Abstract

The Religious Teachers Education Program is a forum for guidance that is held to provide debriefing and at a time increasing the mastery of the material of a religious teacher, especially in religious knowledge scope. Data analysis was carried out namely during the study and after the study was conducted. The results showed that the education program of the religious teachers was held every day at 16.00-17.00. The form of the implementation is the same as the teaching and learning process carried out in the classes usually. The method commonly used is the lecture and question and answer methods. And the study material covers 8 fields of science, which is ushūl sciences (the book of Jawẖaroh at-Tauẖīd), furu sciences (the book of Fatul al-Qarīb), tafsīr (the book of Tafsīr Jalalain), hadits (the book of Riyad as-Sholiẖīn), tools sciences (the book of Ibn Aqīl), the qushos sciences (the book of Daqoiqul Akhbar), Sufi sciences (the book of Bidāyatul Hidāyah), moral sciences (the book of Ta'līmul Muta'allīm and Uqudul Lujain). Constraints faced in the implementation of the Religious Teacher Education program on the development of Religious teachers competencies i.e. lack of interesting or willingness of the asatidz to consistently participate in the program with the excuse of being lazy or busy working, inadequate time, social activities such tahlilan. Efforts made in overcoming obstacles are by providing stabilization and convincing the asatidz of the importance of participating in the program of the education of the religious teachers to increase and expand mastery of the material to be delivered to his students. In addition, the madrasah head also provides allowances.

Abstract

Peredam arus eddy menggunakan magnet dan pelat konduktor yang saling didekatkan. Sistem getaran yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendulum dengan dua sisi lengan, sisi lengan magnet dan pemberat. Massa pemberat divariasikan 15 g, 20 g, dan 25 g. Jarak pelat-magnet divariasikan 15 mm, 20 mm, dan 25 mm. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar massa pemberat maka semakin lama settling time pendulum akibat pengaruh inersia yang semakin besar. Sedangkan semakin dekat jarak pelat-magnet maka semakin cepat settling time akibat pengaruh arus eddy yang semakin tinggi. Semakin cepat settling time menunjukkan redaman sistem yang semakin tinggi.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of introducing sharia financial literacy at Majlis Taklim Nurul Jamal, Leles Garut. Given the importance of understanding Islamic finance in the context of Islamic economics, this research focuses on how knowledge and practice of Islamic finance can be improved among Majlis Taklim members. The methodology used includes surveys and in-depth interviews with Majlis members, teachers and local community leaders. Surveys were conducted to assess the level of Islamic financial literacy before and after educational sessions, while interviews were used to gain deeper insight into perceptions and attitudes towards Islamic finance. The research results show that there is a significant increase in understanding of sharia financial concepts, such as the principle of profit sharing, fairness in transactions, and avoidance of usury, after attending a series of educational sessions. Many respondents reported positive changes in attitudes towards Islamic financial products and services. In addition, this research also identified several challenges, including a lack of access to reliable sources of information and the need for educational materials that are more relevant to the local context. This research provides valuable insight into the importance of Islamic financial literacy in Muslim communities and offers recommendations for further development of literacy programs. The implications of these findings are important for policy developers, Islamic financial institutions, and educators in the field of Islamic economics, providing a basis for more effective intervention strategies in increasing Islamic financial literacy in local communities.

Abstract

Kebiasaan belajar adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa dalam proses belajar untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kebiasaan Belajar dalam mata pelajaran pemeliharaan mesin sepeda motor terhadap Prestasi Belajar Kelas XII TBSM SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 28 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan metode dokumentasi. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif, yaitu regresi linier dengan Correlation Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (Sig.) yang sebesar 0.000, lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi (α) 0.05. Koefisien korelasi pearson sebesar 0.642 menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan berada pada taraf korelasi yang kuat. Serta, kebiasaan belajar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 41% terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

