Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Wiralodra melakukan salah satu kegiatan sosialisasi tentang “Pentingnya Menabung Sejak Usia Dini” kepada anak-anak SDN 1 Kedokangabus yang berada di desa Kedokangabus Kecamatan Gabuswetan Kabupaten Indramayu, mengingat masih rendahnya budaya menabung di kalangan masyarakat khususnya pada anak-anak usia dini. Adapun waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut yaitu pada tanggal 29 Juli 2022. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada anak-anak mengenai pentingnya menabung dan manfaatnya untuk masa depan, dan memotivasi anak-anak untuk mau menabung sehingga menumbuhkan kesadaran pada anak-anak untuk dapat menyisihkan sebagian kecil dari uang jajannya untuk ditabung. Metode Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi ini yaitu dengan Metode Penyuluhan dan interaktif secara tatap muka di ruan kelas SD. Hasil dari kegiatan Sosialisasi ini diharapkan para anak-anak di desa Kedokangabus khususnya pada anak-anak SD dapat menerapkan pola hidup yang hemat demi masa depan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Abstract The main target of the Faculty/Postgraduate Community Service (PPM-WBF) activities is physical education teachers in elementary schools in Indramayu Regency. Service activities are carried out by providing both theoretical and practical knowledge about PJOK teachers' knowledge about fostering athletic sports achievements for early childhood and increasing PJOK teachers' competencies about athletics. The participants of this activity were PJOK teachers as many as 33 participants. Community Service Activities in Faculty/Postgraduate Areas (PPM-WBF) have been carried out well. Community Service Activities in Faculty/Postgraduate Areas (PPM-WBF) Coaching Clinic The application of the Kids Athletic Learning Model in Physical Education and Health Learning in Indramayu Regency received an enthusiastic response from the participants of the activity. This is evident from the participation rate of activity participants of more than 100%. The level of satisfaction of PJOK teachers with this coaching clinic activity is very high, which is 89.24%. Keywords: Coaching Clinic, Kids Athletic, PJOK teacher Abstrak Sasaran utama kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Wilayah Binaan Fakultas/Pascasarjana (PPM-WBF) adalah adalah guru-guru pendidikan jasmani di sekolah Dasar si Kabupaten Indramayu. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pemberian pengetahuan baik teori maupun praktek tentang pengetahuan guru PJOK tentang pembinaan prestasi olahraga atletik bagi anak usia dini serta peningkatan kompetensi guru PJOK tentang kids atletik. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah guru PJOK sebanyak 33 peserta. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Wilayah Binaan Fakultas/Pascasarjana (PPM-WBF) telah terlaksana dengan baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Wilayah Binaan Fakultas/Pascasarjana (PPM WBF) Coaching Clinic Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kids atletik Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan Di Kabupaten Indramayu mendapatkan respon yang antusias dari para peserta kegiatan. Hal ini terbukti dari tingkat partisipasi peserta kegiatan sebesar lebih dari 100%. Tingkat kepuasaan guru PJOK terhadap kegiatan coaching clinic ini sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 89,24%. Abstract

Abstract Luaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu: pemahaman pelatih dan guru PJOK tentang pembinaan pada cabang olahraga bola voli melalui pemanfaatan statistik permainan bola voli. Disamping itu tujuan utama dari program ini agar pembinaan cabang olahraga bola voli pada usia dini berjalan secara sistematis dan terstruktur sehingga mutu pembinaan olahraga bola voli di Kabupaten Indramayu lebih baik. Sasaran utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru PJOK yang tergabung dalam SP3OR di Kabupaten Indramayu. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pemberian pengetahuan baik teori maupun praktek tentang penerapan analisis scoring skill dan non scoring skill dalam permainan bola voli. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah guru PJOK di Kabupaten Indramayu sebanyak 34 peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Wilayah Binaan Fakultas telah terlaksana dengan baik. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini menghasilkan 34 guru PJOK yang memiliki kompetensi tentang pengetahuan dan keterampilan penerapan analisis scoring skill dan non scoring skill dalam permainan bola voli. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat wilayah Binaan Fakultas ini mendapatkan respon yang antusias dari para peserta kegiatan. Hal ini terbukti dari kepuasaan peserta terhadap kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 89,41%. Kata kunci: Pemahaman scoring skill & non scoring skill, statistik permainan bola voli, guru PJOK Abstrak The output of this community service activity is: the understanding of PJOK coaches and teachers about coaching in the sport of volleyball through the use of statistics on the game of volleyball. In addition, the main goal of this program is to ensure that the development of volleyball at an early age runs systematically and structured so that the quality of volleyball coaching in Indramayu Regency is better. The main target of this community service activity is PJOK teachers who are members of SP3OR in Indramayu Regency. Service activities are carried out by providing knowledge both theoretical and practical about the application of scoring skill analysis and non-scoring skills in the game of volleyball. The participants of this activity were PJOK teachers in Indramayu Regency as many as 34 participants. Community service activities in the Faculty Assisted Areas have been carried out well. Through this service activity, 34 PJOK teachers were produced who had competence in the knowledge and skills of applying scoring skill analysis and non-scoring skills in the game of volleyball. The community service activity in the Faculty Assisted area received an enthusiastic response from the participants of the activity. This is evident from the participants' satisfaction with this training activity is very high, which is 89.41%. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how mudharabah contracts are implemented between ship owners and fishermen in Sanrobone Village, Takalar Regency. A mudharabah agreement is a way of cooperation in Islamic economics involving capital owners (shahibul mal) and business managers (mudharib), where profits are shared according to the agreement made. This study applies a qualitative approach using descriptive methods, where information is obtained through in depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research state that in the practice of mudharabah contracts in Sanrobone Village, the ship owner provides capital in the form of a boat and fishing equipment, while the fishermen are in charge of carrying out fishing operations. However, there are several challenges that must be faced in implementing this contract, such as a lack of understanding of sharia principles, distribution of profits that is not in line with the original agreement, and the risk of losses that have not been resolved fairly. The conclusion of this research is the need to increase sharia financial literacy among fishing communities and ship owners to ensure that mudharabah contracts are carried out in accordance with sharia principles, as well as the important role of supporting institutions in providing education and mediation.

