Abstract

The purpose of the study was to design and analyze the influence of the number of Sudu on power and the resulting rounds of turbines. This research is done byexperimental methods of designing, making prototypes and testing. The models of wind turbines used are horizontal shaft wind turbines with a diameter of 30 cm with a number of 3, 4, 5, 6 Sudu. Variations in wind speed were given 3 m/s, 3.8 m/s and 4.6 m/s. The results showed that the highest value of 3.08% in the 6-Sudu wind turbinewith a wind speed given 4.6 m/s, whereas for the lowest value obtained 1.45% in a 3 sudu wind turbine with the given speed of wind 3 m/s. For a tip-speed value of λ =3.19 at wind speed of 4.6 m/s with a 6-Sudu turbine amount, while the lowest value of λ = 0.95 at wind speed of 3 m/s with a total of 3-Sudu turbine. Keywords: Design, turbine, ratio, sudu and power

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh penilaian atau assessment yang dilakukan guru masih konservatif seperti memberikan latihan yang ada dibuku cetak dan menulisnya di buku tulis siswa, hal ini juga membutuhkan waktu bagi guru untuk memerikasnya. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan bertujuan untuk mempermudah guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan assessment selama proses pembelajaran. Dengan menerapkan game interaktif menggunakan educandy pada mata pelajaran informatika di SMP Islam Al-Ishlah Bukittinggi dapat mempermudah guru dalam memberikan assessment dan juga meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Dan menciptakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research and Development (R&D), dengan model pengembangan versi 4D. Hasil dari penelitian perancangan game interaktif menggunakan educandy ini mendapatkan nilai uji validitas dengan nilai rata-rata 0,88 yaitu sangat valid, uji praktikalitas dari guru mata pelajaran informatika dengan nilai 0,89, dan uji praktikalitas dengan 5 orang siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 0,92 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, dan uji efektivitas dengan nilai rata-rata 0,87, game interaktif menggunakan educandy dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran informatika.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran informatika berupa game edukasi. Media ini dapat membantu pemahaman siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Penelitian Perancangan Media Pembelajaran Informatika Berupa Game Edukasi Menggunakan Apk Scratch di SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman ini merupakan proram bantu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research & Development versi 4-D. Versi 4D ini terdiri dari define, desain, develop, pengembangan multimedia Thiagrajan. Uji produk yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Uji validitas, Uji Produk, dan Uji Efektivitas. Hasil penelitian ini berupa media pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi yang bisa digunakan oleh guru dan siswa pada mata pelajaran informatika kelas X. Dari hasil uji coba maka didapatkan hasil uji validitas 2 penguji media dengan kriteria valid dan mendapatkan rata-rata 0,83, hasil uji dengan 2 penguji praktikalitas dengan kriteria sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 0,89, dan hasil uji efektifitas dengan guru serta siswa dengan kriteria sangat valid dengan rata-rata 0,81. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran game edukasi ini dapat digunakan oleh siswa di SMA Negeri 4 Pariaman. Untuk dapat mengakses game edukasi scratch dapat di akses menggunakan link.

