Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengalaman pendidik PAUD dalam menghadapi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan Individual Learning pada anak usia 4–6 tahun di SPS PAUD Bungur 2 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin meningkatnya jumlah anak dengan kebutuhan khusus di lembaga pendidikan usia dini, namun belum semua pendidik memiliki kesiapan dalam menghadapi perbedaan kebutuhan belajar anak. Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) merupakan pondasi penting dalam membentuk perkembangan anak, baik kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotor. Namun, kehadiran ABK menuntut adanya pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif, salah satunya melalui metode Individual Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga pendidik dan tiga orang tua ABK. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Validitas data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidik PAUD menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mendampingi ABK, seperti keterbatasan sarana prasarana, minimnya pelatihan guru, serta kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua. Namun, strategi Individual Learning terbukti membantu anak dalam meningkatkan kemandirian, interaksi sosial, serta motivasi belajar. Pendekatan ini diterapkan melalui asesmen kebutuhan individu, pengembangan rencana pembelajaran individual (RPI), dan penggunaan metode belajar yang fleksibel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan Individual Learning dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan ABK di PAUD. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan khusus, dukungan sarana prasarana dari lembaga pendidikan, serta keterlibatan aktif orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Anak Usia Dini adalah seorang anak yang sedang mengalami proses perkembangan yang sangat pesat untuk kehidupan selanjutnya. Anak Usia Dini juga memiliki masa keemasan yang sering juga disebut “golden age” sebab pada masa ini anak mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat pesat sehingga rangsangan-rangsangan sangat dibutuhkan untuk memupuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya.. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga PAUD dalam menyikapi kekhawatiran orang tua terhadap penguasaan Calistung bagi anaknya, khususnya di KB Tanbihul Ghofilin dengan menggunakan Metode Flash Card. Nama Flash Card mungkin masih asing terdengar di kalangan orang tua, Flash Card adalah salah satu alat pembelajaran yang berbentuk kartu bergambar yang sangat berguna untuk mendorong minat anak dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dalam menguasai pembelajaran membaca, menulis dan berhitung. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui persepsi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran Calistung di KB Tanbihul Ghofilin Cibatu-Garut dengan menggunakan metode Flash Card. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Deskriptif Yaitu penelitian yang tertuju pada pemecahan masalah yang terjadi di KB Tanbihul Ghofilin. Dan peneliti juga menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu lebih menekankan analisisnya pada pada proses penyimpulan deduktif dan induktif serta analisis terhadap dinamika hubungan antar fenomena yang diamati dengan menggunakan logika ilmiah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa orang tua di KB Tanbihul Ghofilin mempunyai persepsi yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran Calistung, yaitu anak yang lulus dari PAUD harus sudah bisa Calistung.

Abstract

This study aims to design a local content curriculum for Tatanén di Bale Atikan (TDBA) to enhance the creativity of 5-6 year old children at SPS Nur Assidiqiyah, Purwakarta. This curriculum is based on regional potential and local cultural wisdom, and uses relevant and enjoyable learning methods for early childhood . The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the ADDIE development model which goes through the following stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that the TDBA curriculum has succeeded in significantly increasing children's creativity, especially in the aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. Children became more active, expressive, and imaginative in participating in various activities related to simple agricultural practices. These results demonstrate that a local content curriculum tailored to children's environment and lifestyle can serve as an effective strategy for developing creative potential from an early age .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan bekerja sama anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui media montase di TK Islam Salman Al Farisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang difokuskan pada situasi di kelas. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan melalui dua siklus untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan bekerja sama melalui media montase yang dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini ialah anak usia 5-6 tahun yang sedang berada kelompok B yang berjumlah 17 anak. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Islam Salman Al Farisi Rawa Lumbu Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil kemampuan siswa dari pra siklus sebesar 39,7% pada siklus I sebesar 59,7% dan siklus II sebesar 87%. Ini berarti dengan media montase dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Bekerja Sama  anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islam Salman Al Farisi Rawa Lumbu. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan arti penting untuk pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan, khususnya terkait dengan peningkatan kualitas hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Ujungbatu in the 2024/2025 academic year. The purpose of this research was to improve the learning process and enhance mathematics achievement through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles involving 34 students (17 female and 17 male) with heterogeneous abilities. The study focused on student learning activities and learning outcomes. Data were collected through observation sheets and learning achievement tests, and analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively in a descriptive manner. The results showed a significant improvement in the learning process and student achievement after the application of the PBL model. The percentage of students who met the Criteria for Achievement of Learning Objectives increased gradually from 32.4% at the baseline to 50% in the first summative test, and further to 61.8% in the second summative test. These findings indicate that the implementation of the PBL model not only enhanced student engagement in the learning process but also contributed positively to improving mathematics learning outcomes among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Ujungbatu.

