Abstract

Ekmira Almond Crispy Malang is an MSME engaged in pastries. In marketing activities so far they use social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp. However, the information conveyed through their website is not optimal because of the lack of detailed information regarding Ekmira Almond Crispy products. The audience who follows the content on social media are not engaged. So people do not know about Ekmira Almond Crispy Malang. This research is intended to make a website as an advertising medium using CMS Wordpress. The type of research conducted in this study was action research. Data testing was done by distributing questionnaires based on the criteria for measuring the effectiveness of WebQual design (usability, information quality, interaction quality) to 1 owner, 2 marketing experts, 2 computer experts. The answer choices used a Likert scale with a range (1 for strongly disagree to 5 for strongly agree). The data processing method used simple tabulation analysis and average scores. In this study, the results of WebQual score in the first cycle of usability indicator section get a value of 85% with an average of 4.27 out of 5.0. In the information quality indicator it gets a value of 75% with an average of 3.73 out of 5.0. In the interaction quality indicator the score is 79% with an average of 3.93 out of 5.0. Based on this research it can be concluded that the Ekmira Almond Crispy website can be published in terms of WebQual testing.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Kinerja Tenaga Ahli Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia,dan untuk menganalisis Faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat kinerja Tenaga Ahli Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan teknik obesrvasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi pustaka. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Hubungan antara tenaga ahli dan anggota DPR.RI dalam kaitannya dengan peran dan kinerja tenaga ahli dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai tenaga ahli pada fraksi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan di DPR. RI sudah berjalan sebagai mana mestinya walaupun itu masih belum maksimal dengan terlihat masih banyaknya peran yang harus dilakukan sebagai tenaga ahli akan tetapi belum dilakukan sehingga hal tersebut yang menyebabkan kinerja tenaga ahli belum semaksimal mungkin. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi faktor pendukung dan penghambat terlaksananya peran tenaga ahli dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya antara lain factor kemampuan dan factor motivasi menjadi factor determinan dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi tenaga ahli di fraksi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan.

Abstract

This research aims to compare Carol Dweck's Growth Mindset Theory and Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences Theory in the context of developing individual potential. The study utilizes literature review and comparative analysis as the research method to compare the two theories. In the pursuit of optimizing individual potential, the growth mindset emphasizes the importance of a developing mindset, viewing failures as opportunities for learning, and creating a supportive learning environment. On the other hand, multiple intelligences theory acknowledges the diversity of intelligences and advocates for the development of all types of intelligence in education. In inclusive modern education, the application of both theories can motivate students to grow and learn, develop self-confidence, and optimize their potential in various areas of intelligence. Through this approach, modern education can create a stimulating environment, facilitate holistic development, and produce individuals who are prepared to face future challenges. By understanding the differences and similarities between these two theories, education can adopt an inclusive approach that focuses on the full development of each individual's potential, ensuring that students are empowered to achieve academic success and optimal personal growth.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi besaran biaya total, penerimaan, dan pendapatan, serta perbandingan biaya/pendapatan di Kecamatan Tolitoli Utara. Studi ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Tolitoli Utara dari Oktober 2022 hingga Desember 2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei kasus di Kecamatan Tolitoli Utara. Sampel diambil dari 4 desa (Lakuan Tolitoli, Timbolo, Binontoan, dan Gio). Sampel terdiri dari 30 petani, dan metode sampel acak sederhana digunakan untuk menentukan responden. Data primer dan sekunder adalah jenis data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani kelapa di Kecamatan Tolitoli Utara rata-rata menghasilkan Rp1.810.323,33 per musim tanam, dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp2.893.333,33, sehingga mereka menghasilkan Rp1.083.010,00 pendapatan, dan usahatani tersebut layak untuk diusahakan berdasarkan rasio R/C sebesar 1,59 lebih dari 1.Kata Kunci :Kelapa Dalam, Analisis Usaha tani, R/C Ratio

