ABSTRAKCakupan ASI Ekslusif di Puskesmas Gondokusuman I pada tahun 2010 dan 2011 berturut-turut adalahÂ 27,1% dan 33,7%. Sedangkan cakupan ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Gondokusuman II 7,7% (2010)Â dan 12,7% (2011). Hal ini masih sangat jauh dari target nasional 2010 yaitu 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuanÂ untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan niat Ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASIÂ Eksklusif di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gondokusuman, Kota Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yangÂ digunakan adalah Observasional analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 106 Ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adalah sebagian besar (67,9%)Â responden memiliki niat yang rendah untuk memberikan ASI Eksklusif. Hasil analisis bivariatÂ menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan secara signifikan (nilai p<0,05) dengan niat IbuÂ hamil dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif adalah pendidikan responden (nilai p=0,000), pengetahuanÂ tentang ASI eksklusif (nilai p=0,000), sikap terhadap ASI eksklusif (nilai p=0,000), norma-norma pentingÂ terkait pemberian ASI Eksklusif (nilai p=0,002), dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan (nilai p=0,000). Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruhÂ secara bersama-sama terhadap niat Ibu hamil dalam memberikan ASI eksklusif yaitu dukungan tenagaÂ kesehatan dengan nilai OR yaitu 10,543.Kata kunci : niat, ibu hamil, ASI eksklusifABSTRACTSupport of Health Employees to Increase Pregnant Woman Intention to Exclusive BreastfedingÂ at Puskesmas Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta; The coverage of exclusive breatfeeding at PuskesmasÂ Gondokusuman I continued in 2010 and 2011 is at 27,1% and 33,7%. Background: Based on a national data of proportion of domestics agedÂ â‰¥ 10 year old related to their smoking behaviour, Yogyakarta is 14th province with highest number of active smokers with a rate of 21,2% every day.Â The purpose of this research is to analyze factors influencing students of junior high schools (SMP) in Yogyakarta regarding their assessment of PHW.Method: This research is a quantitative researh supported by qualitative data. The quantitative data were obtained by a cross sectional method, while the qualitative ones by case study approach. The samples were 403students who are in seventh grade at several SMPs in Yogyakarta.Informant of indepth interview were 2 teachers SMPs, and 10 students who are in seventh grade at several SMPs in Yogyakarta.Results: The results of this research show us that 49,1% of respondens have a negative assessment of PHW. The factors contributing to the assessment of SMP students in Yogyakarta were: exposure of PHW, with Ï value of 0,0001 (Ï < 0,05) and OR/Exp (B) of 16,610; knowledge of smoking with Ï value of 0,024 (Ï < 0,05) and OR/Exp (B) of 2,041; and age, with Ï value of 0,029 (Ï < 0,05) and OR/Exp (B) of 1,808. Indepth interview shows that PHW has not been able to make a smoker (SMP student) have assessment of PHW related to them intention to quit smoking.Â Key Words: PHW, Assessment, Junior High School Students, CigaretteÂ

ABSTRACTData from ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and the Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purpose), an estimated 40,000 to 70,000 child victims of sexual exploitation throughout Indonesia, expected 21,000 involved in prostitution on the Island of Java. Abdi Asih NGOs as NGOs and child protection and oldest woman in Surabaya shows child victims of CSEC in 2013 from 28 cases of commercial child sexual exploitation, child prostitution topped with 23 (82%) cases, the youngest 12 years and oldest 18 years. Underlying factors also very complex, such as economy factors 19 (67%), datting and peer pressure 6 (21%), lack of conrol and parental love 2 (7%), lifestyle 1 (3,5%). Eksploiter is not only by strangers but more done by people known to the victim as his girlfriend and neighbors. Children are the group that many touted to be the victim of sexual exploitation as helpless. Child commersial eksploitasion is very dangerous, because such sex usually unprotected, children are rarely in a position to negotiate safer sex and therefore carry a greater risk of becoming infected with HIV or other STD. ABSTRAKFilm drama Korea sedang