Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic service quality (e-service quality) on student satisfaction in using the KubacaPNJ application as a digital literacy platform at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. The research employs a descriptive approach by analyzing user reviews on the Google Play Store platform. The results show that the KubacaPNJ application has generally been able to provide adequate services in supporting students' literacy needs, particularly in terms of system accessibility, availability of digital book features, and user data protection through account authentication mechanisms. Based on the analysis of user reviews, approximately 60% of users provided positive feedback, 27% gave negative feedback, and 13% did not provide any rating. These findings indicate that electronic service quality influences the level of student satisfaction, where the better the quality of electronic services provided by the system, the higher the level of student satisfaction in utilizing the digital service. Therefore, application developers are recommended to continuously improve service quality, particularly by minimizing bugs and errors, improving the clarity of system navigation, and enhancing the transparency of application information to ensure a more optimal user experience.

Abstract

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to improve the transparency and efficiency of administrative and organizational governance in mosque management through the development of Smart Mosque Digital Technology (SMDT) and a cloning system, enhancing financial administration and operational processes. Methodology: The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including literature review, interviews, surveys, and observational data collection. The SMDT application was developed using the Waterfall model of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). User satisfaction was measured through a questionnaire based on the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model and analyzed using descriptive statistics with a sample of direct users from Nurul Jihad Mosque in Jakarta. Main Findings: The implementation of SMDT significantly improved transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in financial and administrative governance. User satisfaction levels were categorized as "very satisfied" across all measured dimensions, with scores ranging from 50% to 76.5% in the highest satisfaction category. The system enhanced data management, financial reporting, governance transparency, and operational efficiency in mosque operations. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study presents a novel approach to mosque administration by introducing a fully integrated digital system that streamlines operational processes, improves transparency, and provides a replicable model that can be cloned across other mosques. The integration of digital technology into mosque governance represents a significant advancement in the field of religious organizational management, addressing the gap between traditional administration methods and contemporary digital transformation requirements.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to compare the effectiveness of online and offline simulation media. Especially during the transition period from the new normal, hybrid learning and back to the new normal. Methodology: The research design used was quasi-experimental. The study sample was taken using a random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. Observation is carried out to find out more about the subject of research. A trial is conducted to determine the condition of students before and after receiving treatment. There are two test instruments used, namely pretest and posttest. The treatment given to the control class is learning using Science KIT, and the experimental class will use PhET Simulation. The results of the study will be processed using SPSS. Main Findings: PhET media and science KIT based on the N-gain test proved to increase on average after treatment. In the control class, the gain value was 0.7, while the gain value was 0.8 in the experimental class. According to the criteria, both classes are in the high category. but in contrast to the percentage of effectiveness, the use of PhET is effective with a rate of 86%, while KIT science is quite practical with a ratio of 71%. Novelty/Originality of this study: PhET simulation media and science KIT can explain abstract material to improve cognitive understanding. The use of this simulation media can be adjusted to learning conditions. if offline, use KIT, and if online, use PhET.

Abstract

Vegetable and fruit consumption among adolescents aged 10–14 years remains very low, at only 2.3%. Adolescents tend to prefer fast food, so vegetable and fruit intake is often neglected, even though balanced consumption is very important for their growth and development. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of a combination of Snakes and Ladders and Engklek games in improving adolescents' attitudes toward vegetable and fruit consumption. The study used a quasi-experimental design with two groups, pre-test and post-test, conducted at SMPN 6 and SMPN 11 in Jambi City. The sample consisted of 52 respondents in the intervention group and 51 respondents in the control group. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon and Mann–Whitney tests. The Wilcoxon test results showed a significant increase in attitude in the intervention group (p = 0.000), while the control group did not show significant changes (p = 0.739). The Mann–Whitney test results showed that there was no significant difference in attitude between the two groups during the pre-test (p = 0.838), but there was a significant difference during the post-test (p = 0.000). It can be concluded that the combination of snakes and ladders and hopscotch games is effective in improving adolescents' attitudes towards vegetable and fruit consumption. This medium can be recommended as an alternative to health education in schools and health care facilities.

Abstract

This article review aims to look at the effect of applying the jigsaw type cooperative learning model assisted with mind map recitation on students' learning competencies. The method used is a systematic review by reviewing articles that are relevant to the author's research. The data used is obtained from relevant journals that are relevant to the problem the authors discuss. Data is taken from databases such as SINTA, Google Scholar and other relevant journal websites. The variables used in this study are the type of jigsaw cooperative learning model (independent variable) and the students' learning competency (dependent variable). Starting from elementary school level, junior high school, high school, to college can also feel the positive influence of the application of this type of cooperative learning model jigsaw. Because of the positive influence of the application of this type of jigsaw cooperative learning model, it is expected that the teacher will apply the material that is both theoretical and practical. This type of jigsaw cooperative learning method can improve student learning outcomes and activeness so that problems that occur in the learning process can be overcome.
