Abstract

One of the reservoirs in Central Java is Penjalin Reservoir, which is specifically situated in Winduaji Village, Paguyangan District, Brebes Regency. Penjalin Reservoir is now dealing with environmental degradation issues, such as highly filthy water and rapidly growing water algae that might upset the ecosystem's equilibrium. The Jenderal Soedirman University (UNSOED) Team and the local Village Government, working through the Village Community Empowerment Institution (LPMD), followed up on this by developing a program of activities to combat environmental degradation in order to preserve the ecosystem's equilibrium and generate income for the neighborhood. Socialization and training for this program were conducted as a first stage. Technical advice for fish farming operations, including seed certification and business management training, will also be provided. Efforts are also being made to reintroduce fish, particularly herbivorous fish species, in an attempt to quickly overcome hydrilla. Facilities for consultation are offered as a crucial component of carrying out this activity. The first stage, socialization and training targeted at the people living near the Penjalin Reservoir, is the main topic of this essay. Educating the community about the current state of the Penjalin Reservoir and the significance of maintaining the aquatic ecosystem's equilibrium is the top goal during the socialization stage. In addition to talking about environmental issues, this program also covers the financial benefits of managing the Penjalin Reservoir sustainably, such as by raising carp and tilapia, which both benefit the ecosystem and boost revenue. Participants are encouraged to comprehend the training's goal of preserving the ecology and boosting the local economy by highlighting the significance of the community's active participation in improvements to the reservoir. The execution of the following work stage depends on this task. An excellent partner that may support and act as a stimulant for the local population is LPMD, an official village-level organization. A participatory strategy is used to carry out the programs, meaning that program partners actively participate in every activity.

Abstract

aset wakaf berupa tanah yang tersebar di Indonesia terbilang cukup besar, sehingga aset wakaf yang besar ini perlu dikelola dengan baik agar tidak menimbulkan banyak permasalahan yang pada akhirnya tanah wakaf tidak sesuai dengan tujuannya dan tidak dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan umat. Instrument pengamanan aset wakaf telah memenuhi, namun masih banyak muncul persoalan mengenai aset wakaf seperti menguapnya bondo wakaf, sengketa, alih fungsi, dll, sehingga dalam hal ini menunjukan bahwa banyak persoalan terkait pengelolaan aset wakaf yang harus dipecahkan. potensi wakaf sangat besar, bahkan diperkirakan potensi tanah wakaf di indonesia mencapai lima kali luas singapura, namun saat ini belum dikelola secara profesional dan lebih produktif. Penggunaan tanah wakaf di indonesia masih identik dengan masjid dan makam, padahal wakaf dapat juga dikelola menjadi aset-aset ekonomi yang menghasilkan keuntungan sehingga hasil dari wakaf produktif tersebut dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan umat. K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) merupakan algoritma klasifikasi yang didasarkan pada analogi yaitu membandingkan data uji dengan data latih yang berada dekat dengan dan memiliki kemiripan dengan data uji tersebut, dalam penelitian ini KNN digunakan sebagai metode untuk klasifikasi aset wakaf guna mengidentifikasi aset wakaf tersebut berpotensi produtif atau tidak produktif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan 57 data aset wakaf yang diperoleh dengan membagi menjadi 45 data untuk training dan 12 untuk testing. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan membuktikan metode KNN ini memiliki akurasi yang baik untuk klasifikasi aset wakaf yaitu mencapai 93% pada data training dan 83% pada data testing.

