Abstract

This study explores the role of health education by community nurses in reducing smoking habits among adolescents through qualitative interview methods. The background of this problem is rooted in the long-term health impact of smoking habits, which are often influenced by factors such as peer influence and advertising, as well as a lack of knowledge about the dangers of smoking. The purpose of this study is to understand how health education can affect changes in adolescents' smoking knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, as well as to assess the role of social support from the family. The method used was in-depth interviews with 20 adolescents who had participated in a health education program guided by a community nurse. The interview data was analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify key patterns and themes. The results showed that health education significantly increased adolescents' knowledge about the dangers of smoking and improved their attitudes towards the habit. Teens also reported gaining practical skills to resist the offer of smoking, and family support played an important role in their success in quitting smoking. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of integrating health education with family support to increase program effectiveness. Health education programs by community nurses must be continued and expanded, involving other elements of society, and adapted to the needs of adolescents and technological developments. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Lubuk, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI), serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya. Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai inovasi pendidikan nasional menekankan pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek, penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, serta pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Lubuk sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik, ditandai dengan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, penggunaan modul ajar yang adaptif, serta integrasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi kesiapan guru, dukungan kepala sekolah, serta fasilitas yang memadai. Sementara itu, kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan sumber daya belajar, kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan adaptasi peserta didik terhadap perubahan pendekatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi sekolah lain dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka secara optimal.

Abstract

One of the important factors in quality human resources in a company to be able to run the business process properly in accordance with the vision and mission that has been set by the company. CV. Lestari Indojaya is one of the companies engaged in procurement and education which was founded in 2000. In order to encourage the creation of increasing performance productivity, CV. Lestari Indojaya carries out the selection of the best employees. Decision support systems can help decision makers to get recommendations for the best employees using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. In this study, the data used came from internal data and external data. There are several criteria needed to help decision makers choose the best employees, namely discipline, quality of work, cooperation and behavior. Based on all the criteria and alternatives in this study, Darwansyah was the best employee at CV. Lestari Indojaya with a total preference value of 2.875. The SAW method is an effective and practical method in calculating the best employee recommendations at CV. Lestari Indojaya so that decision makers can consider these recommendations according to the specified priorities.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Desa (UU No. 6 Tahun 2014) dirancang untuk memperkuat otonomi desa dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan dengan memberikan kewenangan lebih dalam pengelolaan sumber daya, pembangunan infrastruktur, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Salah satu elemen utama UU ini adalah penyaluran Dana Desa yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat pembangunan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan di desa. Namun, pelaksanaan UU ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan terkait dengan konstitusionalitas, seperti apakah pemberian kewenangan luas kepada desa bertentangan dengan prinsip desentralisasi dalam UUD 1945, serta seberapa efektif pengelolaan Dana Desa. Banyak desa yang menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengelola dana secara maksimal akibat keterbatasan kapasitas aparat desa, kurangnya pemahaman terhadap peraturan yang ada, serta ketimpangan antar desa. Selain itu, kurangnya pengawasan dan koordinasi antara pemerintah pusat, daerah, dan desa menjadi hambatan dalam mencapai tujuan UU Desa. Artikel ini mengkaji tantangan hukum, implementasi kebijakan, dan dampak pemberdayaan masyarakat desa, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi guna perbaikan kebijakan desa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This study investigates the significant influence of music on cognitive development and focus training in early childhood. The research highlights that music—particularly through engaging children's songs—plays a crucial role in enhancing cognitive skills. The literature review encompasses various studies demonstrating the positive effects of music on children's attention and working memory. These cognitive functions are essential for academic success, as children with better attention spans and memory capabilities tend to perform more effectively in tests and classroom activities. Moreover, the study indicates that participation in musical activities fosters social interaction and collaboration among children, further supporting their cognitive growth. Additionally, the findings reveal that music can help reduce anxiety and stress levels in young learners. A calm and pleasant musical background creates a soothing atmosphere, enabling children to concentrate more effectively on their learning tasks. This stress reduction is associated with improved cognitive performance, as children become less distracted by anxiety and more focused on their studies. The study also identifies gaps in the existing body of research and proposes that integrating music into early childhood education curricula may offer a comprehensive approach to supporting cognitive development. By incorporating music as an effective learning medium, educators, parents, and curriculum designers can enhance children's overall development, ensuring they are better prepared to face academic challenges. Ultimately, this study seeks to enrich the understanding of music's role in early childhood education and its potential benefits for both cognitive and emotional growth.

