Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui apakah metode Role Playing dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn pada siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 43 Sungai Alam Kabupaten Bengkalis; (2) mendiskripsikan langkah- langkah penerapan metode Role Playing dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 43 Sungai Alam Kabupaten Bengkalis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 43 Sungai Alam Kabupaten Bengkalis yang berjumlah 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data tes, lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Tes digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data hasil belajar kognitif siswa, sedangkan lembar observasi digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil belajar aspek afektif, psikomotor, serta aktivitas guru dalam proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran PKn menggunakan metode Role Playing. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis data hasil belajar kognitif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis data hasil observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Role Playing pada pembelajaran PKn dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VI SDN Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis. Berdasarkan hasil tes yang diperoleh siswa pada setiap akhir siklus menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar PKn. Persentase ketutasan pada pratindakan sebesar 48%, Siklus I sebesar 68%, siklus II sebesar 100%. Secara proses, menunjukkan bahwa kualitas proses pembelajaran menjadi meningkat, terlihat dari siswa yang lebih aktif, komunikatif serta suasana pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan. Dalam penerapan metode Role playing, guru perlu memperhatikan hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Naskah drama diberikan kepada siswa sebelum pelaksanaan; (2) Siswa yang mengobservasi diberi kesibukan dengan mengerjakan LKS; (3) langkah-langkah metode Role Playing dilaksanakan secara keseluruhan dalam satu pertemuan; (4) menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang santai, menyenangkan namun terkendali

Abstract

Supervision of school supervisor is one of the instruments in improving the quality of education at schools. An effective school has strong cultures with particular characteristics. An effective school also needs a leader who is expert in implementing school based management. This research was aimed to find out the amount of contribution of school supervisor’s supervision and school quality culture towards elementary school principals’ managerial competence in Kendal regency. This research used quantitative approach. The population of this research is all elementary school principals in Kendal regency. The sample was 50 elementary school principals randomly selected from 5 districts in Kendal regency, namely Brangsong district, Weleri district, Pageruyung district, Kaliwungu district and Kendal Kota district. Data collection was conducted by using Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that there is a significant influence of school supervisor’s supervision on principals’ managerial competence. This scale shows the strong influence between the two variables. These include the rectification and improvement of teaching learning process, construction and development of curriculum, and schools’ teachers and staffs human resource development. The responses of the principal on the points reflected the process of supervision conducted by school supervisor on the leadership and the condition of school in which he is in charge. The second result shows that there is a significant influence of school quality culture on principals’ managerial competence. This scale shows the strong influence between the two variables. Things which are related to school quality culture includes principal’s roles, work’s situation and the giving of feedback. The response of the principal reflected the condition of quality culture in the school he leads. Then, the other result of the research shows that school supervisor’s supervision and school quality culture together have significant influence on principals’ managerial competence. The variable of principals’ managerial competence can be explained by the variable of school supervisor’s supervision and school quality culture. It means the increase or decrease of the principal’s managerial competence score can be predicted by the two independent variables.  Suggestions which can be given based on the result of this research are that school supervisors should maintain the supervision process on their supervised schools, the principals who have already had good managerial competence should maintain it by supporting the supervision of school supervisors and keeping the good school quality cultures. Meanwhile, the principals who have not had the good managerial competence should start to respond supervision of school supervisors seriously, do some rectifications at school, and create conducive school quality culture. Also, school teachers and staff should always support the supervision process and the good condition  of school quality culture so that effective school can be achieved.

Abstract

The ability of mathematical reflective thinking is the ability of a person to choose previously owned concepts or knowledge that are relevant or appropriate to be used in making decisions when faced with mathematical problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of mathematical reflective thinking in terms of the sex differences of eighth grade students of SMP N 11 Bandar Lampung. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Subject collection using purposive random sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 6 students from class VIII A consisting of 3 male students and 3 female students, and 6 students from class VIII B consisting of 3 male students and 3 female students. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and interviews. Based on the results of data analysis from class VIII A obtained the average value of mathematical reflective thinking abilities of male students 67,36 and the average value of mathematical reflective thinking abilities of female students reached 100, while for grade VIII B obtained an average value mathematical reflective thinking ability of male students 52,08 and female students 97,22. Thus it can be concluded that the students 'mathematical reflective thinking ability is better than the male students' reflective thinking ability. Keywords:  Mathematical Reflective Thinking Ability, Gender