digemari remaja dan menjadi role model. Film Korea diyakini lebih aman dalam konteks konten seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan skrip menjalin pacaran dalam film Korea untuk mengetahui makna dan implikasinya terhadap pencegahan hubungan seks pranikah dan HIV-AIDS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel yaitu dua judul yang ditarik menggunakan teknik purposif: Naughty Kiss dan Protect The Boss dengan total 34Â episode. Triangulasi dilakukan pada remaja SMK di Semarang. Data dianalisis menggunakan thematic content analysis. Hasil menunjukkan skrip menjalin pacaran membutuhkan proses lama dan seks hanyaÂ dilakukan setelah pasangan berkomitmen. Remaja mempelajari cara menjalin hubungan pacaran dan aktivitas seksual selama berpacaran melalui film Korea. Seperti dalam film, hanya ciuman yang diterapkan remaja dalam kehidupan nyata serta meyakini bahwa seks dilakukan hanya setelah menikah. Skrip film Korea bisa menjadi pendukung abstinensia pada remaja sebagai pencegahan HIV-AIDS. Namun dalam beberapa hal juga perlu diwaspadai seperti kemudahan berciuman dan tidur bersama sertaÂ tidak digambarkannya konsekuensi kesehatan dari melakukan seks maupun tidak melakukan seks (abstinen). Diperlukan ruang diskusi bagi remaja untuk mengkritisi makna dan implikasi adegan serta konsekuensinya terhadap pencegahan perilaku seks berisiko dan HIV-AIDS. Korean drama is safe for adolescents in sexual content. This study aims to descript relationship script in Korean drama to find the meaning and its implication for premarital sex and HIV-AIDS. This study used qualitative approach. The samples were two Korean dramas which were taken using purposive technique: Naughty Kiss and Protect The Boss with total 34 episodes. Triangulation was done among high school students in Semarang. Data was analyzed using thematic content analysis.The result showed that relationship was needed a long process dan sex was done only after commited. Consequently, adolescents learnt how to make relationship including sexual acitivities in a relationship. As film was showed, only kissing was adopted by adolescent in reality and they were believed that sex only done in marriage. The script of Korean drama could support abstinence as HIV-AIDS prevention. However, some findings were needed to be awared such as the easiness of kissing and sleeping together as well as there were no explanation about theÂ health concequences of being abstinent in relationship. Adolescentsâ€™ discussion was needed to criticize the portrayalsâ€™ meaning, implications and consequences for the prevention of risky sexual behaviour and HIV-AIDS.Key words : Korean drama, premarital sex, adolescent

Background: Prediabetes status describes as the condition of blood glucose level above normal but insufficient to be diagnosed as diabetes. The stage of prediabetes is a critical condition of blood glucose level, but could reverse to be normal again if healthy lifestyle is routinely performed. In USA one of three people diagnosed with prediabetes. But most people did not realize that they had prediabetes history. The increasing number of prediabetes occurs due to the absence of typical symptoms. If prediabetes detected earlier, the rate of diabetes mellitus could be prevented. This study aims to examine some behaviors that affect the prediabetes status of patients in Pati II health center.Â Method: This is an explanatory research with cross sectional approach. Samples were rucruited using inclusion criteria such as aged 40â€“59 years, not diagnosed as diabetes, abdominal circumference more than 90 for men and 80 for women. There were 117 respondents involved in this study.Â Â Results: This research showed that the number of respondents with prediabetes status was 39.3%. Respondents with blood glucose level ranged more than 200 mg/dl were 6%. The variables that influence the prediabetes status of the respondents were Body Mass Index with OR 3.591 (p value 0.011), diet pattern with OR 2.435 (p value 0.044), and smoking habit or passive smoking with OR 2.493 (p value 0.046). This study recommends to prevent the prediabetes to be diabetes, needed the socialization of healthy lifestyle to the community and early detection of prediabetes. Early prevention includes changes to people healthy lifestyles such as maintaining healthy body weight, doing physical activity routinely, healthy eating patterns, avoiding cigarette smoke and smoking habits.Keywords: prediabetes, BMI, diet, smoking

