Abstract

This study explores the phenomenon of Muslim and Muslimah fashion among today’s youth, focusing on its role in shaping religious identity and character education in the modern era. In recent years, the rise of social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram has contributed to the widespread popularity of “modest fashion” and “hijrah lifestyle” trends among young Muslims. However, many previous studies have primarily emphasized the aesthetic and commercial aspects of Islamic fashion, leaving a gap in understanding how clothing practices relate to moral and educational development. This research aims to address that gap by examining the connection between Islamic dress, youth identity, and the values of Islamic character education. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through literature review and analysis of social media content that reflects youth fashion behavior. The findings indicate that Muslim attire is not merely a matter of style but serves as a medium for self-expression, religious commitment, and social influence. Nevertheless, the study also reveals that some young people adopt Islamic dress for trend-related reasons without a deep understanding of its spiritual meaning. The implications suggest that educational institutions should integrate Islamic values into character education programs to balance external appearance with internal piety. Abstract

Innovative strategies are intended to apply innovative learning methods that differ from conventional methods to achieve educational goals more efficiently and effectively. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the application of innovative strategies in Islamic religious education (PAI) learning as an effort to improve students' understanding of religious material. The research method used in this study is a literature review by analyzing various journal articles, books, and scientific publications relevant to the topic of innovative Islamic religious education (PAI) learning over the past 10 years. The results show that the use of innovative approaches in PAI learning results in a significant increase in student understanding. Innovative learning can accommodate various learning styles, create an interesting and meaningful learning atmosphere, and improve critical thinking skills. Methods such as technology-based learning, active approaches, contextual approaches, and the use of creative media have proven effective in increasing student motivation and helping them understand and apply Islamic values ​​in everyday life. However, several challenges remain in implementing innovative strategies. The conclusion of this study confirms that innovation in PAI learning is crucial to address the challenges of 21st-century education. Islamic Religious Education teachers must innovatively combine technology, active methods, and contextual approaches to provide learning that not only provides knowledge but also builds character and understanding of Islamic teachings in a way that can be applied in real life.

Abstract

Hadits sebagai sumber hukum kedua dalam Islam sering kali menghadapi tantangan dekonstruksi ketika dihadapkan pada isu-isu kontemporer. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi posisi hadits dalam merespons tiga isu krusial: gender, Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM), dan lingkungan hidup. Melalui metode deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan hermeneutika, studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman tekstualis-literal sering kali menimbulkan ketegangan dengan nilai-nilai universal. Sebaliknya, pendekatan kontekstual menunjukkan bahwa hadits mengandung spirit emansipatoris, perlindungan martabat manusia, dan etika ekologis yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman

Abstract

Hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW menempati posisi strategis sebagai sumber normatif kedua setelah Al-Qur’an, namun proses transmisinya yang bersifat manusiawi meniscayakan penerapan metodologi ilmiah yang ketat agar terjaga keaslian dan ketepatan pemahamannya. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis secara sistematis karakteristik serta penerapan metode tahlīlī, ijmālī, dan maudhu‘ī (tematik) dalam kegiatan kritik sanad (naqd al-sanad) dan kritik matan (naqd al-matan), serta menegaskan relasi fungsional ketiganya dalam kajian hadis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan dengan analisis deskriptif-analitis terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer ilmu hadis, khususnya yang berkembang dalam tradisi akademik Islam di Indonesia. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa metode tahlīlī berfungsi sebagai fondasi verifikasi ilmiah melalui analisis mendalam sanad dan matan, metode ijmālī berperan dalam penyederhanaan dan transmisi makna normatif hadis secara global, sedangkan metode maudhu‘ī memungkinkan sintesis tematik yang komprehensif dan kontekstual dalam merespons persoalan-persoalan kontemporer. Kesimpulannya, ketiga metode tersebut tidak bersifat dikotomis, melainkan saling melengkapi dalam satu kerangka metodologis integratif yang mampu menghasilkan pemahaman hadis yang sahih secara ilmiah, utuh secara konseptual, dan relevan secara sosial-keagamaan

Abstract

Bulukumba adalah salah satu kabupaten, Daerah Tingkat II di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. Ibu kota kabupaten ini terletak di kota Bulukumba. Kabupaten ini memiliki luas wilayah 1.154,67 km, dengan jarak tempuh dari kota Makassar sekitar 153 Km. Budaya keagamaan yang kental juga cukup mempengaruhi tatanan kehidupan masyarakat Bulukumba. Sentuhan ajaran agama islam yang di bawa oleh ulama besar dari Sumatera, yang bergelar Dato Tiro (Bulukumba), telah menumbuhkan kesadaran religius dan menimbulkan keyakinan untuk berlaku zuhud, suci lahir batin, selamat dunia akhirat dalam rangka Tauhid “appaseuwang” (Meng-Esa-kan Allah SWT). Salah satu budaya keagamaan yang terletak di Kabupaten Bulukumba, tepatnya di kecamatan Bontobahari, Kelurahan Benjala yakni “Attula’ Bala”. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan proses tanya-jawab yang bertumpu pada saat dilakukannya budaya tersebut

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemaknaan sunnah melalui pendekatan sosio-historis dengan mengkaji konteks sosial dan sejarah di balik tindakan Nabi Muhammad SAW serta penerapannya dalam masyarakat modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur terhadap teks-teks Al-Qur'an dan hadits, dengan fokus pada ayat-ayat yang relevan untuk memahami hubungan antara sunnah dan konteks zaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemaknaan sunnah harus memperhatikan kondisi sosial dan budaya pada masa Nabi serta perubahan yang terjadi dalam masyarakat Islam di masa mendatang. Pendekatan sosio-historis ini mengungkapkan bahwa sunnah tidak hanya dipahami secara tekstual, tetapi juga harus dipertimbangkan dalam kaitannya dengan realitas sosial yang berkembang. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman sunnah yang dinamis diperlukan agar ajaran Islam tetap relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman.
