Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of logotherapy techniques on the resilience of Muslim families, with family status and the number of dependents serving as demographic variables. The study sample consisted of 30 Muslim families in Banten province, Indonesia involving a total of 89 individuals. The sampling using the purposive sampling method consisted of 30 men (father or husband), 30 women (mother or wife), and 29 sons and/or daughters in terms of family status. The study employs a quantitative approach using inferential parametric statistics by using ANOVA. The results obtained indicate logotherapy counseling techniques, such as paradoxical intention, dereflection, and Socratic dialogue, have significantly increased the resilience of Muslim families in Banten. The Paradoxical Intention technique is significant for improving the legal basis dimension and the Dereflection technique is significant for improving the Psychosocial Resilience dimension. The combined technique of Paradoxical Intention and Socratic Dialogue is significant in improving the other three dimensions of Physical Resilience, Economic Resilience, and Family Social Resilience. More specifically, enhancing physical and economic resilience is best achieved using the paradoxical intention-Socratic dialogue, socio-family resilience with Socratic dialogue-dereflection, legality resilience with paradoxical intention, and socio-psychological resilience with dereflection. In the context of enhancing family resilience, husbands are best served using paradoxical intention-Socratic dialogue, wives by dereflection-Socratic dialogue, and children by paradoxical intention-Socratic dialogue. For families with only child dependents, the most suitable technique is paradoxical intention-Socratic dialogue, while for those with dependents that include children, parents, and/or other close family members, dereflection proves more appropriate.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers in enhancing religious intelligence, reducing bullying behavior, and improving social skills among elementary school students through a holistic approach. This approach integrates religious, moral, and social values into the learning process. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational design involving 150 randomly selected students. The findings indicate that PAI teachers play a significant role in fostering religious intelligence, decreasing bullying behavior, and enhancing social skills. Teachers who integrate religious values into their teaching help shape students' religious character, strengthen moral awareness, and improve their ability to engage positively with their social environment. The holistic approach, which involves collaboration among teachers, students, and the school community, has proven effective in creating an environment that promotes religious values, social harmony, and a reduction in bullying incidents. The study recommends that PAI teachers continue to develop holistic teaching methods to cultivate a school culture that is religious, harmonious, and supportive of students' social skill development.

Abstract

The background of this research relates to the implementation of the Al-Quran teaching method in the One Village One Hafizh (Sadesha) Program in West Java Province, which aims to create 6000 hafizh-hafizhah by 2022. The program is expected to contribute to improving the quality of religious education and Quran teaching at the village level. This study aims to analyze the management of teaching methods applied in the program. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, which involves secondary data analysis in the form of annual reports and program-related documents, as well as interviews with relevant parties such as program coordinators and participants. The results showed that the management of the Sadesha program in West Java Province has been running well, in accordance with the established plan. The program uses two main strategies, namely empowerment and cadre, to achieve the target number of hafizh-hafizhah. Obstacles found related to the imbalance in the number of participants between districts/cities can be overcome through subsidies between districts/cities. The conclusion of this study is that the Sadesha program has successfully achieved its main objectives, with successes that can be used as a model for the development of similar programs in other regions. However, there are several obstacles that need to be overcome, such as the distribution of participants and honorarium issues, which require further attention to improve the program.

Abstract

In the last two decades, the theme of intuition has increasingly attracted the attention of academics, including psychologists. The increasing interest of psychologists in intuition is because the process of judgment and decision-making within individuals often occurs outside of their conscious thinking. This happens when individuals face uncertain situations, time pressure, and complex, ambiguous, and even strange problems. Intuition is the capacity of the human soul to know or understand a matter automatically, effortless, and affectively without rational processes. Intuition in psychological studies is based on experiences and knowledge accumulated from the past and stored in memory. In contrast to the Islamic perspective, intuition (divine) is based on the experience of spiritual disclosure coming from divine gifts. This study uses a psychological approach with descriptive comparative analysis techniques to discuss intuition, its mechanisms and development, originating from two perspectives: Islam and contemporary psychology. This study constructs five types of intuition where spiritual intuition occupies the highest position, followed by moral, creative, expertise, and social intuition.

Collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings are that spiritual ecology, manifested in the Merapi people's ecological wisdom, has a relationship with environmental balance. In a review of the spiritual ecology of the Merapi community, it can be stated that the more dominant the spiritual aspect of humans is, the more straight their life behavior is, lurus, leres, and laras. Several aspects interact with each other in the spiritual ecology of the Merapi community: Islamic spirituality, ecology, and local wisdom.
