Abstract

The growth of areca nut (Areca catechu L.) seedlings in peat soil media often faces challenges due to the low nutrient content and less favorable chemical properties of the soil. This study aims to analyze the effect of applying areca nut husk compost and urea fertilizer on the growth of areca nut seedlings in peat soil media. The research was conducted using a factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor was the dosage of compost (K) with five levels: 0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, and 1 kg. The second factor was the dosage of urea fertilizer (N) with four levels: 0.0, 1.5, 3.0, and 4.5 g. The results showed no interaction between the application of areca nut husk compost and urea fertilizer on plant height, stem diameter, and the number of leaves. However, the independent effect of areca nut husk compost significantly influenced the increase in height, stem base diameter, and the number of leaves in areca nut seedlings. Urea fertilizer had a significant effect on the increase in plant height and stem base diameter but did not significantly affect the increase in the number of leaves. The best application dosage for areca nut husk compost was 1 kg, which resulted in the greatest increase in plant height, stem diameter, and the number of leaves. The best urea fertilizer dosage for plant height increase was 4.5 g, while a dosage of 3 g produced the best increase in stem base diameter.

Abstract

Paduan ini menyatukan penanganan psikologis yang bertumpu pada pemahaman interpersonal korban dengan persoalan sosial budaya di sekitarnya Stres adalah gangguan mental yang dihadapi seseorang akibat adanya tekanan. Tekanan ini muncul biasanya akibat dari kegagalan seeorang dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Stres dapat terjadi pada siapapun dan dimanapun serta tingkat stres berbeda pada setiap individunya tergantung bagaimana individu tersebut menyikapi stresor yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendampingan psikososial dengan Tingkat stress anak yang kehilangan orang tua di Panti Asuhan Hudayah Mawaddah Warahmah Kota Pangkep. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian cross-sectional yaitu penelitian yang relatif singkat ataupun diamati dalam waktu yang sama. Pengumpulan data dilakukan kuesioner pendampingan psikososial dan Tingkat stres anak. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan p-value = 0.002 (p>0,005) sehingga hal ini menyatakan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendampingan psikososial terhadap tingkat stres anak yang kehilangan orang tua di Panti Asuhan Hudayah Mawaddah Warahma Kota Pangkep. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara pendampingan psikososial terhadap Tingkat stress anak yang kehilangan orang tua di Panti Asuhan Hudayah Mawaddah Warahma berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti dan data yang diperoleh 3. Saran diharapkan kepada orang tua pengganti di Panti Asuhan untuk lebih memperhatikan lagi pendampingan psikososialnya kepada anak sehingga Tingkat stress bisa rendah.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, and layout on purchasing decisions at Sambi Swalayan. This study uses quantitative methods with the aim of knowing the extent to which these three variables influence consumer decisions in making purchases. The research sample was obtained using the Accidental Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique based on chance, where the researcher chooses respondents who are accidentally encountered at the research location and deemed suitable for sampling. The number of respondents obtained in this study was 99 people. In data processing, researchers use several statistical analysis techniques, including validity and reliability tests to test the accuracy and consistency of research instruments. In addition, a classical assumption test was carried out to ensure that the data met the requirements for regression analysis, then continued with multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship and influence between variables. The coefficient of determination (R²) is used to see how much the independent variable contributes to the dependent variable, while the t test and f test are used to test the effect partially and simultaneously.The results showed that the store atmosphere had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0,000 < 0,05. Conversely, service quality has no significant effect because the sig value. 0,383 > 0,05. However, store layout has a significant influence on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Sambi Swalayan with a sig value. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Kepribadian, Efikasi Diri, Profesionalisme Dan Komitmen Sekretariat Daerah Bagian Umum Kabupaten Kubu Raya Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dilakukan pada 30 orang Sekretariat Daerah Bagian Umum Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian survei digunakan untuk memperoleh atau mengumpulkan data informasi tentang poplasi yang besar dengan menggunakan sampel yang relatif lebih kecil. Penelitian survei mulai berkembang dari abad ke 20-an hingga sekarang prosedur beserta metodenya banyak dikembangkan terutama dibidang psikolog, sosiolog, ekonom, ilmuwan politik, dan statistikawan. Penelitian survei digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah isu skala besar yang aktual dengan populasi sangat besar, sehingga diperlukan sampel ukuran besar (Widodo, 2008:43). Sejalan dengan pendapat diatas, dalam penelitian survei informasi dikumpulkan dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Umumnya, pengertian survei dibatasi pada pengertian survei sampel di mana informasi dikumpulkan dari sebagian populasi (sampel) untuk mewakili seluruh populasi (Masri Singarimbun), Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Pengujian instrumen data dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, hasil penelitian variabel efikasi diri 0,747 kategori sedang, kategori baik 0,838, dan cukup 05669, komitmen 0,747 sedang 0844 kategori baik, dan 0577 kategori. profesioanlisme 0772 kategori sedang, 0854 kategori baik, dan 05994 cukup. Komitment 0727 kategiri sedang, 0875 kategiri baik dan 0779 kategori cukup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motilitas dan viabilitas spermatozoa mencit (Mus muscullus) diabetes mellitus tipe-II setelah di beri diet tepung sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb.). Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu untuk Memberikan informasi ilmiah bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan tentang peningkatan motilitas dan viabilitas spermatozoa mencit (Mus muscullus) diabetes mellitus tipe-II setelah di beri diet tepung sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb.) dan Informasi kepada masyarakat tentang diet tepung sagu dalam penurunan diabetes melitus tipe-II. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen laboratorik dan Uji persamaan regresi dilakukan antar variabel bebas dan variabel terikat hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tepung sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb.) dapat meningkatkan presentase motilitas dan viabilitas spermatozoa mencit (Mus muscullus) diabetes mellitus tipe-II seiring dengan peningkatan dosis pakan tepung sagu (Metroxylon sagu Rottb.).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the causes of the decline in the performance of BUMDes in the city of Banda Aceh during the Covid-19 pandemi. Environmental turbulence or external conditions that lead to opportunities or threats to business continuity. The results of previous studies showed that the financial performance of BUMDes during the Covid 19 pandemi experienced a very drastic decline and many BUMDes went bankrupt because they were unable to compete in the market. The exogenous variables in this study are environmental turbulence and working capital. The endogenous variables are transparency and falling BUMDes financial performance, where the transparency variable is an intervening variable. Analysis of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables using SEM-PLS with the study population being BUMDes administrators in the city of Banda Aceh. Respondents in the study were chairmen, secretaries and treasurers of BUMDes who were active in the city of Banda Aceh The results showed that the environmental turbulence and working capital variables through the transparency variable had a significant negative effect on the fall in BUMDes financial performance during the Covid 19 pandemi. Which means that environmental turbulence caused a fall in BUMDes financial performance. These findings show the importance of BUMDes to carry out various product innovations when environmental turmoil occurs so that their business can be sustainable.

