Abstract

This research is aimed at knowing the results of the application of field work learning to the interests and social studies learning outcomes in economic activity material. The use of the Nonequivalent Control Group Design design with purposive sampling technique makes class VII E as the experimental class and class VII B as the control class of the entire population of students from class VII A to class VII H. Treatment in the experimental class is in the form of field work learning and the control class in the form of conventional learning obtained research findings indicating that the experimental class gained an increased interest of 40.2% and the learning outcomes of the experimental class experienced an increase of 25.94%. The results of the Mancova test with the initial covariate of students' learning abilities showed a value of F = 95.810 with sig = 0.000, namely the value of sig = 0.000 <0.005. These results are the results of the prerequisite test using the normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing in the form of the mancova test. From the results obtained, it can be assumed that there is an influence between field work learning and the interests and social studies learning outcomes of junior high school students on economic activity material.

Abstract

Tuntutan implmentasi kurikulum merdeka mengharuskan guru beradaptasi. Namun demikian masih banyak guru IPS yang belum paham dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Banyak guru yang masih bingung untuk menyusun modul ajar yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran IPS. Guru masih belum percaya diri dalam mengangkat kearifan lokal untuk dijadikan sebagai materi dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu guru juga masih belum paham mengenai model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran IPS yang berbasis kearifan lokal.. Program ini bertujuan utuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun model pembelajaran IPS SMP berbasis kearifan local, kemudian diterapkan dalam menyusun modul ajar. Adapun target yang ingin dicapai dari PKM ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru IPS SMP Negeri Kabupaten Mojokerto dalam menyusun model pembelajaran IPS berbasis kearifan lokal. Untuk mencapai target yang ingin dicapai maka metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah dengan model hybrid atau blended trainging, yakni perpaduan antara pelatihan tatap muka dan daring. Kegiatan hybrid atau blended training dikemas dalam bentuk in service training dan on job training. Kegiatan in service training melalui brainstorming, ceramah, tanya jawab dan praktik pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah melalui paparan materi oleh fasilitator, dengan dua sistem yaitu sinkronus dengan platform Zoom Cloud Meeting dan asinkronus menggunakan platform google classroom serta komunikasi lewat Whatsapp Group (WAG). Kemudian pada kegiatan on the job training meliputi pendampingan secara tatap muka bersama kepala sekolah peserta pelatihan untuk menyusun karya tulis ilmiah best practice. Dalam rangka untuk menjamin keberlanjutan program, peserta pelatihan akan dibagi dalam beberapa peer group untuk menjadi peer educator bagi teman sejawat atau kolega guru di sekolah masing-masing. Setiap kelompok peer group di sekolah masing-masing diharuskan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan dan mengadakan mini training di sekolah agar keterampilan menulis karya ilmiah best practice bisa berlanjut dan menyebar kepada semua guru di sekolahnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh prestasi belajar peserta didik antara pembelajaran digital learning dan blended learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian campuran antara kualitatif dengan kuantitatif, yang dimana nantinya akan muncul data kualitatif yang akan menjelaskan data kualitatif.  Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII-IX SMPIT Darul Fikri. Subjek terdiri dari 60 peserta didik kelompok perlakuan digital learning dan 60 peserta didik kelompok perlakuan blended learning. Hasil uji normalitas data dengan menggunakan perhitungan Kolgomorov-smirnov untuk variabel hasil belajar (prestasi) peserta didik SMPIT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,06  ≥ 0,05 yang berarti sebaran data tersebut diidentifikasikan berdistribusi normal dan hasil uji homogenitas varian antar kelompok diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,91 ≥ 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan varian kedua kelompok kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah dibandingkan tersebut adalah sama atau homogen. Sehingga asumsi homogenitas dalam uji anova dua jalur dapat terpenuhi. Pengaruh prestasi belajar peserta didik antara pembelajaran digital learning dan blended learning diketahui dari uji anova dua jalur dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar  0,04 ≤ 0,05 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh atau interaksi antara strategi digital learning dan blended learning terhadap prestasi belajar IPS ditinjau dari perbedaan gaya belajar peserta didik SMPIT Darul Fikri Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study focuses on teaching students how to use QR Codes to present content in a dynamic, interactive, and hands-on way for both in-class and individual learning. This is a community service project of UNESA Geography education master's program to prepare 40 Geography Teacher Community (MGMP) Surabaya City to create geography e-modules based on QR codes. A Likert scale is used to evaluate the performance of QR-based module products, and the results are examined using NVivo software and percentages. The result showed, Individuals were able to comprehend and apply the outcomes of this activity, allowing 40 individuals to successfully finish the QR-based geography e-module. According to them, including QR-based geography e-modules into the classroom can boost creativity in geography education. Teachers are now become content creators rather than scavengers of internet content, which improves their capacity to create relevant and personalized lesson plans, according to the study's suggestions and implementation. Abstract

Students' learning outcomes in geography class at Bojonegoro Integrated Model Senior High School are caused by their difficulty in understanding the concepts. Only 14 out of 34 students who took the daily test were complete and reached the KKM of around 75. This study aims to analyze the impact of GeoLegend learning media on geography learning outcomes. This study used pre-experimental design method with one group pre-test-post-test. The population of Bojonegoro Integrated Model Senior High School includes all grade X students. Purposive random sampling was used to select the sample, and the results showed that the sample could accurately represent the population, which included one class consisting of 36 students. The information provided was learning outcomes before and after the application of GeoLegend media. Data analysis used statistical tests, such as normality test, homogeneity, and T test. The results showed that there was a difference in the average before the application of 66.67 and after the application of 84.72. The highest pre-test score reached 80, while the lowest reached 40. The highest post-test score reached 100 and the lowest reached 60. There was an increase in the value of students who reached the KKM of almost 55% both before and after the launch of GeoLegend media.