ABSTRAKPenelitian pencegahan penularan IMS dan HIV/AIDS melalui hubungan seksual pada pengguna napza suntik yang dilakukan oleh Pusat penelitan Unika Atmajaya menjelaskan bahwa penasun menyadari bahwa menggunakan kondom saat berhubungan seksual merupakan pencegahan terbaik, tetapi penggunaan kondom secara konsisten baru mencapai 19-40% dan dilakukan hanya pada pasangan komersial, sedangkan pada pasangan tetap tidak dilakukan. Pada penelitian ini subyek penelitian dikhususkan pada pengguna napza stimulan mengingat efek yang ditimbulkan salah satunya adalah peningkatan gairah seksual dan perilaku seksual bebas, tujuan penelitian mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemakaian kondom konsisten saat melakukan hubungan seksual pada laki-laki pengguna napza stimulanÂ di kota Semarang. Â Â Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif-explanatory research pendekatan cross sectional kepada seluruh pengguna napza stimulan yang ada dikota Semarang- dibawah binaan HR LSM Graha Mitra.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 43 orang responden pengguna shabu-sabu dan extacy dimana 36 diantaranya hanya menggunakan extacy saja.Â Mereka menggunakan kondom secara konsisten 55.8%, dan tidak menggunakan kondom secara konsisten sebanyak 44.2%. Analisis bivariat penelitian bermakna pada sikap, persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemampuan diri, dan dukungan pasangan seksual. Sedangkan penelitian tidak bermakna pada karakteristik (umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, status pernikahan, tempat tinggal, status HIV, pengetahuan, persepsi kerentanan, persepsi keparahan, keterjangkauan akses kondom dan ketrampilan pemakaian kondom.Â Analisis multivariat memperlihatkan adannya pengaruh variabel independen kepada variabel dependen yaitu sikap dan dukungan pasangan seksual dengan probabilitas penggunaan kondom secara konsisten pada pengguna napza stimulan 13.9%. Kata Kunci: Perilaku, Kondom Konsisten, Napza stimulant.Â Factors That Affect The Behavior Of Consistent Condom Use During Sexual Intercourse On A Male Stimulant Drugs Users In The City Of Semarang: Research on the prevention of the transmission of STI and HIV/AIDS through sexual intercourse on people who use drugs by injection the study centre Unika Atmajaya explained that IDUâ€™s realized that using condoms during sexual intercourse is the best prevention, but condom use is consistently achieving new 19-40% and is done only on the commercial, while couples on couples still isn't done. On the research subject of research is devoted to users who use drugs stimulants given effect posed one is an increase in sexual arousal and sexual behaviour, the research objectives knowing the factors that affect the behavior of consistent condom use during sexual intercourse on a male stimulant drugs users in the city of Semarang. Research carried out by quantitative methods-explanatory research approach of cross sectional to all users who use drugs stimulants that exists in the city of Semarang-under the patronage of HR NGOS Graha Mitra.The results showed 43 people respondents shabu shabu users sabu and extacy where 36 of them only use the extacy only. They use condoms consistently 55.8%, and not using condoms consistently as much of 44.2%. Analysis of meaningful research on bivariat attitude, perception, perception of the ability of self benefit, and support sexual partners. While the research does not mean on the characteristics (age, education, occupation, marital status, place of residence, HIV status), knowledge, perception, perception of the severity of the vulnerability, the affordability of access condoms and condom use skills. Multivariate analysis shows that influence the dependent variable to the independent variable i.e. attitude and sexual partner support with a probability of use condoms consistently on people who use drugs stimulants 13.9%.Key Words; behavior, Condom Consistently, stimulant Drugs

