Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and psychological contract on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). To achieve this goal, this study uses a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The survey was conducted from June 2018 - March 2019 by involving of 115 lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers Training, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula and instrument testing as many as 20 lecturers. The findings from the results of this study indicate: first, the existence of leadership influences that serve directly positively and significantly towards organizational citizenship behavior with a path coefficient of 0.332. Second, there is a direct positive psychological contract influence on organizational citizenship behavior with a path coefficient of 0.304. Third, the influence of leadership that serves is directly positive and significant for psychological contracts with a path coefficient of 0.290. Based on the results of this study, organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers can be improved by strengthening leadership that serves, namely leadership that prioritizes the interests of lecturers (subordinates) compared to the interests of their own leadership.Psychological contracts intended to improve organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers by fulfilling shared obligations, lecturers' trust in promises and agreements with organizations. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership (kepemimpinan yang melayani) dan psychological contract (kontrak psikologis) terhadap oraganizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Survey dilakukan sejak bulan Juni 2018 – Maret 2019 dengan melibatkan 115 dosen Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive samplingmenggunakan rumus Slovin dan ujicoba instrumen sebanyak 20 dosen. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan: pertama, adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan koefisien jalur 0,332. Kedua, adanya pengaruh kontrak psikologis secara langsung positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan koefisien jalur 0,304. Ketiga, adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kontrak psikologis dengan koefisien jalur 0,290. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, organizational citizenship behavior dosen dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperkuat kepemimpinan yang melayani, yaitu kepemimpinan yang mengutamakan kepentingan dosen (bawahan) dibanding kepentingan pimpinannya sendiri. Kontrak psikologis yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior dosen dengan memenuhi kewajiban bersama, kepercayaan dosen terhadap janji dan kesepakatan dengan organisasi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to comprehensively identify and describe the implementation and achievement of the educational objectives of the specialization development education program for the 2018 fiscal year at the National Police's First Level Leadership School. This research was conducted on the results of specialization Education and Development students (which we hereinafter called Dikbangspes) who are located at Jl. Ciputat Raya no.40 Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. Starting from January to July 2018. The methodology used is the evaluation approach, with the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product) developed by Daniel Leroy Stufflebeam. The findings of the research are that the program priorities and objectives have been matched with the human resource needs of the National Police, and the education program is expected to be sufficiently responsive to the assessed needs plan, namely quantity (number of Polri personnel) and quality (demand for professionalism) as challenges for human resources. Police. The process of implementing the Dikbangspes at the Sespimma Polri from stage I to stage III is in accordance with the predetermined activity and implementation plans. The results of the assessment on the academic aspect of all subjects carried out by the National Police Sespimma to their students, all of whom get a score above the minimum pass threshold so that they are declared to pass. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan secara komprehensif pelaksanaan dan capaian tujuan pendidikan program pendidikan pengembangan spesialisasi tahun anggaran 2018 di Sekolah Pimpinan Tingkat Pertama Polri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada hasil peserta didik Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Spesialisasi (yang selanjutnya kita sebut Dikbangspes) yang beralamat di Jl. Ciputat Raya no.40 Kebayoran Lama Jakarta Selatan. Dimulai pada bulan Januari sampai Juli 2018. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yang digunakan adalah evaluasi, dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Daniel Leroy Stufflebeam. Temuan penelitin adalah prioritas dan tujuan program yang ditetapkan telah dimbangi dengan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia Polri, dan program pendidikan yang diharapkan cukup responsif terhadap rencana kebutuhan yang telah dinilai yaitu kuantitas (jumlah personel Polri) dan kualitas (tuntutan profesionalisme) sebagai tantangan bagi sumber daya manusia Polri. Proses pelaksanaan dikbangspes di Sespimma Polri dari tahap I hingga tahap III sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan dan pelaksanaan yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penilaian pada aspek akademik terhadap semua mata pelajaran yang dilakukan oleh Sespimma Polri kepada peserta didiknya, semuanya mendapatkan nilai diatas batas minimal lulus sehingga dinyatakan lulus.

