Abstract

Dalam kajian ini penulis mencoba mengangkat supervisi pendidikan. Yang menjadi fokus masalah bagi penulis ialah supervisi, prinsip supervisi, dan teknik-teknik supervisi. Selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan ini lebih dideskripsikan dan diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan kondisi penelitian. Selain itu penulis juga menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Supervisor pendidikan (kepala sekolah dan pengawas) harus memiliki kemampuan profesional yang handal dalam pelaksanaan supervisi pembelajaran (instructional supervision), kemampuan profesional pengawas diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembinaan guru di sekolah. Masalah peningkatan kualitas pembinaan guru di sekolah pada hakikatnya berkaitan dengan peranan supervisor dalam memberikan bantuan dan pelayanan profesional bagi guru-guru agar mereka lebih mampu melaksanakan tugas pokoknya. Kualitas kinerja supervisor sekolah perlu dilandasi dengan peningkatan kemampuan supervisi kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya secara bertanggungjawab. Supervisi tidak berhenti pada selesainya pemberian bantuan dan terlaksananya teknik supervisi melainkan harus ada follow up untuk melihat keberhasilan proses dan hasil pelaksanaan supervisi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami inventarisasi sebagai upaya pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research, dikenal sebagai penelitian kepustakaan karena bahan penelitian diperoleh dari sumber-sumber pustaka, seperti buku, jurnal, tesis, disertasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis konten atau content analysis yaitu menganalisis data dari dokumen yang ada, berupa naskah, siaran televisi, radio dan lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of accountability and transparency in the management of zakat, infaq and shodaqah funds at LAZISMU Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used in this study include interviews and documentation in the form of financial reports and other supporting documents related to the accountability and transparency of ZIS fund management. Data analysis used data triangulation. The results showed that the form of accountability of LAZISMU Pasuruan Regency, among others: evaluation of board members every month led by the chairman of the board, the existence of ZIS fund management reports in the form of magazines for donors every month and brochures for other than donors, and the existence of audit reports conducted once every 1 month, once every 3 months, once every 6 months conducted by the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership and once a year conducted by a public accountant. While the forms of transparency of LAZISMU Pasuruan Regency include: in the collection of ZIS funds carried out by means of child philanthropy, socialization through local community activities, and digital fundrising.

Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembuatan Peraturan Desa (Perdes) termasuk pada aspek pembangunan di Desa tidak hanya dipandang sebagai bagian dari proses tetapi juga merupakan bagian dari tujuan, dimana partisipasi merupakan salah satu indikator tingkat keberhasilan khususnya program pembangunan desa. Misal, partisipasi masyarakat dalam bentuk Pembentukan Peraturan Desa (Perdes) yang partisipatif harus mencerminkan komitmen bersama antara Kepala Desa (Kades), Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dan masyarakat Desa, hal tersebut dilakukan guna membuat suatu Peraturan Desa yang benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat Desa tersebut. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembentukan Peraturan Desa merupakan wujud dari penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip good governance, diantaranya meliputi keterlibatan masyarakat, akuntabilitas, dan transparansi. Sehingga kegiatan ini sangat penting dilakukan dalam bentuk perkuliahan Desa yaitu bagi masyarakat, Perangkat Desa dan Badan Perwakilan Desa (BPD). Dengan perkuliahan Desa ini diharapkan meningkatnya person masyarakat untuk kontribusi pada pembentukan peraturan di Desa sebagai sarana perwujudan Undang-Undang Desa dan Tata Kelola Pemerintahan Desa Yang Baik atau dikenal pula dengan istilah Good Governance. Adapun metode perkuliahan Desa yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk pemberian materi perkuliahan yaitu Tata Kelola Pemerintahan, Asas-Asas Hukum Tata Kelola Pemrintahan, Pemerintahan Desa, Pengaturan tentang Desa, Pembuatan kebijakan, partisipasi masyarakat, gambaran dan mekanisme pembuatan peraturan, kriteria dan aturan tentang pembuatan perundang-undangan serta materi lain yang terkait dalam ruang lingkup partisipasi masyarakat dan pembuatan Peraturan Desa itu sendiri.  Kata Kunci: Peraturan Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Desa

Abstract

Introduction: This article is about analyzing the implementation of joint property auctions after a divorce decision that has not yet received fair legal certainty. The number of cases after the divorce decision results in the distribution of joint assets between the parties submitted to the Court after not getting peace in the distribution of joint assets, the Court can take over the matter by way of auction.Purposes of the Research: To analyze the principle of legal certainty in auctions in the implementation of auctions after divorce decisions in laws and regulations. Explain the legal problems in applying the legal principle of joint property auctions after the divorce decision. Finding reconstruction as the basis for setting up a bill on joint property auction laws after divorce decisions in the future.Methods of the Research: Based on hermeneutic paradigmatic which is based on philosophy and the scientific nature of law. This hermeneutic paradigm is carried out through a methodological strategy approach to learn from people, namely studying law by exploring and researching the meanings of law from the perspective of users or seekers of justice in the Religious Courts.Results of the Research: In the reconstruction of the principle of legal certainty in an equitable auction of joint assets after the divorce decision in future laws and regulations in legal considerations regarding joint assets that must be auctioned, through an auction procedure in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

