Abstract

Tumbuhan kemangi dan pandan wangi mempunyai beberapa senyawa metabolit skunder seperti alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin dan steroid yang berpotensi sebagai penolak nyamuk. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kombinasi ekstrak daun kemangi dan daun pandan wangi efektif sebagai penolak nyamuk. Ekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 3 kali pengulangan dengan kontrol positif spray komersial soffel bunga geranium kontrol negatif aquadest streril dan LU I (0,5%+1,5%), LU II (1%+1%) dan LU III (1,5%+0,5%). Dengan perbandingan ekstrak (1:1). Nyamuk yang diuji adalah nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Hasil dari uji efektivitas kombinasi ekstrak daun kemangi dan pandan wangi yang memiliki efektivitas penolak nyamuk adalah seluruh konsentrasi larutan uji yaitu LU I, LU II dan LU III sebagai penolak nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Hasil Uji Analisis Stastistik One Way ANOVA diperoleh nilai signifikan p<0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak daun kemangi (Ocimum x africanum Lour.) dan pandan wangi (Pandanus ammaryllifolius Roxb.) efektif sebagai penolak nyamuk Aedes aegypti pada konsentrasi LU I, LU II dan LU III.

Abstract

This also tends to justify the approach of social media analysis as a highly effective tool for mapping and optimally developing UMKM in the post-pandemic era. COVID-19. From the analysis, social media has become an important supporting medium for marketing activities and the development of the marketing area for UMKM. Dominantly, Instagram and Facebook serve as media for promotion, while WhatsApp is used for direct communication with customers.and data collected from platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, this research highlights trends in customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and brand visibility. The main findings of this research indicate that UMKM adopting data-driven strategies on social media achieve high customer retention, better market penetration, and increased revenue. Additionally, this study demonstrates how social media strategies can be further optimized and explains in detail the quality of content, frequency, and targeting in attracting customers online. This research reveals the potential of social media analysis and thus can provide actionable recommendations to empower UMKM towards resilience and competitiveness in the digital economy. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating digital tools for sustainable development in the post-pandemic era. Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak besar pada keberlanjutan operasional dan keuangan UMKM, memaksa beberapa di antaranya berada dalam situasi keterpurukkan ekonomi dengan resiko tinggi. Pandemi COVID-19 secara tidak langsung berperan dalam memajukan platform digital seperti media sosial yang menjadi alat promosi UMKM. Penelitian ini mencoba memetakan dan mengoptimalkan kinerja UMKM pada era post-pandemi dengan bantuan analisi media sosial. Menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan TikTok, penelitian ini menyoroti tren keterlibatan pelanggan, efektivitas pemasaran, dan visibilitas merek. Temuan utama dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang mengadopsi strategi berbasis data di media sosial mencapai retensi pelanggan yang tinggi, penetrasi pasar yang lebih baik, dan peningkatan pendapatan. Selain itu, studi ini menunjukkan bagaimana strategi media sosial dapat dioptimalkan lebih lanjut dan menjelaskan secara rinci tentang kualitas konten, frekuensi, dan target dalam memikat pelanggan secara online. Penelitian ini mengungkap potensi analisis di media sosial dan dengan demikian dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk memberdayakan UMKM menuju ketahanan dan daya saing dalam ekonomi digital. Temuan tersebut menekankan betapa pentingnya integrasi alat digital untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi era post-pandemi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Dual Coding Method to stimulate the memory of early childhood students at TK Aisyiyah Ngebel. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the Dual Coding Method for stimulating memory in young children at TK Aisyiyah Ngebel consists of three main stages: planning, execution, and evaluation. During the planning stage, teachers design learning materials that integrate both text and images. In the execution stage, teachers engage in active interaction with the children to discuss and visualize concepts, enhancing their understanding and retention. The evaluation stage focuses on assessing the children's memory stimulation. The results indicate that the Dual Coding Method is effective in stimulating memory in early childhood students. Children's memory abilities are shown to be strong, as evidenced by their attentiveness, ability to retain material presented by the teacher, and recall of the provided information. This method has successfully facilitated better memory retention among the young learners. The study concludes that the Dual Coding Method is a beneficial approach for enhancing memory in early childhood education, supporting children in paying close attention, retaining, and recalling the information learned.

Abstract

Virus dengue merupakan penyebab demam berdarah (DBD) yang disebarluaskan oleh gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Salah satu cara untuk mencegahnya adalah dengan menggunakan larvasida nabati yang minim risiko seperti limbah biji durian. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas ekstrak limbah biji durian dalam membasmi larva Aedes aegypti dan menemukan konsentrasi ekstrak yang paling optimal sebagai larvasida nabati untuk larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimental murni dengan rancangan penelitian posstest only control group design. Ekstraksi penelitian ini menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Uji efektivitas larvasida dilakukan dengan 6 perlakuan yaitu kontrol negatif (akuades) kontrol positif (temephos) dan konsentrasi ekstrak 0,5%, 1%, 2%, dan 5% dengan waktu pengamatan selama 6 jam. Hasil ekstraksi dengan metode maserasi rendemen yang diperoleh sebanyak 8,05%. Hasil uji fitokimia ekstrak limbah biji durian positif mengandung senyawa alkaloid, fenolik, flavonoid dan triterpenoid. Hasil uji efektivitas larvasida ekstrak etanol limbah biji durian ditentukan oleh nilai LC50 yang diperoleh pada jam ke-6 dengan nilai LC50 2,954% yang masuk dalam kategori beracun. Hasil analisis data uji Kruskal Wallis diperoleh (<0,05) maka tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikansi pada kematian larva pada ekstrak limbah biji durian antar kelompok perlakuan. Kemudian dilanjutkan denga uji Mann Whitney, menunjukkan bahwa pada kontrol positif dan kontrol negatif memiliki nilai signifikansi (P<0,05) yang artinya terdapat perbedaan dalam membunuh larva.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kekuatan apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan bagaimana pengetahuan siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ada di dalam dan di luar sekolah. Permasalahan yang muncul selama penelitian ini adalah, kurangnya kreativitas siswa di dalam kelas dan kurangnya kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya memberikan les privat untuk mendorong kreativitas pada siswa. Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu bertanya, mengamati, dan menulis. Temuan penelitian ini adalah kreativitas siswa di dalam kelas sangat lemah dan suasana dikelas seringkali keras. Siswa setempat memilih mengikuti instruksi peneliti, tanpa berusaha mempresentasikan karya atau idenya sendiri untuk membuat suasana kelas bisa lebih menarik.