Abstract

This study aims to contribute to the development of education management and enrich conceptual studies related to create quality education through increase for teacher loyalty and discover loyalty factor there is empowerment and trust This research is a quantitative research with survey method and uses path analysis. The population in this study were teachers in the state high school in Depok. The data obtained from the questionnaire given to 100 teachers is about impact of loyalty, empowerment and teacher trust with their school. From the data calculated and analyse there are three research result; empowerment of teacher has a positive effect on teacher loyalty, then the trust of teacher has a positive effect on teacher loyalty, and the last is empowering teachers to have a positive effect on teacher's trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran keluarga nelayan dalam partisipasimeningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Banda Aceh. Partisipasi keluarganelayan pada pendidikan formal juga dipengaruhi dari pengelolaan sumber daya keluargakhususnya sumber daya pendidikan anak di sebuah keluarga nelayan. Sumber daya keluargamerupakan modal yang harus dikelola dengan baik oleh seluruh anggota keluarga untuk mencapaikesejahteraan keluarga. Sumber daya keluarga terdiri dari sumber daya manusia, sumber dayawaktu, dan sumber daya materi. Melalui Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian inidengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa di Sekolah Dasar diwilayah pesisir Kota Banda Aceh. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah kelurgadari Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 teridiri dari 10 Kelurga yang tinggaldi dusun Teuku Tuan Lampulo kelurahan lampulo, kecamatan Kuta Alam . Data yang dikumpulkandalam penelitian ini berupa analisis peran keluarga nelayan terhadap pengelolaan sumber dayakeluarga khususnya sumber daya manusia yang berhubungan dengan pendidikan anak di sebuahkeluarga. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa peran suami dan istri nelayan dalam mengelola sumber daya kelurga sangatbervariasi. Ketiga sumber daya keluarga (manusia, waktu dan materi) saling mempengaruhi satudengan yang lainnya. Nelayan bekerja melaut mencari ikan selama jangka waktu tertentu,sebagian besar istri di keluarga nelayan bekerja membantu dalam peningkatan pendapatankeluarga dengan cara usaha industri rumah tangga (memotong ikan untuk bahan bakso, usahaikan keumamah, ikan asin), berjualan kelontong, membuat kue basah, menjadi buruh/pembantu,penjahit, penjual ikan, pencari dan penjual tiram dan pegawai negeri sipil ( guru, tenagakesehatan, kantoran), dan sebagian kecil sebagai ibu rumah tangga tanpa melakukan pekerjaansampingan. Untuk peningkatan sumber daya manusia, anak-anak nelayan di sekolahkan di sekolahformal dan informal ( Taman Pendidikan Alquran), bahkan ada yang dididik langsung oleh ibunya,tetapi masih terdapat anak nelayan yang putus sekolah mulai dari Sekolah Tingkat Pertamakarena alasan ekonomi, selanjutnya anak-anak putus sekolah menjadi nelayan, dan kerja di TPI (Tempat Pelelamgan Ikan). Dari segi sumber daya waktu, karena factor kesibukan melakukanpekerjaan membantu suami menambah penghasilan keluarga sehingga berdampak padakurangnya waktu untuk peningkatan pendidikan dan pelatihan skill yang berhubungan dengankemaritiman, serta waktu orang tua yang fokus bekerja menghidupi keluarga tidak mempunyaikesempatan untuk berpartisipasi dalam peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan di Sekolah Formal.Mereka mempercayai Sekolah Formal maupun informal untuk mendidik anak-anak mereka.Kebutuhan rumah tangga nelayan dilihat dari pendapatan dan pengeluaran keluarga nelayan.Rata-rata total pendapatan rumah tangga nelayan sebesar Rp 2.020.000,’per bulan sedangkanrata-rata total pengeluaran rumah tangga nelayan adalah sebesar Rp 1.700.000,’per bulan.Pendapatan rumah tangga nelayan diperolah dari gabungan pendapatan istri dan suami.Pendapatan tertinggi sebesar Rp.3.130.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how to improve teacher’s skill that must-have in the 21st century, which includes critical thinking skill, collaboration, communication and creativity. The subject of this research were several principals and teachers of Elementary Schools in the East Jakarta, include state or private school, with 15 principals and 15 teachers as participants. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study method, and data collection from interviews, questionnaire, observation and documentation. The result of this research shows that principals and teachers have made efforts to develop teacher competencies in the 21st century, in the aspects of critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills.

Abstract

Evaluation of education and training is a series of systems as a whole to see the effectiveness and efficiency of a program and aims to determine program achievements in the short and long term. The aim of this study is to make a systematic review from the previous relevant researches that use the KirkPatrick model evaluation in education and training program activities in government institutions of the Republic of Indonesia between 2016 and 2021. The research method is carried out by studying literature through searching articles and accredited scientific journals. Literature data was examined from various components of the process development on the education and training programs on the KirkPatrick model, namely level 1 reaction, level 2 learning, level 3 behaviour and level 4 impact. The findings of this study show that the evaluation of education and training using the KirkPatrick model carried out in government institutions can enrich the repertoire of practical knowledge with evaluation purposes so that it can eventually be useful as a reference for improving the quality of education and training for further decision and policy making.

