Abstract

The plan for community silkworm cultivation activities, especially wild silkworms (Attacus atlas) in the East OKU region in partnership with the Central Lembur Cultural Village must be carried out by manipulating the room in terms of shape, walls, and roof so that it can meet the standards for silkworm habitats with a maximum temperature of 28-30 0C. The availability of silkworm feed can be done by utilizing yard land so that land utilization occurs. Farmers should also have skills in weaving so that they can sell finished products in the form of cloth to increase income. This study examines the rules of the game and the method of cocoon production agreed upon and implemented by farmers in the Central Lembur Cultural Village, Sukabumi Regency and calculates the income level of partner silkworm farmers in the Central Lembur Cultural Village. With a qualitative approach, this study discusses the organization, cooperation patterns, project preparation, project mechanisms and cooperation agreements. The results show that a partnership is established that supports and complements each other both in terms of management and technical implementation of silkworm cultivation. The prospect of developing silkworms (Attacus atlas) in Beliatng can be implemented by looking at the potential for existing feed and utilizing the local community's yard land.

Abstract

To address persistent challenges in students’ speaking proficiency, the researcher adopted the Project-Based Learning (PJBL) approach as a pedagogically sound alternative. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of PJBL in enhancing learners' narrative speaking abilities. Carried out at MA Mathalibul Huda Mlonggo, the investigation involved Grade 10 students from the MIPA 1 and MIPA 2 streams. Employing a quantitative research paradigm with a Quasi-Experimental Design, data were subjected to statistical analysis using an independent samples t-test via SPSS version 25. The outcomes revealed that the PJBL strategy significantly enhanced students’ narrative speaking performance, as evidenced by a post-test mean score of 77.56 in the experimental cohort, notably surpassing the control group's mean of 66.22. The significance value of 0.000—well below the conventional alpha threshold of 0.05—confirmed a statistically meaningful disparity between the two groups. In light of these findings, English language educators are strongly encouraged to integrate PJBL into their instructional repertoire to foster more dynamic, creative, and learner-centered environments for narrative learning. The approach has proven effective in cultivating a communicative and participatory classroom atmosphere. This study concentrated on the implementation processes, classroom dynamics, and educational outcomes linked to the application of PJBL

Abstract

Urban congestion and traffic inefficiencies pose significant challenges for developing cities such as Jakarta. Conventional traffic management systems often lack responsiveness and integration, leading to time delays, fuel wastage, and safety hazards. This study proposes the architecture of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) based on sensor monitoring as a solution to improve vehicle flow, surveillance, and timeliness within urban transportation networks. The objective is to develop a sensor-based ITS framework capable of real-time monitoring and decision-making through the integration of motion, ultrasonic, PIR (Passive Infrared), and speed sensors. The proposed system was simulated in the Jakarta metropolitan context, focusing on its feasibility and performance under dense traffic scenarios. The results demonstrate that the incorporation of four monitoring technologies—RFID, embedded sensors, IP address tracking, and QR barcode scanning—can significantly enhance the efficiency of traffic control. The framework enables vehicle surveillance, automated violation ticketing, and optimized travel time estimation. It also proposes a comprehensive four-layer surveillance system encompassing traffic, vehicle, passenger, and driver monitoring. This study contributes to the development of smart city infrastructure by offering a scalable ITS model that minimizes congestion, supports automated law enforcement, and enhances public transportation accessibility through digital integration. The findings serve as a baseline for future implementation and technological expansion of ITS in other congested urban regions.

