Abstract

Kepemimpinan religius merupakan segala hal yang menyangkut sikap, keputusan serta etika dalam menstimulus objek atau individu lain ( yang dipengaruhi ) dengan didasarkan pada spiritual atau ketuhanan. Lingkungan kerja sendiri adalah kondisi atau keadaan yang terjadi pada atmosfer di dunia kerja itu sendiri yang menyangkut suhu, ruangan pemimpin, gaji dan hubungan karyawan satu sama lain. kedua hal ini memiliki peran masing masing dalam terciptanya kesuksesan performa karyawan ataupun kepuasan dalam dunia kerja itu sendiri sehingga pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kepemimpinan religius terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kepemimpinan religius terhadap kepuasan kinerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kinerja, Kepemimpinan religius terhadap lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner dengan sampel 40 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dan desain penelitian dilakukan melalui partial least square (PLS) dengan software program SmartPLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebanyakan hipotesis berada pada kategori tidak signifikan atau variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang tergolong masih kurang baik. Dibuktikan pada masing masing hipotesis yang memiliki output nilai kurang dari t statistik tabel serta tidak sesuai pada taraf signifikan P value. Namun pada hipotesis kelima yakni kepemimpian religius memberikan pengaruh dan signfikan terhadap kepuasan kinerja

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the Effect of Preloved Shopping and Millennial Disruption on Lifestyle and Agility in the Millennial generation. Preloved Shopping is used goods that are resold in a condition that is still fit for sale and reuse at a lower price. It means used goods here are items that are not used and can still be used (Wisnuwardhani, 2015). Data collection was carried out using surveys and distributing questionnaires, and a sample of 100 respondents. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis and the research design was carried out using Partial Least Squares (PLS) version 3. This is what is shown by the results of the research from Preloved Shopping which has a significant effect on Lifestyle and Agility on the contrary, Preloved shopping does not have a significant effect on Millennial Disruption.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between innovation capability, learning capability, and individual performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with well-being moderation, using the Case Study of "Freez Food Baby Porridge Sedat" product. A survey method was employed to collect data from 30 respondents comprising owners and employees of these SMEs. The analysis results indicate that innovation capability has a significant positive influence on individual performance through learning capability. Additionally, individual well-being moderates the relationship between innovation capability, learning capability, and individual performance. The practical implications of these findings underscore the importance for SMEs to develop innovation and learning capabilities as strategies to enhance individual performance, while considering well-being as a moderating variable. This study offers valuable insights for SME owners in designing human resource development programs focused on improving individual performance through investments in innovation and learning.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to help MSMEs "Telur Asin" in dealing with the impact of decreased income by providing assistance and training on the application of digital marketing. The method of implementing the training was carried out offline by involving the owner of MSME "Telur Asin" as a participant and involving direct discussion and questions and answers. In addition, the author also provides assistance in the form of making Gofood, Instagram, and optimizing digital media management. The results of this activity show the importance of MSME adaptation to technological advances to develop and compete in the current era of digitalization. In the title, the main focus is the transformation of "Telur Asin" MSMEs from offline businesses to online businesses through the use of social media and digital platforms such as Gofood and Instagram. This will help these MSMEs expand their target consumers and improve overall marketing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of servant leadership on individual performance in the psychological mediation of empowerment. This research uses a quantitative approach with the employee population of PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food in Sidoarjo. The sample used was 70 employees of PT Trikayarasa Jaya Food. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. There are two model specifications used in PLS, namely: outer and inner models. The results of this research found that servant leadership influences individual performance, servant leadership influences the psychology of empowerment, individual performance influences the psychology of empowerment, psychology of empowerment mediates servant leadership on individual performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of role ambiguity on individual performance, analyze the influence of role ambiguity on job stress, analyze the influence of job stress on individual performance, analyze role ambiguity on individual performance through job stress. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of employees of the Sidoarjo Indonesian Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association. The sample used was all employees, totaling 47 respondents. Data was collected using an online questionnaire with Google Form for approximately one month. This research analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study found that (1) Role ambiguity has a positive and significant influence on individual performance (2) Role ambiguity has a positive but not significant influence on job stress (3) Job stress has a negative and insignificant influence on individual performance (4) role ambiguity has no effect on individual performance through job stress has a negative influence.

Abstract

Abstract Economically, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have a contribution to exploring the impact of financial innovation capabilities on the efficiency of economic change. It is hoped that the existence of SMEs in the regions can provide a positive contribution. The main focus of this research is to understand how the application of innovation capabilities can make a significant contribution to improving businesses in the long term. This research aims to determine the influence of innovation capability and innovation capability and financial capability on moderating resistance to change in the performance of SMEs in Candi District. This involved 63 SME owners consisting of food, beverage, service, industrial, material and agricultural businesses. This type of research is quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Data analysis used SmartPLS 04. The sampling method was by distributing questionnaires offline with a sample size of 63 respondents. Innovation capability has a positive impact on financial capability in moderating resistance to change in SMEs in Candi District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of the spiritual attachment dimension to adaptive leadership, QWL, and OCB. In addition, adaptive leadership and QWL are variables mediating the relationship of the spiritual attachment dimension to OCB. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the Strawberry generation in Sidoarjo, Surabaya, and Gresik, using purposive sampling techniques in determining the sample. The data in this study were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with tools using smartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the spiritual dimension significantly affects adaptive leadership, the spiritual dimension substantially impacts the quality of work life, and the spiritual size affects organizational citizenship behaviour. In addition, the spiritual dimension also significantly influences organizational citizenship behaviour through adaptive leadership. The spiritual dimension significantly affects organizational citizenship behaviour through the quality of work life in the strawberry generation in Sidoarjo, Surabaya, and Gresik. This research will be a reference for other research in the future with a different context and focus.

Absatrcting and indexing services for various academic discipline are aimed at compiling a body of literature for that particular subject. Abstract length varies by discipline and publisher requirements. Abstracts are typically sectioned logically as an overview of what appears in the paper.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the test results of the influence of Motivation, Dicipline, Leadership on Kinerja Karyawan di PT Cahaya Surya Ekspress. The research method used is the associative method with a quantitative approach using the Statiscial Program for Social Science (SPSS) 25 analysis tool to measure the results of Motivation, Dicipline, Leadership, as the independent variable, Kinerja Karyawan as the dependent variable. This study uses the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling with 46 respondents staff PT Cahaya Surya Ekspress. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Motivation, Dicipline, Leadership has a significant effect on Kinerja Karyawan.