Abstract

Guidance & counseling (BK) is a field of science that is serious about helping individuals with self-development, problem-solving, & decision-making.Its development has taken place from the antique era to the formal discipline known today.In antique Greece, figures such as Socrates & Plato emphasized the importance of conversation & reflection on self-development.Later, in medieval times, the concept of guidance existed through the work of religion, especially in putting moral direction.The most recent era was marked by the emergence of career guidance in the United States in the early 20th century, pioneered by Frank Parsons, known as the "Father of Career Guidance". He founded the Boston Vocational Bureau in 1908 to help individuals determine occupations that are in sync with their talents & interests.This development accelerated after World War II, when the need for psychological & social support increased.In Indonesia, guidance & counseling became known in the 1960s, along with the impact of the latest education & Western psychology.BK was integrated into the formal education system to help students in academic, personal, social, & career aspects. o date, counseling continues to evolve by adopting new approaches, such as technology-based counseling and multicultural approaches, to respond to the increasingly complex needs of the people.The history of counseling reflects a transformation based on simple methods towards a structured scientific approach, using the primary goal of helping individuals reach their full potential.

Abstract

Untia Village, located in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, is a strategic place because it has the potential of the sea as the main source of livelihood. However, what is found in Untia village is the lack of education in terms of knowledge and skills among the community, causing fishermen in Untia village to still be relatively low in terms of economy, education, environment and health services. Therefore, the PPK Ormawa LDF SC AL FURQAN BEM FIS-H UNM Team provided a solution through an education-based maritime village program oriented towards increasing the economic productivity of fishermen, increasing education, improving environmental quality and health services to create a developed fishing village. The method used in this activity is on the job training (learning while working) together with fishermen and their families to implement the maritime village program. There are 2 (two) outputs produced from PPK Ormawa LDF SC AL FURQAN BEM FIS-H UNM, namely: mandatory outputs include: (1) Thematic Capacity Development and Soft Skills Book, (2) executive summary containing activity descriptions, (3) electronic media publications uploaded to university, faculty and student organization channels, and (4) posters and profiles of activity results. Additional outputs are: (1) real products in the form of fish farming and a mobile library, (2) scientific articles, and (3) mass media publications.

Abstract

Adapun latar belakang penelitian ini berdasarkan rendahnya minat dan kemampuan membaca siswa dalam pelajaran Bahasa Arab, serta terbatasnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik, menjadi alasan utama dilakukannya penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas penggunaan Arabic Thematic Video dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas VII di MTs Al-Uswah Langkat. Ruang lingkup penelitian mencakup perencanaan media, strategi implementasi, efektivitas, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VII dan guru Bahasa Arab. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dalam beberapa kali pertemuan yang menampilkan pembelajaran menggunakan video tematik berbahasa Arab yang dikaitkan dengan konteks kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Arabic Thematic Videomampu meningkatkan minat dan antusiasme belajar siswa, memperbaiki pelafalan, kelancaran membaca, serta pemahaman isi bacaan. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan percaya diri dalam kegiatan membaca di kelas. Meskipun demikian, implementasi media ini menghadapi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, perbedaan tingkat kemampuan siswa, serta rendahnya dukungan belajar di luar kelas. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan Arabic Thematic Video terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menyenangkan, dan sesuai dengan gaya belajar siswa, serta direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan lebih luas dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di tingkat madrasah.

Abstract

Several studies and socializations on the factors and impacts of early marriage have been conducted in several villages and sub-districts in Wajo Regency because this is included in the work program that has become one of the main concerns of the Wajo Regency government as stated in Regent Regulation No. 64 of 2022, concerning the prevention and handling of child marriage. The urgency of this problem is because it has placed Wajo Regency as one of the regencies in South Sulawesi with a fairly high rate of early marriage in the last 3 (three) years. Although there has been a decrease in the rate of early marriage by 6.29 percent (BPS, 2023), there were still 82 applicants for child marriage in 2023 based on data from the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children (PPA) DP2KBP3A, Wajo Regency Social Service. Therefore, this research and community service are needed to conduct socialization on the factors and impacts of early marriage in Talotenreng Village, Wajo Regency, in addition to playing a role in assisting the government in reducing the rate of early marriage, it also aims to increase public legal awareness and the impacts of early marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality provided, the effect of service quality on employee satisfaction, the effect of service quality on employee loyalty mediated by employee satisfaction and the effect of employee satisfaction on employee loyalty at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Tangerang Branch. With the number of samples in this study 125 respondents. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that service quality has a positive effect on employee loyalty with an original sample estimate (O) value of 0.348, service quality has a positive effect on employee satisfaction with an original sample estimate (O) value of 0.825, employee satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty employee original sample estimate (O) value of 0.506, and service quality has a positive effect on employee loyalty mediated by employee satisfaction showing an original sample estimate (O) value of 0.417 so that the four hypotheses can be accepted.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on loyalty through regular ULaMM customer satisfaction at PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani, Palembang Branch Officel. The research method is a quantitative method with survey techniques, involving distributing questionnaires through an online platform to collect data from a sample of 115 respondents. The statistical test used in this study is the SmartPLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of service quality on loyalty through customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction could mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. The better the service quality, the higher the customer loyalty.