Abstract

Educators and students are the two main components that determine the success of the teaching and learning process in the education unit. The success of the teaching and learning process can be perceived from the increase of students’ ability which is not only discerned from measuring academic values and knowledge but also includes other components, such as skills, talents, critical thinking skills and problem solving. Basically, education aims to make students ready to face the world of globalization which is full of challenges in the 4.0 revolution era and be able to answer challenges appropriately both at the national and international levels. The purpose of this research is to use a systematic method to review the literature on applying project-based learning models to students' problem-solving skills. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a literature study. Data is collected by reviewing accredited articles and journals from the Google Scholar website, Publish and Perish apps. The study results show that the application of the project-based learning model to students can make the learning process for students effective and efficient. Because involving learning in a real and contextual way, it produces student outputs in the form of the ability to solve problems from various specific and general issues within the student's environment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture, transformational leadership and well-being in the workplace on lecturers' work engagement, at 290 private university lecturers in South Jakarta. The research method used a survey method. The instruments used a questionnaire as material for group discussion forums (FGD). Furthermore, data analysis used Path Analysis. The results of this study indicated that the influence of organizational culture (X1), transformational leadership (X2), well-being at work (X3) on lecturer involvement (Y), with the seven hypotheses proposed showing the result that the coefficient of determination was 0.367. This states the variation of changes in quality improvement that occurs in the variables X1, X2 and X3 can explain 0.367 variations in the decrease in the Y variable. The influence of other variables that affect the work involvement of lecturers is 0.633. In addition to the three variables, other variables affect the work involvement of lecturers, with a significant effect of 0.633. In this study, the impact is obtained that the involvement of lecturers is influenced by various internal and external aspects of lecturers, so that the interaction of leadership, welfare and institutional climate is needed.

Abstract

Perkembangan di era digital yang begitu pesat menuntut kemampuan digital yang juga memadai. Pada bidang pendidikan, kemampuan digital diperlukan untuk mengubah sistem pembelajaran konvensional dengan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien dengan dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membantu untuk mengubah sistem pembelajaran, oleh karena itu guru dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan literasi digital yang memadai. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dosen-dosen prodi manajemen pendidikan yakni melalui kegiatan pelatihan berupa pengenalan dan pemanfaatan web literasi digital, web pembuat video, serta pendampingan dan terakhir yaitu evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup tiga langkah yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Adapun pihak-pihak yang terkait yang pertama yaitu Kepala suku dinas pendidikan jakarta timur sebagai mitra yang memberikan kewenangan dan perizinan kegiatan. Kedua, Pengawas dan kepala sekolah yang memiliki tugas dan fungsi sebagai pembina para guru di wilayah binaannya. Ketiga, guru-guru di kecamatan Pulo Gadung dan Duren Sawit Kota Jakarta Timur. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan kemampuan baru tentang kecakapan digital, ditunjukkan dengan peserta mampu mempraktekan tahap-tahap dalam memanfaatkan web literasi digital dan web pembuat video. Kemudian peserta juga mendapatkan pendampingan pasca pelatihan secara intensif melalui grup whatsapp dan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi para peserta menyatakan bahwa web literasi digital dan web pembuat video ini penting dan relevan terutama pada masa perkembangan teknologi saat ini dan juga ditengah masa pandemi Covid-19.

Improving the quality of education must begin at the lowest level of the education unit. Effective, efficient and collaborative principal leadership is needed in schools so that the quality of Education is maintained and also improved. In the issue of independence and creativity in school education management is very dependent on the reliability of a principal, where the principal has greater authority to make decisions related to school management policies compared to the education management system managed by the central government. Meanwhile, in terms of openness, accountability of school management, the principal as a manager in managing and managing the school should pay attention to school management inputs. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of school principal leadership on the quality of Education. This research is a type of literature study with descriptive method. The results of Synergy Research and collaboration between the leadership of the principal with all school residents absolutely must be done. Because the results of synergy and collaboration have a great influence on the process of improving the quality of education within the educational unit. Things like this need to be committed together. So that the impact of these results can be felt throughout the school community, especially the quality of schools in various aspects.
