Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kelembagaan keuangan Syariah di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalah metode dokumentasi, di mana dokumen yang digunakan merupakan catatan kejadian yang telah terjadi. Metode dokumentasi ini memungkinkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung terhadap kelembagaan keuangan Syariah di Indonesia. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lembaga keuangan Syariah berfungsi sebagai tempat bagi Rasulullah membangun Baitulmal, yang digunakan untuk menyimpan kekayaan negara dan mengatur pemasukan serta pengeluaran guna menghindari kecurangan. Menurut Undang-Undang Perbankan Syariah Indonesia, tepatnya pada Pasal 1 No. 21 Tahun 2008, bank dipahami sebagai entitas usaha yang mengumpulkan dan menyalurkan dana dari dan kepada masyarakat melalui pembiayaan kredit, dengan tujuan membantu perekonomian masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Kata Kunci: Lembaga Keuangan Syariah, Perbankan SYariah

Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini membahas strategi pemasaran produk gadai emas syariah dengan fokus pada empat aspek utama: memahami pasar dan segmentasi yang tepat, edukasi dan sosialisasi, penawaran produk yang kompetitif, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Memahami pasar dan melakukan segmentasi yang tepat merupakan langkah awal dalam merancang strategi yang efektif, dengan analisis demografis, psikografis, dan perilaku nasabah sebagai dasar utama. Edukasi dan sosialisasi ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap gadai emas syariah melalui berbagai media, termasuk digital dan kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan serta keagamaan. Penawaran produk yang kompetitif mencakup penetapan margin keuntungan yang wajar, prosedur yang mudah dan cepat, layanan yang transparan, dan variasi produk yang fleksibel untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah. Pemanfaatan teknologi mencakup pengembangan platform digital, otomatisasi proses, pemasaran digital, analisis data, keamanan digital, layanan pelanggan digital, dan inovasi produk. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi tersebut, lembaga keuangan syariah dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas jangkauan produk gadai emas syariah, serta memenuhi kebutuhan nasabah dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Abstract Pada awal pertengahan bulan Maret 2020, hampir seluruh dunia menghadapi pandemi Covid-19. Dampak pandemi ini terhadap ekonomi global diperkirakan akan menyebabkan perlambatan, yang mengakibatkan perekonomian Indonesia juga mengalami penurunan. Dasar hukum untuk restrukturisasi pembiayaan diatur dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/9/PBI/2011 Tanggal 8 Februari 2011 tentang perubahan atas Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 10/18/PBI/2008 mengenai Restrukturisasi Pembiayaan untuk Bank Syariah dan Unit Usaha Syariah. Dalam pasal 1 ayat 7, disebutkan bahwa Restrukturisasi Pembiayaan adalah upaya yang dilakukan oleh bank untuk membantu nasabah menyelesaikan kewajibannya. Restrukturisasi KPR adalah program dari bank yang bertujuan untuk membantu para debitur dengan meringankan cicilan. Beberapa nasabah mengalami kesulitan membayar angsuran sehingga sering kali terjadi kredit macet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Library Research dengan hasil bahwa Pembiayaan KPR merupakan salah satu produk yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam memiliki rumah impian.

Abstract

The significance of human resource management (HR) in raising the standard of Islamic education is examined in this study of the literature. This study identifies important HR practices like professional development, performance management, planning techniques, and efficient hiring that support educational advancement by looking at a variety of scientific sources. These results demonstrate that an effective HR framework raises the general level of education in Islamic institutions by promoting a favorable learning environment and assisting educators' professional development. This study emphasizes how crucial HRM is as a tactical instrument for achieving high-quality education within the framework of Islamic principles.

Abstract

The electrical energy produced by solar panels has been used as a renewable energy solution to support human life. In reality, this alternative energy has not been widely used due to the constraints of expensive initial investment, so it is necessary to design solar power generation components, one of which is a reliable, optimal, efficient and economical solar charge controller. The controller is made using the switching method. The switching process can occur by setting the duty cycle through the embedded controller in the solar charge controller circuit. Based on the test results, a duty cycle value of 1% to 100% can occur the switching process. The duty cycle that has been set on the solar charge controller is 90%. The duty cycle is a duty cycle where the output voltage approaches the setpoint of the minimum charger voltage. The input voltage from the solar panel when connected to the battery of ±16 volts can be regulated to ±14 volts by the solar charge controller. Based on the battery charging specifications, the controller output can be used to charge a 12 volt battery.