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Walisembilan Semarang tentang peningkatan perilaku soliditas berbangsa dan bernegara dalam bingkai moderasi beragama di Desa Prigi kecamatan Kedungjati Kabupaten Grobogan, oleh Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Walisembilan Semarang, kemudian dilakukan oleh peneliti dari Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Walisembilan Semarang adalah sebuah pendampingan kepada masyarakat terkait moderasi beragama, dimulai dari memahamkan masyarakat, memotivasi masyarakat, dan menggunakan kesempatan komunikasi dalam moderasi beragama. Keragaman dalam keberagamaan di masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan pada soliditas dalam berbangsa dan bernegara dalam bingkai moderasi beragama, karena di desa tersebut terdiri banyak agama di antaranya Islam, Kristen, Hindu Buda,maka perlu digiatkan dalam Soliditas Berbangsa dan Berbangsa dalam bingkai moderasi beragama. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah metode problem solving, diawali dengan observasi, mengidentifikasi masalah, dan mencarikan solusi. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara yang mewawancarai kepala desa, peangkat dan masyarakat, observasi pada kegiatan masyarakat, dan studi dokumen yang ada pada kegiatan masyarakat. Dilanjutkan analisis data menggunakan Miles and Huberman, dengan bentuk reduksi data yang mengumpulkan data penting dan valid serta dapat dipertanggung jawabkan, display data yang menampilkan data penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dari pengabdian masyarakat, verifikasi merupakan menverifikasi data dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yang telah direduksi, pengambilan kesimpulan merupakan pengambilan benang merah pada hasil simpulan pada penelitian. Kemudian diadakan sebuah forum untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kepada masyarakat sekaligus mendidik, memotivasi, memahamkan dan mengkader mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Walisembilan Semarang di sebuah Desa Prigi Kecamatan Kedungjati Kabupaten Grobogan Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the meaning of the ‘kāfir’ diction in the Quran thematically. The type of research is a literature review with a thematic interpretation approach. Primary data sources consist of the Quran and the book of interpretation (Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab and Tafsīr al-Qur’ān al-Aẓim by Ibn Kaṡir). Secondary data sources consist of Arabic dictionaries, books, and journals that discuss the meaning of the ‘kāfir’ diction. Data were collected using documentation techniques and then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results show that the meaning of the ‘kāfir’ diction in the Quran are (1) denying the existence and oneness of Allah, (2) covering up what is haq (true) or batil (false) and blocking others from Allah, (3) denying to the grace that has been given by Allah, and (4) people who make religion a play. Based on the variety of the ‘kāfir’ diction, it is recommended to Muslim readers not to rush to disbelieve in other Muslims. Because the verdict has social consequences and triggers the birth of a dispute.

