Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the variables Social support and Religiosity on Self Adjustment in students who migrate to Bekasi. Based on the phenomenon that migrant students will always meet, interact, and communicate with fellow migrants and the native community, it will cause cultural diversity and changes in students so that the demands to adjust themselves increase. In order to be able to carry out good Self Adjustment in a migrant state, Social support and Religiosity may have an influence. This study has three hypotheses, namely there is an influence between Social support and Self Adjustment in students who migrate (H1); there is an influence between Religiosity on the relationship between Self Adjustment in students who migrate (H2); and there is a relationship between Social support and Religiosity on Self Adjustment in students who migrate (H3). The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence between Social support and Self Adjustment; there is no influence between Religiosity and Self Adjustment; and there is an influence between Social support and Religiosity on Self Adjustment in migrant students in Bekasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pada variable social support dan religiosity terhadap self adjustment pada mahasiswa yang merantau di Bekasi. Berdasarkan fenomena bahwa mahasiswa perantau akan selalu bertemu, berinteraksi, dan menjalin komunikasi dengan sesama perantau dan masyarakat asli sehingga akan menimbulkan keanekaragaman budaya dan perubahan pada diri mahasiswa sehingga tuntutan untuk menyesuaikan diri semakin meningkat. Untuk dapat melakukan self adjustment yang baik di perantauan, social support dan religiosity mungkin mempunyai pengaruh. Penelitian ini memiliki tiga hipotesis, yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara social support dengan self adjustment pada mahasiswa yang merantau (H1); terdapat pengaruh antara religiosity terhadap hubungan self adjustment pada mahasiswa yang merantau (H2); dan terdapat hubungan antara social support dan religiosity terhadap self adjustment pada mahasiswa yang merantau (H3). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara social support terhadap self adjustment; tidak terdapat pengaruh antara religiosity terhadap self adjustment; dan terdapat pengaruh antara social support and religiosity terhadap self adjustment pada mahasiswa perantau di Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self control and consumptive behavior in purchasing fashion products through Shopee live. The population in this study were people in Bekasi who buy fashion products through Shopee live. The sampling technique used non probability sampling with purposive sampling and with a total sample of 100. The data collection technique uses a self control scale and a consumptive behavior scale. The data analysis technique uses correlation analysis. The correlation test results show that the correlation coefficient value is 0.565 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that there is a significant and positive relationship between self control and consumptive behavior in purchasing fashion products through Shopee live. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku konsumtif dalam pembelian produk fashion melalui Shopee live. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat wilayah Bekasi yang membeli produk fashion melalui Shopee live. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling dan dengan total sampel 100. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kontrol diri dan skala perilaku konsumtif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.565 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan berhubungan positif antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku konsumtif dalam pembelian produk fashion melalui Shopee live.

Abstract

Humans experience a developmental process with various challenges, one of which is the transition from adolescence to early adulthood. At this stage, individuals face feelings of being a “middle man” between adolescence and adulthood, which often leads to self-exploration and increased life demands. One of the significant challenges in this phase is the Quarter Life Crisis (QLC), which usually occurs in the mid-20s. QLC is characterized by concerns about the future, including aspects of finances, interpersonal relationships, career, and self-identity. This crisis triggers emotional and psychological stress due to life changes and instability. In overcoming QLC, self-efficacy plays an important role. Self-efficacy, namely an individual's belief in their ability to face challenges, helps someone manage stress, act effectively, and achieve goals. Individuals with higher levels of self-efficacy tend to be more optimistic, able to face change, and successfully manage life stress. Conversely, low self-efficacy can have detrimental effects on QLC, including feelings of anxiety, fear, and disappointment. Thus, developing self-efficacy is the key to supporting individuals in passing the QLC phase effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara interaksi sosial dengan kecanduan game online pada remaja di Kecamatan Tambun Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan studi korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja tambun selatan dan teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 remaja. Alat ukur yang digunakan ialah skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil korelasi Pearson, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara interaksi sosial dengan kecanduan game online dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0.05) yang artinya (Ha) diterima dan (Ho) ditolak. Hubungan antara interaksi sosial dengan kecanduan game online memiliki nilai korelasi sebesar 0,477. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara interaksi sosial dengan kecanduan game online pada remaja di Kecamatan Tambun Selatan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang lebih baik, peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan ruang lingkup penelitian yang lebih luas dan menambahkan atau menggunakan variabel lain.

