Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan Meningkatkan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Bahasa Inggris Berbasis Teks Fungsional Pendek Tentang Advertisement/Iklan pada Siswa SMKS Yapim Siak Hulu Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab. Pelaksaanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 05 October 2023, pukul 08.00-12.00 wib di SMKS YapimSiak Hulu. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini adalah 14 siswa dari kelas XI Akuntansi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini sanagat bermamfaaat bagi siswa SMKS Yapim untuk mnembah wawasan dalam memahami gaya bahasa atau stylistika yang digunakan dalam iklan.

Keselamatan anak di lingkungan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini menjadi perhatian penting seiring meningkatnya kompleksitas risiko pembelajaran, permainan, kesehatan, dan kesiapsiagaan bencana di satuan pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara sistematis keterampilan manajemen risiko guru PAUD dalam mewujudkan lingkungan belajar aman melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA 2020 melalui tahap identifikasi, screening, eligibility, dan inklusi. Proses pencarian artikel dilakukan menggunakan Publish or Perish berbasis Google Scholar pada periode Mei–Juni 2025. Analisis menggunakan teknik thematic synthesis serta visualisasi bibliometrik melalui VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lima domain utama keterampilan manajemen risiko guru PAUD, yaitu: (1) kemampuan mengidentifikasi risiko fisik, kesehatan, psikososial, dan lingkungan; (2) kemampuan melakukan penilaian risiko terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran dan bermain; (3) kemampuan menerapkan mitigasi risiko melalui pengawasan adaptif, pengaturan lingkungan belajar, dan pendidikan kebencanaan; (4) kemampuan komunikasi risiko dengan anak, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah; serta (5) kemampuan merespons situasi darurat secara cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis berupa penguatan kerangka konseptual keterampilan guru sebagai risk manager di lingkungan PAUD serta kontribusi praktis sebagai dasar pengembangan pelatihan keselamatan dan kebijakan lingkungan belajar aman di satuan PAUD.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership in enhancing teacher and student motivation in educational institutions. The study employs a literature review approach by examining 20 relevant scholarly journal articles published between 2016 and 2024. Transformational leadership is understood as a leadership style oriented toward positive change by emphasizing vision, inspiration, emotional support, and intellectual stimulation for its followers. In the context of education, transformational leaders, such as school principals or institutional heads, have the ability to create an inspiring educational vision, build strong interpersonal relationships with teachers and students, and encourage innovation in both teaching and school management. The analysis results indicate that transformational leadership has a significant impact on improving teacher motivation. Teachers become more enthusiastic in teaching, more open to change, and more committed to developing their professional skills. Furthermore, students also show increased learning motivation, active engagement in class, and greater self-confidence. Leadership that fosters a positive and supportive school climate strengthens interpersonal relationships within the educational environment, enhances collaboration among teachers, and builds a collaborative culture that supports the creation of innovative learning. Transformational leadership also plays an important role in the development of adaptive curricula, the creation of a conducive work environment, and the enhancement of teacher job satisfaction. Overall, the findings show that this leadership style can be an effective strategy in creating educational institutions that are not only productive but also adaptive to ongoing global challenges. Therefore, educational leaders are encouraged to adopt the principles of transformational leadership in order to strengthen the intrinsic motivation of both teachers and students in achieving optimal educational goals. The improving of performance in educational institution is expected to produce agood output. Many things must be prepared and have good performance to achieve thequality institution. This study focuses on the evaluation of the implementation of theStandards and Procedures Accreditation of Undergraduate Studies at Higher Educationlevel in Education Administration Studies Program Faculty of Education, UniversitaNegeri Jakarta. The scope of study is limited to the evaluation of the implementation ofstandards and procedures for accreditation.This study uses Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) as model evaluation. Itevaluates the gaps of program that is based on intermediate state which is expected in theplan with that generated in the implementation of the program. Evaluation of the gap isintended to determine the level of compatibility between the standards prescribed in theprogram with the actual appearance of the program. The data source is data offinancing,insfrastructure, information system, research, community service andcooperation in year 2013-2015.sThese results indicate that; (1) the performance component on financing aspects,the aspect of financing is not directly managed by the study program. (2) the existingcomponents of the infrastructure shows the percentage of achievement in the category ofgood. (3) the component information system shows the percentage of achievement in thecategory of good. (4) component research, community service and cooperation shows thepercentage in the category of pretty good achievement. Based on the acquisition of thefour components of the above, the performance Educational Administration Faculty ofEducation UNJ aspects of financing, infrastructure, information systems, research,service and cooperation demonstrated has good category.

Research conducted at the Administration of Education Study Program Facultyof Education, State University of Jakarta. This reasearch aimed to describe theperformance of the study program in providing good educational services for students aslearners through curriculum applied by the program of study which includes theperformance of courses in the curriculum development system is supported by learningand academic atmosphere. This study is an evaluative method deskripstif conducted tosee the performance of Administration of Education Study Program Faculty of Education,State University of Jakarta using a qualitative and quantitative approach. Evaluationmodel used is the model Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The data obtained byresearchers is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informantinterviews were conducted to the Chairman of Study Program UNJ AP FIP, and issupported by a supporter informant consisting of lecturers, TU Staff, and Student StudyProgram UNJ AP FIP.The reasearch concluded that 1) the performance component of courses onaspects of curriculum development shows the categories very good, 2) the performancecomponent of courses there are aspects of the implementation of learning systems, fromfour (4) aspects of the implementation of the learning system there are two componentsindicate the category of very good: execution learning process, efforts to improve thelearning system. Components of the implementation of the guiding thesis showed goodcategory. While the implementation of the components of academic guidance indicatesless category. 3) the performance component of study program there is the aspect ofincreasing academic atmosphere, showing very good category. Based on the acquisitionof these three components, it can be said the performance of the study program ofEducational Administration Faculty of Education at the Jakarta State UniversityCurricula Aspects, Learning Systems and academic atmosphere showed very goodcategory.

