berkomitmen untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka lebih lanjut. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya sosialisasi yang mendalam dan pendampingan berkelanjutan dalam upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kewirausahaan.

Abstract

Efforts to improve educational quality include various policy measures and programs, such as increasing educational access, improving curricula, and enhancing the quality of teachers and lecturers.The aim of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of lecturers at Institut Nalanda. The methodology used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis, involving a population of 34 respondents and a sample size of 34 lecturers from Institut Nalanda. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has an impact of 61.6% on lecturer performance; spiritual intelligence is shown to contribute 64.9% to lecturer performance; and both emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence together have an impact of 61.6% on lecturer performance.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Strategi Inovasi Berbasis Sistem ERP Terhadap Kinerja Operasional UMKM Cafe Abang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, pendapatan, dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional UMKM Cafe Abang dengan sistem ERP. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara dan observasi, kegiatan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha dan observasi dilakukan dengan kunjungan ke lokasi usaha untuk mengetahui kondisi usaha saat ini. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional UMKM Cafe Abang akan baik untuk diimplementasikan sistem ERP seperti POS, Inventory, dan Software CRM. Juga terus melakukan inovasi dan pengembangan untuk produk yang telah ada.Kata Kunci: ERP. UMKM, Kinerja Operasional AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of ERP System-Based Innovation Strategy on Operational Performance of MSME Cafe Abang to increase productivity, income, and improve operational performance of MSME Cafe Abang with an ERP system. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods, the data collection process was carried out by interview and observation methods, interviews with business owners and observations were carried out by visiting business locations to find out the current business conditions. From this study it can be concluded that to improve the operational performance of MSME Cafe Abang it would be good to implement ERP systems such as POS, Inventory, and CRM Software. Abstract

The existence of Buddhist students who experience academic stress in Buddhist religious education study programs is the reason researchers research academic stress in Buddhist students and its impact on student learning outcomes. Psychology as a broad science has many important tasks in human life. In this case, the role of psychology can certainly influence student stress management. From the role of psychology in managing student stress, we know what factors cause stress in students, what the negative impact of stress is, what role psychology plays in managing student stress, and what aspects constitute social support in managing student stress. The aim of research (1) is to explain the causes of academic stress among Buddhist students. (2) analyze the role of psychology in stress management. This research uses a literature review. Case study approach. Research data was collected through a literature review. Data validity using triangulation. The research results show that students experience obstacles in their learning process as follows: Parental demands and academic stress influence learning outcomes such as negative stress and positive stress.

Abstract

The implementation of information systems in educational management has become an urgent need to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of educational institutions' management. This study explores the concepts and implementation of information systems in the management of Buddhist educational institutions. The primary focus of this research is to understand how information systems can support administrative processes, curriculum management, and the interaction between teachers and students. This study employs a qualitative approach using case studies in several Buddhist educational institutions. The findings show that the appropriate implementation of information systems can improve the quality of educational services, facilitate information access, and enhance overall organizational performance. However, challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change must be addressed to achieve successful implementation. This study provides practical recommendations for Buddhist educational institutions to optimize the use of information systems in their educational management.

Abstract

Melihat perkembangan twitter tersebut maka twitter menjadi salah satu media yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap bebagai topik. Penelitian ini melakukan suatu analisis sentimen terhadap bahasan yang saat ini sering menjadi trending topic di twitter yaitu “CoronaVirus Disease-2019 (covid19)”. Penyebaran virus ini juga langsung dibicarakan oleh banyak kalangan masyarakat twitter, saat ini virus corona tengah menjadi perhatian dunia internasional. Banyaknya jumlah angka korban dan cepatnya penularan virus membuat masyarakat khawatir dan muncul berbagai opini tentang virus corona, Opini inilah yang kemudian di analisa untuk diketahui polaritasnya dengan analisis sentimen. Metode yang digunakan adalah Logistic Regression dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dimana SVM memiliki nilai akurasi 91,15% dalam data test sedangkan metode Logistic Regression mendapatkan nilai akurasi sebanyak 87,68% dalam data test.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to see how member cards influence shopping interests in Indomaret districts. This study analyzes the relationship between independent variables (user member card characteristics) and dependent variables. (minat belanja). As the results of the analysis show, there is a correlation between predictor variables related to member card usage and shopping interests. However, a low R-squared value, around 4.1%, suggests that the model cannot explain the variation of shopping interests well. It suggests that factors outside the model can influence the purchasing interest of member card users. The F-statistic value of 1,411 indicates that the overall statistical test of the model was successful; however, the F value must be compared with the relevant critical value to ensure the significance of the Model. Because the low level of explanation indicates the inability of the model to predict variations, the importance of careful interpretation is pointed out