Abstract

Introduction: The initial survey conducted at the Konawe District Health Office shows that the distribution of Public Health Bachelors has not been evenly distributed until now, where there are still health centers in Konawe District which lack public health personnel. In addition, the management of the duties of the Bachelor of Public Health at the Health center is sometimes not in accordance with the main task. So that researchers intend to conduct research on "Analysis of the Needs of Undergraduate Public Health Workers and Constraints on Policy Aspects at the Konawe District Health Office" Method: This study uses two types of research, namely descriptive quantitative and qualitative to analyze the constraints in the distribution bachelor of public health personnel. The sample was sourced from 137 bachelor of public health personnel from the Head of Public Health Center while the Head of Administration and Ordinary Informants were informants in this study spread from 29 Public health center. Result: The need for public health workers in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation No. 75 of 2014 at least 2 people per Health center and aspects of policies that have not been running optimally are obstacles in the distribution bachelor of public health personnel. Conclusion: Local governments should carry out data-based Health Human Resources (HR) planning so that planning documents are able to accurately project the calculation of needs in accordance with the current health situation.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the fact that some students felt stressed, had feelings of insecurity and discomfort with the changing learning system. They also often feel tired, lethargic in the teaching and learning process, they also often experience anxiety and feelings of stress. Some students also feel less confident, less good at understanding themselves, and less satisfied with their social relationships so that they do not feel happy with the learning system and they also find it difficult to adapt to their environment as a result of post-online learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that describes the mental health of students after online learning at SMAN 2 Pulau Punjung. In collecting data, researchers used observation and interview techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze it, researchers used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification steps. The results of the study showed that the mental health of students after carrying out online learning at SMAN 2 Pulau Punjung, namely students have good mental health. More students have good mental health than bad, students have a healthy mentality characterized by students feeling comfortable and safe while studying, having high self-confidence, being able to understand themselves, getting satisfaction in social relationships (social interactions), having emotional maturity that is appropriate for their age, not having a disturbed personality, and being able to adapt to their environment and being happy with their current situation.

Abstract

Speaking is a form of communication tool used by individuals besides writing and listening. The communication that is carried out, of course, aims to convey messages to one individual to another. Communication is a necessity which of course cannot be separated from human life. In conveying a message, of course not everyone has the same ethical way of conveying messages properly. The research approach used in this research is qualitative. Where this method uses interview and observation methods in describing efforts to improve the ethics of communication between adolescents and peers. The purpose of the observations in this study was to see how the methods and ethics of communication used by adolescents in daily activities with peers. Many teenagers often ignore good communication ethics, especially with peers. This is due to environmental factors and individual innate which results in the neglect of ethics that must be maintained in communication.

Abstract

The reconstruction of the caliphate system has become a topic of debate among various Muslim communities, inspired by the past glory of Islam under this system. However, differing views on the concept of the caliphate have hindered reconstruction efforts. This study aims to explore the legal basis of the caliphate in the Qur'an and Islamic history using the maqâṣidi interpretation method and historical analysis. The findings reveal that the term "caliphate" is not explicitly mentioned in the Qur'an. Terms such as "khalâif," "khulafâ," and "khalîfah" more closely refer to the regeneration of communities or individuals as leaders without emphasizing a specific form of government. Moreover, the history of the caliphate indicates that the system lacks a standardized format that could serve as a model in the modern era. The researchers conclude that the caliphate is not the only way to uphold Islamic law; other forms of government that align with the context of the times can also be viable options.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen yang bekerja di PT. Arista Jaya Lestari Medan Ringroad. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lokasi penjualan dan motivasi konsumen terhadap target penjualan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian bahwa secara simultan lokasi penjualan dan motivasi konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap target penjualan PT. Arista Jaya Lestari Medan Ringroad. Secara parsial lokasi penjualan mempengaruhi target penjualan PT. Arista Jaya Lestari Medan Ringroad. Secara parsial motivasi konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap target penjualan PT. Ringroad Arista Jaya Lestari Medan. Besarnya koefisien determinasi terlihat dari nilai Adjusted RSquare sebesar 0,427 yang berarti lokasi penjualan dan motivasi konsumen mampu menjelaskan target penjualan sebesar 42,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 57,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti seperti: pasar segmentasi, promosi, saluran distribusi, dan lain-lain. Kata Kunci: Lokasi Penjualan, Motivasi Konsumen, Target Penjualan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. TobaTotal Transindo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap Komitmen Kerja karyawan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah : karyawan PT. Tobatotal Transindo yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah saturasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Beban Kerja dan Konflik Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Kerja di PT. TobaTotal Transindo. Secara parsial Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Kerja di PT. TobaTotal Transindo. Secara parsial Konflik Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Kerja di PT. TobaTotal Transindo. Besarnya koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat dari nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,347 yang berarti beban kerja dan konflik kerja mewakili komitmen kerja sebesar 34,7% dan sisanya 65,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. seperti: kompensasi, promosi jabatan, kepemimpinan, dan sebagainya.Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Konflik Kerja, Komitmen Kerja
