Abstract

Broilers (Gallus domesticus) are prone to stress and immune suppression due to inadequate environmental conditions and feed quality. Spirulina, known for its antioxidant and immunostimulant properties, and liquid nano chitosan, which has antibacterial activity, are considered promising feed additives for broiler health. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of Spirulina flour, liquid nano chitosan, and their interaction on broiler leukocyte profiles. A factorial completely randomized design was used, with six treatment groups and four replications. Treatments included a control and diets supplemented with 0; 3; or 6% Spirulina powder, combined with 0 or 5% liquid nanochitosan. The treatments were applied for 26 days. Leukocyte observations were performed using Giemsa-stained blood smears at 400× magnification. Data were analyzed using Two-Way ANOVA (α= 0.05) and the Friedman Test. Results showed normal leukocyte morphology. Spirulina supplementation had no significant effect (P >0.05) on leukocyte, heterophil, or lymphocyte counts. In contrast, 5% liquid nano chitosan significantly affected (P <0.05) leukocyte and lymphocyte numbers. No interaction between the two additives was observed. In conclusion, Spirulina (3–6%) showed potential as a feed additive, while 5% liquid nano chitosan reduced leukocyte and lymphocyte counts. These natural additives may support broiler health without altering leukocyte profiles.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the application of the Learning Organization in developing the competence of teacher educator resources in pesantren. This research has been conducted at Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School (Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional). The research that has been used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection techniques use interviews with informants, namely, the head of the MBI coordinator, teachers, and some students. Observation involves past participant observation, and documentation includes reviewing data related to professional development carried out by teachers. The findings of this study are as follows: strict recruitment of education personnel who are under the pesantren's national insight and affiliated with Aswaja NU, strengthening the pesantren organizational culture through leadership training via administrative activities, and teachers conducting scientific integration, combining the Egyptian Al Azhar curriculum with the national curriculum. Teachers' professional development must be supported by pesantren, which provides more compensation and discipline in carrying out teachers' duties.

Abstract

Teachers are the key to the success of a nation in improving the quality of life of its people in the future. This research aims to find research gaps with previous research which makes four main points to be used as questions in this research, namely 1. Analyzing the characteristics of millennial employees, work culture, and personal job fit towards lecturer competence. 2. Analyzing millennial employees, work culture, and personal job fit on lecturer performance 3. Analyzing lecturer competency on lecturer performance 4. Analyzing the extent to which the role of lecturer competence mediates the characteristics of millennial employees, work culture, and personal job fit on lecturer performance. This research method uses quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. The number of samples in this study was 105 selected using the census method. To test the hypothesis in this study, structural equation model analysis techniques were used. The results of this research show that the findings show that efforts to increase Employee Engagement through millennial employee characteristics, work culture, and personal job Fit have the potential to make a positive contribution to improving employee performance. The following recommendations are for teachers to increase employee engagement, so teachers need to be focused and stimulated to encourage teachers to be more innovative in their work so they can improve teacher performance and for future researchers to evaluate the variables of this research on different populations and increase the population size.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menemukan tema-tema psikologi positif dalam Kitab Al-Hikam dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari kepada para Mahasiswa Prodi Psikologi Islam IAIN Kediri yang tinggal di Ma’had Darul Hikmah IAIN Kediri. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan model fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan focus group discussion secara online melalui zoom meeting dan video call kepada 8 mahasiswa Prodi Psikologi IAIN Kediri yang tinggal di Ma’had Darul Hikmah IAIN Kediri. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, tema-tema psikologi positif yang muncul dalam Kitab Al-Hikam yaitu harapan, syukur, kontrol diri, cinta belajar, rasionalitas, semangat, hati-hati, keimanan, ikhlas, sabar, ridha, dan rendah hati. Kedua, penerapan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yaitu lebih bisa mengendalikan diri, lebih baik dalam memberikan penilaian kepada orang lain, mendahulukan prioritas dan tidak egois, berbuat baik untuk mendapatkan ridha Allah, lebih percaya diri dalam pengembangan diri, sabar dan semangat mencintai kehidupan, dan lebih bisa mengendalikan diri. Penelitian psikologi positif melalui Kitab Al-Hikam karya Syaikh Ibn Atho’illah as-Sakandari dengan pendekatan fenomenologi ini menunjukkan bahwa tema-tema psikologi positif yang muncul tidak hanya berpusat kepada individu, sosial, dan komunitas, tetapi memusat kepada Allah SWT.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran nilai-nilai budaya pada gamelan sebagai harapan perilaku yang muncul bagi para penabuh gamelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan melakukan observasi partisipan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga pengrawit di Kediri yaitu Ki Hardjito sebagai pelatih sekaligus pemimpin di Padepokan Mudo Cipto Laras, Rusyidiq sebagai pelatih dan Guru Seni di Sanggar Gumilang SMP Negeri 8 Kota Kediri, dan Andi Rahmat sebagai pengrawit sekaligus Pengurus Dewan Kebudayaan Daerah Kota Kediri. Observasi partisipan dilakukan peneliti dengan mengamati secara langsung latihan rutin karawitan di Padepokan Mudo Cipto Laras dan di Sanggar Gumilang SMP Negeri 8 Kota Kediri. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tema. Adapun hasil penelitian meliputi pengertian Gamelan Ageng dan beberapa nilai gamelan yang sekaligus harapan perilaku pada penabuh. Gamelan Ageng adalah seperangkat instrumen gamelan lengkap yaitu Gong, Kendang, Kenong, Bonang, Saron, Demung, Peking, Gender, Slenthem, Rebab, dan Gambang. Sedangkan nilai-nilai yang sekaligus menjadi harapan perilaku pada para penabuh adalah nilai dialog, nilai toleransi, nilai kebersamaan, dan nilai spiritualitas. Abstract

