Abstract

Selama proses budidaya, udang vaname membutuhkan pakan sebagai penunjang hidupnya, karena pakan merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat menunjang kegiatan budidaya dimana biaya produksi digunakan digunakan untuk biaya pakan. Peningkatan efisiensi pakan melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi terutama kebutuhan protein sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka menekan biaya produksi, dengan keadaan tersebut kita dapat memanfaatkan pengaplikasian probiotik yang mengandung bacillus sp yang ditambahkan kedalam pakan, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan informasi meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan sintasan udang vaname dalam upaya meningkatkan penggunaan probiotik dalam pakan untuk meningkatkan produksi udang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dengan masing masing 3 ulangan. Yang diuji adalah perlakuan A (Kontrol) B (Pemberian Probiotik 0,5 gram) C (Pemberian Probiotik 1,0 gram) dan perlakuan D (Pemberian Probiotik 1,5 gram). Metode pencampuran probiotik pada pada pakan dengan campuran air tawar sebanyak 1 liter, kemudian diberikan kepada udang, pemberian pakan dilakukan 6 kali sehari sebanyak 3% dari bobot udang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian probiotik pada pakan dengan dosis yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan sintasan udang vaname. Bobot setelah pemeliharaan 40 hari masing-masing diperoleh pada perlakuan D dengan hasil 4,98 gram, perlakuan C dengan hasil 3,67 gram, perlakuan B hasil 3,48 dan hasil terendah pada perlakuan A dengan hasil 2,86 gram. Sintasan tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan D dengan hasil 94,44% kemudian perlakuan C91,67% perlakuan B 88,89% dan hasil terendah diperoleh pada perlakuan A yaitu 86,11%. Hal ini karena adanya penambahan probiotik pada pakan yang meningkatkan pertumbuhan.

Abstract

PT. Era Musika Indah adalah: perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang seni dan hiburan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi kerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian yaitu 88 karyawan dan sampel diambil dengan sensus sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 88 responden. Hasil uji hipotesis simultan menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan. Secara parsial, masing-masing variabel Kepribadian dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kompetensi Kerja PT. Era Musika Indah Medan.

Abstract

Children who grow up in an orphanage have the same rights as children who are in a family environment. Communication carried out by caragivers to provide motivation to foster children in terms of self-confidence. Based on this, orphanage caregivers need to carry out good communication patterns in increasing the confidence of foster children. Confidence is a very important element in everyday life. Confidence is an attitude, a feeling of confidence that exists in a person that he is capable of achieving a goal. Fpster children must ave high self-confidence to compete in terms of achievement with other children at school. The pattern of communication that must be owned by caregivers must be good so that foster children can be confident that caregivers are a place where they can tell stories and by communicating with caregivers can provide motivation for themselves.

Abstract

School rules are rules set by the school in order to create order and discipline for students at school. Violations committed by students will create an atmosphere that is not conducive. The background of this research is that the regulations that have been made by the school will determine the discipline of class VIII students of SMPN 1 Solok City. If there are students who are not disciplined, it means ignoring the rules that have been made by the school. The rules are bound by weights that will be a punishment for students who violate school rules. In this study used descriptive qualitative research methods. Data obtained from key informants and supporting informants. The key informant is a BK teacher at SMP Negeri 1 Solok City. And the supporting informants are homeroom teachers of subjects and class VIII students of SMP N 1 Solok City. The technique used in this research is interview and observation technique. In this study, it was revealed that discipline is strongly influenced by discipline because school rules have their respective weights. And if the weight has reached 150, students will be threatened with expulsion from school. The more violations, the more undisciplined the school will be. SMPN 1 Solo city is still able to maintain discipline and does not escape the important role of BK teachers in minimizing violations committed by students.

Abstract

Religious guidance is a process of providing appropriate assistance by mentors so that children can increase their piety through religious approaches. The religious approach is a container for fostering independence with good directions in accordance with the commands of Allah SWT so that children understand independence for a better future. The background of this research is considering the number of children who are less independent so that it becomes an obstacle in every action. Because nowadays educating children to be independent, it is necessary to use a religious approach so that children are independent in all things and teach children to always be guided by religious teachings. The use of this religious approach must be applied to children from an early age because religious development takes quite a long time so that the goals can be achieved properly. In this study using descriptive qualitative research. In this study it was revealed that the religious approach is very influential on the independence of children today. In this sophisticated era, children must be equipped with religious knowledge to guide children in the future. An independent child who is equipped with religious knowledge will be different from a child who is independent but is not equipped with religious knowledge. From the results of religious guidance carried out at the Tunas Bangsa Orphanage, it was able to show quality personality changes that were in accordance with religious rules.