Abstract

Health education for market residents to change behavior to create a healthy market can be done using pocketbooks, videos, and posters as the model chosen to create a healthy people's market. Socialization to stakeholders in each market is essential in making this happen. This research aims to determine the delivery mechanism, media either through barcode scans, so that stakeholders can easily convey the source of healthy market messages to traders and buyers to change the habits of market residents which originates from pocketbooks, videos, and posters, to stakeholders, including market managers, to be passed on to traders and buyers or visitors. This research used a qualitative descriptive method focusing on media delivery via QR Barcodes (pocketbooks, videos, and posters). The population in this study are stakeholders related to market management and cleanliness. The sample in this study used a quota sampling technique of 22 people, data collection used focus group discussion (FGD), and qualitative data analysis. The message delivery mechanism by implementing QR Barcodes can make it easier for stakeholders to convey healthy market messages to market residents. Traders want to create a healthy market by participating in spreading information about healthy markets through QR Barcodes. Respondents' most preferred medium for disseminating information is via WhatsApp social media, although suggestion boxes are still one way to channel complaints regarding obstacles in accessing healthy market information.

Abstract

Chronic Renal Failure (CKD) is a progressive decline in kidney tissue function so that the remaining kidney mass is no longer able to maintain the body's internal environment. Dialysis maintenance includes two main things: hemodialysis (HD) and peritoneal dialysis (PD). As the disease progresses to requiring dialysis, the patient begins to experience several losses: kidney function, leading roles in the family and work, physical function and mobility, tolerance to activities, etc.Hemodialysis takes toxic nitrogenous substances from the patient's blood to the dialyzer to filter and remove toxic metabolic wastes in the body that the kidneys should remove. There are three principles underlying hemodialysis work: diffusion, osmosis, and ultrafiltration. Abstract

Background: Musculoskeletal injuries are the most global health problem due to their high prevalence, especially among workers. Low behavior in handling musculoskeletal injuries can cause health problems, namely musculoskeletal injuries. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effect of health education on behavioral changes in the management of musculoskeletal injuries in injured patients in the Basirih South sub-district, South Banjarmasin. Method: This type of research used a quantitative pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted in Basirih South Village, South Banjarmasin, on November 10, 2021, with a research sample of 36 respondents using a total sampling technique. The instrument was a questionnaire tested for validity and then distributed door-to-door. The data was processed using the Non-Parametric Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Results: Based on the behavior of handling musculoskeletal injuries in injured patients during the pretest, the results showed that the majority (66.7%) had lousy behavior in 24 patients. And after health education was carried out during the post-test, there was an increase in the number of sufferers (88.9%) having good behaviour of 32 injured patients. Using the Non-Parametric Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test hypothesis, the analysis results obtained a p-value = 0.000. This means P value <0.05 (Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted) means "The Influence of Health Education on the Behavior of Handling Musculoskeletal Injury in Injured Patients in Basirih South Village, South Banjarmasin." Conclusion: Health education can influence behavior in handling musculoskeletal injuries, which can change behavior and increase understanding of managing musculoskeletal injuries in injured patients.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal injury is an injury to one part of the musculoskeletal system that can be acute or as a result of gradual overuse, which usually causes dysfunction of surrounding structures and the structures that are protected or supported, resulting in not being able to function appropriately in muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints or bones. The general purpose of this study was to determine the level of cedar musculoskeletal management skills in accident victims in the general public. This experimental study uses a Pre-Test-Post Test one Group design approach through testing research hypotheses. The population of this research is the cloud community, totalling 48 respondents—paired statistical test using nonparametric Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon analysis test, it can be concluded that 48 respondents who received training in the Management of musculoskeletal injuries in accident victims through evaluation simulations in the general public can conclude that the majority of ordinary people have good knowledge in terms of the ability to handle musculoskeletal injuries in accident victims through evaluation simulations. With a p-value of 0.001, there is a significant difference between before and after training with simulation. Education and training on musculoskeletal injury management actions for accident victims through evaluation simulations in the general public continue to improve the ability of these action skills.
