Abstract

Luka bakar merupakan salah satu luka terbuka yang harus cepat mendapatkan penanganan, luka terbuka yang tidak cepat ditangani akan berpotensi mengalami infeksi. Tanaman tradisional daun salam (Syzygium polianthum (Wight) Walp) dan daun mangga arumanis (Mangifera indica L.)  pada banyak penelitian efektif menyembuhkan luka bakar dengan adanya kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder yaitu flavonoid. Kombinasi kedua bahan ini diharapkan akan bersinergi sehingga menguatkan aktivitas dalam anti luka bakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi ekstrak daun mangga arumanis dan salam terhadap penyembuhan luka bakar pada tikus putih jantan galur wistar. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimental laboratorium terdiri dari 6 kelompok perlakuan yaitu kelompok kontrol positif (neocenta gel), kelompok kontrol negatif (tanpa perlakuan), kelompok 1 (kombinasi ekstrak daun manga arumanis dan salam 1:1), kelompok 2 (2:1), kelompok perlakuan 3 (1:2), kelompok perlakuan 4 (2:2). Parameter pengamatan yaitu pengukuran diameter luka bakar selama 14 hari. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak daun mangga arumanis dan salam memiliki pengaruh terhadap penyembuhan luka bakar yang ditandai dengan penurunan diameter luka bakar. Kombinasi paling baik terhadap penurunan diameter luka bakar berturut-turut pada kelompok 1 (1:1), kelompok 3 (1A:2B), kelompok 2 (2A:1B), kelompok 4 (2A:2B), kontrol positif dan kelompok kontrol negatif. Kesimpulan penilitian yaitu kombinasi ekstrak daun mangga arumanis dan salam mempunyai aktifitas terhadap penyembuhan luka bakar derajat II A pada tikus putih jantan galur wistar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pergeseran makna dalam lirik lagu Don't Stop Me Now oleh Queen ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Pergeseran makna sering kali terjadi dalam proses penerjemahan, terutama ketika konsep, budaya, dan konteks bahasa sumber dan bahasa sasaran berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis, yang mengutamakan analisis teks lirik lagu dari bahasa Inggris ke bahasa Indonesia. Data yang digunakan berupa lirik lagu Don't Stop Me Now dalam bahasa Inggris dan terjemahannya dalam bahasa Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan makna semantik dari teks asli dengan terjemahan, serta mengidentifikasi perubahan makna yang terjadi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori penerjemahan Peter Newmark mengenai makna dalam penerjemahan dan teori semantik oleh Nida dan Taber yang menjelaskan pergeseran makna akibat perbedaan bahasa dan budaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar makna asli dapat dipertahankan, terdapat beberapa pergeseran makna yang dipengaruhi oleh nuansa budaya dan struktur bahasa Indonesia yang berbeda. Pergeseran ini dapat mempengaruhi interpretasi pendengar terhadap pesan yang ingin disampaikan dalam lagu tersebut.

Abstract

Teknologi 3D Printer FDM merupakan salah satu teknologi manufaktur yang berkembang di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan secara umum telah digunakan diberbagai bidang. Salah satu material yang dapat digunakan pada Mesin 3D Printer FDM adalah Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA), materil tersebut umum digunakan pada bidang medis. Pada proses eksperimen dilakukan analisis warping pada Material PMMA yang dicetak menggunakan Mesin 3D Printer FDM. Pendekatan penyusunan dan analisis eksperimen menggunakan 2 pangkat k factorial design. Parameter yang digunakan yaitu nozzle temperatur dengan nilai level yaitu 220°C dan 240°C, bed temperature dengan nilai level 60°C dan 90°C, layer height dengan nilai level 0,25 mm dan 0,3 mm serta first layer height sebesar 0,4 mm dan 0,8 mm. Pada hasil generate run time didapatkan 16 run time dengan jumlah replikasi 3 kali, sehingga didapatkan run time replikasi sejumlah 48 run time. Besar warping terkecil sebesar 3,590 mm, terbesar sebesar 5,135 mm serta rata-rata nilai warping sebesar 4,915. Pada hasil ANOVA didapatkan P-Value kurang dari alpha = 0,05 yaitu parameter LH, interaksi NT, FLH dan interaksi NT, BT dan LH. Sehingga diperlukan analisis lanjutan terhadap parameter dan nilai level untuk mendapatkan parameter dan nilai level yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap terjadinya warping.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of career development on employee loyalty in the Supply Chain Division of PT PINDAD Bandung. The research method used in this study is quantitative method. Data obtained for this study by distributing questionnaires with 20 questions to 37 respondents. Data processing using SPSS V25. With the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test research stated that career development has an influence of 45.6% on employee loyalty and 54.4% influenced by other factors. While the results of the Simple Linear Regression Analysis Test areVariable Y Employee Loyalty has a fixed value of 16.533 and the regression coefficient value of Variable X Career Development is 0.706, meaning that if variable X Career Development increases by 1 (one) value, then Variable Y Employee Loyalty increases by 0.706. Then the company needs to pay attention to employees who have underdeveloped careers, because it can affect employee loyalty to the company.

Abstract

This article discusses the use of Cloud Computing technology in supporting business sustainability through an Agile approach and a literature review. Cloud Computing offers flexibility, scalability, and cost efficiency that play a role in increasing business competitiveness. This study focuses on the Google Cloud platform, specifically related to the process of deployment, provisioning, and management of data infrastructure using Google Cloud SQL. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Cloud Computing can improve operational efficiency and flexibility of companies, allowing them to respond quickly to market changes. This article also reveals the challenges faced, such as data security risks and dependence on internet connectivity. The Agile approach allows for more adaptive and iterative implementation, supporting changing business needs throughout the development process.