Semiotika merupakan ilmu dalam metode analisis untuk mempelajari simbol-simbol. Para peneliti berencana menganalisis film tersebut berdasarkan kajian semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure. Film yang akan dipelajari oleh peneliti yakni “Rudy Habibie”. Alasan peneliti menelaah film ``Rudy Habibie'' yakni oleh sebab film tersebut menceritakan kisah nyata yang diambil langsung dari kehidupan presiden ketiga Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie. Film Rudy Habibie termasuk nominasi Film Terbaik Festival Film Indonesia (FFI) 2016. Film ini mencapai total 2 juta penonton hanya dalam satu bulan. Film ``Rudy Habibi'' menggambarkan Habibi sebagai sosok yang bergerak dan berjiwa nasionalis. Peneliti sengaja memilih topik nasionalisme karena semangat dan kecintaan generasi muda terhadap bangsanya mulai memudar. Penggambaran nasionalisme dalam film Rudy Habibi pendekatannya menerapkan analisis semiotik dan metode kualitatif. Semiotika Ferdinand de Saussure yang diterapkan peneliti merupakan teori akuntansi yang terdiri dari tanda dan simbol, simbol dan realitas atau makna eksternal. Peneliti akan menggunakan analisis teori akuntansi untuk memilih adegan-adegan yang menggambarkan nasionalisme dari film-film Rudi Habibie. Kajian mengenai penggambaran nasionalisme dalam film-film Rudy Habibie mengungkapkan adanya penggambaran nasionalisme seorang Habibie yang tercermin pada dirinya jelas sangat kuat dengan adanya bukti keinginan Habibie untuk membangun industri dirgantara di negara Indonesia selain itu Habibie juga ingin meningkatkan sumber daya manusia lewat potensi anak-anak muda Indonesia yang kuliah di luar negeri. Habibie juga menunjukkan sikap nasionalismenya dengan falsafah hidupnya yang diambil dari kedua orang tuanya yaitu “jadilah mata air” yang artinya dapat bermanfaat bagi orang lain.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of YouTube videos as a teaching tool to enhance the speaking abilities of beginner-level students in English. Drawing upon the principles of multimodal learning and digital technology in language education, the research investigates the impact of utilizing YouTube videos on language learning outcomes. Adopting a qualitative descriptive design, the study examines English language learning activities conducted with the aid of YouTube videos at TPQ Raudlotus Shibyan, involving five students aged 13-14. Data collection methods include pre-activity preparations, engagement in main activities with listening and speaking exercises facilitated through YouTube videos, and post-activity feedback and assessment. Findings reveal that YouTube videos effectively stimulate student engagement, motivation, and comprehension of English speaking skills, fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment. This research underscores the potential of digital technology, particularly YouTube, as a valuable resource for language educators seeking to create engaging and effective language learning experiences, especially for beginner-level students.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of occultism. Here, the author focuses on the two religions, Islam and Christianity, because both are the most followed religions in Indonesia, so they significantly impact the understanding of the Occult in society. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this paper is the views of Islam and Christianity in understanding the Occult and the differences and similarities between Islam and Christianity in narrating the Occult in their holy books, both the Qur'an and the Bible. This research is qualitative, library research that accumulates documentation data. The comparative study used in this article aims to analyze the differences and similarities in the narratives of Islam and Christianity in understanding the Occult. The results of this study are: First, in the Qur'an, occult events occur in the event of the prophet Musa (Q.S. Al-A'raf: 109-120), where there is mention of the word magic, witch. In the Bible, the term occult is not explicitly found, but as in 1 Cor. 8:4-7 regarding the rejection of meat sacrificed to idols, for there is no God but God. Second, there is a difference between the terms in the Qur'an and the Bible about the Occult. The Qur'an mentions magic, while the Bible is another Allah that claims to understand an object or to bind himself to an angel. The similarities between Islam and Christianity both agree with the rejection of the Occult.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Religious Education Teachers’ Training Programme as a forum attended by religious education teachers who wish to develop their subject knowledge and be aware of the current aims of religious education. The study examined the effectiveness of this programme in improving teachers’ knowledge of their subject. The training programme was offered every working day for one hour after the end of the teaching and learning process in the form of a lecture followed by a question and answer session. The study material covered eight Islamic sciences, namely the principles of religion (usūl al-dīn), the branches of religion (furū’ al-dīn), exegesis (tafsīr), hadith, Arabic grammar, eschatology, Sufi sciences and moral sciences. Constraints in the implementation of the religious teacher training programme were lack of interest on the part of teachers, who were either unwilling or too busy to attend, while others had other commitments. Efforts were made to overcome these obstacles by adhering to a strict timetable and reminding teachers of the benefits of this programme, in addition to a paid allowance for the extra time.

Abstract

This article discusses the community service activities carried out in Ngusikan Village through training and the implementation of a web-based population application. This activity aims to increase the efficiency of population data management in the village. The program includes training for village officials and launching a user-friendly web-based application designed to simplify the recording and management of population data. The results show that village officials can operate the application well, contributing to the improvement of public services and administrative management in Ngusikan Village.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) method combined with the Examples Non-Examples approach in enhancing students' digital literacy outcomes through the production of short movie advertisements. In an increasingly digital era, digital literacy has become an essential skill that students must master. PjBL offers a learning approach that actively engages students in real-world projects, while the Examples Non-Examples method provides concrete guidance through both positive and negative examples. This study employs the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model using Kurt Lewin's cycle, involving 36 students from class X.7 at SMAN 8 Malang. Data were collected through observation and documentation studies and analyzed descriptively, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results indicate that the application of this method significantly improves students' understanding and skills in digital literacy, particularly in video editing, visual composition, and creativity. The study concludes that PjBL with the Examples Non-Examples approach is effective in enhancing students' digital skills and soft skills, and it offers a meaningful contribution to the development of digital learning methods.
