Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility, effectiveness and influence of the use of interactive multimedia volleyball on learning outcomes. The research design applied is R&D (Research and Development). The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 13 Semarang in class XI for the 2021/2022 academic year. The data collected in the form of: (1) learning outcomes (cognitive) preetest-posttest were analyzed with the percentage of classical completeness and N-gain test; (2) media validation test by experts (3) material validation test by experts; (4) student responses related to media; (5) results of teacher interviews. The results obtained are: (1) the results of classical completeness analysis on the posttest score of 100% of students reaching the KKM limit (2) the results of the N-gain test in class XI IPS 1 as many as 50% of students in the high category and 50% of students in the medium category ( 3) the results of the media validation test by experts obtained a score of 82.5 (very valid). (4) the results of the material validation test by experts obtained a score of 83.75 (very valid). (5) the results of the media assessment by students obtained that 70% of students gave very high ratings and 30% of students gave high ratings. The conclusion of this research is that interactive multimedia volleyball game is feasible and effective to use for class XI SMA.

Abstract

Lates calcarifer is one type of Indonesian marine fish that has high economic value. Demand also continues to increase both domestically and abroad such as countries in Europe (Italy, Spain, and France). However, if it is not supported by the availability of sufficient larvae, the market demand will also not be fulfilled. The purpose of this study was to determine the technique of rearing L.calcarifer larvae and to find out the production results in CV. Bali Akkua Marine. 100.000 eggs selected from Balai Besar Riset Budidaya Laut dan Penyuluhan Perikanan, Gondol, Bali, Indonesia.The stages of egg rearing include Egg Observation (whole round eggs and floating and white in color),  acclimatization for ± 30 minutes. Eggs that have been stocked will hatch after 14-17 hours after fertilization. The optimal temperature for hatching eggs is between 27°C - 29°C. The calculation of the hatching rate (HR) obtained in the field from 100,000 eggs is 84.5%. Larvae of L. calcarifer reared reach 7-9 cm and require 63-80 days from hatching eggs. After hatching, the larvae eggs will be harvested if they reach a size of 0,6-1 cm and  SR of 75.1% . During the seed maintenance activities, the survival rate (SR) of L. calcarifer was 48.4% of the 63.500 larvae harvested.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan tingkat subtitusi tepung ikan dengan tepung maggot sebagai sumber protein yang dapat menghasilkan pertumbuhan yang baik pada ikan nila (O. niloticus) serta mampu meningkatkan status kesehatan ikan nila. Pemeliharaan ikan dilakukan selama 28 hari. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan dengan iso protein 33% dan iso energi 2.877,8 kkal/kg. Empat perlakuan substitusi tepung maggot terhadap ikan yang berbeda, meliputi perlakuan A (100%:0%), B (75%:25%), C (50%:50%), D (25%:75%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan substitusi tepung maggot dalam pakan tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap kelulushidupan dan efisiensi pakan pada ikan nila, tetapi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap laju pertumbuhan spesifik 1,99±0,10; dan untuk jumlah konsumsi pakan 1125,51±1,88. Tidak ada perngaruh terhadap gambaran darah, baik kadar hemoglobin, sel darah merah dan sel darah putih pada ikan nila. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disarankan bahwa penggunaan tepung maggot sebagai sumber protein dalam formulasi pakan ikan Nila (O. niloticus) dapat disubtitusikan sebesar 75% terhadap tepung ikan.

Abstract

The research was conducted to examine the moderating effects ofboard independent directors on the relationship between managerialownership on dividend policy and debt. The purpose of this study to determinehow much influence managerial ownership on dividend policy and debt aswell as the moderating effects of independent directors on the relationshipbetween managerial ownership on dividend policy and debt.The research wasconducted by quantitative methods using secondary data. Secondary data werefrom Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and annual reports listedcompanies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research populationis a company listed on the Stock Exchange, then the samples were taken bypurposive sampling with the criteria listed companies from 2007 to 2011 andhave the data required in this study. The analysis used the multiple regressionanalysis to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variableeither jointly or individually. Before being tested by multiple linear regressionfirst tested the classical assumptions.The results showed that the significant negative effect of managerialownership on dividend policy, managerial ownership has no effect on debtpolicy. Independent directors are moderate the relationship betweenmanagerial ownership to dividend policy, but did not moderate therelationship between ownership and debt managerial. Control variables affectthe profitability of dividend policy, size does not affect the dividend policy.While variables affect the profitability and size of debt policy.

Abstract

Penggunaan tepung terigu oleh masyarakat Indonesia cukup besar dan cenderung meningkat. Bahan baku tepung terigu berasal dari impor, menyedot devisa tidak sedikit. Di sisi lain, Indonesia memiliki potensi singkong cukup melimpah dan berharga murah yang dapat diolah menjadi tepung sebagai pengganti tepung terigu, yaitu Mocaf (Modified Cassava Flour). Mocaf merupakan produk turunan dari tepung singkong menggunakan prinsip modifikasi sel singkong oleh fermentasi dengan peran enzim mikroba mendominasi. Produk tepung yang dihasilkan memiliki karakteristik mirip tepung terigu, yaitu putih, lembut, dan tidak berbau singkong. Dengan karakteristik tersebut, tepung Mocaf dapat menjadi komoditas subtitusi tepung terigu sehingga impor gandum di Indonesia dapat dikurangi. Pengembangan Mocaf sudah lama dilakukan namun kurang mendapat perhatian yang serius termasuk dari Pemerintah serta stakeholder terkait. Pengembangan Mocaf secara terpadu dan berkesinambungan perlu dilakukan diantaranya melalui pendekatan Desa Mandiri Mocaf.