Abstract

Group guidance is the provision of services in a group atmosphere by utilizing group dynamics. In the implementation of this group guidance activity, it can be seen how the efforts to increase the self-confidence of young women as foster children who are in the Orphanage. This study aims to (1) describe self-confidence, (2) describe group guidance, (3) and reveal efforts to increase girls’ self-confidence through group guidance. This type of research is qualitative research using observation and interview methods of the orphanage administrators, foster mothers and foster children who are in the orphanage. The data that has been collected from the informant is then carried out data reduction and data verification regarding efforts to increase the confidence of young women through group guidance at the Hanifa Jorong 3 Orphanage, Kampung Nagari Gadut, Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency. With this group guidance activity it can help increase the confidence of the foster children in this orphanage.

Abstract

Tujuan tulisan ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana peran guru bimbingan konseling dalam menguatkan karakter siswa di MTsN 12 agam. Maka karakter ini merupakan sebuah perilaku atau nilai dari bentuk perilaku seseorang tersebut. Guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menguatkan karakter siswa ini dengan memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa dengan materi tentang karakter, tidak hanya materi, guru bimbingan dan konseling juga memberikan renungan kepada siswa. dengan adanya materi atau renungan karakter ini siswa bisa sadar dengan apa yang telah di kerjakannya. Kendala yang dirasakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling yaitu, kerjasama antara guru BK dengan guru mata pelajaran lainnya belum terstruktur. Karena guru mata pelajaran, wali kelas belum sepenuhnya paham dengan penstrukturan BK itu sendiri. Guru Bimbingan dan konseling belum menemukan solusi dalam menguatkan karakter siswa tersebut. Guru bimbingan dan konseling hanya bisa memberikan materi tentang karakter kepada siswa, memberi muhasabah.

Abstract

Kebun Bukit Lima, memiliki tantangan dalam Mewujudkan Generasi Islami yang berlandaskan iman, ilmu dan amal di kalangan warganya. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan remaja dan seluruh warga kebun bukit lima dalam hal ini dilakukan pendakwah yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan generasi islami yang berlandaskan iman, ilmu dan amal akhlak remaja dan seluruh warga kebun bukit lima tantangan tersebut melalui pendekatan karya tulis ilmiah. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk membentuk akhlak remaja dan warga kebun bukit lima sesuai dengan akhlak yang di terangkan dalam Al-Qur’an dan hadist kepada masyarakat Kebun bukit lima. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan Service Learning meliputi pelatihan intensif, diskusi kelompok, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan melalui karya tulis yang dihasilkan oleh peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan masyarakat memahami dan mengimplementasikan isi Al Qur'an dan hadist dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, masyarakat juga mampu menyampaikan pemahaman mereka melalui karya tulis ilmiah yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menumbuhkan budaya menulis dan berpikir kritis, tetapi juga memperkuat pemahaman keagamaan yang lebih mendalam. Keberhasilan program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program serupa di daerah lain.

Abstract

Background: Complete basic immunization coverage at the Banda Raya Community Health Center is 67.6%. Low levels of complete basic immunization in babies must be addressed immediately so that children can grow and develop healthily and avoid infectious diseases. This study aims to analyze the completeness of basic immunization for babies at the Banda Raya Community Health Center, Banda Aceh City in 2021. Method:This research is descriptive analytical with a crosssectional design. The sample was 63 patients determined using total population techniques. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test with SPSS version 20. Result: there was a relationship between knowledge (p-value=0.016), parental education (p-valu=0.006), the role of cadres (p-valu=0.040), the role of health workers (p-value0.001), family support (p-value=0.023), and maternal motivation (p-value=0.013) with complete basic immunization for babies at the Banda Raya Community Health Center, Banda Aceh City in 2021. Recommendation: It is hoped that health workers can carry out health promotion, especially community promotion emphasizing the consequences if children are not given basic immunizations, one of which is by socializing the importance of proper immunization according to a predetermined schedule.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the self-disclosure of junior high school students in the city of Pontianak. The sample was 520 students, sampling used random sampling. Data collection, using a self-disclosure questionnaire, was given to students using Google forms. The method used is a descriptive method, with descriptive statistical analysis. There are five indicators studied, namely: self-disclosure in socializing, dressing, determining the future, managing finances and self-disclosure in personality. The research results stated that students' self-disclosure was in the sufficient category. Based on gender, women have the highest average self-disclosure compared to men. Self-disclosure regarding the future and personality is in the high category. Meanwhile, indicators of self-disclosure in socializing, dressing and managing finances are in the medium category. It is hoped that future research can carry out relational research to see the relationship between self-disclosure and parental parenting patterns, local cultural values and socio-economic status.Keywords: Middle school student, Self-disclosure, Portrait