ABSTRAKPenularan HIV-AIDS di Indonesia berkembang cepat, salah satu pemicunya adalah karena perilaku seksual yang berisiko, termasuk perilaku seksual pada pelanggan WPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan kondom pada pelanggan WPS di Semampir Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data kualitatif dilakukan sebagai triangulasi digunakan untuk mendukung hasil analisis kuantitatif yang digali dari WPS dan mucikari sebagai cross check jawaban pelanggan WPS, cara yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara mendalam dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion) pada WPS dan mucikari. Besar sampel adalah 66 orang. Analisa data secara univariat, bivariat dengan chi-square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar responden (71,2%) berperilaku konsisten dalam menggunakan kondom.Kata kunci: wanita pekerja seks (WPS), pelanggan WPS, kondom, konsistenABSTRACTCondoms Use Behavior Among Female Sex Workerâ€™s Clients In Semampir Of Kediri;Transmission of HIV-AIDS in Indonesia is growing fast, one of the triggers are due to risky sexual behavior, including sexual behavior in FSWâ€™s clients. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of condom use on the FSWâ€™s clients in Semampir Kediri. This study used quantitative methods to the design of explanatory research with cross sectional approach. A triangulation of qualitative data used to support the results of quantitative analysis were excavated from WPS and pimps as a cross check answers FSWâ€™s clients, the means used was to in-depth interviews and FGDs (Focus Group Discussion) on the FSW and pimps. Sample size was 66 people. Univariate data analysis, with chi-square bivariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results showed most respondents (71.2%) behave consistent in using condoms.Variables related to condom use behavior in FSW were knowledge, perception of vulnerability, severity perceived, benefits perceived, barriers perceived and perceived ability to self (self-efficacy), the availability of condoms, condom regulation, support of friends and support of FSW. Support of friend was the most influential variable on the practice of using condoms to FSWâ€™s clients and the OR value was 19.218.Key words: female sex workers (FSW), FSWâ€™s clients, condom, consistent

ABSTRAKCakupan ASI Eksklusif di Kab.Semarang dalam kurun waktu tahun 2005-2011 hanya bergerakÂ pada angka 32,4 %, sementara cakupan ASI Eksklusif secara nasional sebesar 80%. TujuanÂ penelitian ini untuk analisis Implementasi Program ASI Eksklusif di Kab.Semarang. Penelitian iniÂ menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari informan primer yaituÂ jajaran Dinas Kesehatan, dan triangulasi yaitu Ketua Pokja IV PKK, Ketua Muslimat, KetuaÂ Gabungan Organisasi Wanita dan Direktur Rumah Bersalin Harapan Bunda. Teknik analisa datamenggunakan content analysis/analisa isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ASI eksklusifÂ yang meliputi sosialisasi, advokasi, kampanye, pelatihan konselor ASI dan kelompok pendukungÂ ASI, hanya sosialisasi dan advokasi ASI eksklusif yang berjalan namun belum optimal, hal iniÂ dikarenakan program ASI eksklusif belum merupakan program prioritas di Kab Semarang. SaranÂ bagi Pemerintah Kab.Semarang dapat melaksanakan Peraturan Gubernur tentang Peningkatan Pemberian ASI ekslusif dan bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kab.Semarang memprioritaskan program ASI eksklusif sehingga dapat meningkatkan cakupan ASI eksklusif di Kab.Semarang.Kata Kunci : Implementasi, ASI eksklusif, Sosialisasi, AdvokasiABSTRACTCoverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Semarang District in 2011 is only 32.4%, It is far fromÂ the national target of 80%. The purpose of this study is to analysis the implementation ofÂ exclusive breastfeeding program in Semarang District. This study uses the qualitative approachto the subject of study which consists of primary resource persons, they are Head of DistrictÂ Health Office and resource persons of triangulation, they are Chairman of Working Group IVÂ of PKK (Empowerment of Family Welfare), Chairman of Muslimat NU (Nahdlatul Ulama),Â Chairman of GOW (Woman Organization Group), and Director of Harapan Bunda Hospital.The technique of Data analysis used in this study is content analysis. The result of this studyÂ is that the exclusive breastfeeding program which includes socialization, advocacy, campaign,Â training of breastfeeding counselors, and supporting groups of breastfeeding, only two ofÂ them: those are socialization and advocacy which run, but they are not optimal. This is becauseÂ the program has not been a priority in Semarang District. Suggestion for the local governmentÂ (Semarang District) is to implement the Governor Regulations on Improving ExclusiveÂ Breastfeeding, and for Semarang District Health Office to prioritize the programs of exclusiveÂ breastfeeding in order to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding of Semarang District.Keyword : Implementation, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Socialization, Advocacy

