Abstract

Kelangkaan benih ikan di sekitar Desa Legok, Kecamatan Bantarkawung, Brebes merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok petani ikan Mina Kencana dan Tirta kencana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kelompok pembudidaya ikan Mina Kencana dan Tirta Kencana dalam kegiatan pembenihan ikan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman terkait pembenihan ikan serta strain ikan nila sakti sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan sebesar 6% sehingga kegiatan penyuluhan dapat terus dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman lebih optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami tantangan dalam pemantauan kesehatan tanaman tomat, yang memiliki peran penting dalam industri pertanian dan perekonomian petani di seluruh dunia. Penyakit-penyakit seperti busuk akar dan hawar daun merupakan ancaman serius yang dapat merusak hasil panen dan mengurangi kualitas tanaman tomat. Dalam upaya mengatasi tantangan ini, penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) sebagai metode analisis klasifikasi penyakit pada daun tomat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui tiga percobaan dengan variasi nilai K (K=1, 2, dan 3). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa meskipun K=1 mencapai akurasi tertinggi, nilai K=3 memberikan keseimbangan yang baik antara akurasi, kompleksitas model, dan ketahanan terhadap overfitting. Dengan akurasi rata-rata sebesar 88%, model KNN dengan nilai K=3 menjadi pilihan yang handal dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit daun tomat dengan tingkat akurasi yang memadai, memungkinkan pemantauan yang cermat terhadap kesehatan tanaman tomat untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan dunia yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effectiveness of the application of the think pair share (TPS) model on the value of students' nahwu lessons. The method used in this research is quantitative with a Quasi Experiment approach. The subjects in this study were students at the Daeussholah boarding school in Bangkalan. The research sample amounted to 25 students. The instrument used by researchers is a written test. The data analysis technique used paired sample t-test using SPPS version 22. with the hypothesis H0 = there is no improvement from pre-test to post-test results after treatment, and H1 = there is an improvement from pre-test to post-test results after treatment. The results prove that after being given the treatment, namely the think pair share learning model, the average value of the experimental pos-test is greater (85.28) than the average value of the control class pos-test (77.78), through statistica l calculations it is known that the sig. (2-tailed) of the post-test in the experimental class and control class is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000. The decision made from these results is H0: there is no significant improvement between the think pair share learning model and the qawaid and touch method in nahwu learning. Because, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the think pair share learning model is effective for increasing the value of nahwu lessons for students at Pesantren Darussholah Bangkalan.

Abstract

Low-quality video caused by compression artifacts, noise, and loss of detail remains a significant challenge in video processing, affecting applications in streaming, surveillance, and medical imaging. Existing enhancement techniques often struggle with excessive noise amplification or high computational complexity, making them inefficient for real-time applications. This study proposes an improved video enhancement method using Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) with optimized coefficient factor and gamma adjustment. DWT is a mathematical approach that decomposes video frames into frequency subbands, enabling selective enhancement of important details. To analyze the impact of different wavelets, this study evaluates Coif5, db1, sym4, and sym8 wavelets. The sym8 wavelet, known for its high symmetry and ability to minimize artifacts, achieves the best results in preserving fine details and structural integrity. The coefficient factor is dynamically adjusted to sharpen details while preventing noise amplification, and gamma adjustment is applied to optimize brightness and contrast. The proposed method was evaluated using Mean Squared Error (MSE), Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), and Structural Similarity Index (SSIM). Experimental results show that sym8 wavelet with gamma 0.7 and coefficient factor 0.3 provides the best balance, achieving an MSE of 0.062, a PSNR of 12.050 dB, and an SSIM of 0.674, outperforming Coif5, db1, and sym4 wavelets. The results indicate that wavelet selection significantly impacts video enhancement performance, with sym8 providing superior contrast enhancement and noise suppression. This study contributes to real-time video processing and AI-based applications, ensuring enhanced visual quality with minimal computational overhead.

Abstract

The dynamics of the world have entered a new phase marked by the collapse of the Soviet Union. In the past, the Soviet Union was a superpower and a formidable adversary for the West, especially America. The new powder keg is Islam versus the West. The West is alleged to be dominated by Jews. Paul Findley, for example, mentions the formidable influence of Jews in America, affecting members of Congress and the Senate, as well as executives. Many presidents of that superpower are said to be rendered powerless, even kneeling under the pressure of lobbyists. This article will attempt to analyze various upheavals and imbalances caused by the hands of Zionist Jews throughout history.