Abstract

Low math skills of students can be seen from the understanding and the assignment of students to a material. One of the clues to determine the extent to which students master the material is to analyze student's mistakes in working on. The study aims to describe the kind of conceptual errors and procedural errors in the student answered question on the three-dimesional material. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. This research subject is class XII IPA SMAN 1 Bengkalis. Techniques of data collection using interviews and documentation written test. The object of this study was grade XII IPA 1 SMAN 1 Bengkalis which amounted to 26 students. This research result is the kind of mistake that most people do students is a conceptual mistake in working on the three dimensional material is 52%. While its procedural errors as much as 48%. Conceptual errors and procedural errors occurred because of the low ability of abstraction and visual abilities in students in answering the questions that are hard to describe and determine the distance to a point on the field of three dimensional material. Low math skills of students can be seen from the understanding and the assignment of students to a material.

Abstract

This research aims to develop learning mathematics media using proven validity-PMR approach, practicality and effectiveness in improving HOTS of Junior High School students class VIII. This type of research was the development of ADDIE model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The tests were carried out in four phases, expert test, limited test, field test, and effectiveness test. The subjects in this study were teachers and students. The instruments used were validation sheet, student’s questionnarie, observation sheet and instrument test. The results show the learning media developed has fulfilled validity, practicality and effectiveness aspect. (1) The validity result shows the developed learning media in the category very valid with the average value on syllabus 3.81. While the learning plane (RPP) is 3.62, and student worksheet (LKPD) is 3.51, and test instrument is 3.45. (2) Limited test results shows the developed mathematical learning media in very practical category with score of 3.41. (3) Field test result shows the learning media developed is very practical, on teacher learning implementation observation sheet 3.62, on the student’s questionnaire 3.44. Finally, the developed learning media can be ready to use in the school.

Abstract

Differentiated instruction, a key component of the contemporary learning paradigm, aims to tailor teaching strategies to students’ varied needs. Despite its pedagogical relevance, this approach has yet to become a central focus among classroom practices. This study examines the readiness of junior high school mathematics teachers in Pekanbaru City to implement differentiated instruction. Employing a descriptive quantitative design, data were collected from 30 participants via an online questionnaire. The instrument included closed-ended items measured on a Likert scale across four dimensions: (1) conceptual understanding of differentiated instruction, (2) readiness in instructional planning, (3) readiness in classroom implementation, and (4) readiness in assessment practices. Open-ended items were also included to explore implementation challenges. The results reveal a low overall level of understanding and readiness, with an average score of 2.49 across all measured dimensions. Key barriers include limited access to information, insufficient time allocation, and unsupportive learning environments. This study provides empirical insights into instructional preparedness and practical constraints, offering a basis for future interventions aimed at strengthening the adoption of differentiated instruction in mathematics education.

Abstract

Literacy is a fundamental foundation for lifelong learning, yet Indonesia continues to face challenges in achieving optimal literacy outcomes, as indicated by the 2022 PISA report. Strengthening literacy from an early age is therefore crucial, and storytelling has been recognized as an effective pedagogical method to stimulate imagination, enhance oral language, and introduce children to narrative structures. This study aims to investigate the role of storytelling in fostering early literacy development among children aged 4–5 years at SPS Negeri Bale Bermain Gading Kuncup Harmoni, North Jakarta. A qualitative descriptive design was employed to capture the experiences of teachers, children, and parents. Data were collected through classroom observations, structured interviews, and document analysis, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model of data reduction, display, and verification, with triangulation applied to ensure validity. The findings reveal four key aspects. First, storytelling was systematically implemented in three stages: preparation, delivery, and post-story activities, supported by varied media such as puppets and picture books. Second, children responded positively by showing attentiveness, enjoyment, and active participation, with evidence of emotional and imaginative engagement. Third, early literacy development was evident in children’s ability to retell narratives, expand vocabulary, and comprehend story structures, with symbolic representation encouraged through post-story tasks. Fourth, the learning environment—characterized by quietness, comfort, inclusivity, and literacy-rich resources—was found to be essential in supporting storytelling success. This study concludes that storytelling is not merely an entertaining classroom activity but a powerful literacy strategy that enhances multiple dimensions of early literacy. The research highlights the importance of teacher creativity, environmental support, and family involvement in maximizing the potential of storytelling as an effective pedagogical tool in early childhood education.