Abstract

Objective: This article analyzes the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) as a manifestation of state engagement with Islamic law, utilizing a state typology framework for analysis. Methods: Employing both doctrinal and socio-legal methodologies, the research elucidates how the political-religious dynamics in Indonesia influence the codification and reform of Islamic family law. Results: The study illustrates that Indonesia occupies a unique position among Muslim-majority nations, embodying a synthesis of secular regulation and religious accommodation. Three key findings emerge from this analysis: (1) the KHI occupies an ambiguous status within Indonesia's legal hierarchy, which constrains its enforcement capabilities; (2) recent rulings from the Constitutional Court have redirected the trajectory of Islamic family law reform, frequently circumventing formal legislative procedures; and (3) a more adaptive approach to reforming Islamic family law necessitates a methodological transition from a textual-normative interpretation to a contextual-substantive interpretation. Conclusion: The article concludes that future reforms in Islamic family law in Indonesia must strike a balance among religious values, constitutional principles, international human rights standards, and local wisdom to ensure sociological legitimacy while striving for legal certainty and justice.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas sistem pendidikan pada masa Dinasti Abbasiyah yang dikenal sebagai masa keemasan peradaban Islam. Melalui pendekatan studi pustaka, penelitian ini menggambarkan perkembangan lembaga-lembaga pendidikan seperti kuttab, madrasah, masjid, dan Bayt al-Hikmah, serta kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan ilmu naqli (wahyu) dan aqli (rasional). Pendidikan pada masa ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transmisi nilai keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di berbagai bidang seperti filsafat, kedokteran, matematika, dan astronomi. Artikel ini juga mengulas kontribusi tokoh-tokoh ilmuwan besar seperti Al-Kindi, Ibnu Sina, Al-Khawarizmi, dan lainnya yang menjadi pelopor kemajuan intelektual dunia Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendidikan Abbasiyah mampu menjadi model pendidikan Islam yang transformatif, integratif, dan berpengaruh hingga ke Barat. Temuan ini menjadi relevan dalam upaya rekonstruksi pendidikan Islam kontemporer yang menuntut keseimbangan antara nilai keislaman dan kecakapan ilmiah.

Abstract

This experiment aims to determine the effect of cow manure and cow urine fertilizer rates on the growth and yield of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L) in three varieties. The experiment was conducted in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. The research was carried out from March to June 2020. The location is situated at an elevation of 493 meters above sea level (masl), with soil types classified as latosol and regosol associations, and a C-type rainfall (moderately wet). The experimental method employed was a randomized block design (RBD) with a factorial pattern, consisting of three factors repeated three times. The first factor was cattle manure and cattle urine, consisting of three levels: 10 tons/ha, 15 tons/ha, and 20 tons/ha of cattle manure. The second factor was cattle urine, consisting of three levels: 0 cc/L, 30 cc/L, and 60 cc/L. The third factor is the variety, which consists of three levels: the Sanren variety, the Lokanata variety, and the Tuk-Tuk variety. The main observation data were analyzed using linear model statistical tests, analysis of variance, and Scott-Knot cluster post-hoc tests. The experimental results show: (1) The combination of cow manure and cow urine treatments had a significant effect on fresh tuber weight per plot and dry tuber weight per clump. However, it did not have a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves per clump, wet weight growth rate, tuber diameter, fresh weight per clump, and dry weight per plot. (2) The combination of 10 tons/ha of cow manure and 0 cc/L of cow urine on the Sanren variety achieved the highest dry tuber weight per plot, which was 3.14 kg/ha or equivalent to 14.65 tons/ha, but it was not significantly different from the other treatments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the competitiveness of the small and medium industries in East Java in the face of global economic openness. The method used is a cluster to find out the factors that influence the competitiveness of Small and Medium Industries (SME) by grouping them into groups based on similarity of characters. The use of the cluster method is carried out hierarchically, or processed through a series of successively fusing objects into groups. Based on the results of identification and analysis, then the conclusion, there are three cluster findings based on competitiveness categories. Cluster I is SME with low competitiveness, Cluster II is SME with high competitiveness, and Cluster III is SME with medium competitiveness. SME that have high competitiveness are SME that can increase efficiency in 2 fields, namely Production and Marketing. Abstract

