Abstract

The principal's leadership strategy plays a central role in shaping the success of improving the quality of education in a school. The aim of this research is to reveal the strategies used by school principals to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 7 Kepahiang. To achieve the above objectives, this research uses a qualitative methodology using descriptive techniques. The data required for the research effort was obtained through the use of observation, interview, and document analysis techniques. The focus of this research is related to school principals. The results of this research illustrate that there are six strategies that have been implemented by the principal to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 7 Kepahiang, including steps such as internal improvement, an effective supervision system, evaluation in the teaching and learning process, strengthening teacher discipline, promotion, and improvement of facilities and infrastructure. Thus, the leadership of the school principal is the main element in achieving success in advancing the quality of education.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the process of creating, developing, and managing a new business, often starting from an idea or concept and evolving into a sustainable business. An entrepreneur is an individual who establishes, manages, and grows a business or venture with the aim of creating added value, generating profit, and managing risk. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan variabel bebas model pembelajaran, variabel moderator kemampuan awal, dan variabel terikat prestasi belajar matematika. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 5 Mukomuko. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Purposive Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian diolah dengan teknik statistik Anava Dua Jalur dan uji t. Hasil penelitian : (1) terdapat perbedaan signifikan prestasi belajar pada peserta didik yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran PBL dan yang dengan model pembelajaran DI. (2) terdapat perbedaan signifikan prestasi belajar antara peserta didik berkemampuan awal tinggi dengan peserta didik berkemampuan awal rendah. (3) terdapat interaksi antara penggunaan model pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal peserta didik terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik. (4) terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara prestasi belajar peserta didik berkemampuan awal tinggi yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran PBL dan dengan model pembelajaran langsung. (5) tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan prestasi belajar peserta didik berkemampuan awal rendah antara belajar dengan model pembelajaran PBL dibandingkan dengan belajar dengan model pembelajaran langsung.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak kebijakan zonasi SMAN 1 Akabiluru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi random sampling untuk melakukan analisis regresi kuantitatif dengan menggunakan populasi sebanyak 151 siswa dan desain sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Versi 26 dari Statiscal Product and Service Solution (SPSS) digunakan dalam metode pengolahan data. Temuan penelitian dan analisis menunjukkan bahwa siswa dalam sistem zonasi 17 memiliki tingkat pengaruh sistem zonasi yang tinggi yaitu 56,7%. 12 siswa memiliki persentasi 40% dengan pengaruh sistem zonasi yang sedang dan 1 siswa memiliki persentasi 3,3% dengan pengaruh sistem zonasi yang rendah. Begitupun dengan motivasi belajar diketahui 10 siswa memiliki persentasi 33,3% Dua puluh siswa mempunyai proporsi motivasi belajar sedang sebesar 66,6% dibandingkan dengan persentase motivasi belajar tinggi. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem zonasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan belajar siswa karena nilai F sebesar 4,771 pada taraf signifikansi 0,037 0,05, nilai sig kurang dari 0,05, dan H0 ditolak. Sistem zonasi mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 14,6% terhadap keinginan belajar siswa yang diukur dengan nilai R Squared sebesar 0,146. Mengingat siswa tidak dapat memilih sekolah pilihan mereka berdasarkan skema zonasi yang berlaku saat ini, maka kebijakan zonasi mungkin berdampak pada kemauan siswa untuk belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2019 yang bertempat di Desa Huta Dipar Kecamatan Gunung Maligas Kabupaten simalungun Provinsi Sumatera Utara . Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan melakukan observasi langsung kelapangan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara berdasarkan kuesioner, Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pembudidaya yang tinggal di Desa Huta Dipar sebanyak 40 pembudidaya dengan di dasari pertimbangan harus masuk menjadi salah satu anggota kelompok pembudidaya ikan yang ada di Desa Huta Dipar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembudidaya di Desa Huta Dipar memiliki umur produktif yaitu usia 46-65 tahun sebanyak 30 orang (68,18 %). Pendidikan responden rata-rata sudah tamat SMA. Lama menjadi anggota kelompok yaitu 4-6 tahun sebanyak 27 orang ( 63%). Komunikasi partisipatif dalam kegiatan penyuluhan di desa Huta Dipar kecamatan Gunung Maligas Kabupaten Simalungun Provinsi Sumatera Utara memiliki kategori sangat efektif. Kategori hubungan karakteristik dengan komunikasi partisipatif adalah kuat dan searah.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a service provided by schools, one of the functions of which is to help students identify various kinds of problems inherent in them in order to realize effective learning. The various problems faced by students in classes towards the school, adjustments to the curriculum, study habits as well as the future and aspirations obtained from the Problem Checklist filled in by students. The research was conducted using descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 109 students using the Slovin formula. The research results were analyzed using percentages and produced findings that the problems faced by students were very diverse, thus hindering the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur yang berlatar belakang pada kemampuan berbicara anak yang belum berkembang dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari perkembangan anak yang belum bisa mengulang kata-kata yang sudah didengar, sehingga belum mampu menyampaikan pesan secara lisan sehingga terjadi keterlambatan bicara meskipun dengan usia yang relative sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola komunikasi verbal dari orang tua kepada anak usia dini dalam hal berbicara. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan teknik pengumpulan informasi dari berbagai sumber tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sumber yang didapat, ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pola komunikasi verbal dari orang tua mempengaruhi kemampuan bicara anak usia dini. Perkembangan bahasa anak akan berkembang secara optimal jika orang tua meluangkan waktu lebih banyak untuk berkomunikasi dengan anak, karena anak diberi kesempatan untuk berbagi cerita atas perasaan yang dirasakan, sehingga akan mengasah mental anak untuk tumbuh menjadi insan yang berani berbicara dan mengemukakan pendapat.