Introduction: Weak protection of geographical indication law owned by users of geographically indicated goods or products cause unfulfilled the rights they deserve. The factors causing it are divided into 2, namely: 1. Weak position owned by users of geographically indicated goods or products. and 2. Weak regulation of law that provide legal protection to users of geographically indicated goods or products.Purposes of the Research: This research aims to analyze and explain factors that cause weak protection of geographical indication law for users of geographically indicated goods or products and also to find out the submission mechanism and procedure of geographical indication infringement lawsuit.Methods of the Research: This study used normative legal research. Research material used primary and secondary legal materials. Data was from library research. Discussion had been collected then processed and analyzed using qualitative approach then at the end of the research, conclusions were drawn using deductive method.Results of the Research: Factors caused weak protection of geographical indication law for geographically indicated users of goods and will provide input for appropriate legal regulations to increase protection of geographical indication law in the future. Furthermore, this also has a positive impact to users of geographically indicated goods and products that they could take legal action against business actors for losses they got in accordance with mechanism and procedure for filling geographical indication infringement lawsuit based on provisions of the applicable law.

Abstract

Amputation is the act of separating part or all of an extremity of the body as a last option if the organ problem cannot be repaired by other methods or can pose a risk of infection. Post-amputation often results in feelings of loss, and lack of self-confidence, and hinders daily activities. A prosthesis is a solution to replace missing body parts, allowing amputees to be independent and not dependent on other people. However, cost is an obstacle for economically disadvantaged people to be able to have a prosthesis. This research aims to provide prosthesis services and assistance for post-amputation people with economic limitations. This research method uses qualitative research with a case study research type. Data were collected using analytical interviews and observations on respondents who had experienced transtibial amputation aged 45 years. The results demonstrate respondents' understanding of the importance of social support and prosthesis accessibility. Motivation and quality of life increase, so that respondents can carry out their daily activities better and more independently.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of oil-water separation using a hydrocyclone-bubble generator. The bubble generator used was an ejector type to make it easier to suck in atmospheric air. The research was carried out by injecting an oil-water mixture through a bubble generator before entering the hydrocyclone system. The air flow injected into the bubble generator was varied from 0.1-1.5 lpm. From experimental studies, it was found that as the air flow increased, the split ratio also increased. The pressure drop at the overflow increases gently while the underflow pressure drop increases significantly along with increasing input air flow. The greater the input air flow, the more significant the difference in underflow and overflow pressure drop. It has implications for a larger pressure drop ratio. The greater the air flow, the greater the overflow efficiency decreases, and the underflow efficiency increases. The highest efficiency in overflow is 87.77%.

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy often causes physical and psychological discomfort, including foot pain or plantar fasciitis due to inflammation of the plantar fascia, which is worsened by increased body weight. Medial arch support is an orthotic device designed to relieve this pain by stabilizing the medial longitudinal arch of the foot. This study aims to examine the effect of using medial arch support in reducing foot pain (plantar fasciitis) in third-trimester pregnant women.  Methods: This quantitative study used a quasi-experiment with a one-group pre-test and post-test design to examine the effect of medial arch support on foot pain in pregnant women. The study was conducted in Noborejo, Salatiga. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and involved 20 pregnant women who often complained of foot pain in the 2-3 trimesters. Pain levels were measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after a two-week intervention with medial arch support.  Results: The Wilcoxon test results indicate a significant reduction in foot pain (p= <0.001, p < 0.05). The average pain score before the intervention was 7.9, which decreased to 4.5 after the use of medial arch support, reflecting a pain reduction of 43%. The average difference in pain level before and after the intervention was 3.4.  Conclusion: Medial arch support significantly reduces foot pain (plantar fasciitis) in pregnant women. This intervention offers a practical solution to reduce discomfort and improve the quality of health of pregnant women. Further studies are needed on the long-term use of medial arch support in pregnancy.

Abstract

Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, menuntut penerapan strategi pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa di abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran inovatif serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis teknologi, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan model pembelajaran kolaboratif menjadi strategi utama dalam pembelajaran inovatif. Namun, terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam implementasinya, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan, optimalisasi sumber daya sekolah, serta dukungan dari stakeholder pendidikan. Dengan strategi yang tepat, pembelajaran inovatif dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, mendorong kreativitas, serta mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif.