Abstract

Karakteristik Endapan Tsunami Berdasarkan Metode Granulometri dan Metode Suseptibilitas di Sulawesi Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sifat magnetik dan nonmagnetik dari material sedimen yang merupakan endapan hasil tsunami di daerah Tonggolobibi Kabupaten Donggala dan di Kota Palu Sulawesi. Karakteristik nonmagnetik yang dilakukan dengan metode granulometri didapatkan bahwa di Daerah Tonggolobibi pada sampel 03 B, 06 C dan 09 B ditemukan endapan tsunami sedangkan untuk kota Palu ditemukan endapan tsunami titik 10. Nilai pemilahan endapan tsunami yang didapatkan di daerah penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan arus dan gelombangnya tidak stabil (terpilah buruk) yang berkisar antara 1? hingga 2?. Nilai suseptibilitas magnetik menggunakan alat suseptibility meter MS2D (Bartington). Nilai suseptibilitas yang didapatkan kemudian dicari nilai rata-ratanya menggunakan rumus rata-rata berbobot. Karakteristik magnetik yang didapatkan dari metode suseptibilitas, untuk sampel 03 B yaitu 91,89 ± 03 ×10-8m3/kg, sampel 06 C 19,95 ± 0,2 ×10-8m3/kg, sampel 09 B 28 ± 0,29 ×10-8m3/kg dan sampel 10 8,8 ± 0,3 ×10-8m3/kg.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian mengenai geodinamika wilayah sigi berdasarkan kajian paleomagnetik menggunakan metode natural remanent magnetization (NRM). Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel batuan beku dari Desa Blumpewa, Desa Jono dan Desa Toro. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kestabilan sampel batuan dan besar pergesaran site. Untuk uji kestabilan batuan, sampel batuan dari ketiga site memberlihatkan kestabilan yang baik. Untuk kajian paleomagnetik, diperoleh kutub paleomagnetik untuk Site Balumpewa mempunyai nilai lintang purba ( p) dan bujur purba ( p) adalah 119o 50? 28? BT dan 32o 19? 12??LU serta nilai rotasi sitenya N -57,68o W. Untuk Site Jono mempunyai nilai lintang purba ( p) dan bujur purba ( p) adalah 119o 50? 42? BT dan 24o 47? 24??LU serta nilai rotasi sitenya N -65,22o W. Untuk Site  Toro mempunyai nilai lintang purba ( p) dan bujur purba ( p) adalah 119o 47? 42? BT dan 12o 22? 12??LU serta nilai rotasi sitenya N -77,63o W.

Abstract

SINTESA 1,2-BIS(FOSFINO) ETANA UNTUK PREPARASI TETROFOSMIN DAN SENYAWA TURUNANNYA. Senyawa 1,2-bis (fosfino)etana adalah senyawa khelat bidentat sederhana dengan atom fosfor sebagai donor ligan. Telah dilakukan sintesa 1.2bis(fosfino)etana melalui dua tahap: reaksi trietil fosfit dengan 1,2 dibromo etana didapat senyawa tetra etil etilen difosfonat (fosforan), reduksi fosforan dengan LiAlH4 diperoleh senyawa fosfin 1.2- bis(fosfino)etana. Analisa hasil dari setiap tahap reaksi dilakukan dengan mengamati spektrum infra merah, spektrum massa serta kromatografi cairan dan telah diperoleh hasil senyawa fosfin 1,2 bis-(fosfino) etana sebagai starting material dalam sintesa tetrofosmin dan senyawa turunannya dengan kemurnian lebih 98 % dan rendemen sebesar 34%. Kata kunci: 1,2-bis (fosfino)etana, khelat bidentat, sintesa SYNTHESIS OF 1.2-BIS(PHOSPHINO)ETHANE FOR PREPARATION OF TETROFOSMINE AND DEREVATIVES. 1.2-bis(phosphino)ethane is a simple chelate bidentate based on phosphorous as a donor ligands . The 1.2-bis(phosphino)ethane was synthesized through two steps reaction: triethyl phosphite was coupled with dibromo ethane to give tetra ethyl ethylene diphosphonate (phosphorane), the reduction of phosphorane by LiAlH4 gave the phosphine compound 1.2-bis(fosfino)etana. Investigation of the product every steps reaction by observing infra red spectra, as well as mass spectrometric and high performance liquid chromatographic analysis showed that the product was pure phosphine 1,2 bis-(phosphino) ethane as starting material in the synthesis of tetrofosmine and derivatives, the purity more than 98% and yield was around 34 %. Abstract