Abstract

Entering old age, self-awareness is needed to maintain health status in order to avoid illness or health problems. One disease that often occurs in the elderly is a disorder of cognitive change. Cognitive disorders in the elderly are usually called dementia (senility), if the elderly experience symptoms such as disturbances such as attention (attention), memory, (memory), place and time orientation, construction and execution capabilities (such as making decisions, solving problems) signs of awareness it has occurred or without any disturbance of consciousness. At present, the management of cognitive change is nonpharmacology. One of the nonpharmacological procedures is doing yoga exercises for the elderly. Doing yoga exercises is one of the therapies that can improve cognitive functioning, and stress so that cognitive functions experience relaxation making an increase in cognitive change in the elderly. This study aims to determine the effect of yoga gymnastics on cognitive change in the elderly at the Social Institution of Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 4 Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This type of quantitative research uses non-probability samples one-group pre-post test design without control. The sampling technique is using a total sampling technique of 20 respondents. The intervention is as much as 3 days. Analysis of the data used is univariate and bivariate analysis with wilcoxon. This study shows that there is a p value = 0,000 <p = 0.05. Which means that there is an influence of yoga gymnastics on cognitive changes in the elderly

Abstract

Drug rehabilitation is a treatment process for narcotics abuse to restore or develop the physical, mental and social abilities of the sufferer concerned. Apart from recovering, rehabilitation is also a treatment or care for narcotics addicts so that people with an addiction can recover from their addiction to narcotics. This research aims to find out the role of the Dumai City National Narcotics Agency in the rehabilitation of drug abusers and to find out the inhibiting factors faced in rehabilitating drug abuse victims at the Dumai City National Narcotics Agency. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. This research refers to the organizational role theory of aromatic D and Sudrajat AR, which has four approach indicators: division of work, departmentation, distribution of authority, and coordination. The results of this research show that the role played by the organization in achieving the organization's goals is quite good. However, coordination in the field of prevention is still not optimal. The inhibiting factors are the lack of rehabilitation facilities and the long travel distance. In this way, it is hoped that the Dumai City National Narcotics Agency will emphasise coordination more and improve rehabilitation facilities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan Dengan Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Terhadap Antenatal Care Pada Era Pandemi Covid 19 Di Kelurahan Kemanisan Kecamatan Curug Kota Serang tahun 2020. Metode penelitian ini metode survey analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi adalah semua ibu hamil pada saat pandemi covid-19.  Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik Quota Samplin. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tingkat Pengetahuan ibu terhadap Antenatal Care Pada Era Pandemi Covid 19 yang kurang sebanyak 52 orang (76,5%), Ada hubungan bermakna dengan umur didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,003 (p? 0,01). Tidak ada hubungan dengan paritas didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,069 (p? 0,01). Ada hubungan dengan pendidikan didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p? 0,01). Ada hubungan dengan pekerjaan didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p? 0,01). Ada hubungan dengan informasi dengan didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0,001 (p? 0,01).

Abstract

The kids' vocabulary prevented them from fully mastering the four pillars of English language proficiency. As a result, it was decided to investigate "The Effect of Crossword Media on Students' Vocabulary Acquisition and Oral Communication." To improve their English, students can look into ways to expand their vocabulary and practice public speaking. After giving some thought to a number of potential approaches to the classroom, the author settled on using crossword puzzles as a means of fostering student growth in these areas. The objectives of this study were to: (1) give a general overview of how crossword puzzles can aid in vocabulary development and retention; (2) offer suggestions for future research; and (3) describe how crossword puzzle-containing media influences students' capacity to learn new words. After information was gathered via a questionnaire, quantitative data analysis was done. A representative sample of SMPIT Bait Et-Tauhied students participated in the study. We sent a questionnaire with 20 distinct sets of statements to 30 students in order to conduct the study. The results demonstrate that a crossword puzzle significantly affects students' understanding and use of va because the validity test of the test with the calculated R value is greater than the R table, demonstrating the validity of the 20 questions completed by the respondents. Additionally, the reliability test using Croanbach alpha demonstrates very reliability, and the case processing summary demonstrates that the number of respondents when filling out the questionnaire is not lost or broken.

Abstract

Indigenous Communities (KAT) are still an issue in Indonesia and local governments. KAT in Jambi Province are spread across several regencies, sub-districts and villages. One of them is in Hajran Village, Batanghari Regency. KAT has complex social problems, namely poverty, education and health. Health problems in KAT arise due to the low implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) because this behavior is not yet understood. Increased knowledge and changes in PHBS occur after education is provided. Pop-up book media can increase knowledge, attitudes, skills and behavior of PHBS. Increasing awareness of PHBS as a strategy for preventing stunting. In Hajran Village in June 2024, there were 5 cases of stunting and 2 cases of malnutrition. The Suku Anak Dalam Health Education Center (PODKESAD) is an application of technology development and innovation as an effort to prevent the risk of stunting. This activity aims to increase knowledge and behavior of PHBS in KAT, increase knowledge of stunting prevention with local food and biofloc pond catfish cultivation and PMT processing skills with local food and biofloc pond catfish cultivation in PKK groups. The implementation method is through providing education and training. PODKESAD is able to increase the knowledge of PHBS KAT (76.2%) and behavior (77.9%), increase the knowledge of PKK groups about preventing stunting by utilizing local food (86.1%) and skills (100%), and increase the knowledge of PKK groups about catfish cultivation in biofloc ponds (83.21%) and skills (100%). It is hoped that the Hajran Village government will provide guidance for the sustainability of the program in KAT and TP PKK so that the risk of stunting can be reduced through PHBS habits and the provision of additional food and access to a variety of high-protein foods in the form of catfish floss.