Abstract

The development of the potential of MGMP PPKn SMP Kediri teachers is accompanied by the development of the era of disruption, this era will require teachers to innovate in the independent curriculum, especially in making teaching modules. The increasingly severe challenges must improve competence in learning. Through teacher potential development activities carried out by PPKn FKIP UNP Kediri lecturers through service to the community with harpan can improve competence in making teaching modules. This study is to describe and analyze the impact of developing the potential of MGMP PPKn SMP Kediri teachers in making teaching modules. Qualitative approach with the type of case study on MGMP PPKn SMP Kediri city teachers. The process of collecting interview data, observation, documentation. Analysis techniques with conclusions. Validity checking with extended presence of researchers and triangulation. The results show an increase in competency in making teaching modules.

Abstract

Praktik penangkapan ikan yang tidak berkelanjutan signifikan terhadap penurunan hasil tangkapan rajungan terutama di Desa Paciran Kabupaten Lamongan. Rendahnya hasil tangkapan ini di dominasi oleh ukuran yang tidak sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Hal ini menyebabkan turunnya nilai produksi rajungan di Desa Paciran. Hasil tangkapan rajungan under size hanya dijadikan sebagai pakan ternak karena tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis. Kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman kepada masyarakat mengenai penanganan benih rajungan under size pasca pasca penangakapan serta pelatihan dalam budidaya rajungan dengan teknologi intensif. Kegiatan bimbingan teknis ini dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Juni 2024 hingga 2 bulan pendampingan pasca kegiatan. Beberapa serangkaian kegiatan yang diadakan berupa workshop dan pelatihan kepada para nelayan lokal di Desa Paciran. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi pengetahuan dasar tentang rajungan, teknik penanganan benih rajungan under size, pengenalan sistem budidaya rajungan sistem intensif, serta praktik langsung dalam penerapan teknik – teknik tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan bimbingan teknis dan pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis para peserta dalam penanganan benih rajungan under size serta implementasi budidaya rajungan dengan sistem intensif. Para peserta berhasil mengaplikasikan teknik-teknik yang diajarkan dalam kondisi nyata dan mampu mengelola budidaya rajungan dengan lebih efisien. Bimbingan teknis dan pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pengembangan potensi budidaya rajungan di Desa Paciran. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam penanganan benih rajungan under size serta penerapan sistem budidaya intensif diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produksi rajungan secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan dampak ekonomi yang positif bagi masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

The skills of analyzing information that often develop through social media and causing controversy are indispensable for young prospective students. Simulation games are thought to be effective for developing skills in analyzing information that are part of the formation of students' interpersonal skills, and are closely related to civic skills. Based on this, the issues that will be discussed in this paper are: how is the syntax of simulation games with controversial issues suitable for the development of the ability to analyze information on high school students ?. This paper is part of the preliminary study results for the purpose of simulation game development based on controversial public policy issues to instill constitutional democratic values ​​on high school students. Based on interviews with high school PPKn teachers, it is concluded that students need to have the skills to analyze information (hoax information) that often develop through social media lately. While simulated game syntax of controversial issues to improve the skills of analyzing hoax information are: (1) description of simulation game model, (2) assumption of model development, (3) game steps, (4) social system, (5) system (6) the principle of reaction, (7) the instructional impact, and (8) the impact of the companion.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the factors causing students to experience delays in pursuing higher education in Sorong. The research method is a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires, data analysis, and documentation. In the Klabim Sub-District of Sorong City, the community's understanding of the importance of education is still limited. However, some hope their children can continue their education to a higher level, despite some obstacles. The results of this study reveal several factors influencing students' delays in pursuing higher education, both internal and external factors. Internal factors include a lack of motivation and interest among students, as well as their tendency to choose work over continuing to college. Meanwhile, external factors include economic issues, lack of social support, increasing rates of early marriage, and traditional marriage practices without official registration. The government has attempted to address these issues through scholarship programs for Papuan students, but implementation has not yet been optimal in achieving the desired targets.

Abstract

Background: Osteoarthritis genu is a degenerative disease with symptoms of chronic inflammation of the joint cartilage which causes pain, limited movement and function. Closed kinetic chain exercise is an active movement that involves many joints and muscle groups simultaneously. This study aims to analyze the effect of closed kinetic chain exercise on reducing pain and increasing functional ability in osteoarthritis genu. Subjects and Method: Quasi experimental research with a research approach in the form of pretest and posttest with control group design. This study was conducted at RST dr. Soedjono Magelang in May-June 2023. A total of 20 osteoarthritis genu patients were divided into two groups: (1) The intervention group was given closed kinetic chain exercise and (2) The control group was given conventional physiotherapy. Pain level was measured using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Functional ability was measured by the Western Ontario and McMaster Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). Mean differences between the closed kinetic chain exercise group and the conventional physiotherapy group were analyzed using the independent t-test. Results: Providing closed kinetic chain exercise is effective in reducing the level of silent pain (Effect Size = 1.20; p= 0.014), movement pain (Effect Size= 0.99; p= 0.004), movement pain (Effect Size= 1.37; p= 0.023), and increasing functional ability in osteoarthritis genu patients (Effect Size = 0.10; p= 0.023). Conclusion: Providing closed kinetic chain exercise can reduce pain and increase functional ability in osteoarthritis genu.