Creative is one of the dimensions in the profile of Pancasila students. Students who are creative are able to adapt and create something different, meaningful, useful, and have a positive impact. The creative dimension has key elements, namely producing original ideas, producing original works and actions, and having the flexibility of thinking in finding alternative solutions to problems. This study aims to improve students' creative thinking skills to get to know the history or local culture in their area. Posters are generally used to attract the attention of readers of information that is to be conveyed. This study applies the Problem Based Learning learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, observation, implementation of actions, analysis, and reflection. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model based on local cultural heritage in history subjects in class XC SMAN 5 Kota Madiun is able to improve students' creative thinking skills. The percentage obtained by students with creative thinking skills in the pre-cycle has been obtained that the increase from the pre-cycle obtained 6 (16.6%) students in the very creative category, in cycle I there was an increase to 15 (41.6%) students in the very creative category, and in cycle II there was also an increase to 29 (80.5%) students in the very creative category

Abstract

Batu Belah Village is one of the villages located in the Air Tiris sub-district, Kampar Regency, with residents who mostly have a livelihood in agriculture. To increase the fertility of agricultural soil, fertilizer is needed. So far, the fertilizer commonly used is chemical fertilizer, but the price is relatively expensive, especially during the growing season, so it is necessary to find a solution to replace this chemical fertilizer. Organic solid fertilizer is a fertilizer that is friendly to the environment. This fertilizer can be made from agricultural and livestock waste, so it is very suitable to be developed in Batu Belah Village. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills of the community in the technology of making organic solid fertilizer from agricultural and livestock waste. This service activity consists of two stages, namely a presentation on fertilizer manufacturing technology and the practice of making solid organic fertilizer with the farming community of Batu Belah village. The benefit of this activity is that the farming community can make their own organic solid fertilizer from agricultural and livestock waste, so that the cost of fertilizing on agricultural land can be reduced. Thus the income of the farming community can increase.

Abstract

Along with the times, the process of managing palm sugar has been developed based on the large scale and how efficient the management process is, in this case the method used is evaporation where the sap is circulated several times for the process of draining the water in the Economizer, for the circulation process there is a pump to be able to accelerating the flow system so that the traditional process continues until the sap becomes half the process (thick sap). For this reason, a gear type pump is used so that it can move fluids with high viscosity. In this case the pump used with maximum specifications, the effective head of the pump installation is 52.1573 ???? and a capacity of 0.001 ????³/s, and the theoretical pump power is 0.098 ????????, while the resulting shaft power is 0.14 ????????, the motor has a power of 0.147 kW . As well as the type of External Gear Pump selected with a rotation of 400 rpm and a power of 0.14 kW.

This paper examines how future arrangements can enhance legal certainty and foster a sense of justice for workers in Indonesia, thereby positively impacting the overall business environment. The study provides a conceptual framework for evaluating and proposing legal and policy reforms that can ensure justice for the workers. The research serves as a foundation for policymakers to design and implement effective labor laws that promote fairness and equity. The findings of this study have practical implications for businesses operating in Indonesia. This research contributes to the understanding of the intersections between legal frameworks, workers' rights, and business practices in the Indonesian context. The results of this research provide valuable guidance for stakeholders, including government agencies, businesses, and labor organizations, on the importance of creating arrangements that support worker justice.

Abstract

Prediksi suhu udara sangat bermanfaat untuk pertimbangan kebijakan lokal, sepertinya suhu udara lebih tinggi dari tahun-tahun sebelumnya, sehingga perlunya perluasan lahan hijau sebagai strategi untuk memperbaiki kualitas udara dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Oleh karena itu perencanaan dan implementasi proyek lahan hijau harus menjadi prioritas dalam upaya pengembangan kota yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini membandingkan algoritma machine laerning model regresi linier dengan decision tree untuk memprediksi suhu kota Semarang dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Variabel data yang digunakan meliputi temperatur, titik embun, kecapatan angin, curah hujan, tekanan udara, lamanya penyinaran matahari, dan kelembaban. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan software rapid miner dengan menggunakan algoritma regresi linier dan decision tree. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan algoritma regresi linier memiliki nilai RMSE sebesar 0.131 +/- 0.000, MAE 0,099 +/- 0,086 dan R2 0.990, sedangkan pada algoritma decision tree nilai RMSE sebesar 0,293 +/- 0,000, nilai MEA 0,189 +/- 0,224 dan nilai R2 0,948. Kesimpulan analisis menunjukkan bahwa algoritma regresi linier lebih akurat daripada decision tree.