Abstract

Stunting is still a major health problem in Indonesia, with a prevalence of 27% in toddlers in 2023, far from the WHO target of below 20%. RSU Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia in Medan serves patients with various socio-economic backgrounds, which affects the quality of services, including stunting detection. Conventional methods are prone to bias and error. This study used the Random Forest algorithm and the Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) feature selection method to improve the accuracy of stunting classification. After data preprocessing and feature selection, two main variables were identified, namely age and height. The initial Random Forest model achieved an accuracy of 94.38%, which increased to 94.42% after hyperparameter tuning. The results showed that this approach produced an accurate, efficient model that can be integrated into clinical systems, helping medical personnel identify children at risk of stunting quickly and accurately, increasing the effectiveness of interventions, and supporting government efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting

Abstract

AbstrakComputational thinking adalah proses berpikir yang melibatkan penyelesaian masalah yang digambarkan ke dalam konsep dasar ilmu komputer. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan logis serta meningkatkan kemampuan problem solving siswa dalam menyelesaikan contoh-contoh kasus selama proses pelatihan dengan cara Computational thinking. Dengan penerapan Computational Thinking, siswa dapat memahami konsep dasar kerja komputer dan menyelesaikan permasalahan berdasarkan data yang ada. SMA Swasta Maitreyawira Kisaran adalah sekolah menengah atas swasta yang berlokasi di Jalan Pramuka No.19 Kisaran, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan terhadap 18 orang siswa dan 2 orang guru dalam menguasai keterampilan baru tentang berpikir secara komputasional serta pengetahuan baru tentang penerapan pemrograman dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan sederhana selama 2 hari pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan ini diukur menggunakan desain pretest-posttest yang dilakukan pada awal pelatihan dan juga diakhir pelatihan untuk melihat sejauh mana peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana. Perbandingan antara hasil pra-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada pemahaman peserta didik terhadap cara berpikir komputasional (Computational Thinking) yakni dari yang sebelumnya hanya rata-rata 42% menjadi  76%. Adapun indikator yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti pehamaman terhadap konsep abstraksi dan penyelesaian masalah dalam bentuk koding python, hal ini terlihat selama proses pelatihan dimana sejumlah siswa terlihat masih bingung dalam membuat abstraksi dari masalah yang ada dan juga bagaimana menuangkannya kedalam kode program sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya lebih lanjut untuk mencapai pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif. Kata kunci: pelatihan; pemikiran; komputasional; python. AbstractComputational thinking is a thought process that involves problem-solving described within the basic concepts of computer science. This PKM activity aims to enhance students' critical and logical thinking skills, as well as improve their problem-solving abilities in addressing case examples during the training process through computational thinking. By applying Computational Thinking, students can understand the fundamental concepts of how computers work and solve problems based on available data. SMA Swasta Maitreyawira Kisaran is a private high school located at Jalan Pramuka No.19 Kisaran, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. This activity was conducted using a training method involving 18 students and 2 teachers to master new skills in computational thinking and acquire new knowledge on the application of programming in solving simple problems over a 2-day training period. The outcomes of this training were measured using a pretest-posttest design, conducted at the beginning and end of the training, to determine the extent of the improvement in students' abilities to solve simple problems. The comparison between the pre-test and post-test results showed an improvement in the participants' understanding of computational thinking, which increased from an average of only 42% to 76%. However, certain indicators still need improvement, such as understanding the concept of abstraction and solving problems in the form of Python coding. This was evident during the training process, where some students still appeared confused about creating abstractions of existing problems and how to translate them into program code. Therefore, further efforts are needed to achieve a more comprehensive understanding. Keywords: training; thinking; computational; python.