The objectives of this reseach are to study about the effects principal supervision and self-concept on work discipline of teachers of Civil Servants in State Junior High School of Cilacap Regency, Central Java. The reaseach was conducted by survey method with path analysis technique. The population in this study were civil servant teachers in State Junior High School of Cilacap Regency, while the respondets were 143 teacher selected randomly. The results are as follows: (1) there is a direct positive effect of principal supervision on teacher work discipline; (2) there is a positive direct effect of self-concept on teacher work discipline, and (3) there is a direct positive effect of principal supervision on self concept. Therefore, improvement of the teacher work discipline should be improved by enhaching the implementation of principal supervision and working standard in the school.

Elementary school administration is an activity to support the success of the quality of education in elementary schools. The scope of school administration activities includes the management of official letters and school archives. The management of official letters and archives in elementary schools is carried out by the principal assisted by a school operator. Their ability to manage official letters and school archives is still very lacking. Efforts to improve the capacity of principals and elementary school administration personnel can be given training on the management of official letters and school archives. The object (target audience) of the training activity was 25 heads of elementary schools in Pulo Gadung sub-district. The partners involved are the Tribe of the Education Office Region I of the East Jakarta Administration City. The training has been carried out for a day on Monday, August 15, 2022 via virtual with zoom cloud metting. The training materials consist of: entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education in schools; the role of the principal in entrepreneurship; and primary school entrepreneurship management. The three materials were delivered by 3 lecturers of the Education Management study program FIP UNJ with lectures, questions and answers and assignments. The results of the training were very satisfying for the participants and the organizing committee, because all the material had been delivered well and was very useful for all training participants.

Pengembangan karakter dan kapasitas kepemimpinan mahasiswa merupakan mandat strategis perguruan tinggi, namun Program Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa (PKM) "Inspiring Leaders" di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (FIP UNJ) belum pernah dievaluasi secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi program tersebut menggunakan kerangka model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap 46 panitia dan 121 peserta, serta divalidasi melalui triangulasi sumber, waktu, dan metode. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program sangat relevan secara kontekstual namun belum terintegrasi dengan visi-misi FIP pasca transformasi PTN-BH; input berupa narasumber, kepanitiaan multi-prodi, fasilitas, dan kurikulum 6 materi utama telah memadai; proses berjalan adaptif dengan metode experiential learning meskipun terkendala jadwal ujian dan kedisiplinan panitia; serta produk berhasil melampaui target peserta (121 dari 100) dan meningkatkan kompetensi 4C serta peran strategis alumni di organisasi. Program ini efektif namun memerlukan pelembagaan kurikulum kepemimpinan ke dalam Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) dan pengembangan tracer study untuk memantau dampak jangka panjang, sehingga penelitian ini berimplikasi pada penguatan ekosistem pengembangan karakter mahasiswa melalui evaluasi program yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan.

Revolusi digital mengutamakan manusia sebagai sumber inovasi dan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari teknologi. Hal tersebut telah mengubah paradigma dalam kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi. Pendidikan tinggi dituntut untuk beradaptasi dengan revolusi digital agar mampu bertahan, relevan, dan menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu bersaing secara global. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, konsep smart campus, hadir untuk menjawab tuntutan perubahan tersebut. Namun, diperlukan pemimpin yang inovatif dan transformatif untuk mewujudkan smart campus yang bermutu. Dengan demikian, artikel memfokuskan kajiannya pada kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai strategi kunci dalam mewujudkan smart campus di era digital. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan menelaah secara sistematis berbagai publikasi ilmiah yang membahas kepemimpinan transformasional di perguruan tinggi, khususnya dalam konteks pengembangan smart campus pada era revolusi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mewujudkan konsep smart campus karena model kepemimpinan ini mampu membawa perubahan yang signifikan. Pemimpin transformasional mempunyai visi yang jelas, inspiratif, dan memotivasi sehingga mampu membangkitkan semangat civitas akademika dalam mewujudkan smart campus yang bermutu. Karena itu, artikel berkontribusi untuk kemajuan pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia, terutama dalam pengembangan transformasi digital.

Research on leadership styles and the strengthening of school culture in Islamic schools has become increasingly significant in response to the growing demand for educational quality grounded in religious values. School principals play a strategic role in developing an adaptive, collaborative, and character-oriented organizational culture that supports students’ holistic development. This study focuses on publication trends, thematic cluster structures, and the tendencies of leadership style implementation in strengthening Islamic school culture based on bibliometric analysis. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using bibliometric analysis of 397 Scopus-indexed documents published between 2019-2025. Data collection was conducted using Publish or Perish, while data visualization analysis was performed using VOSviewer through keyword co-occurrence techniques. The findings reveal that school culture and distributed leadership emerged as the most dominant themes and occupied central positions within the bibliometric network. The shift in research paradigms indicates a transition from structural approaches toward participatory, collaborative, and contextual approaches in modern educational leadership. Another finding demonstrates that the concepts of Islamic school and Islamic leadership have not yet appeared prominently in international research networks, thereby indicating a significant research gap regarding the integration of Islamic values into school culture and educational leadership practices. This study concludes that the strengthening of school culture is influenced not only by the administrative capabilities of school principals, but also by their ability to foster collaboration, social relations, innovation, and the continuous internalization of moral values. The novelty of this research lies in the use of bibliometric analysis to systematically map the relationship between leadership styles and Islamic school culture, while also offering a perspective on integrating the values of amanah, shura, and exemplary conduct into modern collaborative leadership models.
