This study discusses the role of kyai in instilling the value of honesty in boarding schools Darul Ilmi Daughter Banjarbaru. Formulation of the problem in this research is how Patni's role in instilling values honesty in boarding schools Darul Ilmi Daughter Banjarbaru and any factors that support and slow him down. Based on the formulation of the problem, then the purpose of this research is to find out how Patni's role in instilling the value of honesty as well as any factors that support and that slow him down. The subject in this study are kyai, ustadzah, as well as students of Princess mualimat. Whereas the object of this research is in Kyai role in instilling the values of honesty and what factors that influence the cultivation of value honesty in boarding schools Darul Ilmi's daughter. The author uses data mining engineering interview, observation, and documentation. While the engineering management and data are done by editing and data classification, and interpretation of data further analyzed as well as qualitative and deskriktif conclusion inductive way. Based on the results of the study, noted that the role of kyai in instilling the value of honesty in boarding schools Darul Ilmi Daughter through education religious education and example. As for the example: education as the supervisor, controller, educators for any act or behavior of students. In addition kyai also had a role as a leader in the teaching and learning process, corrector, inspirator, motivator and as a model for the a santri especially in the values of honesty, because honesty is a virtue, morals which will take on a very important impact in the life of the individual and of society. While the role of religious education in the Kyai, namely: Ta'limul of the book and may. As for the supporting factors, namely: the ma'had religious activities, supporting the code of conduct, while restricting factor: the number of students that are heterogeneous, and the outside environment. Due to the manyexistingcardproductswithcertain advantages,making consumersconfusedinchoosingthe cardto be used.Therefore, it is necessary to doresearch onthe faktorsintoconsideration inthe selection ofthe useofprepaidGSMcard.The method of analysis used is Analytical Hierarchy Process method. This method waschosen because it can be used as a comparison to get priorities in order to determine the bestGSM card later. Bardasarkan findings then some of the faktors that become the criteria forselecting the GSM card is the quality faktor with a weight of 0.49%, the price faktor to thepriority weighting faktor of 0.31% and promos with priority weighting of 19%, while supportingquality faktor is the quality cards, signal quality, coverage and quality. Because without anyquality or range of the signal, the use of prepaid GSM cards will not work even though the priceis cheaper and the rate offered more promo.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intensitas Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Komisaris Independen dan Leverage terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016 – 2020, sampel perusahaan yang diambil sebanyak 17 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intensitas Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Komisaris Independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Sedangkan Leverage berpengaruh terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa tingkat Leverage dapat mempengaruhi tindakan Agresivitas Pajak yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate. Tingkat leverage yang merupakan indikator pertimbangan keputusan bagi perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate mampu mempengaruhi agresivitas pajak karena mempengaruhi laba atau pendapatan perusahaan sehingga sesuai dengan teori struktur modal. Kata Kunci: Intensitas Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Komisaris Independen, Leverage, Agresivitas Pajak AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Capital Intensity, Company Size, Independent Commissioner and Leverage on Tax Aggressiveness. The population in this study were Property and Real Estate listed on the IDX in 2016 – 2020, 17 companies were taken as a sample using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that Capital Intensity, Company Size and Independent Commissioners have no effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Meanwhile, Leverage has an effect on Tax Aggressiveness. This can be interpreted that the level of Leverage can influence the Tax Aggressiveness actions taken by Property and Real Estate companies. The level of leverage, which is an indicator of decision considerations for Property and Real Estate companies, is able to influence tax aggressiveness because it affects the company's profit or income so that it is in accordance with the theory of capital structure. Technology has become a necessity for many people even in carrying out daily activities. Technology is used in various ways such as sales promotion, data management or in conducting transactions. Based on observations that have been made, there are still many shops in the Tegal area, especially curtain shops that still use the manual sales system. One of them is at the Edo Gorden Store which is an MSME in Tegal City which still sells manually so it is not well organized from recording sales reports, sales systems and transactions that still use conventional. This supports customers in transactions and could be one of the causes of decreased customer interest. The design of a web-based sales application is a solution to this problem that can help expand the marketing and business promotion area with the support of the internet. The website design uses the Unified Modeling Language modeling which is built with the CodeIgniter Framework and the PHP programming language. Web-Based Curtain sales information system at UD. The Neat Gorden Jombang that has been done can manage data orders, payments and customer testimonials more efficiently.

Penelitian tindakan kelas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA Terpadu melalui penerapan metode mind mapping pada siswa kelas VII-5 MTs Negeri 1 Padang Sidimpuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII-5 dengan jumlah 32 orang siswa. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari II siklus, siklus I dan siklus II. Sebelum dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain PTK dengan tindakan pembelajaran melalui penerapan metode mind mapping. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes dan observasi. Untuk mengetahui perubahan hasil belajar IPA Terpadu siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa pada saat pre testterdapat sebanyak 8 orang (25 %) mendapat nilai tuntas belajar dan 24 orang (75 %) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 63,3. Pada siklus I diperoleh 13 orang (40,6 %) mendapatkan nilai tuntas belajar dan 19 orang (59,4 %) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 75. Dan Pada siklus II diperoleh 29 orang (90,6 %) mendapatkan nilai tuntas belajar dan sebanyak 3 orang (9,4 %) mendapatkan nilai tidak tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 82,3. Dengan demikian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan metode mind mapping dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA Terpadu pada siswa kelas VII-5 MTs Negeri 1 Padang Sidimpuan Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019

