Abstract

Loyalitas dan kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator utama sebagai salah satu tolak ukur suatu keberhasilan dalam sistem perawatan dan pelayanan rumah sakit. Pasien yang loyal adalah pasien yang konsisten memilih dan menggunakan layanan kesehatan dari penyedia layanan kesehatan tertentu. Kepuasan pasien menggambarkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dari kepuasan pasien. Perkembangan moderenisasi meningkatkan persaingan rumah sakit untuk mencapai kepuasan dan loyaloitas pasien. Hal ini dapat diioptimalisasi dengan mengatahui aspek-aspek kualitas pelayanan, sehingga rumah sakit dapat segera melakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature rivew dengan mengaji berbagai sumber pustaka. Kajian literatur ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh loyalitas pasien yang ditinjau dari kepuasan pasien dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan efektif akan berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien terhadap rumah sakit. Alih-alih hanya mengatakan bahwa pelayanan rumah sakit yang berkualitas mencakup aspek teknis medis, tetapi juga kenyamanan, perhatian, dan interaksi antara tenaga medis dengan pasien. Dengan demikian, rumah sakit harus memberikan kualitas pelayanan terbaik terhadap pasien, sehingga rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan inovasi layanan secara berkelanjutan. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa loyalitas dan kepuasan pasien berperan penting sebagai indikator utama yang dapat memberikan masukan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari kajian ini mencakup pentingnya loyalitas pasien terhadap kepuasan pasien untuk mencapai kualitas layanan rumah sakit yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Customer value plays an important role in winning business competition, so we need to find out how much customer value can satisfy customers and make them loyal. Therefore, customer value also needs to be continuously developed through continuous research. In this study, respondents with high customer value will be satisfied with the products they use, and this satisfaction will lead to loyalty to these customers. This is consistent with the research finding that customer value affects loyalty through satisfaction. This research aims to examine the impact of customer value and brand image on loyalty, and to use intermediaries as satisfaction. The research unit is a customer/user of Nissan Motor. The methods used in this study are quantitative, with explanatory methods, more specifically related to causality. According to the research purpose, the data analysis method used is structural equation modelling (SEM), the data is processed using JASP software. Testing is done through direct effects and indirect effects.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the performance of Paspampres soldiers has yet to be discovered, and the factors that affect the performance of Paspampres soldiers still need to be discovered. Basedoon the background,,thissstudy attempts to examine the impacttof Occupational Safety and Health and OrganizationallCulture partially and directly on Soldier Performance and indirect influence through the intervening variable of Organizational Commitment. A descriptive verificative explanatory design wasuused in this research. In theqquantitative phase, The instrument offresearch wasuused to perform a survey on 144 Soldier which was then descriptively examine. . The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS to test the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis test. The result show that the Paspampres Soldier Organization's Commitment and OccupationallSafety anddHealth have a positive and significant relationship..Occupational Safety and Health also positively and significantly affects Paspampres Soldiers' Performance, while Organizational Commitment has no significant affect and has a negative impact on Paspampres Soldiers' Performance. Moreover, Occupational Safety and Health and OrganizationalcCommitment both positivelyyand significantly affect Paspampres Soldiers' Performance at the same time. Research uses organizational commitment as a variable on soldier performance and does not have a significant effect in this research. Several previous research have examined the effect of organizational commitment variables onpperformance, showing significant differences in the research results that support the theory and suggest for more research.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the level of patient satisfaction with the services at the Lembang Hospital Heart Poly. Patient satisfaction is one of the key indicators in assessing the quality of health services provided, especially in cardiac specialist services that require more attention. The method used in this study involves a questionnaire survey to patients who have received services at the Lembang Hospital Heart Poly. The aspects assessed include the speed of service, the competence of medical personnel, facilities, and the comfort of the hospital environment. The results of the study showed a high level of patient satisfaction in terms of the competence of medical personnel and facilities, but there were several complaints about the speed of service that needed improvement. This finding is expected to be an evaluation material to improve the quality of services in the future.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where a child fails to grow properly during the first 1000 days of life due to long-term malnutrition. This research aim is to identify the factors (Knowledge, Motivation, Training, Attitude) that affect the performance of posyandu cadres in accelerating Stunting reduction within the Sungai Durian Health Center work area, using quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that knowledge had an excellent average score of 4.03, motivation had a good average score of 3.66, training had a good average score of 3.80, and attitudes had a good average score of 3.76. Based on the T count and T table results, knowledge influenced with a score of 6.642 > 2.023, motivation with a score of 4.287 > 2.023, training with a score of 2.598 > 2.023, and attitudes with a score of 3.652 > 2.023. Means there is an influence based on the results of the T test the most influence factor is knowledge on accelerating Stunting reduction. The F test showed that the performance factors of posyandu cadres, which are knowledge, motivation, training, and attitudes, collectively affect the acceleration of Stunting reduction, with an F count score of (752.317 > 2.61). The significance of the F score was 0.000, and the R Square value was 0.893, meaning that 89.3% of the independent variables were bound, while the remaining 10.7% was influenced by other variables that were not included in this research model.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk : menganalisis cara menyusun instrumen penilaian HOTS, kualitas instrumen penilaian HOTS, menganalisis kelayakan instrumen penilaian HOTS untuk meningkatkan proses berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik, dan menganalisis efektifitas penilaian HOTS untuk meningkatkan berpkir tingkat didik peserta didik. Penelitian berlokasi di SMPIT Al Fatih 1 Citra Raya Tangerang Banten. Sampel total dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 peserta didik kelas IX SMP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dan model pengembangan penyusunan tes Mardapi. Butir soal dibuat sebanyak 25 item dalam bentuk pilihan ganda.. Validasi isi pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,95, kategori soal termasuk valid dan rata- rata validitas butir soal tinggi. Validitas konstruk terhadap butir soal dinyatakan valid apabila rHitung > rTabel. Reliabilitas kategori tinggi dengan Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,717. Tingkat kesulitan butir soal terdiri dari mudah, sulit, dan sedang dan uji daya pembeda butir soal terdiri dari butir soal yang jelek, sangat baik, baik, dan cukup. Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik berdasarkan respon terhadap jawaban butir soal yang terdiri dari ranah menganalisis (C4), mengevaluasi (C5) dan mengkreasi (C6) mencapai 68% dengan kategori cukup baik. Dengan berdasarkan nilai valiidtas konstruks, validitas isi, dan nilai reliabilitas, maka butir soal dalam penelitian ini layak digunakan untuk penilaian pembelajaran di sekolah. Nilai Uji-t menunjukkan perbedaan hasil pre test dan post test yaitu dengan nilai sig = 0,001 < 0,005 yang berarti ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua tes tersebut, sehingga penilaian berbasis HOTS ini efektif untuk meningkatkan proses berikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik.

