Online learning has been carried out by all levels of education, starting from elementary school to higher education, applied to traditional and inclusive schools. The purpose of the study was to obtain the results of online learning evaluations for inclusive students at State Junior High Schools 36 Jakarta. This study used a descriptive analytical-qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and group discussion forums. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The study results concluded that the implementation of online learning was carried out regularly by government standards in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The students also did not experience any problems and were diligent in participating in online learning activities because of parental assistance. The study results also have implications for understanding the concept of cooperation between the school and parents in carrying out online learning activities so that students can take online classes regularly.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of transformational leadership and trust toward organizational commitment teachers at state high school in the city of depok. The research was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this research is 256 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 156 teacher using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the result of data analysis in the research it is conclude: First, transformational leadership have positive direct to organizational commitment. Second, trust have positive direct to organizational commitment, and third, transformational leadership have positive direct to trust. Organizational commitment can be improve through improvement of transformational leadership and trust.

Artikel ini berjudul “Kemampuan Menulis Paragraf Semester Tiga Tahun Akademik 2015-2016 Jurusan Bahasa Inggris FKIP UIR Pekanbaru” Tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Kemampuan menulis paragraf semester tiga tahun kademik 2015-2016 jurusan bahasa Inggris FKIP UIR Pekanbaru dalam menulis paragraf. Penelitian ini menggunakan methode deskriptif quantitatif. Sampel yang berjumlah 35 orang dipilih melalui teknik randum sampling dan data diperoleh melalui tes writing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 25% diantara meareka berada pada kategori di bawah rata-rata (poor) pada indicator paragraph organization, 31 % pada indicatorcontent, 34.3% pada indicator formal grammar, dan 30% pada indicator mechanic. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Semester Tiga Tahun Akademik 2015-2016 Jurusan Bahasa Inggris FKIP UIR Pekanbaru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis paragraf.

