Abstract

Effective organizations need leaders who create inclusive and quality work environments to increase team commitment. Inclusive leadership and good quality of work life together increase satisfaction, loyalty, and organizational performance. So, this study aims to determine the effect of inclusive leadership and quality of work life on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses all employees who work in the Sub-district Office Wera, with the sampling technique using the saturation method so that the number of samples from all members of the population was 96 employees. Data processing using inferential partial least square (PLS) method, variance-based SEM using Smart-PLS software version 3.2.9. The results showed that inclusive leadership was shown to have a positive effect on organizational commitment, quality of work life was not shown to have a positive effect on organizational commitment, inclusive leadership was shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction, quality of work life was shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction was shown to have a positive effect on organizational commitment with job satisfaction proving to be an intervening relationship between inclusive leadership on organizational commitment and job satisfaction proving to be an intervening relationship between quality of work life on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research was carried out using group counseling services provided by Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). The group counseling process aims to help mothers with multiple roles in maintaining their household and resolving the problems they face. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of 3 mothers with dual roles aged 33-46 years and working as cadres in OMS. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that cognitive and emotional strengthening efforts begin with the pre-counseling process, the initial stage, the work stage and the final stage. Mothers with multiple roles receive education and positive enthusiasm while participating in group counseling activities held at OMS. Apart from that, mothers with dual roles felt that while attending group counseling mothers with dual roles were able to solve problems because there were many solutions and motivation provided so that mothers with dual roles were able to think rationally in making decisions in an effort to maintain their household.

Abstract

Peningkatan volume limbah tekstil di berbagai daerah termasuk limbah kain, menuntut adanya solusi pengelolaan yang lebih berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan Circular Economy (CE). Keterbatasan kapasitas produksi dan minimnya pemanfaatan limbah kain menjadi tantangan utama bagi sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di industri kreatif. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah kain dengan model Circular Economy menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis melalui pendekatan berbasis pendampingan. Program ini didukung penuh oleh Direktorat Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (DPPM) Diktisaintek melalui pendanaan selama program berlangsung. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan keterampilan circular economy dan operasional pengolahan limbah kain, fasilitasi peralatan/teknologi tepat guna, serta pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa MATSYA Production mengalami peningkatan produksi sebesar 200 pcs dengan 2 jenis produk baru serta peningkatan pendapatan yang signifikan dari penjualan produk bundling maupun satuan. Selain itu, peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan secara bertahap, mulai dari memahami konsep circular economy, mengopersional peralatan untuk menghasilkan produk hasil olahan limbah kain. Pendampingan berkelanjutan memberikan kesempatan bagi mitra untuk memperbaiki dan menguasai keterampilan secara mandiri sehingga dapat memperkuat operasional dan kemandirian ekonomi. Implikasinya, program ini berpotensi diperluas sebagai model pemberdayaan berbasis circular economy yang berkelanjutan dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan serta keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, self-efficacy, dan keterampilan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa angkatan 2022. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 147 mahasiswa yang diperoleh melalui rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, self-efficacy, dan keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kemampuan akademik, keyakinan diri, dan keterampilan praktis dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja.

Abstract

Minyak jelantah merupakan limbah dari minyak goreng yang telah digunakan berulang kali, dan sering menjadi masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Desa Besito, Kecamatan Gebog, Kabupaten Kudus, terdapat banyak UMKM di bidang kuliner yang menghasilkan limbah minyak jelantah dalam jumlah besar setiap harinya namun, belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Kudus melakukan program pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi sabun batang pencuci pakaian sebagai solusi pengelolaan limbah yang ramah lingkungan. Proses pembuatan sabun melibatkan pengolahan minyak jelantah dengan metode saponifikasi yang menghasilkan sabun batang berkualitas untuk digunakan sebagai pencuci pakaian. Minyak jelantah dapat dikelola dengan baik menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Selain sebagai bahan pencuci pakaian, produk sabun batang minyak jelantah punya bentuk menarik dan bisa dijadikan souvenir acara atau pernikahan. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai guna limbah minyak jelantah tetapi juga memberikan edukasi tentang pentingnya pengelolaan limbah untuk pelestarian lingkungan. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam menciptakan solusi inovatif untuk permasalahan limbah sekaligus memberikan manfaat ekonomi dan lingkungan bagi masyarakat Desa Besito.

