Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah pemahaman, kemampuan keterampilan profesional seorang guru. Mengingat tugas guru yang mulia, selain mengajar dan mentranfer ilmu kepada peserta didik, guru juga dituntut mengembangkan kemampuan profesionalismenya. Metode yang digunakan melalui tiga tahapan. Ketiga tahap adalah, pelatihan yang dilakukan penyampaian materi dari teori sampai aplikasi pembuatan media. penerapan dilakukan sesudah peserta mengetahui teori dapat diterapkan pada pembuatan media interaktif,  dan pendampingan langsung kepada guru dalam membuat media interaktif. Hasil yang dapatkan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah tercapainya pembuatan media interaktif yang disesuaikan dengan permasalahan pada masing-masing mata pelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis data pada hasil pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi guru utamanya pembuatan media pembelajaran Ketiga cara yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini, melalui metode pendampingan kepada guru yang dilakukan dengan praktek langsung mendapatkan pengakuan positif dari guru dikarenakan secara kegiatan yang dilakukan langsung membuat daya pikir dan unjuk kerja nyata dapat dilakukan.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the influence of BumDes Knowledge Management and Village Head Leadership on the village economy after the Tsunami Disaster. Research conducted using explanatory research, namely research that explains the causal relationship between the variables studied, the type of research is quantitative research. The unit of analysis used is the Teluk village community. The study population was 2,842 families (Data from the Teluk Village Office), the total sample of the study was 143 families. The data obtained is based on the sampling technique using the accidental sampling method, which is a technique of selecting respondents as a sample by chance but within the specified area, in this case the Teluk Village community, BUMDES employees and Teluk Village officials.

Abstract

Synthesize of emulsion polymer latex for sub-grade CBR improvement in the road construction. Latex polymer for California Bearing Ratio (CBR) enhancement in sub-grade soil of road building has been prepared by emulsion polymerizations technique. The prepared polymer then characterize by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR). For application purpose, CBR test was done to the compacted polymer added-soil. The CBR test is done also for both soaked and unsoaked samples. It is found that our latex polymer is better then other imported latex polymer. For the latex polymer, which is design to have Temperatur glass (Tg) around 9.8-19.6o, indicating the formation of C=O and – C-O-C- bonds at 1732-1736 cm-1 energy absorption as binder groups. CBR test results show that our latex polymer has CBR value around 15-18 % compare to the soil without polymer binder.

Abstract

Introduction. Community acquired pneumonia (CAP) now is known as the most common infection presented. Empiric antibiotic administered followed by observing parameters. This study aimed to know how far the American Thoracic Society/ Infectious Disease Society of America (ATS/IDSA) antibiotic guidelines 2007 based treatment influenced the length of stay (LOS) of CAP subject in a private hospital ward between January 2014-August 2015 Methods. A retrospective cohort was conducted with bivariate analysis and multivariate analysis for reducing the confounding factor. Sample taken with proportional sampling formula at ward in a hospital in Jakarta. Results. The result showed that subjects with unproper empiric antibiotic based on ATS/IDSA 2007 guidelines tent to have hospital prolong stay 10.25 times (p <0.001) than others with proper on ATS/IDSA empiric antibiotic guidelines. Conclusion. By this result, we observed a very significant statistic result difference in LOS between a group with proper empiric antibiotic based on ATS/IDSA 2007 guidelines and other who unproper.

Abstract

Check and Balance in State Administration is one of the principles in the rule of law that determines and establishes the division of power within a country to prevent the concentration of power in one authority, which can lead to power abuse and corruption. The division of power with limited authority proportionally allows each institution to support and supervise each other, enabling the state's power to be exercised to its maximum potential. In practice, in Indonesia, this can be seen through Constitutional Court Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, where there is an imbalance of power within state institutions, even though the balance is appropriately regulated in the constitutional format. This issue is caused by various factors that affect implementation, which is difficult to avoid without firmness from relevant state institutions when carrying out their power obligations. The research method used is normative implementative research, which explains the influence of norms when implemented. Based on Constitutional Court Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, it can be concluded that the check and balance system in practice can be influenced by factors that may hinder its effective implementation