ABSTRAKVCT merupakan pintu masuk menuju terapi dan perawatan ODHA. Jejaring pelaksanaanpenjangkauan merupakan salah satu upaya meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan klinik VCT. Tujuan dariÂ penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami penyebab masalah proses kegiatan outreach di KabupatenÂ Pemalang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif explanatory dengan metode kualitatif. PengumpulanÂ data menggunakan wawancara mendalam peneliti dengan petugas lapangan, konselor dan DokterÂ CST. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penjangkauan dilakukan oleh petugasÂ lapangan. Pola penjangkauan populasi kunci oleh petugas lapangan sampai kepada populasi kunciÂ mau untuk melakukan pemeriksaan VCT. Strategi penjangkauan masih jemput bola dengan VCTÂ mobile. Capaian target penjangkauan yang dicapai yaitu WPS (152%) dan waria (160%). sedangkan LSL, pelanggan/ HRM dan IDU tidak mencapai target karena populasi belum mau untuk membukaÂ identitasnya. Pada pelayanan VCT mobile tidak dilakukan konseling pascates untuk membuka hasil,Â sehingga menyebabkan populasi kunci tidak mau untuk melakukan pemeriksaan VCT. Belum adaÂ koodinasi perencanaan penjangkauan antara petugas lapangan, tim VCT, Dinas Kesehatan danÂ KPAD Kabupaten pemalang. Pelayanan konseling pretes pada pelayanan VCT mobile tidak hanyaÂ dilakukan oleh konselor tetapi juga dilakukan oleh dokter magang. Belum adanya SOP dan ProtapÂ penjangkauan, VCT dan PITC.Kata kunci : penjangkauan, petugas lapangan, VCTABSTRACTField Officer Spearhead VCT Clinic Number of Visitors; VCT is the entrance to the treatment and care of people living with HIV. Network implementation of outreach is one way to increase theÂ number of VCT clinic visits. The purpose of this study is to understand the causes of the problemsÂ in all district outreach activities. This research is descriptive explanatory with qualitative methods.Â Collecting data using in-depth interviews with field staff of researchers, counselors and doctorsÂ CST. The results showed that the implementation of the outreach done by field officers. PatternÂ lock outreach populations by field officers to the key population willing to do a VCT. OutreachÂ strategy still pick up the ball with the mobile VCT. Achievement targets are achieved, namelyÂ outreach seks workers (152%) and transvestites (160 %). whereas MSM, customer / HRM andÂ IDU did not reach the target because the population is not willing to open his identity. In theÂ mobile VCT services not performed post-test counseling to open the results, thus causing the population does not want to do a key inspection VCT. There has been no outreach planning ofÂ coordination between field officers, VCT team, Department of Health and AIDS PreventionÂ Commission all district. Pretest counseling services on mobile VCT services is not only done byÂ the counselors but also done by an intern. ABSTRACTForms of Family Support to Mothers With HIV Positive in Compliance With ARV Therapy in The City of Semarang; HIV cases among housewives is increasing from year to year. Data in September 2012 showed that housewife was ranked 2. Family support is needed to mothers with HIV positive in living her life with a dual role as a wife and mother as well as in compliance with ARV. This study aims to explore the opinion of mothers with HIV positive in terms of family support in ARV therapy adherence in Semarang. This study uses a qualitative research approach. Informants selected by purposive sampling with the help of key informants that case manager of KDS Arjuna Plus The Data validity which used with source triangulation method such family informant and case manager.The results of this study showed that family support from husbands, parents, and children like to remind to take medicine, listening to complaints from informants, drove to the clinic to support financially can improve informants adherence in compliance with ARV therapy. Compliance informants in ARV therapy has increased from time to time with an awareness of the informants and family and social support.Keywords : Mothers with HIV positive, Family support, Compliance
