Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) dengan Attitude Toward Using (ATU) pada peserta didik pengguna Scola pembelajaran biologi di SMA Dedikasi Edukasi Kualiva. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang mengukur respon peserta didik terhadap PEU dan ATU terkait penggunaan Scola pembelajaran biologi. Angket ini terdiri dari 32 pernyataan yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment, dan dilanjutkan dengan uji signifikansi menggunakan rumus t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai PEU yang diperoleh yaitu 66,67%, sedangkan nilai ATU sebesar 62,5%. Kedua nilai ini menunjukkan kategori tinggi. Terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat antara PEU dan ATU, dengan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,66. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung 5,97 dibandingkan dengan ttabel 1,679. Hal ini menunjukkan thitung ttabel, yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara PEU dan ATU. Melalui penelitian ini kami menemukan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Using (ATU) pada peserta didik pengguna Scola pembelajaran biologi di SMA Dedikasi Edukasi Kualiva.

Abstract

One of the industries that has the potential to expand in Indonesia in recent years is halal tourism. Therefore, tourist destination managers must improve management, including digital promotions and services. Especially for Generation Z who are the largest number of tourists on halal tourism. The study aims how digital promotion and service quality influence interest of Gen Z. Quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis is the method used in this study. Digital promotion and service quality influenced the interest of Gen Z tourists to travel for halal tourims. Another finding is that digital promotion and service quality of Tan Kayo Sharia Eco Park are in accordance with Islamic principles and Minang culture, which is very strong with Islamic nuances. This research should be a reference for decision-making on digital promotion and services of halal tourist destinations, which will encourage the improvement of local to national sharia economies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of scientific literacy questions on biodiversity material using the ANATES application. ANATES (Test Analysis) is a computer application specifically developed to measure and evaluate the quality of exam questions. The research was conducted by collecting data from a collection of scientific literacy questions on biodiversity material and then analyzing it using ANATES. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research was carried out at Padang State University. The research subjects are Biology students in 2023 who are taking basic science courses. The population is all biology students in 2023 who are taking basic science courses. In this case, the sample used was only one class, namely biology education class C, totaling 35 people. The instrument used was scientific literacy questions on biodiversity material, totaling 25 questions. Next, the items are analyzed using ANATES to evaluate validity, reliability, level of difficulty, discriminating power, and distractor quality. The results of the analysis provide an in-depth picture of the quality of the scientific literacy questions on biodiversity material. It is hoped that the findings of this research can contribute to the development of better evaluation instruments for measuring students' understanding of biodiversity material. The implications of this research can be used by teachers, curriculum developers, and educational researchers to improve the quality of science learning at the secondary education level

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has changed the way people interact, including in terms of financial transactions. One of the significant innovations in the banking industry is the introduction of mobile banking services or M-banking. The use of M-Banking has brought about changes in people's financial behavior in the Patamuan District. Prior to the adoption of M-Banking, banking activities involving cash deposits, withdrawals, or transfers of funds required a physical presence at a bank or ATM machine. The use of M-Banking has had a positive impact on the people in Patamuan District. This service provides better accessibility to banking services, facilitates transactions, and enhances efficient financial management. In the economic aspect, the use of M-Banking has increased financial inclusion in Patamuan District. In addition to the positive impacts, there are also challenges and obstacles faced in using M-banking in the Patamuan District. Some of the obstacles or challenges that may have a negative impact are limited internet access, because several areas in Patamuan sub-district have limited internet access because the area is rather remote. There are three ways of data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. . The instruments used were observation, documentation and interviews.

Abstract

ZIS management at Baznas Padang Pariaman City before the creation of SIMBA was still done manually. This causes several problems, such as the process of receiving, recording, and distributing ZIS funds which are slow and inefficient. These problems can have an impact on decreasing public trust in Baznas Padang Pariaman City. To overcome these problems, Baznas Padang Pariaman developed the SIMBA application. This study uses a qualitative method approach. This research was conducted at the Padang Panjang City National Zakat Agency Office. The instrument used in this study was an interview. The data sources in this study were primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this study were data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Data validity techniques in this study were source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the study showed that the Baznas Management Information System Application (SIMBA) at the Padang Pariaman National Zakat Agency was very effective because the results of direct research on the use of the SIMBA application met the indicators of program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, and achievement of goals, real change. The advantages of SIMBA are that it makes it easier to input data, such as Muzaki registration, zakat data recording, to issuing receipts. Zakat distribution becomes more targeted and transparent with data and information on zakat recipients, types of assistance, and the amount of assistance provided. Accurate and faster zakat management reports are carried out. Muzaki can easily access information about zakat management, including their zakat data, zakat recipients, and BAZNAS zakat programs. Increased productivity by automating tasks. Increased accuracy of zakat data and minimize errors.