Abstract

This systematic literature review explores the identity transformation of artists transitioning into politics, using Nafa Urbach's journey as a case study and applying the Communication Theory of Identity (CTI) by Michael Hecht. The study aims to identify key factors influencing this transition, including communication strategies, media portrayals, and public perceptions. Through a comprehensive analysis of scholarly literature, this review examines how artists negotiate their identities across personal, relational, communal, and material frames to gain political legitimacy. The findings indicate that artists must strategically communicate their political agenda and reshape their public image to establish credibility and overcome initial skepticism from both the public and media. Media portrayals significantly influence audience perception, underscoring the need for effective media engagement strategies. The study also highlights the broader implications of identity transformations on political communication dynamics. As artists navigate dual expectations from their entertainment fanbase and politically engaged audiences, maintaining a coherent and relatable identity becomes crucial for political success. The research contributes to a deeper understanding of how communication strategies shape identity negotiation and political acceptance for celebrity politicians. This review offers practical insights for political campaign strategists and media professionals while laying a foundation for future studies on identity formation in political contexts.

Abstract

Law No. 16 of 2019 stipulates that the minimum marriage age for both males and females is 19 years. If this requirement is not met, a marriage dispensation must be obtained from the Religious Court. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Law No. 16 of 2019 regarding marriage dispensation. Using a qualitative method with a normative-empirical approach, the findings reveal a significant decrease of approximately 79.9% in marriage dispensation applications at the Malang Religious Court from 2020 to 2024. This decline reflects effective law enforcement supported by government outreach programs and stricter judicial discretion in approving dispensation requests. From an Islamic perspective, marriage dispensation is permissible, aligning with the jurisprudential principle that preventing harm (darar) takes precedence over pursuing benefit (maslahah).Law No. 16 of 2019 stipulates that the minimum marriage age for both males and females is 19 years. Abstract

Practice-based microteaching is now an important method in pre-service teacher education, particularly in ICT, as it creates a forum to practice teaching skills in a structured setting. However, the success of this depends greatly on the quality of guidance, which has the capacity to deliver timely and critical feedback. Self-efficacy, being the belief that an individual is capable of completing tasks, has been a significant predictor of learning achievement and motivation. The present research aims to examine the pre-service ICT teachers' learning achievement and the learning motivation of high and low self-efficacy individuals within a practice-based microteaching environment supported by mentoring. In experimental design, the subjects (N = 82) were divided into high and low self-efficacy according to a standardized self-efficacy scale. The data analysis in this study employed the t-test and Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). The findings of this study indicated there was no difference in learning achievement between the two groups on practice-based mentoring in microteaching for pre-service ICT teachers. Moreover, in intrinsic motivation, it was found that high self-efficacy practice-based mentoring microteaching students have significantly higher intrinsic motivation than low self-efficacy students. In the present study, however, low self-efficacy students for practice-based mentoring microteaching show significantly greater extrinsic motivation than high self-efficacy students. This research offers additional reference to scholars, teachers, and policymakers in investigating the role of self-efficacy in learning activity, learners' accomplishment in learning, and to supporting SDGs 4 and 5 in promoting the quality of education as well as gender equality.

Abstract

The liberalization of education has become a global phenomenon that has brought significant changes to various educational systems, including Islamic education. This study aims to analyze the impact of educational liberalization on Islamic education and explore solutions to integrate the two concepts. The research employs a literature review method by analyzing various academic sources, including books, journals, and official reports related to Islamic education and educational liberalization. The findings indicate that educational liberalization has both positive and negative impacts on Islamic education. On the positive side, liberalization improves access to quality education and encourages innovation in curriculum and teaching methods. However, on the negative side, there are threats to Islamic values due to the growing influence of secular culture. Previous studies suggest that liberalization may lead to a shift in values within Islamic education, necessitating effective adaptation strategies. To address these challenges, Islamic educational institutions need to adopt innovative approaches, such as integrating modern knowledge with Islamic teachings and implementing more interactive learning methods. Additionally, the role of governments and society is crucial in providing policy support and resources to ensure Islamic education remains relevant in the era of liberalization. This study concludes that Islamic education must adapt to changes without losing its identity. With the right strategies, Islamic education can continue to thrive and contribute positively to building a civilization grounded in Islamic values.
