Abstract

This experiment aims to determine the effect of cow manure and cow urine fertilizer rates on the growth and yield of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L) in three varieties. The experiment was conducted in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency, West Java. The research was carried out from March to June 2020. The location is situated at an elevation of 493 meters above sea level (masl), with soil types classified as latosol and regosol associations, and a C-type rainfall (moderately wet). The experimental method employed was a randomized block design (RBD) with a factorial pattern, consisting of three factors repeated three times. The first factor was cattle manure and cattle urine, consisting of three levels: 10 tons/ha, 15 tons/ha, and 20 tons/ha of cattle manure. The second factor was cattle urine, consisting of three levels: 0 cc/L, 30 cc/L, and 60 cc/L. The third factor is the variety, which consists of three levels: the Sanren variety, the Lokanata variety, and the Tuk-Tuk variety. The main observation data were analyzed using linear model statistical tests, analysis of variance, and Scott-Knot cluster post-hoc tests. The experimental results show: (1) The combination of cow manure and cow urine treatments had a significant effect on fresh tuber weight per plot and dry tuber weight per clump. However, it did not have a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves per clump, wet weight growth rate, tuber diameter, fresh weight per clump, and dry weight per plot. (2) The combination of 10 tons/ha of cow manure and 0 cc/L of cow urine on the Sanren variety achieved the highest dry tuber weight per plot, which was 3.14 kg/ha or equivalent to 14.65 tons/ha, but it was not significantly different from the other treatments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the competitiveness of the small and medium industries in East Java in the face of global economic openness. The method used is a cluster to find out the factors that influence the competitiveness of Small and Medium Industries (SME) by grouping them into groups based on similarity of characters. The use of the cluster method is carried out hierarchically, or processed through a series of successively fusing objects into groups. Based on the results of identification and analysis, then the conclusion, there are three cluster findings based on competitiveness categories. Cluster I is SME with low competitiveness, Cluster II is SME with high competitiveness, and Cluster III is SME with medium competitiveness. SME that have high competitiveness are SME that can increase efficiency in 2 fields, namely Production and Marketing. While SME that have medium competitiveness are SME that are superior in technology, so they can be classified in the creative industry.   Keywords: Competitiveness, Cluster, SME, East Jawa JEL Classification: O0; O1; O2; L6

Abstract

Scientific publication is a crucial stage in scholarly development, particularly in the field of Islamic family law. This article aims to analyze strategies for publishing scientific works in the context of Islamic family law research in international journals. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative through literature study with content analysis of scientific publication guidelines and policy documents from various international publishers. Research findings indicate that successful international publication in Islamic family law requires a systematic approach encompassing innovative topic selection, structured methodology implementation, utilization of interdisciplinary perspectives, and understanding the editorial process of target journals. Key challenges include language barriers, differences in academic traditions, and limited access to global research networks. Recommended strategies include international collaboration, research capacity development, and integration of Islamic values with contemporary approaches. This research contributes as a practical guide for Islamic family law academics in enhancing the visibility of their scientific work on a global scale. Abstract

This study examines interfaith marriage from the perspective of Islamic family law, specifically focusing on the concept of Ahl al-Kitab (People of the Book) and its implementation regarding Christians and Jews. The research aims to analyze the legal framework governing interfaith marriages in Islamic jurisprudence and examine the contemporary application of these principles in modern Muslim societies. Using a normative-juridical approach with qualitative descriptive methods, this study analyzes classical and contemporary Islamic legal sources alongside modern scholarly interpretations. The findings indicate that Islamic law permits Muslim men to marry women from Ahl al-Kitab under specific conditions, while maintaining strict guidelines to preserve religious integrity. However, significant scholarly debate exists regarding the contemporary definition of Christians and Jews as legitimate Ahl al-Kitab, particularly concerning theological differences between early Christian communities and modern denominations. The study concludes that while the Quranic permission remains valid, practical implementation requires careful consideration of contemporary religious contexts and the maintenance of Islamic principles in family life. Abstract