Abstract

Outdoor learning is potential to expose social and natural phenomena related to social studies. However, the social studies teachers seldom to practice outdoor learning on certain occasions. This article has two aims. First, interpreting social studies teacher perspective about the simulation of an outdoor learning laboratory. Second, explain the teacher's obstacle if they are practicing outdoor learning in the school. Step of the research consist of 1) in service-learning 1; 2) on the job learning; 3) in service-learning 2. The participants of this study involved 20 secondary high school active teachers of social studies in Surabaya. The data collecting technique used in this study is a questioner to measuring teacher's perspectives about the outdoor learning simulation in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Mojokerto, Jombang,Tuban. Then, interview guidelines were used to perceive the data about teacher's obstacles to practice outdoor learning programs. The data analysis technique for examined teachers' perspectives is the percentage and discriminant statistics. The result of this study confirms that learning outdoor program offers a positive outcome. That is, 1) integrity while the social studies learning, extending social studies content, and helpful for difficult content; 2, Motivation improvement, attention and provide the student concrete experience; 3) Social studies learning to be fun, effective, and contextual. However, Social studies teachers assume laboratory outdoor activity is not efficient and hard to do, because they need a big fee, lengthy time, and require teachers' field experience for dominating social studies content

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of Google Earth on students’ engagement in learning and their learning outcome. This study employed pre-experimental design with the One-Shot Case Study design. From the exploration directed crosswise over various areas of evaluation of 12 students in the school, it is demonstrated that dynamic learning of students in was high since it was above 75% and learning outcomes reached an average of 80. This is good considering that the passing grades set in the school was 70. The application of experiential learning methods can produce satisfactory output when viewed from student participation. By looking at the characteristics of schools where students number was less than 20, the teacher is required to develop innovative learning methods. If implemented, this may yield in the improving circumstance of the currently marginalised Geography. Keywords: Google Earth; Student`s activities; Geography learning. Abstract

Banyak guru yang masih bingung dan belum percaya diri untuk menyusun modul ajar yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sekolah dalam pembelajaran IPS. Program ini bertujuan utuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar pembelajaran IPS kontekstual sesuai karakteristik sekolah. Pelatihan dilaksakanan dalam tiga kali yaitu in service training 1 secara daring synchronous, on the job training secara daring asynchronous dan in service training 2 secara luring. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan ini telah berhasil untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru IPS SMP Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dengan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi, baik dalam jumlah pengumpulan tugas maupun kualitas hasilnya, peserta dapat menerapkan modul ajar yang mereka susun ke dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil ini juga menjadi bukti bahwa pelatihan PKM mampu memberikan dampak nyata dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Program (MBKM) is one of the flagship programs of the Ministry of Education and Culture, which aims to encourage students to master various knowledge that is useful for entering the world of work. One form of learning activities offered is apprenticeship/practice. Internship aims to provide opportunities to apply theories that have been learned in lectures, as well as the application of general and specific skills in the world of work. Through the Kedaireka Matching Fund (MF) 2023 program, the Social Science Education study program, Unesa partnered with Micro Enterprises at the Al-Fatimah Bojonegoro, holding research internships. Research internships are attended by ten students for one semester. Data collection techniques used interviews with all research subjects, including documentation in the form of internship program manuals and student internship reports. Internship activities at Al-Fatimah Islamic Pondok Pesantren include three main activities, namely: workshops, observations, and entrepreneurial practices. During the internship, students make various household cleaning products such as detergent, dish soap, perfume and so on. Students also sell household cleaning products, whether marketed directly to consumers, trade fairs or marketing using online media. The results of the activity show that the apprenticeship program at Al-Fatimah Bojonegoro Pondok Pesantren Micro Enterprise provides hands-on learning experience for Social Sciences Education students to manage entrepreneurship starting from managing trademarks, optimizing production, optimizing marketing and managing cooperatives. The internship experience also adds soft skills, so that students are ready to compete and open up new business opportunities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Kelas X Fase E 1 Semester Ganjil TP 2024/2025 di SMA Negeri 2 Kec. Pangkalan Koto Baru. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mata pelajaran Geografi, dengan menggunakaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2024. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Kec. Pangkalan Koto Baru yang berlokasi di JL. Lintas Sumbar-Riau KM-75 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Fase E1 yang berjumlah 26 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar peserta didik dari siklus ke siklus meningkat. Peningkatan terjadi pada setiap indikator dengan rata-rata persentase siklus 1 yaitu 73,7 % dan siklus 2 sebesar 81,8% sehingga dapat diketahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar peserta didik dalam 2 siklus sebesar adalah 80,2%. Artinya aktivitas belajar peserta didik masuk dalam kategori tinggi (tercapai). Kesimpulannya, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran Geografi.