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, sebuah tendensy gread terhadap penggunaan tecnology danintegrasi ke dalam kurikulum telah memperoleh penting. Khususnya, penggunaan videosebagai kelas pengajaran bahasa asing audio visual telah berkembang pesat karenameningkatnya penekanan pada teknik komunikatif. dan jelas bahwa penggunaan videomerupakan bantuan besar bagi para guru bahasa asing di simulasi dan fasilitating bahasatarget. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan pemahaman mendengarkanmahasiswa belajar bahasa Inggris dengan penggunaan bahan video dalam mengajarmendengarkan comprehension.The sampel dari populasi siswa untuk studi ini 38 tahunkedua siswa Inggris di semester ketiga tahun akademik 2014/2015 di Universitas IslamRiau., Pekanbaru. Mereka dipilih secara simple random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukanselama 12 periode mengajar. Satu-kelompok desain pretest-posttest dilaksanakan dalampenelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rencana pelajaran danmendengarkan tes pemahaman (pretest dan posttest). Mengenai analisis data, rata-rata,persentase dan nilai t-test untuk sampel tergantung dipekerjakan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mendengarkan pemahaman siswa meningkat secarasignifikan setelah belajar dengan video.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the School/ Madrasah accreditation program at the SMA/SMK/MA level in Palembang city. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Hypothetical model by George Edward lll, namely: communication, resources, dispositions or profesional notes, bureucratic structures. Data collection techniques used are about documentation, interviews and observation. The data analysis technique used is the technique of Miles and Huberman, analysis activities consist of three activities or processes that occur simultaneously namely: data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/ verification. In fact, the results of this study relating to the communication the resources used – the disposition or Notes of policy – and the bureaucratic structure that all 4 components show: 1) The communication component is carried out through 4 activities: a) coordination meeting between BAP (police investigation report) – School /Madrasah at Provincial levels with UPA (Advocate Professional Exams) - School /Madrasah at District /City levels is carried out properly in accordance with the objectives. b) Training on renewal of accreditation assessors to meet the needs of trustworthy and competent assessors has been achieved well c) Seminar on the results of accreditation implementation that socializes the results of the implementation of accreditation to stakeholders in the area concerned, regarding the status of school / madrasah accreditation about rank A, B, C , and Not Accredited has been implemented and achieved. d) Dissemination and the introduction of school/ madrasah accreditation to the dissemination of information in the form of a directory, to schools/madrasas has been carried out but is still not maximally up to the target. 2). the resources used to support the success of the school/ madrasah accreditation program in the implementation of accreditation programs cover 3 things namely, a) Facilities and infrastructure needed for the implementation of school/madrasah accreditation are not sufficiently equipped for the accreditation needs of schools/madrasas properly. b) Sources of funds for implementing activities in financial management, financial reporting and financial accountability reports are clear and correct. c) Human resources assessors, school accreditation teams and secretariat staff have carried out their duties and functions well and smoothly. 3) Disposition or Notes of policy implementers about accreditation work with full awareness oriented to guidelines and rules are implemented well, and 4) The bureaucratic structure of accreditation activities through monitoring and evaluating the performance of BAP-S/M and the BAP-S/M secretariat on the implementation of accreditation programs has been carried out although still not yet optimal. Development of libraries in this case focused on elementary school library. The purpose of this study is to determine the condition of the management of primary school libraries in East Jakarta and to obtain information about the strategic development plan for elementary school library in accordance with the standard of school facilities and infrastructure. This study is a survey research using exploratory and descriptive methods. Descriptive method used to analyze the results of questionnaires from respondents about the real conditions of primary school libraries in DKI Jakarta Province in terms of availability of facilities and utilization of library materials and library management. Exploratory method used to analyze the results of interviews from respondents about the development of elementary school library to National Standard of Education. Results of this study are : First, elementary School Library in DKI Jakarta Province has not been managed well. Second, not all state primary school in the provinces of DKI Jakarta has a school library standards. Third, Schools that have a library was not supported by adequate facilities.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangakan model supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi, metode yang digunakan adalah reseacrh dan development (RD), meliputi tahap: research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing. main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, dissemination and implementation Temuan Hasil penelitian berdasarkan tahapan RD: pertama berdasarkan kajian konsep model supervsi klinis dikembangkan berbasis konsep yang dikemukakan Glickman yang mengemukakan lima tahap supervise kilinis yaitu: (1) pra konferensi dengan guru; (2) observasi kelas;(3) analisis interpretasi observasi dan menetapkan pendekatan konverensi; (4) pertemuan yang dilakukan setelah melakukan observasi; (5) Melakukan kritik empat langkah Kelima tahapan tersebut dilakukan dengan memanfaat informasi dan teknologi. Ke dua persepsi atau pemahaman guru, kepala sekolah tentang supervisi klinis belum tuntas. Ke tiga mengembangkan panduan supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi sebagai terobosan untuk memandu guru meningkatkan kompetensi mengajarnya dan pihak yang terlibat melaksanakan supervisi klinis berbasis informasi dan teknologi. Kata Kunci: supervisi klinis, informasi dan teknologi, kompetensi guru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan masalah mendasar yang menyebabkan uji kompetensi guru rendah beradasarkan berpikir sistem (system thinking) sehingga masalah mendasar tersebut dapat menjadi daya ungkit dalam penyelesaian masalah rendahnya kompetensi mutu dan kompetensi guru di Aceh. Pendekatan Kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru Sekolah Dasar di Banda Aceh yang dipilih secara random, kepala sekolah dan dinas pendidikan kota. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi serta kajian literatur Neraca Pendidikan Daerah (NPD) dari tahun 2015 â€“2017, di hubungkan dengan beberapa hasil penelitian dan pernyataan tokoh-tokoh pendidikan serta pemerintah terkait masalah Uji Kompetensi Guru. Analisis dimulai dari data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga pilar dalam berpikir sistem sebagai daya ungkit dalam permasalahan rendahnya mutu dan kompetensi guru yaitu reinforcing berkaitan dengan peningkatan kapabilitas guru, balancing berkaitan dengan perubahan sistem proses rekruitmen guru, dan delaying berkaitan dengan politik dan politisasi pendidikan.Â Improving teacher competence based on system thinkingAbstractThis study aims to find a fundamental problem that causes low teacher competency test based on system thinking so that the fundamental problem can be a leverage in solving the problem of low-quality competency and teacher competency in Aceh. The Qualitative approach was used in this study, the research subjects consisted of randomly selected elementary school teachers in Banda Aceh, the head of the school and the city education office. Data were collected through interviews, and documentation studies as well as a literature review of the Regional Education Balance (NPD) from 2015-2017, linked to several research results and statements from education and government figures regarding the issue of Teacher Competency Test. The analysis starts from data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification, the results of the study show that there are three pillars in system thinking as leverage in the problem of low quality and teacher competency, namely reinforcing with regard to increasing teacher capabilities, balancing in relation to changes in the recruitment system teacher, and delaying with regard to politics and the politicization of education.

Inclusive collaboration referred to in this study is a planned and joint effort between education stakeholders to create a safe, comfortable and productive atmosphere in the student learning process. Along the way, the problem that most often arises is bullying. Regarding these problems, the purpose of this research is to examine in the literature how to build the school ecosystem of the future. To get the data of this research, the writer conducted a library approach. The data collected leads to discussions about educational issues, the influence faktors of inclusive collaboration, and how to build an inclusive partnership between schools and students, schools with parents, and schools with the environment.