Abstract

In the last two decades, the theme of intuition has increasingly attracted the attention of academics, including psychologists. The increasing interest of psychologists in intuition is because the process of judgment and decision-making within individuals often occurs outside of their conscious thinking. This happens when individuals face uncertain situations, time pressure, and complex, ambiguous, and even strange problems. Intuition is the capacity of the human soul to know or understand a matter automatically, effortless, and affectively without rational processes. Intuition in psychological studies is based on experiences and knowledge accumulated from the past and stored in memory. In contrast to the Islamic perspective, intuition (divine) is based on the experience of spiritual disclosure coming from divine gifts. This study uses a psychological approach with descriptive comparative analysis techniques to discuss intuition, its mechanisms and development, originating from two perspectives: Islam and contemporary psychology. This study constructs five types of intuition where spiritual intuition occupies the highest position, followed by moral, creative, expertise, and social intuition.

Abstract

This study aims to prove that environmental balance results from an equal dialogue between humans and nature in the divine frame. In addition, the study will analyze how Islamic spirituality is integrated into the spiritual ecology of the Merapi community, which involves elements of God, nature, and humans in the context of environmental balance. This research is qualitative, using a grounded research method. This research mainly uses an ecological approach that includes anthropological aspects. The main source is data on the ecological wisdom of the Merapi people. Secondary sources are books, journals, and manuscripts on themes relevant to the research discussion. Collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings are that spiritual ecology, manifested in the Merapi people's ecological wisdom, has a relationship with environmental balance. In a review of the spiritual ecology of the Merapi community, it can be stated that the more dominant the spiritual aspect of humans is, the more straight their life behavior is, lurus, leres, and laras. Several aspects interact with each other in the spiritual ecology of the Merapi community: Islamic spirituality, ecology, and local wisdom.

Abstract

Teacher personality competence in modern education plays a very important role in supporting the quality of learning and holistic student development. This study aims to examine the urgency of teacher personality competence in education today, especially in facing the challenges of an increasingly complex learning environment. The method used in this research is a literature study, with in-depth analysis of various relevant sources regarding the role of teacher personality in education. The results show that personality competence, which includes emotional intelligence, effective communication, and adaptability, is very influential in creating harmonious relationships between teachers and students. Teachers with good personality competence are able to create an environment that supports an effective teaching and learning process and shapes good student character. Therefore, developing teachers' personality competencies needs to be a priority in efforts to improve the quality of education. This research provides important insights into how teachers' personality competencies can enhance students' learning experiences and shape them into individuals who are ready to face future challenges.

Abstract

This article is library research with research data sources sourced from primary and secondary sources. Primary data sources in the form of the Qur'an, hadith, laws, Fatwa DSN MUI, and others. While the secondary sources are fiqh books, books, journals, websites, and others. The data analysis method used is a qualitative-descriptive analysis method. The description of the data is divided into several stages, namely: Islamic banks in Indonesia, mudharabah in the perspective of fiqh muamalah, and the practice of financing mudharabah multilevel in Syariah Public Banks. Syariah Public Banks is an Islamic bank that in its activities provides services in payment traffic. Deposits in Sharia banks are investment funds based on mudarabah contracts or other.contracts that do not.conflict with Sharia principles. In practice, the fund manager (mudharib) invests money or repeats mudharabah, then there is a multilevel mudharabah contract which the fiqh scholars argue about its legal status, some allow it and some don't allow it. The research method is based on normative juridical and data collection methods that the authors use as a literature study. In this case, the Islamic bank is not only a mudharib, the Islamic bank is also a shahib al-mal. Based on the opinion of rajih among scholars, the law of conducting a multilevel mudharabah contract may be based on two considerations, namely urf considerations and the absolute concept of mudharabah.

Abstract

This article is a library research with research data sources sourced from primary and secondary sources. The primary data sources in this study are the Qur'an, hadith, laws, and fatwa. While the secondary sources are books, journals, theses, websites and others. The data analysis method used is a qualitative-descriptive analysis method. One of the financing contracts used by prospective customers to Islamic banks in meeting customer needs is murabahah. Murabahah is a term in Islamic jurisprudence which means a certain form of buying and selling when the seller states the cost of acquiring the goods, including the price of the goods and other costs incurred to obtain the goods, and the desired level of profit (margin). In supporting the continuity of the murabahah contract, Islamic banks need guarantees to minimize risk, for customers who break their promises. Efforts to resolve customer problems in murabahah financing are carried out in 2 (two) stages, namely rescue efforts and settlement efforts. The final solution if the customer has not been able to pay off the debt is by executing the collateral, either by taking over the collateral by the bank, selling it voluntarily or selling the collateral through auction.Keywords: Murabaha, Guarantee, execution