Abstract

Retensi karyawan merupakan salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam menjaga stabilitas dan produktivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang akan mempengaruhi retensi karyawan, seperti pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja dan penghargaan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghargaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan dan pengembangan seseorang sebagai upaya peningkatan retensi. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Knowledge Sharing and Leader Member Exchange on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable at Gudeg Yu Djum Pusat. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 employees selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that Knowledge Sharing has a positive effect on OCB, Leader Member Exchange also positively influences OCB, and OCB positively affects employee performance. Additionally, OCB acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between Knowledge Sharing and performance, as well as between Leader Member Exchange and performance. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the human resource management of Gudeg Yu Djum Pusat by enhancing performance through improved Knowledge Sharing, quality relationships between leaders and employees, and behaviors that support operational efficiency.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen culture-based tourism rooted in local wisdom in Purbayan Tourism Village through a collaborative partnership between Indonesia and Thailand. This service was held in the purbayan tourism village and the kings of Mataram who lived near Purbayan. This event was attended by 25 people from the management of Purbayan tourist village and representatives from Thailand. This community service activity lasted for 3 days, from May 20 to 23, 2024. Utilizing a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program was designed to empower local communities in identifying, developing, and promoting their unique cultural assets as sustainable tourism products. The activities included community capacity building workshops, development of experiential cultural tourism packages, international cultural exchange events, and digital marketing training. As a result, the community demonstrated increased awareness and participation in preserving and promoting their cultural heritage. Four thematic tourism packages were developed, integrating traditional arts, crafts, culinary experiences, and spiritual heritage. The collaboration with Thai tourism practitioners enriched local insights on sustainable tourism management and inspired innovations in storytelling and community-based governance. In addition, the program improved the digital competencies of local youth, leading to enhanced online visibility of the village.This initiative successfully illustrates how integrating local wisdom with international collaboration can foster inclusive, sustainable, and culturally rich tourism development. It also serves as a replicable model for other cultural villages seeking to build resilient tourism ecosystems grounded in community empowerment.

Abstract

Employee work quality is related to the performance of an employee, performance means the result of a process measured based on agreements or SOPs that have been made by the company. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of competence, compensation and job satisfaction on employee work quality in one of the agencies engaged in the industrial sector of Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees in one of the industrial companies in Yogyakarta, totaling 50 people. 50 samples were collected using a survey method with a census technique. This research method is quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simultaneous Test, and Determination Coefficient Test. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test. The research results show that competence and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee work quality. However, job satisfaction has no effect on employee work quality. Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to investigate how millennial and spiritual leadership impact employee work enthusiasm, particularly examining the role of organizational culture as a mediator in this relationship. Background Problems: Current leadership theories and organizational practices face challenges in addressing the changing needs of Millennials and the principles of spiritual leadership. There is a need for empirical research to demonstrate how these approaches can be woven into the fabric of organizational culture to foster enthusiasm in the workplace. Novelty: The study addresses a gap by examining how organizational culture serves as a mediator between millennial leadership, spiritual leadership, and the enthusiasm of employees in the public sector. Research Methods: Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire from a group of 171 government employees. Path analysis conducted with SmartPLS 4.0 tested both direct and mediating effects. Findings/Results: Millennial leadership does not have a direct impact on work enthusiasm, yet it fosters a positive organizational culture. In contrast, spiritual leadership has a significant effect on both work enthusiasm and organizational culture. The culture within an organization plays a crucial role in shaping how different leadership styles affect employees' enthusiasm for their work. Conclusion: In theory, organizational culture serves as a bridge that connects individual values with those of the organization, fostering an environment where millennial and spiritual leadership can enhance employee work enthusiasm. In practice, organizations should focus on encouraging open communication and recognition as they cultivate these leadership capabilities that promote sustainable enthusiasm.