Abstract

Podcast content is very diverse, one of which is a da'wah podcast called "Log In" on Close the Door on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube account. This podcast has been watched by more than 1 million viewers every episode. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers are interested in analyzing the content of da'wah messages in interfaith open discussions on the "Log In" episodes 21 and 22. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a content analysis approach. The theory of da'wah messages from Samsul Munir Amin was used in this study and focused on da'wah activities containing three classifications/categories, namely creed, sharia, and morals. The result of this study is that the message of da'wah based on this channel promotes tolerance and respect for followers of other religions and reaches a mutual agreement between the speakers that faith is a matter of the heart. It is supported by speakers who do not confront each other, but engage in intellectual conversation, taking knowledge and positive messages that can be gleaned from one religion and another.

Abstract

The optimal portfolio is a portfolio chosen by investors from the many options available in the collection of efficient portfolios. To get the optimal proportion, which is the maximum return and minimum risk, it is necessary to analyze the stocks to be selected in the investment model. The research objective is to determine the optimal return, risk, and proportion for each banking stock portfolio in Indonesia in the period February - July 2023. The method used is the Single Index Model. The process of determining the optimal proportion of stocks with the Single Index Model requires stock and market return data as the main basis for applying this method. This study involves the formation of an optimal portfolio of daily closing prices of 46 banking stocks.  As a result of this research, there are 5 optimal stocks that meet the criteria for optimal portfolio formation with each fund proportion of 21.43% (BNII), 13.52% (BDMN), 35.02% (BBRI), 23.69% (BTPN), and 6.34% (BBCA).  Expected return from optimal stocks is 0.152% and the risk that will be borne by investors is 0.0011% per day.

Abstract

The optimization of investment portfolio is aimed at finding the optimal combination of each stock with the goal of maximizing returns while minimizing risk through diversification. However, the question is how much funds should be invested to achieve the minimum risk. One of the approaches that has proven effective in building an optimal investment portfolio is the Mean-Variance model. The aim of this research is to determine the weights of the optimal portfolio components with the minimum risk. The data used consists of stocks included in the LQ45 index for the period from February 2020 to July 2021. Based on the research results, there are five stocks that form the optimal portfolio, namely ADRO, AKRA, BBCA, CPIN, and EXCL. The allocated weights for each stock are ADRO 9.896%, AKRA 32.049%, BBCA 30.749%, CPIN 13.949%, and EXCL 13.357%. The optimal portfolio generated by the Genetic Algorithm method has a risk of 0.000472 and an expected return of 0.000492.

Abstract

Hospitals play a crucial role in public health, and understanding patient visit patterns is essential for effective service delivery. Thus, accurate predictions are vital for resource planning, service improvement, and addressing challenges like long wait times and overcrowding. This study focuses on predicting outpatient visits at RSUD Muntilan, a regional general hospital in Magelang, Indonesia. The method used was the linear regression method. The research involved data collection from the hospital's information system, pre-processing to prepare the data, dataset formation, model creation using linear regression, and model evaluation. The study utilized historical outpatient visit data FROM 2021 TO 2024 to develop a linear regression model that predicts the number of visits for the next three months. The model's performance was evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), which yielded a value of 15.33%. This indicates that the model's predictions were, on average, within 15.33% of the actual values, demonstrating an accuracy of 84.67%. The successful application of the linear regression method in this study highlights its potential for improving resource allocation, enhancing service efficiency, and ultimately enhancing the overall quality of healthcare services provided by RSUD Muntilan. The findings emphasize the significance of data-driven approaches and predictive analytics in optimizing healthcare operations and meeting the evolving needs of the community.

Abstract

Indonesia government sets a minimum competency assessment to prepare students in Indonesia for the 21st century and one of thinking skill that students must has been critical thinking skills. This study aims to develop an instrument test to measure critical skill that students have which are which followed by the minimum competency assessment for elasticity and Hooke’s Law high secondary level. Furthermore, the instrument was developed on a research and development model and based on the development of an 8 steps test instrument by Mc Entire. The instrument test was validated by material experts who had been analyzed using Aiken V. This instrument tested on senior high school students and categorized as having a high reliability. Based on this, the measurement critical of thinking which is characterized by assessment competency minimum on elasticity and Hooke's law, in general can be done with this instrument. This research is beneficials as character-based essay tests to enhance critical thinking skills in high school students, focusing on elasticity and Hooke's law. It's intended as a tool to develop and refine these essential skills required for minimum competency assessments.