Abstract

Batik is an intangible cultural heritage that has been approved by UNESCO as an Indonesian cultural heritage. Batik is the art of drawing on cloth for clothing. This art of drawing is in the form of a pattern and has a philosophical meaning which is historically very closely related to the philosophy of Javanese culture. The various patterns of this batik need to be preserved, and one of the efforts to preserve this diversity is to maintain the special characteristics of the batik motif and continue to introduce it to future generations. Efforts to facilitate the introduction of batik motifs can be done through technology that is able to automatically recognize batik patterns according to the motif being tested, one of which is pattern recognition technology. This study aims to optimize the KNN method with PSO to increase the accuracy of batik pattern recognition, the research was carried out in several stages starting from data collection, preprocessing, feature extraction, and classification. The research was conducted using 310 data in the form of batik images in 7 different motifs and divided into 240 compositions for training data and 70 for testing data. At the feature extraction stage, the discrete wavelet transform method is used up to level 3, then at the classification stage, the PSO and KNN algorithms are used. The PSO algorithm is used to obtain the most optimal number of k which is used as the input parameter k in the KNN algorithm. The results of the research that have been carried out have proven that with the addition of the PSO algorithm, the accuracy of the KNN method can be increased by 6% compared to the standard KNN method.

Abstract

Lembaga kesehatan yang dapat diakses untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan dasar untuk bayi dan balita adalah posyandu. Salah satu posyandu yang ada di Kota Semarang adalah Posyandu Bougenville Kelurahan Patemon. Posyandu Bougenville melayani penimbangan balita dan imunisasi, Tenaga sukarelawan kesehatan yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan, serta memberikan panduan kesehatan bagi ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui. Kader dan peserta Posyandu sering mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pencarian data. Hal ini disebabkan karena selama ini pencatatan data ditulis secara manual menggunakan tangan. Peserta juga jarang mendapatkan beberapa informasi tentang hasil pencatatan di posyandu. Kendala lain yang dihadapi oleh Posyandu Bougenville adalah ketika jumlah peserta yang banyak ketika ada sebuah event tertentu. Kader posyandu mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan proses pengolahan data karena banyak data yang sama dicatatkan berulang-ulang sehingga mengakibatkan redudansi data. Hal ini menyebabkan kader Posyandu terkadang melakukan kesalahan dalam penghitungan data saat pembuatan laporan kegiatan Posyandu di tingkat Kelurahan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to measure job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior for permanent lecturers, a case study at a private Islamic university in Medan at a private Islamic university in Medan. While the specific objectives are 1). Identifying the level of Job Satisfaction of lecturers at the Private Islamic University in Medan City, 2). Studying the factors that affect the Job Satisfaction of lecturers at a private Islamic University in Medan City. The study population was all permanent lecturers at private Islamic universities in Medan, namely Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra, Islamic University of North Sumatra, Muslim Nusantara University Al-Washliyah, Al-Washliyah University and Al-Azhar University. However, in this study it is only limited to Islamic universities owned by the Islamic Foundation (Islamic Organization), namely UMSU and UMN, totaling 425 permanent lecturers who have functional positions as Expert Assistant, Lector and Head Lector. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a proportional random sample or proportional random sampling and obtained as many as 219 people. The data analysis method used in this research is the Structural Equation Model method. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control affect Organizational citizenship behavior. Spiritual Leadership, Self Efficacy, Locus of Control affect Job Satisfaction. Spiritual Leadership has an effect on Job Satisfaction through Organizational citizenship behavior. Self Efficacy has an effect on Job Satisfaction through Organizational citizenship behavior. Locus of Control has an effect on Job Satisfaction through Organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Guppy fish (Poecilia reticulata) is a type of ornamental fish that is in great demand, because of its small size and beautiful color. The color of ornamental fish will generally fade, due to a lack of carotenoids in their feed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Tubifex sp. in commercial feed to increase the color intensity of guppy fish and the best dose of Tubifex sp. The test fish used were male guppy fish strain HB Red. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with five treatments and three replications, that is commercial feed with the addition of Tubifex sp. with doses of 0% (P1), 2% (P2), 4% (P3), 6% (P4), and 8% (P5). Parameters observed were color intensity (chroma value), survival, and water quality. Addition of Tubifex sp. in commercial feed gave the effect with the highest yield on P5 at a dose of 8%, with an increase in color intensity (chroma value) of 4,21±0,25d. At P1 it gave an increase of 1,19±0,02a, P2 was 1,34±0,04a, P3 was 1,81±0,21b, and P4 was 2,88±0,18c. So, the best treatment is P5 (8%). Survival showed the results were not significantly different, that is 100%. Water quality is included in the tolerance limit of fish with the results of temperature 26,6 – 27,4°C, pH 7,4 – 7,9, and DO 6,2 – 7,7 mg/L.