The Nanggulan Formation as the oldest formation in the Kulon Progo Mountains is not only exposed in a type location in the Nanggulan area, Kalibawang. However, in the western area of the Sermo Reservoir, precisely in the hills around the Kokap, the Nanggulan Formation is found in several places. The existence of the Nanggulan Formation around the Sermo Reservoir is suspected to have triggered the occurrence of ground movements in this area. The purpose of this research is to map the ground motion. The purpose of the study was to determine the potential for ground motion in the study area. The research area is included in the southern Kulon Progo Dome Mountain Zone. This ground motion zoning mapping was carried out based on the AHP (methodAnalytical Hierarchy Process) using the weighted values of four parameters. The parameters used are slope, lithology, land use and rainfall. The results of AHP processing using Arc GIS software produce a landslide susceptibility zoning map which is divided into 5 classes (very low, low, medium, high and very high). Based on the results of mapping using the AHP method, the most vulnerable area is Hargowilis Village which is composed of claystone lithology from the Nanggulan Formation. TPA Al – Amin adalah kelompok pengajian anak – anak di dusun Jleglongan , Margorejo, Tempel, Sleman yang santrinya kebanyakan anak SD namun juga ada yang kecil yaitu dari usia 4 tahun hingga 13 tahun. Secara geografis dusun Jleglongan berada dekat dengan gunung Merapi, hal ini yang mendasari topik pengabdian mengenai pembelajaran mitigasi Gunungapi. Metode yang dikunakan adalah dengan ceramah menyampaikan materi pengetahuan gunung apidan langkah mitigasi bencana erupsi gunung api dan demonstrasi yaitu pemutaran video. Hasil dari pengabdian juga dilakukan analisis secara uji statistika pired test. Dengan menggunakan 10 pertanyaan dan 10 pernyataan dimana hasilnya sigmanya 0,5. Dari hasil analisis dan diskusi tanya jawab anak – anak memang secara umum sudah tahu namun untuk detail pengetahuan dan langkah mitigasi masih harus dijelaskan. Uji statistik juga menjelaskan pengabdian bisa diterima.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of good corporate governance proxied managerial ownership on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-1017 period. Samples were selected using non-purposive sampling. The results of the study show that good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on firm value. Good corporate governance has a significant positive effect on financial performance. Financial performance has a significant influence on company value. While good corporate governance has a significant indirect effect on firm value by using financial performance as an intervening variable.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Company Value, and Financial Performance.

Learning about straight motion can be observed in everyday life. The condition of students in the research school where some SMK students find it difficult to understand how to observe objects moving or going so fast, and do not know how to determine the right time. This research is the application of learning using arduino-based infrared sensor media to measure the speed of GLB-GLBB straight motion. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of media in improving students' critical thinking skills. This research is a pre- experimental Data was obtained using 10 number critical thinking essay questions, the results of the pretest and posttest will be converted using a critical thinking instrument grid with 4 criteria, namely: Analyzing skills, synthesizing skills, problem solving skills and concluding skills.Â Critical thinking criteria data were analyzed using the percentage formula to see the percentage level of student skills increase. As for the hypothesis test analysis, the Paired Two Sample for Means t test or paired test was used. The average pretest = 60.9 and the average posttest = 81.8. Critical thinking skills data analysis results from 4 criteria: (1) analyzing skills at pretest = 58.9% and at posttest = 75%; (2) synthesizing skills at pretest = 60.7% and posttest = 85.7%; (3) problem solving skills at pretest = 66.1% and posttest = 76.8% and (4) conclusion skills at pretest = 55.4% and posttest = 83.9%. While the significance test of the analysis results is t-statistic = 7.42 and t-table two-tail = 2.02 so that overall it can be concluded that the use of infrared sensor media based on arduino measuring the speed of GLB-GLBB straight motion can affect and improve the critical thinking skills of SMK students.

Identification and characterization of virulence factor of several Indonesian Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae FATIMAH FATIMAH; APON ZAENAL MUSTOPA; IQBAL KUSNANDARSYAH

Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) is the bacterial causative agent of leaf blight in rice (Oryza sativa L.), the most serious bacterial disease of rice in many rice growing areas worldwide. This study aimed to identify and characterize several virulence factors of seven Xoo isolates from Yogyakarta, West Java, and West Sumatera. The identification of Xoo using 16S rRNA confirmed high homology to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae PXO99A and revealed three groups. The first group was Xoo93229, the second group containing Xoo1110, Xoo1122, Xoo1130, Xoo7624 and Xoo8024 as the same cluster with PXO99A and the third group was KACC10331 and MAFF311018. The amounts of exopolysaccharide (EPS) and cellulase produced were varying depending on the Xoo isolates. The EPS were produced more by isolate Xoo1130, Xoo1122 and Xoo8024. All tested isolates revealed similar cellulase activity except for isolate Xoo8024. The pathogenicity assay among the Xoo isolate showed that all tested isolates were virulent except Xoo7624. The in planta assay revealed that the tested isolates have multiplied and continued increasing the population size except for Xoo1110 and Xoo7624. High yield of EPS, cellulase activity, more virulence, and increasing population size revealed from isolate Xoo1130 and Xoo1122.