Abstract

Silver nanoparticles have demonstrated significant antibacterial efficacy against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.  using a green synthesis method with plant extracts rich in flavonoids as bioreductor.  The pigeon orchid (Dendrobium crumenatum Sw.) is a plant with potential as a bioreductant, especially its stem, rich in flavonoid compounds. Optimizing heating temperature, extract volume, and silver nitrate concentration is essential for producing silver nanoparticles with optimal properties and enhanced antibacterial activity.  This research conducts optimization by varying the volume of pigeon orchid stem extract, heating temperature, and AgNO3 solution concentration.  The main parameter in the optimization is the Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) value. The characterization of silver nanoparticles includes particle size, polydispersity index, zeta potential, FTIR spectra, and antibacterial activity tests against E. coli and S. aureus. The research results show that the optimum conditions for synthesising silver nanoparticles are 1 mL of orchid stem extract, a heating temperature of 60°C, and an AgNO3 concentration of 1.629 mM..  The silver nanoparticles produced have characteristics with an SPR peak at 450 nm, a particle size of 98.267 nm, a polydispersity index of 0.2337, and a zeta potential of -21.9 mV.  Antibacterial tests showed an inhibition zone of 14,71±1,23 mm against S. aureus and 15,28±0,91 mm against E. coli.  These results prove that silver nanoparticles effectively inhibit the growth of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Abstract

Many educational institutions still do not pay attention to the development of learning media, the impact of learning is not effective. This condition certainly demands the creativity of teachers for the development of learning media. This study aims to determine the correlation of students' perceptions of the creativity of PAI teachers with student learning outcomes in PAI lessons. The method used is quantitative, using a descriptive approach and correlational design. The population of this study amounted to 242 students in class VIII. The results of this study can be stated that (1) Students' perceptions of the creativity of PAI teachers vary widely, meaning that there are students who say that the majority of students think that PAI teachers are creative, this is indicated by the number of student participants getting a score of 75.02 (42.30%) in moderate level. (2) Based on the data of PAI learning outcomes, students vary widely, but most students have high learning outcomes with an average of 77.13. The correlation between students' perceptions of PAI teacher creativity and student learning outcomes is 0.502, which means that students' perceptions of PAI teacher creativity and student learning outcomes have a significant relationship.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi khususnya internet telah berkembang dengan pesat dan memberikan pengaruh yang sangat signifikan dalam kehidupan kita.  Selain itu kehadiran teknologi komputer di lingkungan perusahaan juga sudah tidak asing lagi.Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mencari pemecahan masalah yang timbul pada sistem Rancang bangun sistem informasi klinik pada klinik Najmiatulailla dengan merancang sebuah sistem komputerisasi yang dapat membantu penyajian informasi yang dibutuhkan. Sistem penjualan barang ini merupakan aplikasi sistem yang dibuat berbasis web dan membuat database dan data penjualan. Sehingga dapat memudahkan kasir, kepala klinik dan pemilik klinik dalam melakukan aktivitas atau kegiatan di toko dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci : Persediaan Obat, Pengelolaan Informasi

Abstract

PT Bintang Karya Perdana is a company engaged in contractors, general suppliers, and information technology. To develop wings in the field of information technology. PT Bintang Karya Perdana specializes in providing GPS tracking services. Equipped with a VTS system (Vehicle Tracking System) and a vehicle control system. PT Bintang Karya Perdana is located at Jl. Al-Ridwan Mosque No. 39D, Jati Padang, South Jakarta. In running the system VTS and vehicle control systems at PT Bintang Karya Perdana are still very simple and too complicated to use this VTS system. Moreover, in making reports, tracking data still has to be manually inputted into excel or similar applications from data that can only be seen on the VTS default system. Keywords: Information System, GPS Tracking.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan dengan ekosistem pesisir yang kaya memiliki keanekaragaman hayati tinggi, termasuk kepiting (Brachyura) yang berperan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya ekologi kepiting (Brachyura) dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem pesisir dan mengatasi kekurangan data tentang keanekaragaman hayati kepiting di kawasan Pantai Gajah, Air Tawar Barat. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik morfologis dan perilaku spesies kepiting yang ditemukan di wilayah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan meliputi eksplorasi lapangan melalui pengamatan visual dan fisik, serta identifikasi spesies menggunakan aplikasi Google Lens yang didukung oleh referensi ilmiah. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan indeks keragaman Shannon-Wiener. Studi ini mengidentifikasi tiga spesies kepiting: Portunus sanguinolentus, Ocypode cordimana, dan Ocypode ceratophthalmus, masing-masing memiliki ciri morfologi dan perilaku unik, seperti adaptasi kamuflase dan aktivitas nocturnal. Nilai indeks keragaman (H') sebesar 1.03 menunjukkan tingkat keragaman spesies yang moderat. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang keragaman hayati kepiting lokal dan memberikan landasan untuk pengelolaan sumber daya pesisir yang berkelanjutan.