Mediation is one of the most effective dispute resolution alternatives for the parties to the dispute, especially for financial service actors with consumers. This forum is widely used in business dispute resolution because it can provide the existence and continuation of business relationships. Therefore the national banking sector association established an alternative dispute resolution institution outside the court that specifically handles complaints and dispute resolution in the banking sector (LAPSPI), on the basis of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number. 1/ POJK.07 / 2013 concern Protection of Financial Services Sector Consumers and Regulation Number. 1 / POJK.07 / 2014, concern Alternative Institutions for Settlement of Disputes in the Financial Services Sector. Of the various options for dispute resolution services such as Mediation, Adjudication and Arbitration, Mediation services are the main choice for parties to settle their disputes. Abstrak Mediasi merupakan salah satu alternatif penyelesaian sengketa yang sangat efektif bagi para pihak yang bersengketa, terlebih bagi para pelaku jasa keuangan dengan konsumennya. Forum ini banyak dipakai dalam penyelesaian sengketa bisnis karena dapat memberikan eksistensi dan kelanjutan hubungan bisnis. Oleh karenanya asosiasi sektor perbankan nasional membentuk suatu lembaga alternatif penyelesaian sengketa di luar peradilan yang secara khusus menangani pengaduan dan penyelesaian sengketa di sektor perbankan (LAPSPI), dengan dasar Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor. 1/POJK.07/2013 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen Sektor Jasa Keuangan dan Peraturan Nomor. 1/POJK.07/2014 tentang Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa di Sektor Jasa Keuangan. Dari sekian pilihan layanan penyelesaian sengketa seperti Mediasi, Adjudikasi dan Arbitrase, layanan Mediasi menjadi pilihan utama bagi para pihak dalam menyelesaikan sengketanya.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Semarang yang berdiri sejak tahun 1951 terus beradaptasi untuk memenuhi tuntutan dunia industri, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kompetensi siswa melalui Uji Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK). Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi adalah masih terbatasnya pemahaman guru dan siswa jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak (RPL) mengenai pemanfaatan trigger dan stored procedure dalam pengelolaan basis data untuk efisiensi, keamanan, dan otomasi sistem informasi. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pelaporan kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang signifikan. Pemahaman awal terhadap materi pelatihan berkisar antara 12,5% sampai dengan 37,5%. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, baik guru maupun siswa menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman sebesar 100%. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kemampuan siswa dalam pengelolaan basis data khususnya trigger dan stored procedure . Simpulan dari pelatihan ini adalah keberhasilannya dalam menjembatani kesenjangan pengetahuan dan mendukung kesiapan siswa dalam memasuki dunia kerja industri.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the value of tolerance instilled in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung and the process of planting it to students. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study, the place of research is at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung. The research data were obtained from the principal, Ismuba teacher and students using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing by checking the validity of the data in the form of credibility and confirmability. The results showed that the cultivation of tolerance values ​​in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tulungagung was carried out through Ismuba learning materials which contained tolerance values. The process of planting through active learning both in terms of theory and practice. In ensuring success in instilling the value of tolerance, the school makes direct observations of both the status of active students and alumni. They are monitored regularly without them knowing by involving all teachers. From this evaluation, it was found that there were no cases of intolerance and blasphemy against multicultural values ​​by active students and alumni

Abstract

The The media used by teachers when teaching should be able to increase student motivation and learning outcomes, as well as encourage creativity and innovation in learning. Therefore, teachers should not rely solely on conventional media but must be creative in using educational media that can contribute to the learning of Arabic grammar. The rationale behind this study is that teachers still use conventional media despite the rapid development of educational media. Hence, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Wordwall educational media on students' Arabic grammar grades. The method used in this study was quantitative with a one-group pretest and posttest approach. The subjects in this study were fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masdarul Ilmi Mojokerto. The sample consisted of 20 students. The instrument used by the researcher was a written test. Data analysis techniques used a paired sample t-test using SPSS version 22. The hypothesis was H0 = there was no improvement from the pre-test to the post-test results after the treatment, and H1 = there was an improvement from the pre-test to the post-test results after the treatment. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test calculation, the probability value sig 0.00 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that the wordwall medium can improve nahwu lesson scores and is very effective as a learning medium at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Masdarul Ilmi Mojokerto

Abstract

Guppy fish is one type of ornamental fish which is in great demand due to its interesting color variations. Color of ornamental fish will be brighter if the feed contains color pigments. The study aims to determine the effect of Astaxanthin supplement in pellets on the color brightness of guppies and to find the best dose of Astaxanthin supplement in pellets on the color brightness of guppies. The method used in the study was complete randomized design (CRD) consisting of five treatments (Astaxanthin supplements of 0%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%) and three replications. The experimental fish were male guppy fish Strain HB Red ± 3 cm length with a density of 3 fish/aquarium. Feeding was done twice a day and siphoning was done every afternoon. The parameters observed were Chroma value, survival rate and water quality. The results show that the supplement of Astaxanthin in pellets successfully increase the brightness of guppies and the best dose of Astaxanthin supplement in pellets was 5% with an increase in Chroma value of 4.82%. The survival rate obtained was 100%. Water quality includes an average temperature of 26-27 ℃ and pH of 6-7 and dissolved oxygen (DO) was 6.95-7.93 ppm

Abstract

Guppy fish (Poecilia reticulata) is a popular ornamental fish because of their unique color patterns, the color of ornamental fish will fade if their feed does not contain enough pigmentation to keep them bright. This study aimed to determine the effect of adding Spirulina sp. powder with different dosage to the feed on the color brightness of guppy fish. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with five treatments (feed added with Spirulina sp. powder as much as 0%, 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2%) and three replications. The test fish were male HB Red guppy fish with a size of 3 cm and a density of 3 fish/aquarium. Water changes (siphoning) was done every morning, and feeding was done twice a day. The parameters observed in this study were the chroma value, survival rate, and water quality. The result showed that the effect of adding Spirulina sp. powder to the feed at a dose of 0.9% and 1.2% had a significant effect on the color brightness. The survival rate indicates that the outcomes were not significantly different between treatments from a 100% success rate. The adding of Spirulina sp. powder increases the brightness of Guppy fish. The brightness color is very important in the Guppy fish farming, because color is the main indicator in ornamental fish. The water has a good quality, with an average temperature of 25.8-26°C and a pH of 7.9-8.0.