Abstract

Timely positive feedback to students pursuing a Ph.D. program motivates completion.  Drawing upon Skinner's Reinforcement theory and Lakoff and Johnson's Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT), this study aimed at uncovering metaphors employed in feedback practices by exploring the linguistic expressions of supervisors and peers, which encouraged students to complete their Ph.D. studies in Australia. The methodology employed the use of a semi-structured interview to delve into the lived experiences of two Indonesian Ph.D. students (currently EFL lecturers) during their studies in Australia. The results that the use of positive expressions from supervisors and peers strongly motivated the students to complete their Ph.D. programs. The four types of expressions used served to praise, give hope, give direction as feedback to support completion, and reminders to keep the student on track. The following expressions were commonly used to motivate completion: "Do not worry, mate, you will get there," and "Wow, it's great work! I understand it is not easy to write academically in such good English, but you did." These expressions metaphorically imply that:  "PhD study is a journey," and "Work speaks louder than words." These findings suggest that positive verbal feedback from supervisors' and peers' can motivate PhD students' completion.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn Indonesia, The practice of Islamic financial institutions was strengthened by the implementation of the banking law number 10 of 1998, and fatwa from Indonesian Council of Religious Scholars of bank rate prohibition. Islamic financial institutions must be accompanied by more comprehensive understanding of Islamic economics itself. In this case, the Islamic economic understanding not only be technical socialization, background and history but also moral and how they had to bring their selves in accordance with sharia (Ibnu Taimiyah). It must be work together between the government and scholars in guiding and encouraging the community in terms of life in accordance with Islamic law. Based on the background above, the researcher focused on what factors that affected students' understanding of finance. The objective in this research is describing the level of students’ financial literacy by gender, age, year in, GPA, place of residence, parental education level and income level of parents. This research conducted in Lebak with 86 respondents of economic syariah majoring, and using quantitative descriptive analysis method One Way Anova. It is used to compare the average (mean) more than two samples, hypotheses testing, to reject or accepted H0 based P-value if sig. <Α 0.05, H0 is rejected and if sig. > Α 0.05 then H0 is accepted. The lowest value was 4% and the highest is 60%.The lowest is the respondents were able answer only one question from 25 questions, and The highest are the respondents were able to answer 18 questions correctly (60%). It was found that the mean of respondents is 7.74% and standard deviation of financial literacy mean (average) is 3,071. It can be concluded that the answers of the respondents was varied. The level of students’ literacy rate is divided into three parts, the highest, medium, and the lowest literacy. Only one respondent get the highest level (4%), and  one respondent get the medium level (4%), and the last 84 respondents get the lowest level (92%). So, it can be concluded that the students’ understanding of financial literacy is low, it was under <60%.Keywords: Gender, Age, Year In, GPA, Housing, Education Parents, And Income Parents, Financial Literacy.

Abstract

The number of various Muslim clothing sales centers resulted in consumers being given many choices of product types. making it difficult to increase the number of customers in the existing market so that it affects the level of sales. An appropriate marketing strategy is needed to win the competition with similar businesses. This research is a research that aims to test whether the Islamic marketing strategy has an effect on the level of sales and how much the influence of the Islamic marketing strategy on the level of sales. This research is a quantitative method with 43 research respondents. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, with partial regression test (t-test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the results of the research conducted, there is a significant influence between the Islamic marketing strategy on the level of product sales. With a significance of 0.001 < 0.005 and the value of t: the value of Fcount 8.436 > Ftable 2.01954, it can be concluded that the Islamic marketing strategy variable has a significant effect on product sales. The magnitude of the influence of the Islamic marketing strategy on the level of product sales is 63.4%. It can be seen that the correlation value (R) is 0.797 with an output coefficient of determination of 0.634 or 0 < R2 (0.634) < 1, stating that the Islamic marketing strategy has an influence on sales levels of 63.4%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to obtain information about the mechanism of Online Business with the Dropshipping system by Dropshipper Natura World. The online business concept of this dropshipping system creates a new phenomenon where the seller (dropshipper) does not stock and own/see directly the goods to be traded, the dropshipper also does not deliver the goods, because the supplier of the goods will send the goods to the consumer under the name of the dropshipper as the sender, but consumers do not know this. In that business in Islamic economics is based on the basic principles/values of business ethics in Islam, namely honesty, justice, trustworthiness and so on. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research and the subjects used as sources in this research are Rangkasbitung World Members, Lebak Regency who sell online using a reseller and dropshipper system. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, interview techniques (interviews), and documentation techniques. The research instruments used were observation instruments, and interview instruments. The results show that the online business mechanism using the reseller and dropshipper system carried out by Natura World members is not to distinguish between dropshippers and resellers, management only relies on the price or pricelist used for dropshippers / resellers. resellers carried out by Natura World members in accordance with the concept of business ethics in Islam where the goods being traded exist and the price of the goods is clear according to the agreement of the seller and buyer.Keywords: Online Business, Dropshipping, Dropshipper, Reseller, Supplier, IslamicEconom
