Abstract

This study examines the influence of Market Aspects (AP), Technical Aspects (AT), Management Aspects (AM), and Financial Aspects (AK) on Business Feasibility (KU) of photocopy service enterprises located around educational areas in Makassar City. A quantitative approach using PLS-SEM was employed with 100 photocopy business owners as respondents. The results show that all research instruments are valid and reliable, and the model obtained an R² value of 0.741, indicating that 74.1% of business feasibility is explained by the four variables. Partially, Market Aspects, Technical Aspects, and Financial Aspects have a positive and significant effect on business feasibility, while Management Aspects show no significant effect. These findings indicate that the feasibility of photocopy businesses is primarily determined by market strength, technical readiness, and financial conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the curriculum development strategy of the Nahdatul Ulum Sarampu Islamic boarding school in facing the challenges of globalisation and modernisation in education. In the context of today's competitive era, Islamic boarding schools are required to be adaptive and innovative in order to produce graduates who are not only excellent in religious studies but also competitive in the professional world. This study uses a qualitative approach with field research. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with the Islamic boarding school leadership and the Head of the Education Bureau as the main sources, supported by observation and documentation. Data analysis was conducted inductively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing based on the dynamics of the process in the field. The results of the study indicate that the curriculum development strategy at the Nahdatul Ulum Sarampu Islamic Boarding School is formulated based on the institution's vision and mission, taking into account community needs and global challenges. Curriculum planning is carried out systematically through in-depth studies by the pesantren leadership to determine the direction and objectives of the education programme. The strategy is implemented through the establishment of new educational units such as Tahfidzul Qur'an, Tartil Qur'an, and the Al-Miftah method, as well as the development of external activities that foster independence and skills among students in creating employment opportunities. The contribution of this research lies in emphasising the importance of integrating traditional pesantren values with the demands of educational modernisation, thereby producing a curriculum development model that is relevant, adaptive, and remains based on Islamic principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan sistem poin dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Maros, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaannya, serta mengetahui perubahan kedisiplinan peserta didik setelah penerapan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru bimbingan dan konseling, guru, serta peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sistem poin dilakukan secara terstruktur melalui penetapan aturan pelanggaran, pencatatan akumulasi poin, serta pembinaan melalui layanan konseling. Faktor pendukung meliputi kejelasan aturan, dukungan kepala sekolah, keterlibatan guru, pemanfaatan teknologi pengawasan, serta komunikasi dengan orang tua. Adapun faktor penghambat antara lain intervensi pihak luar, rendahnya kesadaran sebagian peserta didik, dan inkonsistensi penerapan aturan. Penerapan sistem poin menunjukkan perubahan positif terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik yang ditandai dengan menurunnya tingkat pelanggaran dan meningkatnya kepatuhan terhadap tata tertib sekolah. Selain itu, pembinaan melalui konseling turut mendorong terbentuknya kesadaran disiplin secara internal. Dengan demikian, sistem poin tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pengendalian perilaku, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembinaan karakter disiplin peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan literasi pemasaran digital terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, baik secara langsung maupun melalui self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 346 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan literasi pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Selain itu, kedua variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy, yang selanjutnya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Self-efficacy terbukti memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan literasi pemasaran digital terhadap minat berwirausaha. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kemampuan pemasaran digital berperan penting dalam memperkuat keyakinan diri mahasiswa sehingga mendorong minat berwirausaha di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the use of glutinous rice flour is still limited to foods containing carbohydrates and tends to be used to produce foods that are filling. One of the foods made from glutinous rice flour is mochi. Mochi is one of the foods that is still rarely found in society because mochi is one of the modern foods whose method of making is still unknown to many people. Therefore, innovations to mochi cakes are needed to attract the interest of many people to buy and have an interest in making mochi for consumption or for sale in order to generate economic value that can be marketed both domestically and internationally. The methods used in this activity include lectures, questions and answers or discussions, and training and mentoring carried out in Manggala District, Makassar City for 2 weeks. The results obtained are: (1) Training on making Rainbow Fla Mochi was responded well by participants; (2) High interest and motivation from training participants greatly supports the transfer of knowledge and skills from the servants to the training participants, so that the training material provided can be absorbed by all; and (3) The product of the Rainbow Fla Mochi making training can be consumed daily and can be used as a community entrepreneurial product.

Abstract

One of the Community Service activities that can increase the purchasing value of raw materials is bananas processed into Ropis Trinurisa (Banana Bread). Processing this product can increase community income with a home industry business or commonly called a home business in processing bananas into Ropis Trinurisa (Banana Bread). The methods used in this activity include lectures, questions and answers or discussions, and training and mentoring carried out in Tamalate District, Makassar City for 2 weeks. The results obtained are (1) Training on processing bananas into Ropis Trinurisa (Banana Bread) was responded well by the participants; (2) The high interest and motivation of the training participants greatly supports the transfer of knowledge and skills from the service providers to the training participants, so that the training materials provided can be absorbed by all; and (3) The training products for processing bananas into Ropis Trinurisa (Banana Bread) can be consumed daily and can be used as community entrepreneurial products.

Abstract

Changes in food trends, such as the increasing demand for healthy or vegan foods, can be a challenge for rolled pancakes/dadar paselang. If unable to adapt to this trend, dadar paselang may lose its appeal in the market. This can make it difficult to attract consumers and maintain a stable market share. Therefore, innovations in dadar cakes are needed to attract the interest of many people to buy and have an interest in making mochi for consumption or for sale in order to generate economic value that can be marketed both domestically and internationally. The methods used in this activity include lectures, questions and answers or discussions, and training and mentoring conducted in Manggala District, Makassar City for 2 weeks. The results obtained are: (1) The training on making Dadar Paselang was well responded by the participants; (2) The high interest and motivation of the training participants greatly supports the transfer of knowledge and skills from the servants to the training participants, so that the training materials provided can be absorbed by all; and (3) The training products for making dadar paselang can be consumed daily and can be used as community entrepreneurial products.

Abstract

In today's digital era, almost all activities can be carried out using the internet, making information access easier. This study aims to review and analyze existing problems to determine the extent of the influence of service quality, promotions, and product prices in the marketplace on consumers' purchasing decisions, with brand image acting as a mediating variable. The research subjects are students from eight study programs at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, from the 2021 and 2022 intakes, with a sample size of 348 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Based on the problem formulation, the study results show that service quality, promotions, product prices, and brand image have a positive and significant influence on consumers' purchasing decisions. Additionally, brand image effectively mediates the relationship between these three variables and consumers' purchasing decisions.