ABSTRAKSINTESA DAN PENANDAAN SENYAWA 5’-O-(4-4’-DIMETOKSITRITIL)-2,3-ANHIDROTIMIDIN UNTUK PREPARASI RADIOFARMAKA [18F]FLTTelah diketahui bahwasenyawa 3'-deoksi-3'- [18F] Florotimidin  atau [18F]FLT adalah radiofarmaka turunan timidin yangdigunakan untuk deteksi kanker berdasar pada metabolisme DNA. Telah dilakukan kegiatan penelitiantentang sintesa dan penandaan senyawa prekursor 5'-O-(4,4'-dimetoksitritil)-2,3' anhidrotimidin untukpreparasi radiofarmaka [18F]FLT. Sintesa dan penandaan prekursor dilakukan sesuai metoda literatur  dantelah diperoleh produk berupa kristal hablur  84,37 mg (yield  32,4 %) dengan kemurnian kimia lebih dari95 % (HPLC). Karakterisasi dilakukan dengan mengamati hasil pengujian liquid chromatography-massspectrometry LC/MS dan  penentuan1H-NMR,  menunjukkan bahwa produk 5'-O-(4,4'-dimetoksitritil)-2,3' anhidrotimidin dari hasil sintesa tidak berbeda jauh dengan hasil yang diperoleh dari literatur. Penandaansenyawa prekursor dilakukan melalui reaksi florinasi nukleofilik menggunakan18Florida pada suhu 1600Cselama 15 menit dengan katalisator kriptofix 2.2.2, dilanjutkan dengan hidrolisa menggunakan HCl padasuhu 1000C selama 10 menit, kemudian dinetralkan dengan NaOH. Pemurnian [18F]FLT terhadap pengotordilakukan dengan kartrid tunggal Alumina-N sebagai pengganti pemurnian dengan HPLC. Pengujiankualitas [18F]FLT yang dilakukan meliputi kejernihan larutan, pH dan kemurnian radiokimia.Hasilpengujian terhadap empat kali percobaan penandaan menunjukkan bahwa telah  diperoleh senyawa [18F]FLTberupa  larutan jernih tak berwarna dengan pH antara 6,0 – 7,5, kemurnian radiokimia 97,93 ± 1,48 %dengan perolehan 8,18 ± 1,54 % (tanpa koreksi waktu peluruhan) dan waktu proses penandaan selama 73 ± 4menit.Kata kunci : Sintesa - Radiofarmaka - [18F]FLT - Deteksi- KankerABSTRACTSYNTHESIS AND LABELING 5'-O-(4-4'-DIMETOXYTRITYL) -2,3-ANHIDROTHYMIDINE  FORPREPARATION OF RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL [18F]FLT.It is has been known that the compoundof 3'-deoxy-3'-[18F] Fluorothymidine or [18F] FLT is a thymidine derivative radiopharmaceutical used forcancer detection based on DNA metabolism. Synthesis and labeling of 5'-O-(4,4 '-dimetoxytrityl) -2,3'anhidrothymidine precursor for preparation of the radiopharmaceutical [18F]FLT was carried out. Theprecursor was synthesized in similar manner and procedure literature and it have been obtained a crystallineproduct with total yield of 32,4 %. The chemical purity of the product which determined by HPLC wasfound to be more than 95%. Characterization of the product was done by observing the results of the LC /MS and1H-NMR test, the resulted data were found to be very closed to those reported in the literature.Labeling of the precursor was done by nucleophilic fluorination reactions using18Fluoride at 1600C for 15minutes with kryptofix 2.2.2 catalyst followed hydrolysis using HCl at 1000C for 10 minutes and thenneutralized with NaOH. Purification [18F]FLT was performed by single cartridge Alumina-N as a substituteHPLC methods. The results have been obtained a label compound [18F]FLT with high purity as a bulk forpreparation of the radiopharmaceutical [18F]FLT. The label compound of [18F]FLT undergone a quality testwhich included a clarity, pH and a radiochemical purity. The results of quality control on four batches of[18F]FLT showed that these products were colorless clear solution with pH between 6.0-7.5, andradiochemical purity 97.93 ± 1,48% and showed that the label compounds have been obtained [18F]FLTfree particles form a clear solution with a pH between 6,0 - 7,5, radiochemical purity of 97.93 ± 1,48 %,radiochemical yields 8.18 ± 1.54% (decay uncorrected ) and processing time 73 ± 4 minutes.Keywords: Synthesis - Radiofarmaka - [18F]FLT - Detection-CancerSintesa dan Penandaan Senyawa 5’-O-(4,4’-Dimetoksitritil)- 2,3-Anhidrotimidin untuk Preparasi Radiofarmaka [1