Abstract

Stroke merupakan salah satu penyakit Neurologi yang dapat menyebabkan kelemahan pada sebagian atau seluruh anggota Ekstremitas, sehingga perlu dilakukan tindakan keperawatan guna meningkatkan kekuatan otot pasien.  Intervensi yang dapat dilakukan pada pasien stroke dengan masalah gangguan mobilitas fisik adalah dengan latihan penguatan sendi dengan latuhan Range Of Motion (ROM) untuk mempertahankan dan memperbaiki tingkat kesempurnaan kemampuan menggerakan persendian secara normal dan lengkap untuk meningkatkan massa otot dan tonus otot. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menerapkan intervensi keperawatan berbasis bukti yaitu implementasi Latihan Penguatan Sendi untuk mengatasi gangguan mobilitas fisik pada pasien Sroke Non Hemoragik di ruang Penyakit Dalam RSUD Lahat Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada 2 orang pasien non hemoragik stroke dan diberi latihan ROM aktif maupun pasif. Prioritas intervensi adalah penerapan latihan penguatan sendi  latihan ROM aktif maupun pasif dua kali sehari bertujuan dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot dengan mengobservasi keadaan umum pasien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan pergerakkan pada kedua subjek, pada ektremitas kanan atas/bawah dari semula skala 2 menjadi skala 3 dan ektremitas kiri atas/bawah dari semula skala 0 menjadi skala 1 setelah dilakukan intervensi latihan Penguatan Sendi. Diharapkan latihan penguatan sendi dapat dijadikan sebagai bagian asuhan keperawatan pada pasien stroke.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of technology use on the effectiveness of social development assessments in early childhood. The issues addressed include the challenges of integrating technology into the decision-making process and early childhood education (ECE) teachers’ perspectives on its use. The method employed in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature review, focusing on various relevant scientific sources from the past ten years. The results indicate that interactive technologies, such as educational applications and digital games, can enhance children's engagement and facilitate more efficient data collection. However, the study also identifies challenges, such as potential dependency on technology and reduced social interaction, which may hinder child development. Therefore, training for educators in the effective use of technology is crucial to improving the quality of education and social assessment in children. This research is expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of more accurate and contextual assessments, and serve as a guide for policy-making in promoting the targeted use of technology in early childhood education.

Abstract

Penurunan keanekaragaman hayati laut akibat aktivitas manusia dan degradasi lingkungan menjadi tantangan serius dalam upaya pelestarian ekosistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis inquiry dalam memahami dan menjaga ekosistem laut sebagai bentuk pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di kawasan pesisir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis inquiry mampu meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap interaksi dalam ekosistem laut serta menumbuhkan kesadaran ekologis melalui pengamatan langsung, perumusan masalah, dan eksplorasi solusi pelestarian. Penerapan inquiry juga mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam pengambilan keputusan ramah lingkungan di wilayah pesisir. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini terbukti efektif dalam membentuk sikap peduli lingkungan dan menjadi strategi edukatif dalam pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati laut.

Abstract

Indonesian language skills for sixth-grade students of SDN 04 Rantau Utara Labuhanbatu by developing their Indonesian language speaking skills, but in reality, the ability to speak Indonesian is very low, especially at SDN 04 Rantau Utara, even though they have been studying for years. The researcher attempted to provide a solution by using Islamic-themed English teaching materials using teaching materials based on the spiritual Project-based Learning approach so that students are motivated and more confident in communicating using Indonesian, because the teaching materials presented are in accordance with the environment and conditions of the school, which is an Islamic environment, so that the interest of students in learning Indonesian increases and Indonesian language communication is created and what is expected by the author is achieved

Abstract

The digital era has changed education, and there is now a need for new ways to teach Pancasila values. Civic Education (PKn) is an important subject that must find ways to connect these values to students' lives in today's digital world. This study looks at effective methods for incorporating values education into PKn learning. The goal was to develop a Pancasila Student Profile in the digital era by reviewing 25 accredited journal articles. The findings revealed three effective strategies: using digital technology with interactive learning media, applying constructivist and project-based learning methods, and improving teachers' roles as digital role models. Implementing these strategies significantly helped instill the values of tolerance (72%), responsibility (68%), and digital skills (75%) in students. The study concluded that successfully integrating values education into PKn in the digital era requires a thorough approach. This approach needs to blend Pancasila value content, innovative teaching methods, and smart use of technology, with success relying on teacher readiness and support from the digital educational environment.