Abstract

The purpose of analyzing the application of e-invoice in controlling tax credit input of PT. TT Metals Indonesia, the obstacles that occur and how to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of Electronic Tax Invoice in control in an effort to prevent the issuance of fictitious tax invoices. Researcher method uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that PT. TT Metals Indonesia Karawang in the percentage that before the occurrence of tax invoices in 2013 amounted to 0.92% while after the Tax Invoice in 2015 amounted to 0.05% shows that experiencing a decrease in losses due to input tax correction before and after the application of e-invoice. Constraints that arise during the application of the Electronic Tax Invoice are dependence on the system and internet network connection, the inadequate level of ability and negligence of the Taxable Entrepreneur and the Taxable Entrepreneur computer facility, while the alternative way to overcome the obstacles that arise during the application of the Electronic Tax Invoice is through an increase the quality of the information system network, and appeals to Taxable Entrepreneurs to update the computer.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit X belum maksimal mencapai target mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana gaya pengikut dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui Motivasi Kerja dan Keseimbangan kehidupan Kerja. Paradigma penelitiannya adalah positivistik. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di RS X Jakarta. Waktu penelitian adalah tahun 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan instrumen kuesioner ordinal dalam hal ini Skala Likert 1-5. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai medis dan penunjang medis, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah purposive sampling. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis SEM-PLS dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Pengikut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berperan memediasi pengaruh Gaya Pengikut terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Begitu pula dengan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja yang memediasi pengaruh Follower Style terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of Posyandu services and maternal knowledge on attitudes and their implications for maternal participation behavior in bringing toddlers to Posyandu in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraja, Sukabumi Regency. This effort is crucial as part of a national program to reduce stunting rates by enhancing community participation in monitoring child growth and development. The study was conducted quantitatively using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with 97 respondents, utilizing SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that the quality of Posyandu services, maternal knowledge, attitudes, and maternal participation behavior are all categorized as good. Specifically, the quality of Posyandu services significantly affects maternal attitudes but does not have a significant impact on maternal participation behavior. Conversely, maternal knowledge positively influences both attitudes and participation behavior. Additionally, maternal attitudes have a direct relationship with participation behavior. Simultaneously, the quality of Posyandu services and maternal knowledge exert a moderate influence on attitudes and a strong influence on maternal participation behavior. In indirect analysis, it was found that the quality of Posyandu services does not affect participation behavior through maternal attitudes, while maternal knowledge has a significant impact through these attitudes. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing maternal knowledge as a primary strategy to encourage active participation in Posyandu. Furthermore, improvements in Posyandu service quality, particularly regarding physical and operational aspects, are necessary to maintain and enhance community trust. The recommendations from this study are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in designing more effective interventions aimed at reducing stunting rates.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the stress levels of paramedics in the ICU at Santosa Hospital Bandung and their impact on performance using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research focuses on workload, skills, knowledge, and interpersonal disharmony, affecting paramedics' responsiveness, service quality, and technical capabilities. The findings reveal that high workload and insufficient skills significantly increase stress levels. Recommendations include providing medical skill training and optimizing workload management to support optimal performance. This study offers strategic insights for hospital management to create a better working environment