Abstract

In the legal world, suspect, accused and convict are terms that have meaning. Legal protection is a form of effort to protect society from arbitrary actions by covering several important aspects aimed at ensuring a fair process is obtained. Based on what is stated in Article 1 Number 14 of the Criminal Procedure Code regarding those who are called suspects, Article 1 Number 15 of the Criminal Procedure Code for those who are declared defendants and Article 1 Number 32 of the Criminal Procedure Code regarding those who are declared convicts. This research uses a literature review method by exploring various literature related to the research topic.

Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia Police is one of the agencies that utilizes human resources. The role of human resources is very much needed in the institutional development process. The police agency operates in the military sector, namely defense and state security, so it requires quite large human resources. As members of the police, they have a large workload and responsibility in carrying out their duties. Excessive workload can have negative impacts such as low quality of work, physical fatigue, and decreased concentration. Factors that influence workload are divided into external and internal factors. Apart from the workload, police officers also have the responsibility to carry out their duties by using the power of action or discretion selectively and proportionally so that they can be legally accountable. High workload and responsibility can cause work stress which affects the performance of police officers. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence police workload and responsibilities and their impact on work stress and performance using a literature review method from 7 related national research journals.

Abstract

Law enforcement and good public service play a crucial role in maintaining the order and security of a country. This research aims to investigate the relationship between ethics and integrity among police officers. By analyzing the concepts of ethics and integrity within the police force, this study seeks to understand the key role that moral values and integrity play in policing. Through a qualitative approach, this research attempts to elaborate on how ethics and integrity can be pragmatically integrated into policing practices to improve the quality of public service and strengthen the relationship between the police and the community.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Police (Polri) focuses on increasing employee motivation to improve their performance. Motivation is one of the important factors that influences individual success. If the police do not have work motivation it will have a negative impact on their performance; Decreased quality of public services, decreased productivity, loss of initiative and creativity, increased absenteeism and turnover, high levels of stress and job dissatisfaction, poor work relationships. Therefore, it is important to increase motivation for police performance, various strategies have been implemented, including providing good examples, supporting the role of psychologists in the police to help police officers overcome stress and depression, providing role models, instilling discipline, and providing career development opportunities, as well as creating positive and supportive work environment. Education and training is one of the keys to enhancing career growth and mental growth and communication tactics have been researched to understand their impact on performance. Work motivation can influence a person's performance by up to 80%. High motivation is usually associated with increased productivity, work quality, and initiative. Therefore, increasing work motivation is an important factor in human resource management in various organizations, including the National Police. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence motivation has on the performance of the National Police. Involves analyzing techniques such as role modeling, instilling discipline, and providing career development opportunities.

Abstract

The National Police has a vital function in maintaining security and public order with five main operational functions: intelligence, investigation, community, guidance, traffic, and bhayangkara samapta. Job stress influences police performance, and understanding job stress in the context of the police profession is important for developing effective strestegies and supports. Factors that influence work stress include excessive workload, time pressure, and interpersonal conflict. This research aims to determine the relationship between job demands and work stress among members of the National Police. Qualitative research methods are used to understand individual experiences and perceptions.

Abstract

In the National Police institution, police psychologists are distinctive in relation to counseling guidance to problematic members in the service, so there are several professional competencies required for the psychology profession in the police environment. With counseling services, it is expected that there will be handling to improve professionalism in members of the Police. The type of research design used in this study is a type of literature review research where journal references are collected using the Google Scholar database. Based on the results of the literature review found, it was found that there was still quite a lack of psychological counseling for police personnel However, it has also been found that there are several types of counseling services that can be provided to police personnel.