Abstract

E-learning as a learning system is expected to improve the quality of student learning. Satisfaction of using the system is influenced by the quality of the system, the quality of information and the quality of service. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence on the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction of e-learning system in learning at Islamic Education Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta This type of research was quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study was Islamic Education students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Batch of 2017, 2018, and 2019, with a sample of 252 respondents. Data collection method used proportional random sampling with questionnaire instrument. Data analysis used regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic ver. 26 software. The results of this study showed that System Quality had a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction. Information Quality had a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction. The Service Quality had a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aimed at analysing and determining the effect of religiosity toward the selection of swimsuit of female students of MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The research used a causal quantitative approach, with purposive sampling method. The data were collected using likert scale model questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using the prerequisite test for normality and linearity, and hypothesis test using a simple linear regression test. The results indicate that there is a significant effect of religiosity toword the selection of swimsuit of the female studens of MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The results of the hypothesis test show: (1) the religiosity of MAN 2 Yogyakarta students is included in the high level category. (2) the swimsuit selection process of female students of MAN 2 Yogyakarta is still based on the Islamic principles of wearing clothes. (3) there is a significant effect of religiosity toward the selection of swimsuit of the female students of MAN 2 Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Abstrak - Android adalah salah satu sistem operasi ponsel pintar yang saat ini banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat luas, android memiliki berbagai fasilitas dan salah satu fasilitas yang paling banyak digunakan adalah fasilitas lama yaitu layanan pesan singkat atau sering kita sebut dengan istilah sms, namun dengan fasilitas sms yang ada saat ini, timbul pertanyaan mengenai keamanan informasi jika seseorang mengirim pesan yang bersifat rahasia melalui fasilitas sms, ditambah lagi pendistribusian informasi yang saat ini semkain rentan terhadap serangan dan gangguan. Dengan melakukan enkripsi pada pesan teks sms, maka keamanan informasi dari pesan tersebut dapat ditingkatkan, dan dari berbagai teknik enkripsi, enkripsi AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) adalah teknik yang saat ini dianggap sebagai teknik enkripsi yang paling kuat. Dengan menggunakan teknik AES untuk mengenkripsi pesan maka pesan yang kita kirim tidak akan dapat dibaca oleh orang lain yang tidak berhak. Kata Kunci          : SMS, Advanced Encryption Standrd, Enkripsi, Dekripsi.

Abstract

The issue of supply chain management has been raised for nearly three decades, and based on available statistics, countries and organizations that have applied this knowledge have made significant progress in their respective fields and have made huge profits and large financial savings. In this study, while examining the existing infrastructure and the needs of the bank to enter the financing industry as one of the links in the supply chain of banks, the current state of the capital market and financing companies to the title of financing leaders was examined. Also, the profitability of financing companies and their types of services were studied and various methods of entering the industry were studied. In this regard, the strengths and weaknesses of entering the financing market as well as the opportunities and threats ahead were examined. In the end, the scheme of received commissions and hypothetical profit was proposed. One mechanism used to establish good supply chain management is the existence of a monitoring and monitoring system. The supply chain management mechanism in this study is shared with an internal mechanism proxy by an independent audit committee, audit committee financial expertise, frequency of audit committee meetings, managerial ownership, and an independent board of commissioners. The external mechanism is proxied by leverage. The population in this study is all banks that go public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a purposive sampling method, which is a sample based on the suitability of the characteristics of the sample with the specified sample selection criteria, with the following criteria: (1) Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015– 2017; (2) The Bank publishes annual reports from 2015 - 2017 and is published on the IDX website or the company's official website; (3) Having complete data relating to the variables used in this study. This study finds that most of the samples, management did not own the company's shares, besides that there was also no clear definition of financial expertise that must be owned by the audit committee. Studies have shown that the bank completes its supply chain by establishing a financing company while earning a profit and ensures the retention of current customers while getting potential customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this dedication for the Young Generation is to provide assistance and counseling to individuals or small entrepreneurs, especially micro and small MSMEs in Drangong Taman Kota Serang about practical and simple knowledge about managing simple finances in accordance with the principles of financial management. The research method used is the classical method with a discussion approach, question and answer, and simulation with the intention that the material can be well received by partners. It is hoped that after this service program is carried out, the participants will have the knowledge and insight as small entrepreneurs who are skilled in managing finances and are also able to look for opportunities to increase family finances as a provision to improve their standard of living for the better.