Abstract

ABSTRAKEVALUASI PEMBUATAN 13tI-MIBG SEBAGAI RADIOFARMAKA DIAGNOSA DANTERAPI NEUROBLASTOMA.Telah dilakukan evaluasi pembuatan 1311-MIBGsebagai radiofarmakadiagnosa dan terapi neuroblastoma. Preparasi 13t1_MIBGdilakukan dengan cara menandai MIBG hasilsintesa dengan radionuklida 1311,hasil penandaan dianalisis dengan kromatografi lapis tipislkromatografikertas untuk mengetahui kemumian radiokimianya. Uji stabilitas 1311-MIBGmeliputi uji stabilitas sediaanpada plasma darah manusia, pada suhu kamar, serta pada suhu pendingin (8°C). Hasil sintesis MffiG yangtelah dilakukan sebelumnya menunjukkan kemumian kimia > 95 %, penandaan MIBG dengan 1-131 telahdilakukan dengan kemumian radiokimia > 95%. Hasil pengamatan uji stabilitas 1311_MffiGpOOasuhukamar menunjukkan bahwa sediaan stabil pada suhu kamar sampai 120 jam. Pada plasma darah manusiastabil sampai 141jam, sedangkan pada suhu pendingin kulkas (8°C) sediaan stabil141 jam. Hasil penandaandari tahun 2011-2012 menunjukkan bahwa sediaan radiofarmaka 1311MIBG berupa larutan jemih takberwarna, pH antara 5,5-7,0, steril dan bebas pirogen, kemumian radiokimia > 95 %, dan memenuhipersyaratan sebagai sediaan injeksi untuk digunakan dalam diagnosa maupun terapi neuroblastoma di rumahsakif.Kata kunci : radiofarmaka, 1-131,MIBG, neuroblastomaABSTRACTEVALUATION FOR PREPARATION OF 131I_MIBG FOR NEUROBLASTOMADIAGNOSIS AND THERAPY.Evaluation for preparation of l311-MIBG has been carried out.Production/preparation of 1311-MIBGwas carried out by labeling MIBG with 1-131.The radiochemical purityof 1311-MIBGwas analysed using TLC/paper chromatography. The stability testing in the fresh humanplasma, at room temperature and at 8°C was carried out . The chemical purity of synthesized MIBG wasfound to be > 95%. The radiochemical purity of l311-MIBGwas obtained at higher than 95 %. The labeledMIBG in fresh human plasma and at 8°C was stable up to 141 hours, while at room temperature was stableup to 120 hours.The results of labeling of l311-MlBG from 2011-2012 showed that these products werecolorless clear solution with pH between 5.5 -7.0, sterile and pyrogen-free, radiochemical purity> 95%. Thequality control results be met the requirements of l311-MlBG injection solution used for diagnosis andtherapy of neuroblastoma in hospital.Key-words: radiopharmaceutical, MIBG, 1-131,neuroblastoma57

Abstract

SISTEM KOMPUTASI TABEL PELURUHAN RADIOAKTIVITAS MENGGUNAKAN TURBO PASCAL WINDOWS. Dalam usahanya untuk mencapai keadaan stabil, radioisotop melakukan transformasi inti melalui peluruhan dengan cara memancarkan partikel α,β atau sinar γ, x atau sekaligus memancarkan gabungan diantaranya. Program tabel peluruhan radioaktivitas dalam bahasa Turbo Pascal Windows yang telah dibuat merupakan sebuah program yang dapat menghitung peluruhan dan faktor peluruhan radioaktivitas dalam bentuk tabel untuk segala jenis radionuklida dalam periode waktu tertentu, jenis radionuklida dan periode waktunya tergantung data masukan yang diberikan. Dari hasil uji internal, diketahui bahwa penulisan (pengkodean) listing program telah ditulis dengan benar dalam bahasa Turbo Pascal Windows, terbukti sistem program dapat dieksekusi run. Dari hasil uji eksternal diketahui bahwa sistem program secara logika dan matematika telah berjalan sesuai perancangan. Sistem pilihan menu, hasil perhitungan peluruhan dan faktor peluruhan berjalan dengan benar. Program ini dapat menghitung dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. In order to obtain a stabil state, radioisotope transform to do the decay and emit α,β particle or γ, x ray or both of them as a unity. Radioactivity decay table program in Turbo Pascal Windows that has been made is a program which could count the decay and decay factor of radioactivity with table form used for every radionuclide in period of time given, the radionuclide and its time period depending on the data entry given. From the internal test result, we know that writing (codying) program listing has been written correctly in Turbo Pascal Windows language proved by the system which could be executed (run). From the external test result we know that the system could work logically and mathematically proper with the design. Menu choice system, decay and decay factor counting has given the result and running well. This program could count fast and accurate, therefore the efficiency of work could be raised. Abstract

