Abstract

The main goal of the study is to analyze how technology readiness, instructional leadership, and workload management together influence teacher performance. The researchers have pointed out the necessity of teaching professionals in the digital era to be not only trained but also paid well, which will be the case when the teachers take the lead in the learning process. The study was designed as a quantitative explanatory research method involving the participation of 150 teachers who were chosen intentionally. Data collection was done through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire while multiple linear regression analysis was the statistical method used. The research tool was initially subjected to validation, reliability testing with Cronbach's Alpha, and classical assumptions before analysis. The findings indicated that each of the three independent variables significantly and positively affected teacher performance. Theoretical implications of the research have reached the area of educational management and human resources in education. The practical implications of the research, on the other hand, indicate that there are school strategies to enhance teacher performance in terms of technology, instructional leaders, and managing workload.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation and fluctuating market dynamics, employee psychological well-being has become a key determinant of organizational success. This study aims to analyze the influence of mental health on employee performance by positioning the work environment as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach, this study processed primary data from 200 respondents in industrial sectors with high work pressure. The analytical tool used was E-Views through the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) method to test the interaction effect between the independent and moderator variables. The results of the analysis indicate that mental health contributes positively and significantly to employee performance. Furthermore, it was found that the work environment functions as a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship (strengthening effect). These findings confirm that a conducive work environment, both physically and psychosocially, can mitigate the negative impact of employee mental degradation on their work output. The implications of this study suggest that organizational management should integrate mental health policies into the work environment design to achieve sustainable productivity.

Abstract

The issue of gender equality is no longer a new one It arises along with the stereotype of men who have a higher nature than women In addition in terms of strength and rights women are also below men This aspect of gender inequality is one of the aspects developed by Rusmini in her novel Kenanga It tells the story of women who live under the pressure of men due to their gender This research was then made to examine every gender inequality behavior that occurs in this novel Using a qualitative method the research then applies a feminist approach in analyzing each event of gender inequality that occurs in Rusmini s novel Kenanga The results show that gender inequality against women mostly occurs due to stereotypes from the society in which they live This gender inequality occurs starting from the aspect that women s nature is under men therefore women must always obey men Moreover in terms of education women are also prohibited from getting a proper education than men because basically women s job is only to take care of men In addition women from the poor are often treated harshly because the customs enforced in society greatly differentiate between castes From this research a new direction is given that gender inequality needs to be a concern because considering today s developments it allows everyone including women to develop and have a career < p>

Abstract

Corruption remains a structural and endemic challenge that hampers economic development, undermines democratic institutions, and erodes public trust in Indonesia. Despite various legal and institutional reforms, the level of corruption, as measured by indices such as Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), has not shown significant, sustained improvement. This study argues that one critical gap in the public accountability system is the lack of adequate, specific transparency in reporting the operational and discretionary expenditures of state officials, particularly at the executive and legislative levels. The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical and empirical urgency of implementing a comprehensive transparency regime for official expenditures (e.g., official travel, representation costs, and the use of tactical/operational funds) to prevent and detect corrupt practices early. Drawing on the Theory of Public Accountability and international experience (e.g., Freedom of Information Acts), this study uses a normative-empirical approach to identify a negative correlation between expenditure data disclosure and corruption incidents. The central hypothesis is that spending transparency creates a deterrent effect through heightened public scrutiny, thereby significantly reducing opportunities for misappropriation and strengthening officials' ethical commitment. This finding is crucial for formulating evidence-based anti-corruption policies in Indonesia, particularly regarding revisions to the Public Information Disclosure Law (KIP) and regulations on State Officials' Wealth Reports (LHKPN).

Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology in 2026 has positioned the Internet of Things (IoT) as a cornerstone of educational reform globally, particularly in the Indonesian context. This research investigates the strategic impact of IoT integration on two critical dimensions: teacher communication quality and overall education quality. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 500 educators across various provinces in Indonesia, this study examines how IoT-enabled devices—such as smart whiteboards, wearable technology, and automated attendance systems—facilitate real-time data exchange and interpersonal engagement. The conceptual framework is grounded in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Preliminary findings suggest that IoT significantly enhances communication quality by providing teachers with synchronized platforms for student-parent interaction, thereby reducing information asymmetry. Furthermore, the automation of administrative tasks through IoT enables educators to devote more time to pedagogical innovation, which directly correlates with improved educational outcomes. However, the study also identifies persistent challenges, including the digital infrastructure gap between urban and rural regions in Indonesia. This research concludes that while IoT serves as a powerful catalyst for educational excellence, its success depends on equitable access to technology and comprehensive teacher training programs.

Abstract

The study's principal goal is to explore the link among the three factors, which are digital transformation readiness, data governance maturity, IT support, and the dependent variable trust in digital technology used in educational institutions. The research context is the digital systems applied in the educational sector and the user trust requirement in technology-based services. The research is done with a quantitative explanatory approach on 150 respondents, made up of educators and education staff, who were selected purposely. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire is employed to collect data, and multiple linear regression is used for data analysis. The findings indicate that all three factors-digital transformation readiness, data governance maturity and IT support responsiveness- were positively and significantly associated with digital trust. This research has contributed to the literature on educational management and information systems by incorporating the process of digital trust development in the educational sector. Besides, one of the key practical implications of the research is that educational institution leaders should always regard trust and sustainability while devising the policies related to the three areas mentioned above, i.e., digital transformation, data governance, and information technology services.

Abstract

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the extent to which knowledge sharing, learning agility, and creative self-efficacy influence innovative work behavior among creative industry workers in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 120 purposively selected respondents: active workers in the creative industry, aged 20–40, with at least one year of work experience, and directly involved in the creative process. The analysis showed that the research instrument was valid, reliable, and met all classical statistical assumptions. Both simultaneously and partially, the three variables studied significantly influenced innovative work behavior. These findings not only provide theoretical contributions to the development of studies in organizational behavior and human resource management but also offer practical benefits for company management in the creative sector. The results can serve as a basis for designing more targeted employee development strategies, from building a culture of knowledge sharing, enhancing adaptive learning skills, to strengthening employees' confidence in their creative capacity. With these steps, companies will be better prepared to encourage sustainable innovation and strengthen competitiveness amidst increasingly dynamic industrial competition.