Abstract

An orphanage is a social institution that helps and guides children's personality development and acquires work skills so that they have a good and dignified future and can be responsible for themselves, their families and society. An effective person is a person who is able to empower himself, develop into a quality person and realize his life goals. People with effective character can be flexible, disciplined, responsible, hardworking, caring, honest, empathetic. The aim of the author's research is to strengthen teenagers' personalities through a group training process. Group training aims to develop individual potential by analyzing the source of problems, overcoming problems and developing personal strength and self-confidence through a discussion atmosphere that uses group dynamics. The problem that the author found in orphanages was that there were foster children who lacked self-confidence, did not want to hang out with their friends and wanted to go home with their parents, and there were even foster children who were bullied. . This type of research uses qualitative rates with a case study method. This research was located at the Aisyyah Putri Payakumbuh Orphanage. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Samples were collected using purposive sampling. Data analysis uses data collection techniques, data validity and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that counselors' strategies for improving teenagers' personalities are implemented in groups by providing services, so that foster children can develop close relationships with their peers and train foster children to be more courageous in expressing their opinions and feelings. The obstacle encountered by counselors when carrying out group counseling is realizing that there are still foster children who are still unable to speak in public, so counselors have difficulty understanding foster children.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of problems that occur at MAN 1 Agam, namely learning interest is one of the factors that is very important for the success of learning that students have, interest arises from within the students themselves. Factors from outside the interest in learning are how the teacher teaches. The role of the teacher is very important to foster student interest in learning, one of which is by teaching in a fun way, providing constructive motivation. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts of Guidance and Counseling teachers in fostering students' interest in learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Informants. The key informant in this study is the Guidance and Counseling teacher, while the supporting informants are five students who are foster children of the Guidance and Counseling teacher, The data collection technique that researchers use is interviews. Data analysis carried out in this study through steps, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data triangulation is used as a data validity check. The results showed that students' desire to learn during the pandemic was higher than students during the non-pandemic period. This can be seen from students' desire to learn more, their willingness to learn more actively, and their enthusiasm for learning offline. Even so, there are still a few students who have a strong desire to learn. Giving attention to teachers in order to develop students' critical thinking skills is very important for students who lack strong critical thinking skills. Therefore, counseling teachers are very effective in helping students increase their desire to learn. As for the BK teacher, efforts: taking a personal approach such as providing support, conducting counseling, giving praise and recognition.

Abstract

This research explores digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness in the e-commerce era. With the significant shift towards online shopping, brand awareness has become a critical component for businesses. The study utilizes qualitative methods to gather insights on user experiences and perceptions regarding digital marketing and brand awareness. Findings indicate that effective digital marketing strategies, including social media engagement, influencer collaborations, and data analysis, significantly influence brand visibility and consumer interaction. The implications suggest that businesses must adapt their marketing strategies to leverage digital platforms for improved consumer connections and brand recognition..