ABSTRAKPREPARASI RADIOFARMAKA 99mTc__DTPA_INH UNTUK DIAGNOSIS TUBERKULOSIS.Radiofarmaka telah menunjukkan manfaat yang nyata dan spesifik dalam pelayanan kesehatan terutama untuk diagnosis dan terapi antara lain untuk penyakit kanker dan infeksi. Salah satu cara. menangani banyaknya kasus tuberkulosis yang banyak terdapat di Indonesia, teknik kedokteran nuklir menggunakan radiofarmaka diethylenefriaminepenfaacetic acid-isonicotinic acid hydrazide (DTP A-INH) yang yang ditandai dengan teknesium-99m dapat dipakai salah satu metoda altematif untuk diagnosis tuberkulosis. Saat ini telah dilakukan preparasi 99mTc_DTP A-INH, 991~C_DTPA-INH dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu: konyugasi DTPA-INH dan analisis hasil konyugasi dengan HPLC kolom C-18. Penandaan DTP A-INH dengan Tc-99m dilakukan dengan menambahkan SnClz sebagai reduktor dan larutan 99mTcperteknetat dan generator 99Mo;99mTc.Hasil penandaan dianalisis dengan menggunakan kromatografi kertas dan kromatografi lapis tipis, sedangkan stabilitas DTP A-INH dilakukan untuk menentukan waktu kadaluwarsanya. Hasil analisi dengan HPLC menggunakan kolom C-18 menunjukkan telah terjadi konyugasi antara DTPA dengan INH, sedangkan analisis dengan kromatografi kertas dan kromatografi lapis tipis menunjukkan kemurnian radiokimia lebih besar dari 90 % dan hasil pelabelan terbaik didapatkan pada penambahan SnClz sebanyak 200 ).lg. Hasil uji stabilitas untuk sediaan yang belum dilabel, menunjukkan sediaan masih stabil pada minggu ke 13. Pengujian kestabilan 99mTc_DTPA-INH pada suhu kamar menunjukkan kemurnian radiokimia masih stabil sampai 3 jam setelah penandaan. Kata kunci : radiofarmaka, Tc-99m, DTP A, INH, diagnosis, tuberkulosis. ABSTRACT PREPARATION OF 99mTc-DTPA-INH RADIO PHARMACEUTICALS FOR TUBERCULOSIS DIAGNOSIS. Radiopharmaceuticals have shown a real and spesifik usefulness in medical services, especially for diagnosis and therapy of several deadly diseases such as cancer and infection. To handle Tubeculosis which is common in Indonesia, nuclear medicine teclmiques which uses DTPA-INH radiophannaceutical labeled with technetium-99m offer an alternative method for tuberculosis 99m diagnosis. Preparation of Tc-DTP A-INH and its analysis have been carried out. The preparation consisted 99111 of several steps, conjugation of DTPA with INH and the conjugated DTPA-INH was labeled with Tc, 99m followed by C-18 HPLC analysis. Radiochemical purity of Tc-DTP A-INH was ana lysed using TLC/paper chromatography. Stability test of DTP A-INH to know the expiry date was carried out. The HPLC result showed that the conjugated DTP A-INH has been formed. The radiochemical purity of 99mTc_TPA-INH analysed with TLC/paper chromatography was obtained at higher than 90 %. Best result was obtained by addition of 200 ).lgram of SnClz. The stability test showed that DTP A-INH was stable until 13 weeks and thestability of labeled DTP A-INH at room temperature was stable after 3 hours incubation post labeling.