Mediation is one of the most effective dispute resolution alternatives for the parties to the dispute, especially for financial service actors with consumers. This forum is widely used in business dispute resolution because it can provide the existence and continuation of business relationships. Therefore the national banking sector association established an alternative dispute resolution institution outside the court that specifically handles complaints and dispute resolution in the banking sector (LAPSPI), on the basis of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number. 1/ POJK.07 / 2013 concern Protection of Financial Services Sector Consumers and Regulation Number. 1 / POJK.07 / 2014, concern Alternative Institutions for Settlement of Disputes in the Financial Services Sector. Of the various options for dispute resolution services such as Mediation, Adjudication and Arbitration, Mediation services are the main choice for parties to settle their disputes. Abstrak Mediasi merupakan salah satu alternatif penyelesaian sengketa yang sangat efektif bagi para pihak yang bersengketa, terlebih bagi para pelaku jasa keuangan dengan konsumennya. Forum ini banyak dipakai dalam penyelesaian sengketa bisnis karena dapat memberikan eksistensi dan kelanjutan hubungan bisnis. Oleh karenanya asosiasi sektor perbankan nasional membentuk suatu lembaga alternatif penyelesaian sengketa di luar peradilan yang secara khusus menangani pengaduan dan penyelesaian sengketa di sektor perbankan (LAPSPI), dengan dasar Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor. 1/POJK.07/2013 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Peraturan Nomor. 1/POJK.07/2014 tentang Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa di Sektor Jasa Keuangan. Dari sekian pilihan layanan penyelesaian sengketa seperti Mediasi, Adjudikasi dan Arbitrase, layanan Mediasi menjadi pilihan utama bagi para pihak dalam menyelesaikan sengketanya.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Semarang yang berdiri sejak tahun 1951 terus beradaptasi untuk memenuhi tuntutan dunia industri, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa melalui Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK). Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman guru dan siswa jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL) mengenai pemanfaatan trigger dan stored procedure dalam pengelolaan basis data untuk efisiensi, keamanan, dan otomasi sistem informasi. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang signifikan. Pemahaman awal terhadap materi pelatihan berkisar antara 12,5% sampai dengan 37,5%. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, baik guru maupun siswa menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman sebesar 100%. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kemampuan siswa dalam pengelolaan basis data khususnya trigger dan stored procedure . Simpulan dari pelatihan ini adalah keberhasilannya dalam menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan dan mendukung kesiapan siswa dalam memasuki dunia kerja industri.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the value of tolerance instilled in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung and the process of planting it to students. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study, the place of research is at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung. The research data were obtained from the principal, Ismuba teacher and students using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing by checking the validity of the data in the form of credibility and confirmability. The results showed that the cultivation of tolerance values ​​in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung was carried out through Ismuba learning materials which contained tolerance values. The process of planting through active learning both in terms of theory and practice. In ensuring success in instilling the value of tolerance, the school makes direct observations of both the status of active students and alumni. They are monitored regularly without them knowing by involving all teachers. From this evaluation, it was found that there were no cases of intolerance and blasphemy against multicultural values ​​by active students and alumni

Abstract

Guppy fish (Poecilia reticulata) is a popular ornamental fish because of their unique color patterns, the color of ornamental fish will fade if their feed does not contain enough pigmentation to keep them bright. This study aimed to determine the effect of adding Spirulina sp. powder with different dosage to the feed on the color brightness of guppy fish. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments (feed added with Spirulina sp. powder as much as 0%, 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2%) and three replications. The test fish were male HB Red guppy fish with a size of 3 cm and a density of 3 fish/aquarium. Water changes (siphoning) was done every morning, and feeding was done twice a day. The parameters observed in this study were the chroma value, survival rate, and water quality. The result showed that the effect of adding Spirulina sp. powder to the feed at a dose of 0.9% and 1.2% had a significant effect on the color brightness. The survival rate indicates that the outcomes were not significantly different between treatments from a 100% success rate. The adding of Spirulina sp. powder increases the brightness of Guppy fish. The brightness color is very important in the Guppy fish farming, because color is the main indicator in ornamental fish. The water has a good quality, with an average temperature of 25.8-26°C and a pH of 7.9-8.0.
